While on her way into Los Angeles to pick up Hayley. What happens when someone runs Maggie off the road.

Hey guys here's my latest Lincoln Lawyer multi fanfic hope you all enjoy it. And I swear that Kate and Reagan one shot is coming up.

I also wanted to give credit to Reed-Prescott for helping me with the title of this story.

Chapter 1: Headed to Los Angeles.

20 miles outside of the city of Los Angeles.

(Maggie's headed into Los Angeles from San Diego to pick her's and Mickey's daughter up to take her back to San Diego with her. As she's driving she's got her mind on other things but manages to keep her eyes on the road and looking around the area. As she's got her eyes on the road her phone goes off she looks at the number answers it.)

Maggie: Hey honey.
Hayley: Hey where you at?
Maggie: About 20 miles outside of LA.
Hayley: Okay. Be careful.
Maggie: I will be.
Hayley: Okay. See you soon.

(Before she can say anything Maggie gets hit from behind which sends her car spinning and rolling. As the car finally settles. The car who hit her quickly takes off as they take off Hayley continues to try and get hold of Maggie.)

Hayley: Mom. Mom can you hear me?

(Hearing the emotions in his daughters voice Mickey rushes into the room.)

Mickey: Hayley!
Hayley: MOM.

(He looks at her and grabs the phone from her.)

Mickey: Maggie! Maggie! Can you hear us? MAGGIE!

(He looks at Hayley and hangs up.)

Mickey: Where was she?
Hayley: Twenty miles outside of the city.
Mickey: Let's go and find her.
Hayley: Okay.

(He grabs the keys and they both rush from the house and out to his Lincoln as they get out there they both quickly get in and he starts it up then he quickly pulls out of his driveway to head off to go and find Maggie.)

Mickey: Call Lorna.
Hayley: Okay.

(She grabs up her phone and calls her.)

Hayley: Dad what if she's?
Mickey: No no no. Don't think like that. We'll find her.
Hayley: I'm scared dad.
Mickey: I know that. So am I.

(Then phone picks up as Mickey tries Maggie again trying not to lose it.)

Lorna: Hello!
Hayley: Lorna!
Lorna: Hayley what's wrong?
Hayley: My mom has low jack on her car is there anyway you can track her and see where she is?
Lorna: Of course.

(She types in the low jack to see if she can locate where Maggie is. As she's looking Mickey's still trying to get ahold of her.)

Mickey: Maggie come on please answer.

(But her phone goes to voicemail.)

Lorna: I got her.
Mickey: Where?
Lorna: She's about twenty minutes outside of the city limits.
Mickey: Okay. Thank you Lorna.

(They hang up as he continues on his way to find his ex wife.)

Twenty minutes later.

Out by Maggie's now destroyed car.

(Maggie's starting to come too and looks around as she unbuckles herself and she falls down and starts crawling out of her car as someone pulls up and stops the car seeing who it is she lies there as they both rush over to her.)

Hayley: MOM!

(Maggie looks up at her.)

Maggie: Hay.
Hayley: Mom.

(She lies her head back down as Mickey rushes over to her.)

Mickey: Maggie!
Maggie: Mickey!
Mickey: Hey.

(He looks at her then he pulls his phone out and calls 911 as Hayley stays with her mother.)

Hayley: Mom.
Maggie: I'm okay.

(Mickey's on the phone with 911. As he listens to what Maggie said to Hayley and hopes she does make it. Then he hangs up with them and looks at her.)

Mickey: Maggie!
Maggir: Hey Haller.

(He kisses her head then pulls away from it as he looks at their daughter whose trying to keep from losing it.)

An hour later.

Over at Los Angeles General Hospital.

In the waiting room.

(Both Mickey and Hayley are there waiting for news on Maggie as Lorna Izzy Cisco and Andrea rush into the room and see them sitting there.)

Lorna: Mickey!

(He looks up at her and she can see the look on his face.)

Cisco: What happened?
Hayley: I was on the phone with her when she got hit from behind. I was trying to get her to respond to me but she wasn't answering.
Cisco: Oh god.
Andrea: How bad was she?
Mickey: She could barely keep her eyes open. She was able to say both of mine and Hayley's names but then she passed out again.
Lorna: Who would want to do this to her?
Andrea: It could be any number of people either someone he's helped get out or.
Mickey: Someone she's put away.
Andrea: Or there's always.

(Mickey looks at her and knows who she's talking about.)

Mickey: Lisa Trammel!
Andrea: She'd have the most to gain from Maggie being in here.
Izzy: Why?
Hayley: Because of my dad. I have a feeling Lisa was growing feelings for him.

(Mickey looks at her and then looks off annoyed.)

Mickey: Fuck.

(He gets up and walks off as he's walking off Mark walks up to him to followed by Kate and Reagan.)

Mark: Mickey!

(He looks at him.)

Mickey: I'm sorry Mark.
Mark: How bad is it?
Mickey: We don't know. She's still in surgery. Have have you called Raven or Sidney?
Mark: Sophie's calling them now.
Mickey: Oh god.

(Mark helps him sit down as he's trying to keep from losing it.)

Mark: Hey hey hey. She's gonna pull through this. She always does.
Mickey: Not like this. Mark her car is totaled.
Mark: She flipped?
Mickey: By the looks of it multiple times.
Mark: Fuck.
Mickey: Again I'm sorry Mark.
Mark: Why it's not your fault.
Mickey: I feel like it is.
Mark: Why?
Mickey: It could be someone from my past.
Mark: Like who? Roulette!
Mickey: Lisa Trammel!

(Mark looks at Kate and Reagan who look at each other.)

Mark: Lisa would still see Maggie as competition?
Mickey: Yeah. Mark if it's her what the hell am I going to do. Me and Hayley can't lose her. I'm still in love with her. I just.

(Mark looks at his former brother in law as he looks up at his friends.)

Mark: You two aren't going to lose her.
Mickey: I feel like I am.
Mark: You're not. If there is one thing we've all learned about Maggie over the years is that she's stubborn she still has you and Hayley to live for.

(Mickey looks at him and then looks off.)

Mickey: I can still be as in love with her as I want to be.
Mark: Okay.
Mickey: She's never going to give me another chance.
Mark: Mickey!
Mickey: Mark she fucked me and then ran of to San Diego.
Mark: She still loves you.
Mickey: Yeah.
Mark: Yeah. You know the hell it was for her trying to keep her cases while she was in Van Nys.
Mickey: Yeah she said downtown kept stealing her cases.
Mark: She knew it was happening.
Mickey: But she was the one having them stolen from her.
Mark: Yeah.
Mickey: I hate him. I hate myself too. I let her go and now. There's a very good chance me and Hayley could lose her for good.
Mark: That is not gonna happen. She will pull through this. She's strong Mickey and she still loves you.
Mickey: I know that.
Mark: Okay. She's gonna pull through this for you and for Hayley.
Mickey: Okay.

(Mark helps him up and they both walk back into the waiting room to wait for news on Maggie. Over the next several hours all of Maggie's friends and family remain at the hospital waiting for news on her while their waiting both Sidney and Raven had arrived and rushed into the waiting room.)

Sidney: Baby.

(Mark looks at her and then rushes over to her as he gets to her she looks at him and then hugs him getting Mark to bury his face into his wife's neck.)

Raven: What the hell happened?
Mickey: Maggie was on her way here to pick up Hayley to take her back to San Diego with her when someone had hit her from behind.
Raven: Who?
Hayley: We don't know. All I know is I was on the phone with her when she got hit.
Raven: Shit.

(Raven walks over to their neice.)

Raven: You weren't with her were you?
Hayley: No. I was with dad when she called me.
Raven: Okay.

(She hugs her getting her to start crying over the fear of losing her mother.)

An hour later.

(Their all still sitting there waiting for news on Maggie when Mark finally sees the doctor and walks over to them.)

Mark: Liv!

(Olivia and Hannah look at him.)

Mark: How is she?
Olivia: She's okay. She made it through her surgery.
Mark: She have any major injuries?

(They both talk with him and Mickey whose trying to keep from losing it. As they finish Mark looks at Mickey.)

Mark: Go tell Hayley and the others.
Mickey: Okay.

(He walks off to go and tell them as Mark and Sidney stay there talking with them as a couple of police detectives walk in and over to them.)

Griggs: Haller!

(He looks over at him as he walks off and over to him.)

Mickey: She's okay. They said she made it through her surgery.
Sobel: Oh thank god.
Mickey: Yeah. Maggie's car?
Griggs: We brought it. It's going to our impound lot.

(Mickey looks at him and then looks off.)

Sobel: Who was on the phone with Maggie at the time of the accident?
Hayley: I was.

(She walks over to her to talk to her as Mark walks over to Kate and Reagan.)

Kate: How you doing?
Mark: I've been better. I can't begin to imagine what is going through Mickey's head right now.
Kate: I can't either.

(Mark looks at her and smiles.)

Mark: This honestly can't be happening.
Kate: We'll find who did this.
Mark: Oh I know. I just don't want Hayley to lose her mother. I don't want Mickey to lose the love of his life.
Kate: We know.
Mark: Where's Sophie?
Kate: She went to call my dad and give him an update on Maggie.
Mark: Okay.

(Then he sees Sophie walking up to them and hands them coffees.)

Mark: Oh Sophie I love you.

(She looks at him and laughs.)

Sophie: I don't know how your wife feel about you saying that.
Mark: My wife knows I love her more.

(They start laughing. Then calm down.)

Mickey: I'm gonna go and see her.
Mark: Okay.

(He walks off towards Maggie's room to see her. As he gets there he looks into the window and sees her lying there with all of these machines around her helping her breath and stay alive. He walks into the room and over to her as he gets to her bed he grabs her hand and holds it as he's holding her hand he kisses her forehead then pulls away from it. Then he starts talking to her as someone walks into the room and sees him close to Maggie and becomes annoyed by it.)

Jim: What the hell are doing around my girlfriend Haller?

(Mickey looks at him but then puts his focus back onto his ex wife.)

Jim: Hey.

(Mickey continues to ignore him as he keeps his focus onto Maggie. Jim goes to walk over to him but he's quickly grabbed out of the room and thrown down the hallway.)

Raven:  Keep fucking walking that way.

(Jim looks at her and then laughs.)

Jim: I have a right to see her.
Raven: Actually you lost any rights to see her when you broke up with her all because she refused to give up on Mickey.
Jim: Why you think that is.
Raven: Despite the fact that their ex's. I'm pretty sure Hayley's grateful that her parents are still on good talking terms.
Jim: This has nothing to do with that.
Raven: Oh so your going to blame Mickey for my sisters accident is that it?
Jim: No. I just wish he would give up on ever getting another chance with her.
Mickey: Why the hell should I do that?
Hayley: Dad don't. He's not worth it.
Mickey: You're right. He's not. Come on.

(They both walk into Maggie's room to go and see her as Jim says something that gets Mickey to quickly go after him as he gets to him he tackles him into the wall and starts beating on him as their fight continues both Mark and Dewey rush forward and break them up.)

Mark: Mickey!

(They both grab him and keep him back.)

Mickey: I will do anything to protect my family.
Jim: Like what? Give up being Defense Attorney. Stop defending the Luis Roulettes the Trevor Elliotts and the Lisa Trammel's of the fucken world. Stop defending the lost cause.
Mickey: Everyone deserves to have a lawyer. Not everyone is a lost fucken cause.
Jim: No just some fag who killed a whore.

(Mark and Dewey hearing that look at him and can't believe he said that.)

Mark: Tell me you didn't just say that?

(Jim looks at him and realizes what he said. But before he can say anything they hear something in Maggie's room.)

Maggie: Haller!

(Mickey turns and looks at her.)

Mickey: Maggie!

Chapter 2

Notes:

Maggie: Haller!

(Mickey turns and looks at her.)

Mickey: Maggie!

(He rushes over to her and quickly grabs her hand and is joined by Hayley.)

Hayley: Mom.

(Maggie looks over at her and smiles at her.)

Maggie: Hayley!

(Mickey moves out of the way and let's Hayley come closer to her mother.)

Mark: I'm gonna go and get Olivia and Hannah.
Sidney: Okay.

 

(Mark kisses her then pulls away from her.)

Mark: She's okay baby.
Sidney: I know that.
Mark: I love you.
Sidney: I love you too. I'm gonna go in and see my sister now.
Mark: Okay.
Sidney: Come on Rav.

(They both walk off as Mark looks at his sister in law's ex.)

Mark: Cisco get that gay basher out of here.
Cisco: Okay.

(He grabs him and they walk off as Mark walks off towards Olivia and Hannah.)

Back in the room.

(Maggie's friends and family remain by her side or well on Hayley's case she remains on the bed with her mother until Olivia and Hannah came back to check on her.)

Two months later.

At Mickey's house.

In his bedroom.

(Mickey's in his room getting ready for work as he looks out towards the patio and sees Maggie standing out there looking out at the city. He walks out and over to her.)

Mickey: Beautiful view isn't it?

(She turns and looks at him.)

Maggie: It is. I can honestly see why you bought this place.
Mickey: Yeah. Being able to see the city lights at night. It helps me relax.
Maggie: On I'm sure there are other ways.
Mickey: There are. But I'm trying not to push it.

(They start laughing then calm down as Maggie's ribs start hurting.)

Maggie: I need to stop doing that.
Mickey: I'm sorry.
Maggie: It's fine.

(Mickey looks at her as he lifts her shirt and looks at her wounds. Once he finishes he looks at her and sees how close they are.)

Mickey: Your wounds are okay.
Maggie: Thank you.
Mickey: You're welcome.
Maggie: Thank you Mickey.

(He looks at her confused.)

Mickey: For what?
Maggie: For letting me stay here.
Mickey: You're welcome. I mean you and Hayley stayed here while I was injured. I figured it would be the best way to thank you. And not in the bedroom.

(Maggie smiles at him.)

Maggie: You're welcome.
Mickey: I talked to Sobel and Griggs.
Maggie: And?
Mickey: They still have nothing as far as to who it was that hit you.
Maggie: Shit.
Mickey: They will find out who did this.
Maggie: I know that.

(Still seeing how close they both still are. Mickey goes to lean into her but his phone goes off he backs away from her and grabs it out to see who it is. Seeing the number he mutes it then he looks at his ex whose now leaning against the railing again.)

Mickey: It was Lisa.

(Maggie nods her head at him.)

Maggie: So are you two?
Mickey: No.

(Maggie nods her head at him.)

Mickey: She killed him Maggie.

(Maggie looks at him confused.)

Maggie: Who?
Mickey: Her husband.

(Maggie looks at him.)

Maggie: Her husband?
Mickey: Yeah. I never put two and two together.
Maggie: Meaning?
Mickey: Meaning. Whenever I would bring up her husband or whenever someone would bring up her husband. She would lose it.
Maggie: As in?
Mickey: As in one day I asked about him and started to quickly get annoyed. So annoyed that she snapped at me.
Maggie: Like she was hiding something?
Mickey: Yeah.
Maggie: How'd you figure it out?
Mickey: I was out with Hayley out in San Diego and I was hearing the same music I was hearing when I supposedly talked to him. And then I heard the weights clanging together.

(Maggie smiles at him.)

Mickey: I just don't get it Maggie.
Maggie: Something tells me she had everyone but Lorna snowed?
Mickey: Yeah. She did. Including me. I keep asking myself what the hell was wrong with me?
Maggie: Oh Mickey we don't have nearly enough time for me to answer that question.

(He looks at her and laughs.)

Mickey: Ouch.
Maggie: I'm sorry.
Mickey: No you're not.
Maggie: I'm really not.

(He looks at her as she starts laughing.)

Mickey: Rude.

(She laughs at him again.)

Maggie: Maybe so. But true.
Mickey: Yeah I know. Anyway. I'm gonna head off to work.
Maggie: Okay.
Mickey: You and Hayley gonna be okay?
Maggie: Yeah. We'll be fine.
Mickey: Okay. I'll call you later okay.
Maggie: Okay.
Hayley: Dad.
Mickey: Yeah.
Hayley: Eddie's here.
Mickey: Okay.

(She walks off into the house.)

Maggie: Eddie's here.
Mickey: Yeah. It was Izzy's and Hayley's idea. I can always drive myself but.
Maggie: I know.
Mickey: Okay.
Maggie: Surprised you didn't ask Mark.
Mickey: He's to pretty to drive me around.
Maggie: So's Eddie's.

(He looks at her and walks off laughing.)

Mickey: Rude.
Mark: Just wear cowboy Chaps Mickey.

(They start laughing as Maggie looks off blushing.)

Mickey: You're beautiful when you blush.

(Maggie looks at him and laughs.)

Raven: Do I need to have Mark kick his ass Mag's?
Maggie: No you don't. Mickey go to work. My sisters are here.
Mickey: Okay. Be good.
Hayley: I will.

(Then he walks off with Mark behind him.)

Hayley: Mom's blushing.
Maggie: I am not.
Hayley: Aunt Sidney Mom's blushing.

(Sidney looks at her and laughs.)

Sidney: I know Raven and Kirby are picking at her.

(They both look at her and laugh.)

Kirby: Am not. Besides.
Maggie: Watch it.
Kirby: Awe man.
Jill: Yeah Mirby.

(Kirby puts her head down as they start laughing.)

Kirby: Trevor Sheldon.
Trevor: What?
Kirby: I'm going to kill you.

(He looks at her and then to his wife whose laughing.)

Trevor: Oh crap.

(He quickly runs off with Kirby right behind him.)

Maggie: Here we go.

(They start laughing again then calm down.)

Raven: How you doing?
Maggie: I'm are right.
Raven: You sure?
Maggie: Yeah.
Raven: Things okay with you and Mickey?
Maggie: Their good. We talk more now then we ever did as a married couple.
Raven: Good to know.
Maggie: I'm sorry.
Raven: Why?
Maggie: I'm still in love with him and I don't want to rush things with us.
Raven: Sounds right.
Maggie: I don't want to lose this again.
Raven: I can understand that.
Maggie: The man who just left is the same one who I fell in love with.
Raven: I can tell.
Maggie: I just don't.
Raven: Hey. You guys don't have to rush this. I know he's not gonna rush this.
Maggie: I know he won't.
Raven: You want him too?
Maggie: Of course not.
Raven:  Okay.

(They both remain out there talking and joking around.)

Later that day.

Over at Mickey's Law office.

(Mark walks in and walks over to Lorna.)

Mark: Hey.
Lorna: Hey. How's Maggie doing?
Mark: She's okay. She's up and walking around now so.
Lorna: Good to hear.
Mark: Yeah it is. Is Mickey here?
Lorna: In his office.

(Mark walks off towards it and knocks on the door getting him to look up at him.)

Mickey: Hey. Is Maggie okay?
Mark: Yeah she's fine. She's still spending time with Sidney and Raven.
Mickey: Okay. I just I can't lose her Mark.
Mark: I know that. No. I just talked to Andrea.

(Mickey looks at him.)

Mickey: What she say?
Mark: Lisa Trammel escaped.

(Mickey looks at him.)

Mickey: When?

(Mark looks at him and then looks off annoyed.)

Mickey: Mark!
Mark: She wasn't the only one who escaped.

(Mickey looks at him and becomes even more worried.)

Mickey: Mark!
Mark: Luis Roulette also escaped with her.

(He backs up and then stands up suddenly afraid for his family's safety.)

Mickey: No no no no. NO.

(Mark looks at him and walks over to him.)

Mark: Mickey!
Mickey: When did they escape?

(Mark looks at him.)

Mark: Two days ago.
Mickey: Fuck. Mark the last time we saw Roulette he threaten my family.
Mark: I know he did.
Mickey: Mark if it comes down to it.
Mark: You're gonna have to run that one by Maggie. She's not wanting to rush this.
Mickey: I know that. I don't want to rush this either. I just. I love her so fucken much.
Mark: I know.
Mickey: Can you get her here?
Mark: Yeah.

(He pulls his phone out and texts Raven to see if she can bring Maggie down to Mickey's office. Then he sends it and puts the phone away.)

Minutes later.

(Raven walks into the office with Maggie right behind her as they walk in she closes the door behind them. As of hearing the door Lorna looks up when she hears the door and smiles as she sees Maggie walking in.)

Lorna: Maggie!
Maggie: Hey.

(She walks over to her and she hugs her. Then she pulls away from her.)

Lorna: How you feeling?
Maggie: Good. Still in some pain. But good.
Lorna: That's great to hear.
Maggie: Yeah. I was told to come down.
Lorna: Yeah. Mark's in with Mickey now.
Maggie: Okay.

(She walks off towards Mickey's office. As she gets there she knocks on it.)

Mickey: It's open.

(Maggie opens the door and walks into the office as she walks in she closes the door behind her.)

Maggie: Hey.

(Mickey looks up at her and smiles.)

Mickey: Hey.

(He stands up and walks over to her as he gets to her she hugs him getting him to smile at her then he kisses her head then pulls Away from it as she pulls away from him and he places his forehead against hers.)

Maggie: Hey what's the matter?
Mickey: Mark just told me something and it really has me scared for you and Hayley.
Maggie: What?

(He pulls away from her.)

Mickey: Lisa Trammel and Luis Roulette escaped.

(Maggie looks at him and then looks off annoyed.)

Maggie: Shit.
Mickey: The last time we saw him. Mag's he threatened you and Hayley.

(Maggie looks at him.)

Maggie: I know that.
Mickey: I can't lose either one of you. Not for good.
Maggie: I know that too.
Mickey: Maggie when Hayley started screaming for you.
Maggie: Okay.
Mickey: And I realized the hell you would go through because of well. Me.

(She laughs at him.)

Maggie: Yeah.

(He sits down onto his desk as he pulls her into him and she smiles at him.)

Mickey: I'm glad you're okay Maggie.
Maggie: So am I.

(He smiles at her as he stands up and looks at her as places his hand onto her face getting her to lean into it and he smiles at her.)

Mickey: I miss you.

(Maggie smiles at him.)

Maggie: I miss you too.

(He leans in to kiss her only to have someone walk into the office getting them to pull away from each other.)

Raven: Oh shit sorry.
Mickey: No it's fine.
Maggie: Rav can you take me back to Mickey's?
Raven: Yeah.

(She pulls away from her ex and walks off with her sister to go back to Mickey's house.)

Later night.

Back at Mickey's house.

In the kitchen.

(Both Sidney and Maggie are in the kitchen talking and joking around as they both cook dinner for everyone.)

Sidney: Oh my god.
Maggie: I'm sorry.
Sidney: No you're not.

(They continue to laugh as Mickey walks into the house alittle annoyed. Then he walks off towards his bedroom.)

Hayley: Mom.

(Maggie walks out of the kitchen.)

Maggie: Yeah.
Hayley: Dad.

(She looks off towards the bedroom and hands the towel to Sidney then she walks off towards the bedroom.)

In Mickey's bedroom.

(Maggie walks into the room and closes the door behind her.)

Maggie: Mickey!

(He turns and looks at her as he turns she sees his shirt open and sees his bare chest and tries to keep from blushing. Mickey looks at her and laughs as he walks over to her.)

Mickey: Like what you see?
Maggie: I always have. But I can't do anything.
Mickey: I know that.
Maggie: Anyway. Hayley said you looked upset.
Mickey: I was.
Maggie: What's wrong?

(Mickey looks at her and smiles as he places his hand onto her face getting her to smile at him.)

Mickey: I love you Maggie.

(Maggie smiles at him as she leans into him.)

Maggie: I love you too. But.
Mickey: I know we can't.
Maggie: Other than.
Mickey: I got a call from Lisa.

(Maggie looks at him.)

Maggie: Again.
Mickey: Yeah.
Maggie: What she want?
Mickey: Me.

(Maggie looks at him and then looks off annoyed.)

Maggie: Shit.
Mickey: But I don't want her. I want you.
Maggie: Mickey!
Mickey: I know.

(Feeling how close they still are Mickey and Maggie look at each other and she leans in to kiss him only to have them quickly duck down as a shot goes off getting everyone in the house to do the samething as their all down Izzy keeps Hayley down as Cisco does the samething with Lorna. Both Mark and Sidney run off towards the bedroom as the gun fire continues both Mark and Sidney duck out of the way along with Raven Trevor and Kirby once the gun fire ends they all look around the house.)

Mark: Everyone okay?
Izzy: Yeah. Hayley!
Hayley: Yeah. Lorna!
Lorna: I'm okay. Babe.
Cisco: I'm good.
Mark: Babe Raven.
Raven: We're okay.
Mark: Kirby! Trev.
Trevor: Yeah we're good.

Back in Mickey's bedroom.

(Both him and Maggie are still on the floor.)

Mickey: You okay?
Maggie: Yeah. Are you?
Mickey: yeah.

(Feeling how close he is. Their both trying not to kiss.)

Mickey: Can you stand?
Maggie: Yeah.

(Before he can get up the gun fire starts up again and they fall back onto eachother and Mickey keeps Maggie covered from the gun fire. Once it finally ends they both lie there in each other's arms as the front door opens.)

Griggs: You guys are right?
Mark: Yeah.
Griggs: Where's McPherson and Haller?
Mark: In the bedroom.

(He opens the door to find both Mickey and Maggie are on the floor.)

Mark: You two are right?
Mickey: Yeah. But.
Mark: What?
Mickey: We need another place to stay.

(Maggie looks at him as he looks at her.)

Maggie: We can always go to my house.
Mickey: I thought?
Maggie: I changed my mind.

(Mickey looks at her and laughs.)

Mickey: Sounds good to me.
Maggie: Okay. But we might need to go to the hospital.
Mickey: Why?
Maggie: I think I popped some stitches.

(Mickey pulls away from her and quickly puts pressure onto her side.)

Hayley: Mom

(She rushes over to her and Mark helps keep pressure onto her wound. Then Mark looks around and sees another wound.)

Mark: No no no no. Maggie!
Mickey: What?
Mark: She was shot.

Hey guys here's the latest chapter of Protecting My Family hope you all enjoy it.

Mark: No no no no. Maggie!
Mickey: What?
Mark: She was shot.

(Mickey looks down and sees the wound.)

Mickey: No Maggie.

(She looks at him and then winces when Mark and Mickey do everything they can to stop the bleeding.)

Mark: Baby.

(Sidney runs into the room along with Raven.)

Sidney/Raven: NO.

(They both run over to their sister and put pressure onto Maggie's wound. Mickey rushes to her head and looks at her.)

Mickey: Maggie!
Maggie: Mickey!
Mickey: Please stay with us.

(She grabs his hand and keeps a hold of it as he keeps ahold of her hand.)

Mickey: I love you. Please don't leave us.
Maggie: I love you too.

(He leans in and kisses her getting her to smile in it then he pulls away from her as Mark sees something get thrown into the room and he acts quickly grabbing it and looks at it.)

Mark: Babe let me see Maggie's arms.

(She moves out of his way and he quickly injects her with Clarie Bennett's blood and she starts healing as she's healing she looks around the room and looks at her side as she looks at Mickey and hugs him along with their daughter.)

Maggie: I love you both so fucken much.
Hayley: We love you too.

(She keeps her mother in her arms. Mark looks at his wife who looks at him and walks over to him as he stands up to hug her as she gets to him he kisses her getting her to smile In it then she pulls away from him.)

Sidney: You okay?
Mark: Yeah I'm fine.

(She kisses him again then pulls away from him again.)

Sidney: I love you.
Mark: I love you too.
Griggs: You okay McPherson?
Maggie: Yeah.

(She pulls away from Hayley as Mark helps her up once she's up she looks at them.)

Griggs: What happened?
Maggie: Me and Mickey were in here talking and then all of a sudden we had gun fire going off in the house.
Griggs: Have any idea on where this shots were coming from?
Mickey: No. It started up so fast and we ducked down so quickly we didn't get a good idea on where they were coming from.
Griggs: Okay. In the meantime we gotta get you three somewhere safe.

(Mark looks at Sidney.)

Mark: Babe what about the cottage?

(Sidney looks at him and then looks off.)

Sidney: That's actually not a bad idea.
Mark: Mickey!
Mickey: That works. Maggie!
Maggie: You won't hear me complain.
Mark: Okay.
Sidney: Me and Jill can go and get it ready.
Mark: Okay. And make sure Liv messages Claire and thank her for the blood.
Sidney: Okay. Jill come on.

(They both rush off to go and get her cottage ready for Mickey Maggie and Hayley. Over the next several days. Maggie Mickey and Hayley have officially moved into Sidney's cottage and have settled into their rooms and back into a family again even if Maggie and Mickey aren't back together. But they both have come offly close to kissing whenever their alone or just doing a little bit flirting. But they both manage to catch themselves but everyone around them wonder if they won't one day will finally give into their feelings for each other.)

At Sidney's cottage.

In the kitchen.

(Mark and Maggie are standing there talking and joking around.)

Mark: How you guys handling being here?
Maggie: Good. It's gorgeous out here.
Mark: It is. I'm sure Mickey misses his house.
Maggie: He does. But he understands why we have to be up here.
Mark: And Hayley?
Maggie: She misses being able to go out riding.
Mark: I know. I'm sorry.
Maggie: Not your fault.
Mark: I know that.
Maggie: And it's not Mickey's.
Mark: I get that too. But there is someone is blaming Mickey for this.
Maggie: He's only pissed because it was Mickey I chose to come into hiding with instead of him.
Mark: Did you hear what he said about Mickey's client?
Maggie: Julian!
Mark: Yeah.
Maggie: I did. Why you think I called for Mickey instead of Jim.
Mark: True. I take it he's at work?
Maggie: Yeah. I wish I could be at work but.
Mark: Well if you and Hayley wanna get out for a little I can always take you two to go and see Mickey. And Hayley can go and see Izzy.

(Maggie looks at him and laughs.)

Maggie: So me and Mickey aren't the only ones seeing it.
Mark: Nope. Sidney's seen it and so has Raven.
Maggie: Oh boy and here Mickey thought he would have to have a talk with Eddie.
Mark: Yeah something tells me Eddie has taken a liking to Sam's kid sister.
Maggie: Oh shit.
Mark: Yeah it's not really sitting well with her.
Maggie: Why?
Mark: Sam's just over protective.
Maggie: Oh believe me I know the power of over protective sisters.
Mark: I hear ya.

(She laughs at him as they both continue on with their talk. After another week of being locked up in the cottage both Maggie and Hayley both decided they wanted to go out and spend time together out In the city. While they were out and about what they both failed to notice was someone falling them and trying to get an idea on what they can do. To finally get back at Mickey Haller for what he did to him as he continues to follow them. Maggie suddenly feeling like she's being watched quickly called up Mickey who had told her he was on the way to where they were after hanging up with him they both bumped into Izzy who looks at them confused.)

Izzy: You two okay?
Maggie: I felt like someone was following us around.

(Izzy looks behind her and has them both walk into her studio and she closes the door behind them.)

Izzy: You call Mickey?
Maggie: Yeah he's on the way.
Izzy: Okay.
Hayley: I texted Aunt Sidney.
Maggie: Okay.

(Then Maggie looks around the room.)

Maggie: Wow Izzy this is really nice.
Izzy: Thank you. It's still a working progress but.
Maggie: No it looks good. Have you had any classes?
Izzy: Yeah. I've got a number of them lined up for the next week and the week after.
Maggie: Wow.
Hayley: This is really cool.

(Izzy looks at her and smiles as Mickey rushes inside.)

Mickey: Maggie! Hayley!

(They both look at him. Maggie walks over to him and he quickly hugs her getting her to smile in it.)

Mickey: You two okay?
Maggie: Yeah. We're fine.
Mickey: Okay. I was so worried.
Maggie:  I know that.
Mickey: When we get back to the cottage. I wanna run something by you.
Maggie: Okay.

(He kisses her head then pulls away from it.)

Mickey: Thank you Izzy.
Izzy: You're welcome. You are right?
Hayley: Yeah I'm okay. Thank you.
Izzy: You're welcome.
Hayley: Dad.

(She walks over to him and he hugs her as he looks at Maggie.)

Mickey: I love you both so damn much.

(Maggie looks at him and smiles as she looks at Izzy who can see the fear in bosses eyes and knows he's got alot of fears and alot of his fears are for his family. Then he pulls away from his daughter.)

Mickey: Can you walk Hayley out to the Lincoln. Eddie's out there.
Izzy: Sure thing. Come on.

(They both walk off as Mickey looks at his ex wife once he knows that Hayley and Izzy are out of the building he walks over to Maggie as he gets to her he places his hand onto her face.)

Mickey: I'm gonna say something and I'm mean it.
Maggie: What's that?
Mickey: I love you so much. And I really want us to try again.

(Maggie looks at him as she pulls him closer to her.)

Maggie: So do I.
Mickey: I miss you so fucken much Mag's.
Maggie: I miss you too.

(He leans in and kisses her as their kissing he deepens it as their deepened kiss continues their both smiling in it then she pulls away from him.)

Maggie: I have a feeling there's more to this.
Mickey: There is.
Maggie: If it's what I think it is. Then we'll talk about this later.
Mickey: Okay.

(He leans in and kisses her again getting her to smile in it. Then he pulls away from her. Getting her to kiss him again as their kiss continues he slides his hands up her shirt only to have her quickly pull away from him.)

Maggie: We'll do this as well later.
Mickey: Okay. I love you.
Maggie: I love you too.

(They both turn and walk out of the studio.)

Later that night.

At Sidney's cottage.

In the livingroom.

(Both Mickey and Maggie are sitting there talking about what they were both thinking and wonder if it's a good or a bad idea.)

Maggie: Mickey we've tried the whole marriage thing.
Mickey: Yeah i know that.
Maggie: What makes you so sure it'll work out this time?
Mickey: I can't be sure if it'll work out this time. I can't be.
Maggie: Mickey we have been doing this back and forth for years now. I just want to make sure we can do this again.
Mickey: I wanna believe we can do this again. I really do.
Maggie: Okay.
Mickey: Over the years me and you have changed i wanna say I've grown up just a little bit.

(Maggie looks at him and laughs)

Maggie: Not by much.
Mickey: No no not by much. But you and Hayley both still love me.
Maggie: We do. Just for separate reasons.
Mickey: Yeah. Maggie I love you so much and I wanna both believe we can do this again. I can't make promises I'm sure I can't keep.
Maggie: Yeah.
Mickey: But the one thing I can promise you is that. I will do anything I can to keep you and Hayley safe. I can't lose either one of you.

(He walks up to her and places his hand onto her face getting her to lean into his touch.)

Maggie: Okay. But I have some conditions.
Mickey: Okay.
Maggie: We do date nights. Doesn't matter how busy either one of us gets with work.

(Mickey smiles at her as he nods his head at her.)

Mickey: Okay. If you have to work late. I'll take you dinner.
Maggie: And I could do the samething.
Mickey: Okay. I can agree to those terms. And I have a feeling if I don't remember. I'm sure Hayley will remind me.

(They start laughing as he pulls her into him.)

Mickey: Just one other question.
Maggie: As much as I love this place it's gorgeous up here but.
Mickey: Well since my house is still all shot up and well a crime scene.

(Maggie laughs at him as he smiles at her.)

Maggie: So my house it is.
Mickey: I can live with that.
Maggie: Yeah.
Mickey: Yeah.
Maggie: My house it is.

(Mickey sees the smile on Maggie's face and knows it's good.)

Mickey: Given that smile on your beautiful face means I'm going to like your answer.
Maggie: You might. Ask and see if you'll get the answer you want?
Mickey: Okay. Maggie McPherson. Will you marry me?

(Maggie looks at him and smiles.)

Maggie: Yes.

(Mickey pulls her old engagement ring out of his pocket and puts it onto her finger getting her to smile at him.)

Maggie: I thought.
Mickey: You thought what?
Maggie: I you had given this to Lorna.
Mickey: No. I hid this one in my closet. Away from her. I got her another ring.

(Maggie smiles at him as she looks at her ring. As she realizes something and smiles at him as he picks her up and walks her up the stairs to the bedroom. As they get to the bedroom. He kicks the door closed and they both fall onto the bed as they land on it their both laughing.)

Maggie: You okay?
Mickey: Yeah. I'm fine.

(He leans in to kiss her.)

Mickey: I'm gonna be marrying the woman I love again.
Maggie: Yeah. I love you.
Mickey: I love you too.

(He kisses her as Maggie opens his shirt as she reaches the final button on it they both sit up and she pushes it off of him once it's off he throws it to the floor as it hits the floor she takes hers off and throws it to the floor as it hits the floor they both fall back to the bed as they land on it their both smiling at each other.)

Mickey: You look better on the bottom.

(She starts laughing at him. She turns them over and he laughs at her.)

Mickey: Or you can be top.
Maggie: I live with that.

(She kisses him again sending them both back onto the bed as they land on it she deepens it sending them into a love making session.)

Twenty miles outside of Los Angeles.

Over by where Maggie's accident happened.

(Mark stops his car putting it into park then shuts it off then they get out of the car and close their doors then he locks it up and they walk over to Mickey's investigator.)

Mark: Cisco!

(He looks up at them.)

Cisco: Hey.
Mark: Hey.
Sidney: What's going on?
Cisco: I was going over the crime scene photos of the accident.
Mark: Okay.
Cisco: And then I took a look at the back of Maggie's car.
Mark: Okay.
Cisco: Then I talked to my source in the LAPD.
Mark: What he say?
Cisco: You sure you wanna know?
Mark: Do I wanna know who ran into my sister in law and nearly killed her?
Cisco: Yes.
Mark: Yes I do. Maggie's one of my bestfriend's Cisco. Who did this?

(He looks at him and then hands him the picture he got from his source. Once he has it Mark takes it from him and he looks at it. Seeing who it is he looks at Sidney.)

Sidney: Babe who is it?
Mark: Their sure about this?
Cisco: They got it off of the street cams coming into the city at top speed.

(Mark kneels over trying to keep from losing it. Then he stands back up.)

Sidney: Mark!
Mark: It was a Crows vehicle.

(He shows her the picture and she sees who it is.)

Sidney: Son of a bitch.
Cisco: Who the hell is that?
Mark: Sophie Moore's ex husband Tyler.

(Cisco looks at him and then looks off.)

Cisco: Why would Sophie's husband want Maggie dead?
Mark: I have no idea.
Sidney: I think it's about time you found out.
Mark: Okay. Cisco you mind coming with me?
Cisco: Of course not.
Sidney: I'm gonna go up to the cottage tomorrow and talk to Maggie and Mickey.
Mark: Okay.
Cisco: You wanna head down there now?
Mark: Yeah.

(They turn and look behind them to see Kirby pull up to them.)

Kirby: I just got a call from Izzy.

(Mark and Sidney walk over to her as she gets out of the car.)

Mark: And?
Kirby: Maggie and Hayley were walking around the city and Maggie felt like someone was watching them.
Mark: She see who it was?
Kirby: No. It's almost like they were staying hidden to where she couldn't see them.
Sidney: Someone following Maggie around.
Mark: Yeah someone who doesn't want Maggie with Mickey.
Sidney: Lisa Trammel!
Mark: Yeah.
Cisco: You wanna go and?
Mark: Yeah. Can you and Kirby go and look into that prison escape.
Sidney: Okay.

(She kisses him then pulls away from each other.)

Mark: Be careful. Both of you.
Kirby: We will be.

(He walks off towards his truck and he gets in as he gets in he closes the door and Cisco rides his bike off in the direction of the city. Then Mark does the samething.)

Over at the cottage.

Up in Maggie's room.

On the bed.

(Both her and Mickey are under the covers making love to each other and what the couple fail to notice is that there is someone watching them and not looking to happy about it she turns and walks off as she

walks off she calls someone and they quickly answer as she gets to the door she opens it and slams it shut getting Both Mickey and Maggie to pull away from each other and look at the door.)

Maggie: What the hell was that?
Mickey: I don't know. I could always go and check but.
Maggie: Yeah well I'm not really clothed either Mickey.

(Mickey looks at her and smiles as he kisses her getting her to smile in it then they pull away from each other.)

Mickey: I know and I still love what I see.
Maggie: Yeah.
Mickey: Yeah.

(He turns them over getting her to laugh at him and he kisses her again then she pulls away from him.)

Mickey: I should really go and see who that was.
Maggie: You sure?

(Mickey kisses her as their kissing he deepens it sending them into another love making session.)

Over at Crows Head quarters.

(Mark and Cisco walk inside and Mark shows them his badge and they nod their heads at him as they both head off to their command Center as they get there Mark walks over to one of the agents and they start

talking and joking around seeing how Mark is with one of the agents then he points him over to Tyler's office. They both walk off towards his office as they get there he knocks on the door.)

Tyler: It's open.

(Mark looks at Cisco and he can tell what he's thinking.)

Cisco: Don't do anything rash.
Mark: I won't.

(He opens the door and they walk inside as they walk in he closes the door behind them.)

Mark: Tyler!

(Tyler looks up when he hears Mark's voice and knows he knows he's the one who ran Maggie's car off of the road.)

Tyler: You know don't you?
Mark: Know what?
Tyler: Uh?
Mark: That you're the one who ran my sister in law off of the road. Nearly killing her.

(He stands up and looks at him.)

Tyler: I.
Mark: Why'd you do it?
Tyler: I.
Mark: You better have a better fucken answer then I when Commander Kane arrives.
Tyler: Mark!
Mark: My bestfriend nearly lost the woman he loves. My niece nearly lost her mother because of you.
Tyler: I didn't know it was Maggie Mark.

(Mark looks at him and laughs off the shock.)

Mark: You didn't know the car that you had run into was Maggie McPherson?
Tyler: No.
Mark: She drove a fucken Subaru Tyler. You saw it every time she went to work. Or went to pick up her daughter. Hell. You saw it every fucken time she'd come back into LA to pick up Hayley to take her back to San Diego with her.

(Tyler looks at him and then looks off.)

Mark: Tyler the DA'S office wants the driver who ran one of their own off of the fucken road head on a fucken pike.

(Tyler looks at him and then looks off not sure of what to say.)

Tyler: I.
Mark: I just. Fuck.

(Tyler looks at him and then looks off as Jacob walks into the office followed by both Kate and Sophie neither one of them looking to happy with him.)

Tyler: Commander.
Jacob: Not one word.

(He puts his head down knowing full well how pissed off at him that he is.)

Tyler: Fuck.

(As their all in there Mark's phone goes off he grabs it out to see who it is. Seeing the number he answers it.)

Mark: Eddie!
Eddie: Hey. I'm here at your wife's cottage with Mr. Haller and Mrs. Haller.
Mark: Okay.
Eddie: I just saw someone storming out of it not looking all to pleased by what they had seen inside.

(Mark puts his head down annoyed.)

Mark: Shit. Okay stay there I'm on the way.
Eddie: Okay.

(Mark hangs up with him and walks out of the office followed by Cisco.)

Mark: Eddie just saw someone storming out of The cottage not to looking to happy about what they saw inside.
Cisco: You thinking?
Mark: No clue. But come on.

(They both walk off to go out to the cottage.)

An hour later.

Up at the cottage.

(Mark and Cisco pull up and stop the car and Bike. Once their stopped and shut off Mark gets out of the car and closes the door then he locks it up as they both walk up to the cottage.)

Up in the cottage.

(Both Maggie and Mickey walk down the stairs talking and joking around. As they walk down they see Mark and Cisco walk into the house along with Sidney and Kirby.)

Maggie: Hey.
Mark: Hey.
Mickey: What's up?
Mark: Eddie called me and told he said he saw someone walking out of the house not looking to happy.

(They both look at him and then to each other.)

Mickey: We were upstairs we actually heard what sounded like someone slamming the door shut.
Maggie: Did he see who it was?
Eddie: No. They had their head down.
Mickey: Okay so clearly Sidney's cottage is no longer safe.

(Maggie looks at him and then looks off annoyed.)

Cisco: Maggie!
Maggie: Yeah.
Cisco: I was looking over the street camera's from the day of your accident.
Maggie: Okay.
Cisco: And there was a car that sped through the light coming off of the freeway.

(They both look at him confused.)

Maggie: Okay. A lot of people come flying off of the freeway.
Mark: Mag's the car came flying off of the free way not long after your accident.

(Maggie looks at him and then to Mickey who looks at her and feels bad for her.)

Maggie: Shit.
Mickey: Who the hell was it?
Mark: Now I'm going to be warning you guys of this now.
Maggie: Okay.
Mark: There's a very big chance that the Crows will try and sweep this under the rug.
Maggie: Who was it?
Mark: It was one of their agents.

(They both look at him and then look off annoyed.)

Cisco: They known for doing that?
Mark: Yeah. You've seen Kate right?
Cisco: Yeah. She looks like your friends sister. Babe what's her name?
Lorna: Circe!
Mark: That would be her.
Maggie: Mark what happens if this gets swept under the rug?
Mark: The person who did it gets off Scott free.
Mickey: Shit.
Mark: But I'm gonna do to everything I can to keep that from happening.
Mickey: I know that.

(Then Mark spots something on Maggie's finger and smiles at her. He walks over to her and she hugs him.)

Mark: Congrats.
Maggie: Thank you.

(Then he pulls away from her as his phone goes off he grabs it out to see what it is. Seeing the number he answers it.)

Mark: Ethan what's going on?
Ethan: I just over heard Commander Kane and his second in command talking.
Mark: Okay.
Ethan: Mark they want to sweep this accident under the rug.

(Mark puts his head down annoyed.)

Mark: Fuck. I'll be right there.
Ethan: Okay. I've called my dad he's on the way here.
Mark: Are right.

(They say their goodbyes and Mark hangs up.)

Sidney: Babe.
Mark: Fucken Crows.
Sidney: What?
Mark: They wanna sweep Maggie's accident under the fucken rug.
Kirby: Fuck. Let's go.
Mark: Are right. Sid stay here.
Sidney: Okay.

(She kisses him then pulls away from him as he walks off with Kirby as he walks out he calls someone and they quickly answer.)

Mark: Hey I need a favor. Can you fly into LA?

(They say they can and they hang up.)

Kirby: Who was that?
Mark: You'll find out soon.
Kirby: Is it Raven?

(Mark looks at her and laughs.)

Mark: No it's not Raven. Why do you want it to be?
Kirby: No. Why would you ask such a thing?

(Mark laughs at her as he looks at Eddie whose trying to keep from laughing.)

Mark: Don't.
Eddie: Understood.
Kirby: What?
Mark: Oh nothing. Stay here with them. If anyone shows up call and let us know.
Eddie: Will do.

(He walks off back into the house as Mark's still laughing at his friend as he sends a text to his wife. Then he puts the phone away.)

Inside of the cottage.

(Sidney's sitting down on the couch as her phone goes off. She grabs it out to see a text from Mark and smiles at it.)

Mark: (Text) Kirby's got a crush on yours's and Maggie's sister.

(Sidney reading it laughs as she gets up and walks over to her sister.)

Sidney: Hey Mag's.
Maggie: Yeah.

(She shows her the text and she reads it through then starts laughing as Sidney sends one back.)

Sidney: (Text): I'm so telling Jill and Olivia when I see them.

(Then she sends it as their both still laughing.)

Maggie: This is gonna be interesting.
Sidney: Yup.
Maggie: But than again.

(Maggie nods her head towards Hayley whose talking with Izzy and they both can tell she's blushing over something she said.)

Sidney: Wow.

(They start laughing then calm down.)

Back over in the city.

At Crow Head Quarters.

(Mark and Kirby walk inside and head for their command center. As their walking towards it Mark sees Kate who can tell he knows and walks over to him.)

Kate: She doesn't wanna do it.
Mark: Not from what Ethan told me.
Kate: Okay yes he wants to sweep this case under the fucken rug.
Mark: Did he learn nothing from the whole thing with Circe?
Kate: Clearly he didn't.

(Mark looks off annoyed.)

Kate: I know what he's doing is fucked up.
Mark: Yes it is. Hayley nearly lost her mother. And her mother just happens to be the love of her father's life. This case gets swept under the fucken rug. Then Tyler gets off for his crime.
Kate: I'm aware of that.
Mark: But your father isn't. I thought he wanted the Crows to turn over a new leaf?

(Kate looks at him and can tell he's pissed.)

Kate: He does.
Mark: It sure as hell doesn't seem like it. If he's wanting to sweep what happened to Maggie under the damn rug.
Kate: He figures Tyler's feels guilty enough.
Mark: You do realize what the hell the DA's office is going to do if this case get thrown out because of your father.
Kate: I'm well aware of that.
Mark: Okay.
Kate: But he's not gonna give up this case unless it's court ordered.
Mark: Why would this case of even come into the hands of the Crows?
Kate: She was twenty-minutes outside of the Los Angeles city limits.
Mark: You've got to be fucken kidding me.
Kate: Mark!
Mark: Well if that's the case. It should of landed in the hands of the FBI. At least with them I know this wouldn't be swept under the fucken rug.

(He walks around her as Kate stands there knowing he's pissed off. As he's walking off he grabs out his phone and calls Sidney who quickly answers the phone.)

Sidney: You are right?
Mark: I've been better.
Sidney: What's going on?
Mark: This case was never in the hands of the LAPD.
Sidney: What?
Mark: It's been the Crow's case all along.

(Sidney puts her head down annoyed.)

Mark: If this case get put away we'll never get it solved.
Sidney: So what the hell can we do?
Mark: See if we can't get a Fedral judge to take this case away from them.

(Sidney looks at her sister whose talking with Mickey.)

Sidney: I'll talk to her.
Mark: Okay.

(Mark smiles on the other end.)

(Then they hang up as both him and Kirby walk into their command center and Mark heads for Jacob's office as they get there they walk in and Mark closes the door behind them. Seeing him Tyler quickly gets up

to run off only to be met with both Wayne Bailey and Raymond Griggs.)

Wayne: You going somewhere Agent?

(Tyler looks at them and then to Mark.)

Jacob: What the hell is going on here?
Cardone: What is going on here is that. This case has officially been handed down to the LAPD.

(Jacob looks at him as Mark looks at Kirby who looks just as surprised.)

Mark: I can give you one good guess.
Kirby: Yup.

(Mark laughs off the shock.)

Cardone: Agent Reed can you come and take agent Tyler's badge and weapon please.

(Kirby walks over to him and does as she's asked once she's taken his badge and gun off of him and places them down onto Jacob's desk.)

Cardone: He's all yours.

(Griggs walks over to Tyler and pushes him over.)

Griggs: Tyler you are under arrest for the attempted murder of former Los Angeles county Deputy District Attorney Maggie McPherson You have the right to remain silent anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to have an present during questionings. If can't afford an attorney one will be given to you by the justice department. Now do you understand these rights that have just been given to you?
Tyler: Yeah.
Wayne: Are right let's go.

(After cuffing him they both walk him out of the office as Mark looks at Cardone and nods his head at him.)

Mark: Go with them. I know a number of Crows who are going to try and stop them from leaving.
Kirby: Okay.

(She rushes from the office as Mark closes the other door and turns to look at Jacob. Then walks over to the window and taps it darking it.)

Jacob: Mark!
Mark: Save it. Just fucken save it.

(He looks him and can tell he's annoyed with him.)

Mark: You and your family went through hell thinking that Kate was dead.
Jacob: I know that.
Mark: And you didn't think that Maggie's family wouldn't of been going through the same fucken hell. If she had died.
Jacob: I.
Mark: You told me that if my parents had bought out the Crows from under you that the Crows would be turning over a new fucken leaf.

(Jacob looks off.)

Mark: But yet here you are. Trying to sweep the accident that nearly killed my sister in law under the fucken rug. And for what? Tyler. When the hell are you going to fucken learn?

(Jacob looks at him.)

Mark: You can't pick and chose the cases you get to solve Commander. I don't care who the suspect is.
Jacob: Mark!
Mark: What?
Jacob: I know us sweeping Circe's rape case under the rug was a dick move.
Mark: And it would of really been a dick move to sweep this one under the rug. I mean fuck sake Jacob. She's the former LA county Deputy District Attorney. You didn't think this wouldn't of gotten Robert Cardone's fucken attention.

(Jacob looks off knowing he screwed up.)

Mark: It's almost like the Crows haven't learned from the last case they swept under the fucken rug. Might I add I happen to be dating this woman right around the time you guys pulled this stunt.
Jacob: I know that.
Mark: Do you. Because from where I'm standing. You don't. We all thought Kate was dead for close to a fucken year because of what Sionis did. If it hadn't of been for Alice. We might not have Kate now.

(Jacob looks at him and knows he wants to kill him.)

Mark: I just. For close to two years. I had been wanting to know what the hell I had done wrong in order to get Circe to break up with me. But little did I know that my bestfriends father threw away Circe's case as of it never existed.

(Jacob looks off.)

Mark: If anyone knows me as well as Kate Sophie and Reagan do.
Jacob: What?
Mark: They would all know how fucked up I was when she dumped me.
Jacob: I know that.
Mark: So what the hell makes you think I wouldn't of been just as pissed off about this one.
Jacob: I don't know.
Mark: You don't know. Jacob you seem to forget one simple thing.
Jacob: What?
Mark: You and the rest of them seem to keep forgetting how i ended up getting back together with my wife. It was because of Roman Sionis he kidnapped her and Kirby. He wanted to make me suffer for the pain Circe was going through all because I worked for you.

(Jacob looks at him.)

Mark: He almost killed the woman I love and one of my friends. If it hadn't of been for Alice we wouldn't have Kate back. And I sure as hell never would of gotten my second chance with Sidney. I won't lie. Losing Circe when I did hurt like hell. But losing Sidney would of been ten times worse.
Jacob: Why?
Mark: Because I still had feelings for her. And they only showed through once she went missing. I hope you would of been able to live with yourself if they had been killed by him.

(Then he turns and walks out of the office still pissed at him as he walks out he slams the door closed and walks off to go and see his wife as he walks off both Kate and Sophie watch him walking away and then look over at Jacob's office.)

Sophie: Shit.
Kate: Yup.
Sophie: If you notice he kept one thing from your father.
Kate: Yeah. I don't blame him.

(She points her ring finger and Sophie smiles at her.)

Sophie: He's better off with Sidney.
Kate: Hey.

(She starts laughing at her as she walks off.)

Kate: Rude.

(They both walk off laughing.)

An hour later.

Over at the park.

(Mark's standing there next to his car looking out at the mountains as someone pulls up and stops. As he's standing there they walk up to him and lean onto his car with him.)

Sidney: You are right?

(Mark looks at her and laughs.)

Mark: No I'm not.
Sidney: I can tell.

(Mark looks at her.)

Mark: What?
Sidney: You talked about something and it's effecting you I can see it on your face and hear it in your voice.

(Mark smiles at her.)

Mark: I got onto him about the whole thing with Kate and Circe.

(Sidney looks at him and nods her head at him.)

Mark: A three years before Kate showed back up in Gotham Circe Sionis had been raped and instead of investigating the rape the Crows swept it under the rug.
Sidney: Why?
Mark: No one know. Me and Sophie tried asking. But he kept brushing us off when we asked. Of course her ex husband wasn't much better.
Sidney: You thinking.
Mark: No. He was far to in love with Sophie to ever think about something like that. Besides Kate hadn't shown back up in Sophie's life yet.
Sidney: Okay. So who did it?
Mark: One of her dad's clients and because he's got money and was willing to pay to make the case go away.
Sidney: They took the money and made the case disappear.
Mark: Yup.
Sidney: Huh.
Mark: Yeah.
Sidney: What else is bothering you?
Mark: I brought you up and the way you Kirby and the others had come back into my life.
Sidney: Oh.
Mark: Yeah. Of course me bringing up Alice didn't make it any better so.
Sidney: I'm sure.
Mark: I told him losing Circe the way I had hurt like hell. But losing you would of been ten times worse.

(Sidney looks at him.)

Sidney: Why?

(Mark stands up and pulls her closer to him.)

Mark: Weather I knew it or not then.
Sidney: What?
Mark: I still had feelings for you.

(She smiles at him as he kisses her as their kissing their both smiling in it as Mark's phone goes off getting them to pull away from each other.)

Mark: Damn.

(Sidney laughs at him as he grabs out his phone to see who it is seeing Jacob's name come up on the screen he answers it.)

Mark: Commander!
Jacob: I'm sorry Mark.

(Mark looks at Sidney confused.)

Mark: Why you sorry?
Jacob: I'm sorry for throwing out Circe's case and I'm sorry for trying to throw out Maggie's case.

(Mark continues to look at Sidney confused.)

Mark: Get back to Mickey and Maggie right now.

(She rushes off back towards her car as Mark gets into his and quickly takes off towards Crows Head quarters. As he's on his way back there he remains on the phone with Jacob who makes one hell of a confession

to him.)

Jacob: I never wanted to do it. But I was told if I did it would help get with the man I loved.

(Mark continues on his way to their head quarters.)

Mark: Jacob!
Jacob: I'm in love with you.

(Mark falls silent on the other end and then looks off as he speeds up hoping to get to them before anything can happen to Jacob and his friends. As he's pulling up he hears a shot go off and hears a bunch of gun

fire going off which of course gets Mark to stop his truck and he hears the voice of the man he thought was in Arkham.)

Mark: Sionis!
Roman: Say goodbye to your friends.

(Mark stops his truck putting it into park and gets out of it as the building goes off sending Mark backwards. After falling backwards and the building settling he looks up at it then stands up.)

(Mark stops his truck putting it into park and gets out of it as the building goes off sending Mark backwards. After falling backwards and the building settling he looks up at it then stands up.)

(He's standing there looking at the building as someone runs up to him and they look up at the building feeling someone next to him he looks at her and smiles.)

Mark: Kate!

(She looks at him and smiles as he quickly hugs her getting her to smile even more at her. Then he pulls away from her as someone comes running out of the building seeing them they both run over to them.)

Kate: Sophie!

(Sophie looks over at her and walks over to her as she gets to her she quickly hugs her as Mark's phone goes off he grabs it out to see who it is. Seeing the number he answers it.)

Mark: Hayley!
Hayley: Mark he's here.
Mark: Who is?
Hayley: That guy Roman Sionis.
Mark: Where are you?
Hayley: Upstairs. Mark he's got my parents along Sidney and the other's.

(Mark hearing that looks like he's about to lose it until he hears something on the other end and hearing Hayley scream out.)

Mark: Hayley!
Roman: Hi ya Mark.
Mark: You hurt any of my friends Sionis and I'll make you quickly fucken regret it.

(Then he hangs up with him as Kate and Sophie look at him.)

Mark: Sionis is up at Sidney's cottage.
Kate: What? I thought he was locked up in Arkham.
Mark: Yeah well he's not now.
Sophie: Go.
Mark: You sure?
Sophie: Yeah. Go.

(Mark rushes off to go and get his friends out of the hands of Roman Sionis as he's headed that way he's on the phone with someone who says their on the way and rush off towards Sidney's cottage.)

At Sidney's cottage.

In the kitchen.

(All of Mark's friends are there being tormented by Roman and his men as their all being tormented by him what he fails to notice is that Cisco has his phone out and that Mark can hear every ward as he's listening

to it he's speeding up along with the line of police cars right behind him. As he continues to beat on Mickey Mark can hear Maggie and Hayley begging him to stop. As he continues he says something that he didn't

think he would ever hear come from him and gets pissed off as he looks at the person next to him.)

Kate: Shit.

(He has her text the person in the car behind them.)

Mickey: You touch my fiancé I'll kill you.

(Then he gets kicked in the face.)

Maggie: Mickey!

(He looks at her and smiles at her as he looks over at Cisco and Lorna then he notices something but doesn't let it be known he sees Cisco's phone.)

Out on the road.

(Mark and the other's are quickly rushing towards Sidney's cottage and he hopes they can get to them before anything can happen to Maggie. Then he has one his men grab her only to have Mickey trip him and he

goes over as he goes down Mickey kicks him in the face Roman goes to kick him but Maggie's able to turn around in time and kicks him back as he goes back one of his other men goes to go after them as

someone rushes in and fires at him sending them over hearing the gun shot. Mark hangs the phone up.)

Kate: Who the hell was that?
Mark: Raven just arrived.

(Kate laughs at him as they continue on their way.)

Up at Sidney's cottage.

In the house.

(Roman looks up to see whose there and laughs until her men walk into the house from both sides of it and surround his men.)

Raven: You do realize you just fucked with the wrong family.

(Roman looks at her as they throw someone down onto the ground she looks up at him.)

Circe: Hi dad.

(Roman looks at her and then to Raven as Mark and the other's rush in and looks at him.)

Mark: Nice timing.
Raven: Thank you.

(He smiles at her as he kicks Circe over again she looks up at him as Mark points his weapon at Roman who knows that look on his face.)

Mark: Mick you are right?
Mickey: Yeah. He was gonna have one of his men take Maggie up to rape her.

(Mark hearing that looks at Raven who looks like she wants to kill. Mark shoots one of his men in the leg sending him over. Then he picks Circe up and points his weapon at her head and keeps it there.)

Mark: You have five seconds to let my friends go or I put a round into your daughter's head.
Roman: You wouldn't.

(Mark presses it harder into her head as two other people walk up to him and place their weapons against his head.)

Jason: I dare you to try him. Now drop it.
Mickey: Baby.
Maggie: I'm are right.

(He moves towards her and she grabs onto him as he hangs onto her.)

Maggie: We get the choice.
Mickey: New San Francisco it is.
Maggie: Yeah.

(He kisses her head then pulls away from it as Mark keeps his gun pointed at Circe's head.)

Mark: I really have no issues killing someone today not after you came after my friends.

(He keeps the gun where it is.)

Roman: You won't kill her.
Mark: And why's that? Because I'm still in love with her?

(Roman looks at him.)

Mark: I'd hate to break it to you. But I do still love her. I'm always going to. But I'm in love with the woman whose on the floor badly beaten and if I find out your friend there did it I will not regret putting a round into Circe's head.
Roman: You won't kill her.

(Mark looks at him and laughs as he throws Circe over and then points it at him.)

Mark: I might have a problem killing her. But I don't have one killing you.

(Mark shoots him in the leg sending him over he walks over to him and points his gun down at him as the police rush into the cottage and look at them seeing the cops Mark kicks Roman in the face knocking him

out.)

Mark: He's right here. And you can take her too. Only put her in a prison not back into Arkham. She never deserved to be there.
Griggs: You got it.

(The police continue to pour in and start arresting Roman and his men as Mark runs over to his wife.)

Mark: Baby.

(Sidney looks at him and smiles as she sits up and hugs him as Hayley rushes over to her parents and they both hang onto her as Raven rushes over to her sister who looks up at her and she hugs her.)

Mark: You okay?
Sidney: Yeah. You were quick.
Mark: Cisco had me on speaker phone.

(She laughs at him as he helps her up once she's up she hugs him again as their hugging he bury's his face into her neck getting her to smile at him.)

Mark: I thought I was gonna lose you.
Sidney: No. I knew you were coming.
Mark: I was. I love you Prescott.

(Sidney smiles at him as she pulls away from him and he kisses her as their kissing she smiles in it then he pulls away from her.)

Sidney: I love you too.

(She hugs him again as he looks at Jill and Kirby who are sitting there and then stand back up as Trevor runs into the cottage.)

Trevor: Jill! Baby.

(Jill hearing her name runs over to her husband who quickly hugs her and he looks at his sister who smiles at him as she looks over at Raven whose keeping a hold of both her and Sidney's sister.)

Raven: You gonna be okay?
Maggie: Yeah.
Raven: Okay.

(She kisses her sister's head then pulls away from it as she looks over at Sidney who had pulled away from Mark and she walked over to Raven who stood up and she hugged as Mark looks over at Trevor whose got

his wife in his arms and kisses her head then pulls away from it. Then Mark walks over to Cisco and Lorna as he gets to them he unties them and looks them over.)

Mark: You put up on hell of a fight didn't you?
Cisco: I'm not the only one.

(Mark looks at his wife and smiles at her.)

Mark: She's a badass that's for sure.

(They start laughing as the police take out a limping Roman and his men as Mark looks over at his ex and walks over to her.)

Mark: Circe!

(She looks at him.)

Mark: Thank you.

(She nods her head at him.)

Circe: You're welcome. Don't lose her this time.
Mark: I don't plan on it.
Circe: Okay.

(They walk out of the house as Mark looks at his friends.)

Circe: Mark!
Mark: Yeah.
Circe: Thank you for not killing me.
Mark: I could never kill you. Despite everything.
Circe: What?
Mark: I do still love you Circe.
Circe: But not as much as your wife.
Mark: I'm sorry.
Circe: It's okay. Have a good life Mark. You deserve it. The Crows not so much.

(Mark laughs at her as she turns and walks out of the house again.)

Later that day.

In the city.

At Mickey's law office.

(Everyone is there in the conference room. As Izzy and Eddie rush into the office and into the conference room.)

Izzy: Mickey!

(He turns and looks at her as she runs in and sees Maggie there along with everyone else.)

Eddie: What happened?
Maggie: Circe's father figured out where me and Mickey were at and came after us in order to get to Mark.

(They both look at her and then look off annoyed.)

Eddie: Think they had someone tailing people who came and went from the cottage?
Mickey: Most likely. So I have Cisco and Trevor sweeping all of my Lincoln's including Mark's car.
Izzy: So what's this mean for you guys?
Mickey: I don't know. Cardone is talking with Mark and Raven on what they can do.
Izzy: If Maggie has to leave.
Mickey: I'm gonna have to stay behind.

(Maggie looks at him and knows this is hurting him more than anyone can ever know he gets up and walks off towards his office with Maggie right behind him.)

Izzy: Does this mean.
Lorna: Hayley's gonna have to go with Maggie.

(Izzy looks her and then looks off not sure she likes this but knows they have no choice if they wanna keep Maggie and Hayley safe. Lorna seeing the look on her face can tell something is bothering her so she

walks over to her as Eddie sits down next to Hayley who he can tell is worried about her parents.)

Hayley: I don't want my parents to break up again.
Eddie: I know.

(She leans into him as he hugs her.)

In Mickey's office.

(He's looking out of the window as Maggie walks into the office and closes the door getting him to turn and look at her.)

Maggie: Hey.
Mickey: Hey.
Maggie: Me and Hayley are gonna be okay.
Mickey: Yeah I know that. I just hate that I can't even keep my own family safe. And the fact that Sionis came after us.
Maggie: I know that.
Mickey: Mag's if you have to go.
Maggie: I'm not breaking up with you again. Raven's not gonna let me. In fact she threatened to kick my ass if i did.

(He laughs at her as he walks over to her and kisses her as their kissing their both smiling it then she pulls away from him.)

Maggie: I love you too.

(He smiles at her as she hugs him.)

Mickey: There is something I wanna do before you leave.
Maggie: What's that?

(He looks at her finger and sees the engagement ring there and smiles at it.)

Maggie: Hey.
Mickey: I wanna make you my wife first.

(Maggie looks at him and smiles as she kisses him as their kissing he smiles in it then she pulls away from him.)

Mickey: We can always have it here or well at the house.
Maggie: Which one?
Mickey: Mine. I know it's still got bullet holes in it but.
Maggie: No your house is perfectly fine.

(He kisses her again then pulls away from her as he places his forehead to her's.)

(He smiles at her as they both remain there.)

Still at Mickey's law office.

In his office.

(Both him and Maggie are lying down on the couch asleep as Hayley walks in and sees them that way then smiles as she walks over to them and wraps a blanket once it's on them she kisses both of her parents

heads then pulls away from them as the door to his office opens and Hayley turns to see who it is and smiles at her.)

Hayley: Andy!
Andrea: Hey.

(She walks over to her and she hugs her as she looks over Maggie and Mickey and smiles at them as they both walk out of the room and she closes the door then they walk off towards the conference room.)

Lorna: Andrea!
Andrea: Hi. Sorry I haven't been around. I just found out what was going on with Maggie.
Cisco: So you also know there's a chance she has to leave again.
Andrea: Yeah. I do. Believe me Cardone isn't to happy with it either.
Lorna: He's the one who sent her out to Van Nys and he's not happy with the fact that Maggie has to yet again leave the man she loves and take their daughter with her.

(Andrea looks at her.)

Lorna: Or do you still blame Mickey for that too.

(Andrea looks at her and then look off.)

Mark: Lorna back off. No one blames themselves for Maggie being sent off to Van Nys more then Mickey does. And the fact that she went off to San Diego in order to run her own team.

(Lorna backs off as she sees Cisco.)

Sidney: Hey babe.
Mark: Hey.

(She kisses him then pulls away from him.)

Lorna: What you guys find?
Mark: Where's?
Hayley: Their both sleeping.
Mark: Okay. So we'll leave them alone. They can use all the sleep they can get.
Cisco: Me and Trevor found this on one of Mickey's Lincoln's?
Mark: Which one?
Cisco: He's SUV.
Mark: Shit.
Cisco: If you think that is bad. Just wait until you see who put it there.

(He puts the tracker down onto the table and Mark looks at the symbol and knows who put it there.)

Mark: Damn it Luke.

(He grabs out his phone and calls Kate who quickly rushes over to the office along with Sophie and Ryan. As they got the office Mark showed them tracker and she looks at it.)

Kate: This is one of Ryan's.

(She takes it from her looks at her.)

Ryan: How the hell did he manage to get this out of the Batcave?
Kate: That's a very good question.
Mark: Kate don't you guys have a stick that is used to attach these too.

(Kate looks at him and then she looks at Ryan who nods her head at her.)

Ryan: It's one of the new tools Luke had brought in.
Mark: Is it still there?
Ryan: No. Luke had taken it out of the Batcave during one of our missions and he said he dropped it.

(Mark looks at her and then to Kate who looks off annoyed.)

Mark: In an ally somewhere right?
Ryan: Yeah. And he said that word for word.

(Mark looks off annoyed.)

Mark: Cisco and Trevor found this on one of Mickey's Lincoln's.

(Kate looks off even more annoyed.)

Mark: Kate when Luke attached this to Mickey's Lincoln.
Kate: He gave Sionis an opening to find out where Maggie and Mickey were.
Mark: Yup.
Kate: Shit.
Hayley: While Sionis was holding us before Mark and aunt Raven showed up.

(Kate Sophie and Ryan look at her.)

Hayley: He was trying to get us to tell him where Mark was.

(They all look at her and can see she's trying to not remember what they were doing to her parents. Kate walks over to her and kneels down in front of her.)

Kate: You don't have to tell us.
Hayley: I know. His men were beating on my dad. Cisco tried to stop them but they managed to beat on him until he remained on the floor.

(Kate looks over at her wife whose looking at her and then she looks at Ryan.)

Mark: I bet that wasn't an easy thing to do.

(Cisco looks at him and laughs.)

Cisco: I know right.
Hayley: Mark!
Mark: Yeah.

(He walks over to her and kneels down next to her.)

Mark: What's the matter?
Hayley: He had one of his men.

(Mark looks at Kate who looks at him not sure of what to say to him.)

Mark: Tell me they didn't.
Hayley: They tried to rape her with my dad and me in the room.

(Mark looks at her and then he looks at Kate who has her head down not wanting to believe this but knows it's true.)

Kate: Shit.
Mark: I'm going to kill him.
Kate: I wouldn't blame you.
Mark: When was this?
Hayley: Right before aunt Sidney showed up with Jill and Kirby. They were able to get them all down until Sionis showed up and shot Jill in the shoulder sending her down both Sidney and Kirby rushed toward her and quickly helped her up and sat her down in the kitchen.

(Mark turns and looks at his wife whose got her head down. He gets up and walks over to her as she hugs him again as both Maggie and Mickey walk into the room. Hayley seeing them runs over to her mother.)

Maggie: Hey hey.

(As she gets to her she quickly hugs her getting her to look at Mickey who looks just as confused. But for long when he sees their faces.)

Mickey: She told you.
Mark: She did.
Mickey: I would of.
Mark: Hey. We don't blame for this. Sionis yes. But not you.
Mickey: Okay.
Mark: How many were there before Sionis arrived?
Mickey: About six of seven. They needed more in order to bring Cisco down.

(Cisco looks at him and then looks off laughing a little.)

Mark: Yeah we heard. And you?
Mickey: Oh they had me on the ground after hitting me in the back of the head which is what got Maggie's attention and they had her down faster then Cisco or Lorna could get to them.

(Mark nods his head at him.)

Mickey: You don't realize how scared I was when they were.

(Mark looks at him and then looks at Maggie whose got their daughter in her arms and she's hanging onto her.)

Mark: Mag's!
Maggie: I'm are right. Thanks to Sidney Jill and Kirby showing up when they did. They didn't get very far.

(Kate looks at her and knows she's not telling the whole thing and so does Mark but neither one of them are going to push the issue.)

Mark: I'm just glad you guys are okay.
Maggie: So am I. Where's?
Mark: She's planning your route to New San Francisco. She doesn't want you guys to be caught leaving the city.
Maggie: New San Francisco.
Mark: She figured Mickey wouldn't.
Mickey: I don't. As long as my girls are safe.

(Mark smiles at him as Mickey kisses his fiancé's and daughter's heads then he looks at his friend.)

Mickey: What you guys find?
Cisco: Me and Trevor found this on your Lincoln.

(He tosses the tracker in front of Mickey and looks at it.)

Mickey: Isn't this?
Mark: It's one of Batwoman's.
Mickey: How the hell did it end up on my Lincoln?
Mark: We believe Luke Fox put it there.

(Mickey looks at him and then looks off annoyed.)

Mickey: That son of a bitch put this onto my car.
Mark: Yeah.
Mickey: Mark this fucking thing lead Sionis to me and to my family.
Mark: I know that.
Mickey: Mark had it not been for Sidney and the other's. God knows what Sionis's men would of done to Maggie.
Mark: I'm aware. But to be honest.
Mickey: What?
Mark: I think Sionis hit his main target.

(They all look at him not sure of what to say to him.)

Mickey: What?
Mark: He blew up the Crows building with a number of Crows still inside. Kate's father included.

(He throws the pictures down and they all look at them as Mickey's looking at them he can see the pain on Mark's face knowing he just lost a lot of good friends.)

Mickey: Oh my god.
Mark: Yeah. You and your family were just a distraction. Not that i'm saying the Prescott sister's aren't good a distraction.

(Mickey looks at him and laughs.)

Sidney: Well thank you honey.

(Mark smiles at her as he looks back at Mickey.)

Mickey: I wonder just how many explosives they used in order to bring that building down?
Mark: No idea. This case is in the LAPD's hands.

(Mickey nods his head at him.)

Mark: Their gonna be working closely with the FBI. Kirby's gonna be the lead on the case.
Mickey: Works for me. I'm sorry for your loss Kate.

(Kate smiles at him as she looks at Sophie who hugs her from behind.)

Maggie: Hey.

(Mark looks at her and laughs.)

Mark: Jacob's final words to me were him apologizing for sweeping Circe's case under the rug.
Maggie: Okay.
Mark: And that he was in love with me.

(She looks at him and then she hugs him getting him to lose it in his sister in laws arms who looks over at her sister who looks off not sure of to say to that. Then they pull away from each other as Mark looks over

at his wife then he walks over to her as she gets to her she quickly hugs him as Raven walks into office and over to them.)

Raven: Hey.

(Hayley runs over to her aunt and she hugs her getting her to smile at her.)

Hayley: I love you aunt Raven.

(Raven smiles at her as she kisses her head then pulls away from it.)

Raven: I love you too. And my sister too I guess.

(Both Maggie and Sidney flip her the bird getting her to laugh at them as she shows them the route they were gonna use in order to them all to New San Francisco safely.)

Mark: Is it much safer?
Raven: It would lead us right to the west gate.
Mark: Okay.
Raven: Hey.
Mark: I just don't want you guys to get ambushed on the way out of LA.
Raven: Oh I don't think we will.
Mark: Okay.

(He kisses his sister in laws head then pulls away from it as they continue on with what their planning.)

A couple of days later.

Over at Mickey's house.

Out on the patio.

(All of their friends and family are there waiting for Mickey and Maggie's wedding ceremony to start up.)

An hour later.

(Both Maggie and Mickey are up at the alter in front Jason whose performing their ceremony as their friends and family watch them remarry each other. As their ceremony continues. Both saying their vows and

once again exchanging wedding rings once they've exchanged wedding rings. Their both preannounced Man and wife.)

Jason: Mickey you may now kiss the bride.
Mickey: Oh boy.

(They start laughing at him as she kisses him as their kissing their both smiling it.)

Mark: I'm so glad I didn't say that at our wedding?
Sidney: No you just said it on our honeymoon.
Mark: I liked what i saw. And I still do.

(She looks at him and then looks off blushing.)

Sidney: Mark!
Mark: Yeah.
Sidney: Would you be mad if I wanted to change my lastname?

(Mark looks at her and smiles at her.)

Mark: You wanna change your lastname.
Sidney: Yeah.
Mark: To what?
Sidney: McPherson-Buchanan.

(Mark looks at her and smiles as he kisses her as their kissing she smiles in it then she pulls away from him.)

Mark: I would love that. I think even your sisters would love that.
Sidney: Yeah.
Mark: Yeah.

(Then they go back to watching Mickey and Maggie finish out their wedding ceremony. Once Jason announces Maggie and Mickey Mr. And Mrs. Mickey Haller Sidney laughs at her as they both walk back down the

aisle as all of their friends and family clap for them. Through the day they all continue to celebrate both Mickey and Maggie both getting married again and hope the couple will be able to stay that way this time

around. As both Mickey and Maggie are walking around the room talking with their guest Lorna walks up to Sidney and hands her an envelope she looks at it and smiles.)

Lorna: Congrats Sidney McPherson-Buchanan.

(Sidney smiles at her as she opens it and looks at the name change then smiles at it.)

Sidney: Thank you. And thank you for putting a rush on it.
Lorna: You're welcome. I guess it comes with being a lawyer now.
Sidney: It does.
Lorna: Why'd you wanna put a rush on it.
Sidney: I wanted to give it to Maggie and Raven before they leave tomorrow.
Lorna: Okay.

(She walks off as Sidney walks over to her sister and brother in law whose joking around Eddie and Izzy. As Sidney gets to them she taps her sisters shoulder.)

Maggie: Hey.
Sidney: Hey. You and Raven got a minute?
Maggie: Yeah. Hey Rav.

(Raven looks at her as she walks away from Trevor and Olivia who are joking around with her as they walk out onto the patio. As they get out there Sidney's holding the envelope with her name change papers in it.)

Raven: You are right?

(Sidney looks at her and laughs.)

Sidney: Yeah. I wanted to give you two something.

(They both look at her as she hands Maggie the envelop she takes it from her and opens it.)

Maggie: What is it?
Sidney: Just open it and read what it says.
Raven: Mag's careful it might blow up.

(Sidney smacks Raven in the head getting her to laugh.)

Raven: Ow.
Maggie: Wuss.

(She pulls the papers out and looks at them and then looks up at Sidney.)

Raven: What?
Maggie: She changed her lastname.

(She hands the papers to Raven who looks at them and then looks up at Sidney.)

Raven: Wow. And here we were gonna change ours to Prescott.

(Sidney laughs at them.)

Maggie: Yeah.
Sidney: I'm sorry.
Maggie: NO. This is great. I love it.

(She hugs her getting Sidney to smile at her and Raven laughs as she hugs both of her sister's getting them all to nearly fall over and they start laughing as both of Sidney and Maggie's husband's look at them and

smile.)

Mickey: Hey Raven. Don't kill my wife.

(Mark looks at him and laughs as he can see the smile on Mickey's face.)

Mark: Still weird?
Mickey: Kind of.

(Before they can say anything else. They hear something behind them and turn to see what it is.)

Mark: What the hell?
Mickey: I don't know.

(Then they see Drew go over and Cody goes to go after him again as Mark reaches him and pushes him back.)

Mark: What the hell? Cody!

(He looks at him as he looks down at Drew on the ground.)

Cody: You gonna tell them or should I?
Mark: I don't care about what is it he has to say. Today is not the day.
Cody: Yeah well something tells me. He's gonna continue to lie his fucken ass off if this doesn't come out today.
Mark: It is Mickey and Maggie's wedding day Cody.
Cody: I know that.
Mark: So what the hell is the issue?

(Cody looks at him and then down at Drew who looks at him with a pleading look.)

Cody: He's been fucking Nina and kissing his nephew's wife.

Mark: What the hell? Cody!

(He looks at him as he looks down at Drew on the ground.)

Cody: You gonna tell them or should I?
Mark: I don't care about what is it he has to say. Today is not the day.
Cody: Yeah well something tells me. He's gonna continue to lie his fucken ass off if this doesn't come out today.
Mark: It is Mickey and Maggie's wedding day Cody.
Cody: I know that.
Mark: So what the hell is the issue?

(Cody looks at him and then down at Drew who looks at him with a pleading look.)

Cody: He's been fucking Nina and kissing his nephew's wife.

(Mark looks at him and then down at Drew whose got his head down and then he looks over at Michael and Willow.)

Michael: I knew about the kisses.

(Mark nods his head at him as Mark looks at both Maggie and Mickey who look like they wanna kill Drew for what he's trying to do to his nephew's marriage.)

Drew: I.
Willow: You and Nina?

(Drew stands up and looks at them. He goes to walk over to her but she slaps him sending his head to the side he turns and looks at her he goes to grab for her but Raven and Sidney grab her away from him.)

Willow: You have been trying to break up my marriage and you almost did it last night.

(Michael looks at her and then to Drew.)

Michael: What you talking about?
Willow: He tried to get me to sleep with him.

(Michael looks at him.)

Michael: You tried to fuck my wife?

(Drew looks at him and laughs off the shock.)

Drew: I.
Cody: I wouldn't even be surprised if he was the reason why Lisa Trammel and Luis Roulette escaped prison.

(Mickey hearing that goes after Drew sending him over as he goes down he starts punching him until both Mark and Eddie rush in and pull him off of him once he's off he looks at him.)

Mickey: We find out you're the reason why they came after my family I will kill you.

(Drew looks off and then he stands up to go after him but he's shoved back by Mickey.)

Mickey: Me and Hayley could of lost Maggie when that jackass Crows agent ramed into the back of her car. You didn't hear the fucken emotion or the fear in my daughters voice when Maggie stopped talking. You didn't see how bad Maggie looked when me and Hayley arrived at the accident scene.

(Drew looks at him.)

Mickey: If we had lost her I wouldn't of stopped until I found the son of a bitch who took the woman I love away from me and my our little girl. I find out your the reason why Luis Roulette and Lisa Trammel escaped. I will end your political career.

(He shoves him back again getting Drew to look at him.)

Drew: You honestly think I'm the only one with a secret.
Mickey: Depends on the secret.
Drew: It shouldn't really surprise anyone when it comes around to Mark.

(Mark looks at him.)

Mark: What about me? I'm not the one who can't seem to keep his lips off of his nephew's wife.

(Drew looks at him and then he looks off.)

Mark: So don't you even think about bringing me into this.
Drew: Oh really?
Mark: Really.
Drew: What about Kate Kane?

(Mark turns and looks at him.)

Mark: What about Kate Kane?

(Drew looks at him and knows he screwed up.)

Mark: Come on Drew start talking. What about Kate Kane?
Willow: He thinks you and Kate slept together?

(Mark turns and looks at her.)

Mark: What?
Willow: While Kate thought she was Circe. He thinks you slept with her.

(Mark looks at her and then to Drew as Maggie walks up to her husband who looks at her and can see the look of confusion on Mark's face.)

Mark: I never slept with Kate.

(They all look at him and can see him trying to put the pieces together.)

Mark: I didn't. I would never do that to Reagan or to Sophie.

(He turns and walks off with Sidney right behind him.)

Nina: I can't believe you.

(Drew looks at her as she slaps him sending his head to the side.)

Drew: I
Mickey: I think it's time you left Quartmaine.

(Drew looks at him and he can tell their all wanting to kill him.)

Nina: We'll go. I'm so sorry about this.
Maggie: It's fine.

(She nods her head at her. Then Nina shoves Drew towards the exit as Mickey looks at his wife who hugs him getting him to become annoyed.)

Cody: I'll go as well.

(He turns and walks off as they all look at him.)

Outside of the house.

(Mark's leaning against Mickey's Lincoln as him and Maggie walk out and over to him.)

Mark: I'm sorry you guys.
Maggie: Why? It's not your fault he did this.
Mark: It feels like it is.
Maggie: It's not.

(Mark looks off laughing.)

Mark: I just.

(She hugs him. Getting him to lose it in his friends arms. Then he pulls away from her as his head starts hurting and he falls over.)

Maggie: Kate!

(She runs over to them and sees Mark down holding his head.)

Kate: Mark!

(He looks at her as Sophie and Reagan run over to him and help him. He finally settles down and he lies there.)

Reagan: Willow!

(She rushes over to them and looks him over.)

Willow: Mark take a breath.

(He does as she tells him and he breaths. Then he's able to sit up and leans against the Lincoln.)

Willow: What the hell happened?
Mark: I have a feeling someone messed with my memory.
Willow: How's that?
Mark: Because I remembered what happened while Kate thought she was Circe.

(She looks at him.)

Kate: What about when I thought I was Circe?
Mark: I was at Roman's house in his office talking to him and to Safiya.
Kate: Okay.
Mark: They were talking about getting me back together with Circe.
Kate: How?
Mark: By using you.

(Kate looks at him and then her to her wife and her ex.)

Kate: What you mean use me?
Mark: They were saying that they wanted to get back at the Crows for what had happened to Circe and Safiya wanted to get back at Alice for what she did to her island.

(Kate looks at him and then looks off annoyed.)

Kate: Shit. What the hell did Alice do to Safiya's island?
Sophie: She lit it up like a fucken Christmas Tree.

(Kate puts her head down.)

Kate: Damn it. Can you stand up?
Mark: Yeah.

(She puts her hand out for him and he takes it without any trouble.)

Mark: We need to talk to Circe.

(Kate nods her head at him.)

Maggie: Go me and Mickey will be okay now that Sionis is in prison.
Mark: Okay. You three ready?
Reagan: Yeah.

(They walk off after Mark kisses his wife then pulls away from her.)

Mark: I love you.
Sidney: I love you.

(She kisses him again then pulls away from him. As he walks off with Kate Sophie and Reagan.)

Mickey: You okay?
Maggie: Yeah. How is it this wedding went to hell?
Mickey: Drew Quartmaine!
Maggie: But of course.

(He kisses her head then pulls away from it.)

Minutes later.

Over at the Police station.

(Mark Kate Sophie and Reagan all walk in and head for Griggs.)

Griggs: Hey.
Mark: Hey. We came to see Circe Sionis.
Griggs: All of you?
Mark: Well just me and Kate.
Griggs: Okay. Head into the interview room and wait. I'll bring her to you.
Mark: Are right.

(They both walk off towards the room he pointed to and they walk into the room as they walk in Mark closes the door and looks out of the window.)

Kate: You are right?

(Mark looks at her and laughs.)

Mark: Someone wanted me to forget about Roman's and Safiya's conversation Kate.
Kate: Any idea who?
Mark: Two come to mind.
Kate: I hear ya.

(He laughs at her as they bring Circe into the room seeing her again Mark nearly loses it.)

Circe: Well isn't this a surprise.
Mark: Hi.
Circe: Hi. What can I do for you guys?

(Mark looks at Kate who smiles at him.)

Mark: Do you have any idea on why your father would want to make me believe she was you?

(Circe looks at him and then to Kate.)

Circe: Other than him blaming the Crows for my rape and then throwing it under the rug.
Mark: Yes other than that.
Circe: I couldn't tell ya.
Mark: Circe do you have any idea on what he was planning?
Circe: When it comes around to my father he doesn't really tell me much. All I can tell you is that. He only went after Kate because he wanted revenge against Jacob Kane for sweeping my rape case under the rug. And he also blamed Batwoman for my supposed death.
Mark: But Kate wasn't anywhere near you.
Circe: No she was. She was the one who helped me back into my cell. She managed to get it closed again and then she ran off.

(Mark looks at his ex and then to his bestfriend.)

Mark: So If Kate's the one who saved you.
Circe: What?
Mark: Why the hell did Roman think you were dead?
Circe: Someone at Arkham called him and said they found my supposedly dead body lying outside of my cell.
Mark: But you were inside?
Circe: I was.

(Mark looks at her and knows she's telling the truth.)

Mark: Circe your father kidnapped my wife who at the time was my ex and my friends.

(Circe looks at him and then looks off.)

Circe: Shit.
Mark: He could of killed them.
Circe: I know that.
Mark: So you have no idea on why your father would want to turn. Kate into you?
Circe: Mark he thought I was dead. And for whatever reason Safiyah had for wanting to go after Kate.
Mark: Alice set her island on fire.
Circe: That would do it.
Mark: Yeah.
Circe: What you come here for Mark?
Mark: I was hoping g you could shed some light onto why your father would want to go after innocent people?

(Circe looks at him and laughs.)

Circe: I ask myself that question. I can honestly say I'm sorry for the hell he put you and Kate through.
Mark: You know your father and Safiyah messed with my memory.
Circe: What?
Mark: And Kate's.

(Circe looks at him and then to the woman behind him.)

Circe: It's funny how I'm just noticing how she looks like me.
Mark: Your father had brought down Kate's plane and for almost  a year he had all of Kate's friends and family believing she dead when she was really with him and being turned into you.

(Circe looks at him and then to Kate. Then she looks at him as someone rushes into the room.)

Scott: Are right you two can leave now.

(Circe turns to look at him and then back to her ex and Kate.)

Circe: Whose this tool?
Mark: An ambulance chaser named Scott Baldwin.

(Circe looks at him and laughs.)

Circe: Explains a lot actually. I didn't ask for a lawyer. They only came to talk to me like a human being.
Mark: No. We're done here. But if it's okay. I'd like to come back and see you.
Circe: I wouldn't say no.
Mark: Okay. Kate you ready?
Kate: Yeah. Good luck Circe.

(She starts laughing as they walk out of the room also laughing.)

Outside of the room.

(Both Mark and Kate are talking with Griggs who laughs at something Mark says.)

Back at Mickey's house.

In the Livingroom.

(Both her and Mickey are sitting there talking and joking around.)

Maggie: Shut up.
Mickey: No.

(He starts getting her in the sides getting her to laugh at him and she falls over as he gets on top of her and she kisses him as their kissing he deepens it getting her to smile in the kiss. Then he pulls away from her.)

Mickey: Come with me Mrs. Haller.

(Maggie laughs at him as he helps her up and they both walk off towards the bedroom. As they get there he opens the door and picks Maggie up getting her to laugh as he carries her into the bedroom and kicks the door shut then they both go to the bed and he lies her down onto it once she's on the bed he leans into her and she looks at him.)

Mickey: You okay?
Maggie: Yeah. Just thinking.
Mickey: About what?
Maggie: About when this is all over with.
Mickey: Okay.
Maggie: Me and Hayley were talking and.
Mickey: Okay.
Maggie: We're moving back to LA permanently. I'm gonna take back Major Crimes.

(Mickey smiles at her as she kisses him as their kissing he deepens it. Sending them into a love making session which is what they do throughout the rest of the afternoon and into the next morning. Until they have to get up and leave the house in order to get Maggie out to the meeting point where their meeting Raven.)

The Following morning.

Acouple of hours outside of Los Angeles.

(Mickey and Maggie pull up to the meeting spot where they see Raven's men standing there waiting for them as he pulls up he stops the Lincoln then puts it into park as Raven gets out of the SUV and Mickey shuts the Lincoln off as he grabs Maggie's bag and hands it to her.)

Maggie: I'll be okay.
Mickey: I know.

(They all get out of the car and close their doors  then walk over to her as Maggie hands Bill her bags and he walks off towards their car puts them in there.)

Maggie: Hayley!

(Hayley gets out of the car and walks over to them.)

Mickey: Hey.

(Hayley looks at him as she walks over to him and hugs him. Then she pulls away from him as a car pulls up and Hayley runs over to her and she quickly hugs her as she gets out of it as their hugging Maggie and Mickey look at each other.)

Mickey: You remember this morning how you asked what was on my mind?
Maggie: Yeah.
Mickey: I was thinking about moving into your house.

(Maggie looks at him and smiles.)

Maggie: Yeah.
Mickey: Yeah.  I figured I could live there and when you two come back. It'll be all set up.

(Maggie smiles even more at him. As she kisses him as their kissing he smiles in it then she pulls away from him.)

Maggie: Works for me.
Mickey: Okay good.
Maggie: What about your house?
Mickey: I gave it to Mark and Sidney.

(Maggie nods her head at him as she notices something and gets her husband's attention who turns and looks at them.)

Mickey: No oh no. I don't like that.
Maggie: Mickey!
Mickey: Babe I work with her.
Maggie: Michael Haller don't you dare embarrass your daughter.
Mickey: Yeah okay.
Maggie: Okay. We better go.
Mickey: Okay.

(He kisses her again then pulls away from her.)

Mickey: I love you.
Maggie: I love you.

(She kisses him again then pulls away from him.)

Maggie: I'll see you around Haller.
Mickey: Okay.
Maggie: Hayley!

(She pulls away from Izzy who they can tell is having just as much of a hard time with this as Mickey is. She hugs Eddie one last time before she walks over to her mother again. As she gets to her she hugs her father again then pulls away from him as she walks off towards the SUV. Then Maggie kisses him again then pulls away from him.)

Maggie: I love you so much Mickey.
Mickey: I love you so much too baby.

(She hugs him getting them both to nearly lose it knowing she's having to leave. Then she pulls away from him and walks off towards the car as she gets there she gets in and the door closes as Mickey stands there as Cisco Lorna Izzy and Eddie stand there and watch as the SUV that has his family in it drive away and out of his life until they can finally get both Luis Roulette and Lisa Trammel back behind bars where they belong.

Six months later.

Over at New San Francisco.

At Raven's house.

In Maggie's bedroom.

(She's still asleep while she's sleeping she starts twisting and turning in her sleep and quickly starts telling someone to get off of her and is screaming so loud it gets her sisters attention.)

Raven: Maggie!

(She rushes off towards her room.)

In Maggie's room.

(Maggie's still screaming as Raven and Amanda run into the room as they run in Raven quickly rushes over to Maggie and pulls her into her getting to fight her off but she's able to hold onto her as she cries into Raven's shirt.)

Raven: Call Jessica and then get hold of Sidney.
Amanda: Okay.

(She runs from the room to go and call her girlfriend and then her sister.)

Minutes later.

(Jessica arrives at the house and Amanda rushes her up to Maggie's room whose still clinging to Raven and they both can tell she's scared of something that happened in her dream.)

Jessica: She had it again?
Raven: I think so.
Jessica: Okay.

(Then Raven's phone goes off she grabs it out to see who it is.)

Raven: It's Sidney.
Jessica: Answer it.

(Raven answers it.)

Raven: Sid!
Sidney: Hey what's going on?
Raven: Maggie had another one.

(Sidney turns and looks at her husband whose helping Mickey out with his case.)

Sidney: Shit. Samething?
Raven: I think so. She's been glued to my front since I rushed into the room.
Sidney: Let me talk to her.

(Raven hands the phone to Maggie who takes it and talks to their sister. As their talking and little boy everyone knows very well walks into the room and over to her.)

Lance: Aunt Maggie.

(She looks over at him as he gets onto the bed with her and she hangs onto him as he leans into her and Raven gets up to walk over to the door. And looks at Amanda.)

Amanda: What's up?
Raven: Call Mark and see if he'll  come here.
Amanda: What about Sidney?
Raven: Her too. I hate seeing Maggie like this.
Amanda: Okay.

(She walks off to go and call Mark.)

Downstairs.

(Amanda grabs her phone out and calls Mark who answers on the first ring.)

Mark: Hello!
Amanda: Hey.
Mark: Hey everything okay?
Amanda: No. It's not.

(Mark walks away from Mickey and out of the office. Once he's out he closes the door behind him.)

Mark: Mandy what's going on?
Amanda: Mark it's Maggie. She had another nightmare.

(Mark puts his head down annoyed.)

Mark: Sionis really screwed with her.
Amanda: He did. Lance is in there with her now. Mark he knows somethings wrong.
Mark: Yeah.
Amanda: Yeah. He isn't flirting with her.

(They start laughing then calm down.)

Mark: That little boy does know how to flirt.
Amanda: He does.  Mark Raven's hoping you can come to New San Francisco with Sidney?

(Mark looks over at his wife who has just hung up with her sisters.)

Mark: Hang on a minute.
Amanda: Okay.
Mark: Hey babe.

(Sidney looks at him then walks up to him.)

Sidney: What's up?
Mark: You just get off the phone with Maggie and Raven?
Sidney: Yeah I did. Why?
Mark: Raven wants us to go down to New San Francisco.
Sidney: I have no problem with it.
Mark: Okay.

(He smiles at her.)

Mark: Amanda we'll head there.
Amanda: Okay. Maybe you guys should bring Mickey too.
Mark: Okay. We'll head out in the morning.
Amanda: Okay. Bye.
Mark: Bye.

(Then he hangs up with her as he looks at his wife.)

Sidney: Should we take Mickey?
Mark: We probably should. But he's got Julian's trial coming up.
Julian: Mark!

(He turns and looks at him.)

Mark: Yeah.
Julian: Take him to see his wife.
Mark: Are you sure?
Julian: I am. She needs him more than me. And I can tell he really wants to see her and their daughter.

(Mark looks at Sidney who smiles at him.)

Mark: It'll only be a few days.
Julian: Tell him take as long as he needs.
Mark: Okay. Go and get Mickey.
Sidney: Okay.

(She turns and walks off as he grabs her arm getting her to look at him as he kisses her getting her to smile in it then she pulls away from him.)

Mark: I love you Mrs. Prescott.
Sidney: I love you too. Mr. Prescott.

(She kisses him again Then pulls away from him. As she walks off towards the office to go and talk to Mickey.)

Later that afternoon.

At New San Francisco.

At Raven's house.

(Mark and the others walk up to the door and Mark knocks on it getting Amanda to walk over to it and opens it to find Mark and the others there.)

Amanda: Mickey she's upstairs.

(He rushes past her and up to Maggie's room.)

In Maggie's room.

(She's sitting down on the bed looking at her wedding rings and smiling. Then she hears someone knock on the door.)

Maggie: I'm okay Raven.
Mickey: Maggie!

(Maggie looks up when she hears the voice of the man she loves. She gets up and walks over to the door as she gets there she opens it and sees her husband there.)

Maggie: Mickey!
Mickey: Hey Beautiful.

(She smiles at him as he walks into the room more and she quickly hugs him as he closes the door and she buries her face into his neck. Then they pull away from each other.)

Mickey: You okay?
Maggie: No.
Mickey: You wanna talk about it?
Maggie: No. At least not yet.
Mickey: Okay. Well I'm here if you want anything.
Maggie: Hold me.

(Mickey smiles at her as they both walk over to her bed and lies down once their lying down Maggie falls asleep in her husband's arms after weeks of not being able to sleep since both her and Hayley got here.)

Downstairs.

In the Livingroom.

(Sidney's sitting down on the couch thinking as someone walks up to her. And then sits down.)

Sidney: I'm just thinking.
Raven: About what?
Sidney: Rav. The day Mark and the Crows finally found me and Kirby.
Raven: Okay.
Sidney: Raven I was so badly beaten that not even our cousin recognized me. Hell Kirby could barely recognize me. And she was sitting right there with me.
Raven: Hey.
Sidney: Raven I almost died and I almost didn't get to tell Mark how much I still loved and wanted to be with him again.
Raven: But you did.
Sidney: But I did. God I love him so fucken much.
Mark: I love you too.

(She looks at him and smiles as she gets up and walks over to him as she gets there he kisses her getting her to smile in it. Then he pulls away from her.)

Sidney: I love you so much baby.
Mark: I love you too.

(She hugs him getting him to smile at her then she buries her face into his neck.)

Back upstairs.

In Maggie's room.

(Both Maggie and Mickey are on her bed under the covers asleep.)

Down by the gate.

(A car pulls up and stops there as they stop put their vehicle in park and get out as they get out they look around the area and smiles only to have it fade away when he sees people walking towards him and he goes to quickly get into the car only to be grabbed and punched sending him to the ground he looks up to see who it is and becomes annoyed.)

Michael: What the hell are you doing here Drew?
