Happy End

Summary:

I refuse to believe in such a society, in which we are all judged by a trait that we do not decide, much less control, to separate us into categories from which we cannot escape because they have already decided what will become of us and how we will end up.

||Oh well izuku is tired of society so he decides to do something in his perhaps twisted way, starting where his dreams were broken.||

Notes:

English is not my first language, sorry if there are any spelling mistakes.

It's my first published story, I still don't know how to use ao3 well, I hope you can have a little patience with me.

Work Text:

Once upon a time there was a little boy who was nothing special, in a world full of special people.
An era in which the peculiar was normal and the common was called abnormal.

This little boy was so common that the biggest clichés in the protagonists of the stories he loved applied to him, his father had abandoned him before he knew what it was like to have one, everyone crushed his dreams, no one supported him, he was picked on.

It was like living one of those movies where the protagonist managed to overcome all obstacles and become what he always wanted to be, proving that everything is possible with perseverance and everyone would see that he is a great hero. A total fucking lie, the world is not like in the movies where everyone has a happy ending.

A sigh interrupts the story, returning that dark room to the deafening silence that had weakened and tortured the senses of that already very tired hero.

I'm not a big fan of the endings of those movies, because if a story like that can only happen to someone special among the special ones, then why in real life the only thing that does happen is the "happy ending" where only the villain loses everything and if he lives, it makes him unhappy.

No.

I refuse to believe that a society like this one where we are all judged because of a trait that we do not decide, much less control, separates us into categories that we cannot escape because they have already decided what will become of us and how we will end.

Nor will I once again let another hero like you decide my end without me being able to do anything about it, no one will ever decide for me again and I will take care of that.

W hich brings us to the present moment, the greatest hero that ever lived and me your biggest fan.

The hero could anticipate that this was his end and knew that the sweet smile he should have protected but instead destroyed had now come to destroy him, he totally surrendered to his end feeling that everything that happened and would happen next was just a domino effect of all those bad decisions he made and for which he never looked back.
