Summary:

This entire thing was inspired by MHA art of Vigilante Deku. I thought he would make a good Kaiju now here we are.
I Turned The classes of 1A and 1B into Kaiju in the Monsterverse.
Yes, they will eventually fight Godzilla
Yes, Mienta gets his ass handed to him.
No, the Kaiju form does not mean I won't make them suffer.
Nor the human characters.
Also, If there is a weird amounts of Rodan finding a stable happy relationship at the end of the Fic, it's because the fire chicken deserves to be happy

Chapter 1

Titan Discovery Report: Deku Vigilantis

Species: heavily augmented Titanius MUTO

Weight:150,000 Metric tons

Height (Shoulder):110 meters

Behavior: Protector

Discovered: July 10, 2007 in the South China Sea

Current Location: Outpost-27-1A, Northern Russia

Description: A eight limbed mammalian/Insectoid creature with twelve limbs. Six legs and four “tentacles”, covered in a chitinous armor with dense interior bones. The creature is covered in a dark shade of green, with piercing green eyes, and a modified mouth that uses bony plates instead of a MUTO’s regular beak-like mouth. The head has a pair of “ears”, or sheets of chitin in a similar deposition Scars from uncountable battles cover the chitin armor, giving it the appearance of tattered fabric. The armor is however, quite durable and capable of withstanding blasts from military grade munitions and multiple blasts from the Titan Bakugo, or the Thunder God, who is a member of the Titanus Rodan species. Unlike other MUTO’s it appears Deku Vigilantis is incapable of EMP abilities, but the bones appear to have all the traits required to nullify an enemy Titan’s radioactive abilities.

Special Abilities:

Blackwhip-enhanced appendages protruding from the exoskeleton create four extra limbs more than a typical MUTO, two are placed behind the MUTO’s shoulders and the second pair are located halfway down the back. These have the same sharpened tip of normal MUTO limbs, however, the bones do not have the same EMP effect as normal MUTOs. These limbs are far more flexible than the normal MUTO forelimbs, secondary limbs, and rear limbs, which retain their rigidity. They have a higher grade of musculature as well, and have been observed to travel at speeds exceeding Mach 9.

Smokescreen-Unlike other MUTO’s, the mouth of Deku Vigilantis is similar to that of a Dunkleosteus, where the teeth are supposed to be, are a pair of two bone plates that act like scissors in biting into other Titans. However they also serve a different role, allowing the Titan to bellow plumes of smoke to block line of sight from opponents and get the drop on them. The smoke has a purple coloration to it and has similar properties to the smoke used on modern combat tanks, creating a blanket that blocks thermals, lasers, radiation signature, and messes with guidance systems in weapons and aircraft.

Float: It appears this MUTO has the ability to fly, though reports are spotty. How exactly a monster of this size can fly is unknown as the only corroborative source is a US Navy F-15 pilot over the South China Sea during its initial discovery. However, Monarch hypothesizes that a flying ability would aid Deku in entering the Outpost-27-1A oblast of Russia from the South China Sea.

Gearshift: One ability that Monarch does know that breaks the laws of physics is Gearshift. This allows Deku to reach unprecedented speeds and positions in his attacks. Reportedly, the Titan reached speeds of Mach 7 when it first appeared, stopped almost instantaneously, then went another direction entirely at the same speed. The investigation into this ability has been halted however, since Deku has currently gone into hibernation and is not moving.

History: July 10 2007, USS Abraham Lincoln and her task force were transiting the South China Sea on an operation with Monarch to catch an illegal Titan experiment called The “All For One” Project in an undisclosed location in China. The task force had conducted strikes in hopes of weakening whatever precautions the operation had installed. The resulting waking of Titans caught the Monarch operatives off guard, as nearly 40 new Titans were found on site. Split into two groups. 1A and 1B. The 1A congregated around the scarred green Titan, Deku, the 1B group around a red and teal colored Titan. That titan immediately, seeing the missiles bombarding the location as a threat, began its attack on the carrier group. The first sitting of Deku was when a F-15 pilot reported a flying Titan making its way towards the carrier group, however, Deku approached the group from the ocean, not the air. When the next report of Deku was sighted, he was engaging the submarine USS Tennessee. The torpedoes of the submarine discouraged him from attacking, but only mildly, as depth charges were used to keep the monster from attacking the fleet. Realizing this, Deku immediately changed course to find backup, while simultaneously shutting down the missile bombardment. Using blackwip to swat missiles from the sky, and any aircraft that was launched from the carrier. This tactic allowed the other 1A Titans to escape. Soon, Deku (Whose identifying name was yet to be coined) slipped back into the water, leaving a bewildered and damaged fleet, and several dozen destroyed aircraft in his wake. The next reported sighting of the “Vigilante Titan” was Vladavostok, Russia. The Russian military was transporting nuclear weapons through the city. Reports from onlookers state that the Titan took the path where the least would be affected by his large size, and actively tried to keep the tiny humans away from the portions of the city he was attacking with Blackwhip, destroying accessways where humans could use to get to his position and get hurt or killed, and tossing humans aside that did. This behavior is unlike most titans reported, including one from his species. Deku did not get to the military convoy, in fact, he left the city entirely in order to look for something else. Instead, the Titan made it all the way to the town of {REDACTED}, Russia, where a nuclear reactor plant was located for the region. The burrowing abilities of Deku are very similar to his MUTO brethren. Starved, and with nowhere else to go, Deku got close up to the nuclear reactor for a nice long nap, destroying much of the facility in the process. Monarch established Outpost-27-1A over the collapsed facility where the sleeping Deku resided. After the outpost was finished in 2023. A specialist was brought into the site. Dr. Tristan Combs and his team were the ones to document all of the Titan’s abilities. A young researcher by the name of Tokio Wakumi noted the monster looked a lot like a character named Deku in his vigilante arc, so the name was then applied to the Titan. In fact, most of the monsters in this 1A and 1B group are named after the respective characters of the My Hero Academia Franchise. Outpost-27-1A remains one of the few Monarch facilities intact after 2016, and has grown after the influx of 1A group Titans that have arrived in an attempt to free Deku from the facility, and are now contained at Outpost-27-1A. The containment breach in 2024, and the subsequent rampage of 1A Titans will be highlighted in Incident Report 2024-02-27-1A.

Note From Monarch High Command: Deku Vigilantis is a Kaiju designed from the ground up to be a Godzilla killer. It’s benevolent nature, however, provided that whoever designed this Titan either made a mistake, or someone didn’t want this weapon to harm humanity. Deku was a human made Alpha-Killer, something similar to Apex’s attempt with Mechagodzilla. The organizations involved with the “All for One” Project to be enemy number one and to be hunted with extreme prejudice.

Discovery Report: Titanus Uraraka

Discovered: Oskarshamn Reactor Plant, Sweden, 27th July 2007

Current Location: Oskarshamn Reactor Plant, Sweden

Description: There has been no confirmed visual sightings of Titanus Uraraka. As the location Uraraka resides has strange gravitational anomalies that make exploration of the location, or even the Titan difficult. The gravitational anomalies extend 27 miles around the site, and debris such as rocks, buildings, and vehicles have been observed blocking the plant from aerial observation. Which satellite images of the event shows has a massive hole in the facilities reactor building. The radiation signature of the site has a similar energy signature of Hollow Earth gravity anomalies. The only theory Monarch has about the Kaiju is that it is heavily wounded, and needs a reactor to heal or mature. This Titan also seems to be the Titan Deku was attempting to locate, as he was on a direct path north to Sweden before something told him to rest.

Special Ability:

Zero Gravity Zone: The energy emanating around the Titan causes objects to ignore the normal Laws of Gravity, creating a protective bubble of debris that blocks line of sight and provides cover for the Titan. It is also a handy anti-flying weapon, as movement in zero-g can disrupt normal flight patterns. It also denies any Monarch aircraft from entering the location. 

History:

The following is a audio logs of a 6 man expedition sent into the region to observe the Titan, they were equipped with the standard US Army loadout along with gear that was deemed required for exploring a zero g environment, and a sealed suit for exploring highly radioactive/hazardous environments:

1227 hours, Local time

Command : U Leader, begin expedition. Please keep in informed of what you encounter.

U Team Leader ; Roger that command. Come on chuckleheads, command said move.

1234 local time

U6 : Captain, I don’t think that boulder should be doing that.

U Team Leader : You were told it was a zero g environment

U6 ; I was told that the objects were a few feet off the ground at most. That boulder weighs at least ten tons and is 27 meters off the ground!

U3 : Trevor, if you are so scared of that boulder, you're going to get a kick with the next ten miles.

The groups walked a little way. Cresting a hill a mile into the affected zone.

Command : U team, report what you see.

U2 : Command, Pvt. Angel is currently seeing the beginning of the outer debris zone. The land itself seems to have cracked apart, and has thrown boulders, homes, cars, and pieces of road at heights estimating from 27 meters off the ground at its highest, and 1 meter at the lowest. It’s freaky, command. Damndest thing I ever saw.

Command : U Team, proceed through the debris zone.

1356 Local Time: There was a little bit of complaining from U6 about entering a ring of hell, and U3 bickered about entering. But the team continued on.

1724 Local Time: The team managed to get to a house Command had marked as the debris zone’s halfway point, the house suspended off the ground about 5 meters

U5 : Captain, I'm entering the house

U Lead : Roger that, U5. Team, wait till U5 says it’s clear to enter the house.

17:26 U5 enters the house’s mudroom, the shift in weight did not seem to affect its position of suspense off the ground. 

U5 then entered the front room, and a puking sound could be heard.

U5 : Oh, Lord have mercy! *dry heaving sounds* God damn this place!

U Lead : U5, what are you seeing?

U5 : There’s,* he paused* Sir, there are three bodies in the front room. *He swallowed* The organs in their torsos seemed to have been ripped out of them by a gravitational shift. The bodies themselves are still affected by gravity and rest on the floor. *He paused again, exhaling loudly* Sir, the smallest corpse is a little girl no older than my little sister. That's why you hear me panic, Sir.

U Lead : Alright, we will camp outside the house.

17:46 The house, while U5 was inside, rotated around 57 degrees towards north. When U5 stepped into the mudroom. He got stuck in the anomaly. All life signs cease, and comms are lost.

U3 was watching the door, and saw U5 get caught in the anomaly.

U3 : Shit

U Lead : All units, move away from the house!

U6 : What the hell command?

Command : Please continue to the objective U team.

U Lead : Damn it, Command. Did you know of that before you sent us in?

Command : it was a possibility, but not expected.

U Lead : Let us know next time Command about anomalies we need to be worried about.

1800 Local Time: The Team camped outside the home. The night was uneventful. Morning came, and after burying their dead teammate and the people in the house after ingeniously marking the anomaly with a vase so they could avoid it. 

0600 Local Time: The U team advanced on the “Distortion Zone” 

Command : Warning, this zone’s gravity is so abnormal optical, thermal, and laser imaging systems cannot get a full picture of what's inside due to the bending of light. Watch out for distortions.

U Lead : Roger that command.

0800 Local Time: The team advanced into the Distortion Zone, about a mile in. Comms were lost with the entire team, along with all bio signs. However, satellites stationed over the zone caught brief glimpses of the team on thermal scopes. In and out of the bubbles that blocked feed or images.

1527 Local Time: A brief communication confirming at least three members of the team being alive was recorded at least seven hours after initially entering

Suspected U2 : Fuck! It got the Captain!

Suspected U3 : It looked like a mini Titan, damn thing.

Suspected U2 : We better have everyone be double vigilant tonight.

1753 Local Time: The feed then went out for about two more hours. Reestablishing about three hours before they were expected to leave the zone 

U6 : Command, you hear me.

Command : Why didn’t you communicate sooner. 

U6 : Command, Lead was killed. Reestablishing a command structure took priority. We recovered and buried U3’s body. 

Command : Wasn’t U3 just with you two hours ago?

U6 : Command, U3 died three hours into the Distortion Zone. The Captain died almost 50 min into the damn zone. The rest of us have been in there for THREE DAYS COMMAND! You told us we would be locating a Kaiju and getting out, and we lost two men to what appeared to be some type of Rock Crab! 

Command : How many of you are still alive?

U6 : U4, U2, and Myself are who remain Command. We are out of Anti-tank weapons, grenades, and have six magazines of ammo remaining in total. U4 is the only one with climbing equipment remaining. I have the samples of the creatures that attacked us, including the data about the Distortion Zone anomalies.

Command : You're ten kilometers from the reactor complex. We need you to get within view of the Titan and confirm its location.

U6 : Command? We have already lost half the expedition. If we continue at this pace we will lose everyone else. Damn it, we won’t get any info out of this expedition if we don’t turn around now.

Command : Continue on to the reactor complex

U6 Acknowledged and commanded the team to advance to the complex

U2 : Sir, Is that a cooling tower?

U6 : Sure is. U4, spot anything?

U4 ; Can we continue the expedition?

U2 : Killjoy

The team advanced to the main reactor housing for the reactor complex.

U2 : That is a massive hole

U5 : Radiation levels are at a lethal level

U6 : Hollow Earth energy levels are also at dangerous levels.

U5 : Strange rocks

U5’s comms gave detailed feed of a mountain peeking out of the main reactor complex. The rock was observed to be native to the Hollow Earth. Blue glows were spotted some in spots, signifying Hollow Earth origin.

U6 : Rocks are probably from the Titan.

U2 : Those blue lights, are they…getting dimmer to you too?

Command : Warning, Satellite imagery sees the debris zone blocking viewing of the Titan to be falling from there positions above the structure. Advance inside the structure to avoid the debris.

U2 : You know the fucking cooling tower is above the structure in the falling debris department?

U6 : Run you Bastards! 

U6 and U5 were the only ones to enter the structure, a falling car blocking U2 from following behind

U2 : Shit!!

The footage U2 managed to stream saw parts of the cooling tower blanket the supposed back of the Titan. Audio logs recorded a roar similar to a landslide. The cooling tower broke apart, debris the size of railcars fell along the ground alongside U2. The frantic nature of the footage makes it hard to discern shapes in video in places. 

U2 : Command,...I think *A three round burst from U2’s M16 can be heard over the sounds of falling debris* Command, tell U6 and U5 to evacuate the re…*debris crashed* *Static*

U6 : Command!! There are people inside the facility!!

The sound of frantic running accompanied the shaky footage from U6, gunshots can be heard over the sound of footsteps, however this was not from U6

U6 : Command, there seems to be a mix of rifle armed combatants and tribal peoples in the facility.

Command : Can you identify them?

U6 : Black gear, *sounds of a gun on full auto* no discernable markings

The sound of approaching gunfire punctuates much of the communications. U6 did not respond to Command for about thirty minutes, and had turned off her camera. 

U6 : Command, I have a splitting headache.

Command : Life signs are green on our end.

U6 : You hear the voices as well?

Command : Pardon?

U6 : The…voice *heavy breathing*

Vital signs spiked to dangerous levels at this moment, the suit documented a wound in the abdomen. But no breach in the environmental suit.

U6 : Fuck…Command, *heavy breathing* I’m in it now

Command : U6, turn back on you camera

U6 : I have a visual on the Titan

Command : Turn on the camera U6

U6 : Command, I think she’s wounded *Breathing gets deeper and wetter* *the sounds of rocks grinding against themselves can also be heard*

U6 : Wound, Big ass Godzilla-sized bite wound on lower abdomen. God what is that pain!!

Command : Turn on your camera, U6

U6 : What a magnificent creature *Gunshot*

Command : U6…U6 respond!!

Command did not lose U6’s life signs until the signal was lost five weeks later, with no signal stating she took any damage in those times. Camera from U2 feed picked up U6 recovering U2’s body. Her gear was visibly intact, with tribal decorations such as a necklace of glowing rocks, bones, and bullet casings. Blue warpaint, and bloodstains around her rebreather. The camera turned off afterwards.

Note from Monarch High Command: A 50 km diameter perimeter is being enforced around the Site. Note that no humans have entered the quarantine zone to Monarchs knowledge, however, the zone is not only expanding by the day, the environment is actively changing. It is unknown whether or not Stockholm will need to be evacuated.

Chapter 3

Titan Discovery Report: Bakugou, the Thunder God

Species: Titanus Rodan

Weight: 29,866 metric tons

Height: 37.6 meters 

Wingspan: 238 meters

Behavior: Destroyer

Discovered: July 10, 2007 Above Shanghai

Current Location: Central Pacific Ocean, Specific location unknown.

Description: Bakugou is the name of the ninth Rodan specimen discovered by Monarch. Bakugou is also by far the most unique and destructive. He has the characteristic rocky carapace, blood consisting of lava, body plan similar to a pterosaur, claws of a vulture, and a beak designed to tear into opponents with armored body plans. The differences start with the coloration. Bakugo has a dark shade of green emanating from the monster. Even the fire from Bakugou is green. Upon Bakugou’s claws, are massive growths, which store a fluid produced by organs that produce an incredibly potent explosive fluid about ten times more volatile than nitroglycerin but stable enough to be carried by a large bird over long distances. Though these growths do hamper the grappling ability Bakugo has, especially in a species known for their close range combat. Bakugo’s increased volatility makes sense however in his observed behavior. Which includes multiple long range attacks, weaponized explosions, and the thunder that is created from such attacks. This behavior to be more artillery than battlejunky is unique to Bakugo alone. 

Special Abilities:

AP Barrage: By using the stored explosive fluid, the Titan uses his talons to form a “barrel”, this barrel allows the “shot” to pierce armored opponents who would shrug off such an attack. The Titan will then expend a great deal of explosives for multiple shots that saturate a target. This is usually left to level entire cities or multiple enemy Titans.

Thunder God’s Thunderclap: 

The organs that create the volatile liquid are not just on the legs, though most of the volatile fluid is in the growths on the legs. The liquid can also be excreted from the wings of the Titan. Bakugo can do a normal thunderclap similar to Rodan when he chased the USS Argo. This thunderclap can have the added damage of an explosive fireball being shot out at a specific target aimed at a target far away. The range can be from anything 20km to 120km. This fireball can hit a target as small as a human, and capable of piercing mountains. 

Cluster/Flak Attack:

Releasing tons of small droplets independently from the main excretory gland from the growths on the legs, creates a cluster effect. This is used as a saturation attack on small, weaker targets, like human aircraft, Rock Crabs, Asui Frogs, Psychovultures, fleeing humans and vehicles, light buildings, etc. This attack also has a airburst effect particularly used as a ranged anti-aircraft ability. 

Enhanced Speed:

Bakugou uses the explosive fluid behind him to use as a propellant to increase from Rodan’s Mach 1.7 to mach 3.4, or a theoretical 9.3, However 3.4 is the highest recorded speed. 

History: Bakugou was discovered after Shanghai disappeared off the map. The only survivors being ten children from a bus rescue forces found that wasn’t crushed under rubble due to heroics of the driver positioning the bus so it wouldn’t be crushed when a parking garage collapsed. The driver did not make it. The Titan managed to outmaneuver and destroy all Chinese air combatants in the sky. Any footage of the original attack was recovered from the wreckage, or from bystanders about ten kilometers away. The reason for the attack on Shanghai is a {REDACTED} experiment on a captured Titan. An unknown Rodan specimen was trapped in an underground laboratory in Shanghai, Bakugo freed the Titan by melting the 1km worth of rock and concrete in order to free the trapped Titan. Bakugo then disappeared into the South China Sea afterward. Location unknown.

Rodan himself during this time was attempting to arrive at Shanghai, having exited his new volcano he was nesting in to save the specimen in Shanghai. Bakugo was then sighted entering a storm over the South Pacific Ocean. The Titan has gathered with other Titans. Titanus Mina, a MUTO codenamed “Trapper”, a member of the Titanus Scylla speices named Stormbringer, and a Angiris specimen known as The Red Riot of Kirishima. This group of Titans were also responsible for leading an attack on Outpost-27-1A

At current, the base the Bakusquad are contained in is a facility adjacent to Outpost-27-1A, with steel domes being built over the unconscious Titasn while the facility around it studies the intricacies of their biologies. Bakugou’s specific enclosure has intense heat shielding and blast proofing. Being able to seal off volcanos, Monarch hopes it can keep Bakugo inside the sealed Outpost.

Note From Monarch: With the discovery of Bakugou, and his ability to command smaller non-Alpha titans can provide a statement on what the All for One Project's adjective is. The weaponization of Titans. Bakugou is a weapon, designed for the maximum amount of devastation. However, by coincidence he is also a creature capable of compassion. Meaning he alone is not enough of a threat to be concerned about. The Threat the All for One project poses is a entirely different matter, and must be hunted with extreme prejudice.

Titan Discovery Report: “Momo” The Mountain, The Living Factory, Creati the Kaiju

Species: Titanus Muthusula

Size: 87 meters

Weight: 120,000 tons

Behavior: Protector

Discovered: February, 27th, 2001 Northern Siberia

Current Location: Outpost-27-1A, Russia

Description: Momo in her disguised state is a mountain with a Soviet built factory on her back. The factory is more thoroughly reinforced and constructed then normal Soviet structures of the era, along with a assembly line that can be quickly remade to build any Soviet pattern tool, weapon, or vehicle within the Soviet, and modern Russian military and civilian markets. A shallow mine is built along her left flank, where resources for the factory can be mined and processed with an on site processing facility. The mine can extract materials within the mountain upon Momo’s back, along with compounds in her muscle and skin that can be refined for the chemical compounds within them, that can be made into most of the chemicals required in the processing and manufacture of products within the factory. Momo’s mountain back is bare of any vegetation, a small village is placed along her back for factory workers to live in, and several positions for air defense sites are arrayed over her back. One horn on her face is broken, but regrowing. 

Special Abilities: 

Body to Matter: Whatever Momo eats, can be broken down into the basic materials for that object, and created into the ore and stone used in the mountain on her back. Creating a regenerating material supply.

Production: Momo’s factory when manned and provided with materials can produce anything that it is tooled to make. Current tooling is for Soviet/Russian equipment. 

History: Kalmikov Maximovich was a communist entrepreneur during 1954, overseeing a mining firm for the state. When the notion of a mountain that regrew the ore mined came across his desk, he was quick to dismiss it as fraudulent. A man named Boris Filipovich stormed his office one morning saying he better see the “magic mountain”, stating that the benefit the Soviet Union will have with the mountain is extraordinary. Still not believing this to be true, they drove out to the mining claim. A shallow mine was establishing itself on the side of a small mountain in the middle of the tundra, without any other mountains surrounding it. The miners had excavated the shallow deposit of iron, revealing a rough patch of some weird material that would blunt miner’s pickaxes or drills. Boris revealed that they mined the same patch of iron three days ago, along with several small deposits of uranium, copper, silver, titanium, and magnesium ores being discovered within the mountain. Still not believing them, he agreed to wait the three days they said would take for the ore to “regrow”. After the three days, the deposit had returned, seemingly pouring out of the rock with new ore. Again they mined the entire thing, with all the previous ore deposits that had been found being rediscovered.

Kalmikov knew that with a indispensable amount of resources, he could produce anything needed in the Soviet Union, with that February 19th 1954, the idea for the Living Factory was born

February 10th, 1959 Factory is finished construction

July 17th 1959, 1960 Kalmikov secures government contract to make T-55 tanks

July 19th 1960,  Boris Filipovich secures the operation of a Soviet trash disposal company

December 28th 1961, 10 workers went missing in the factory.

December 31st 1961, child born in the workers town with severe birth defects and dies, the doctors record that severe radiation sickness killed the young boy 

May 19th 1962, 21 miners die to unknown causes

March 15th 1963, water supply in the worker village was treated for radiation.

March 19th 1964, State mandate orders the factory to make ammunition.

May 1st 1986, Boris Filipovich is declared medically insane, reportedly screaming out about a god of the mountain being fed on workers and garbage to fuel the factory.

May 5th 1986, the village where the workers lived was buried in a landslide that required the workers to be resettled. Kalmilov entered the factory with some security forces to check for damage.

May 6th 1986, the mountain disappeared from all records. Kalmikov disappeared, leaving his wife and newborn daughter behind.

May 8th 1986, Monarch hears of the disappearing mountain, and launches a investigation

December 27th 1991, Monarch is cast out of the Soviet Union by rebel forces, forcing the investigation into the disappearing mountain to be postponed. Monarch discovered Kamchadal myths referring to a fire and ice demon, and the mountain goddess. A tale that if you disturb the mountain goddess and her slumber, a demon would appear and slaughter the tribesmen, eating whole villages with the beat of flame and ice. Decimating some villages during the time of Russian Conquest of the region, and leading to the downfall of the Itelmens population, according to information.

December 17th 1992, the factory was rediscovered 700 miles away from its original location by Russian Oligarch Anastasia Kalmikov when troops under her payroll discovered a mountain they swore wasn’t there during their last patrol. Capitalizing on this opportunity to use her fathers factory for her gain, she seized it and the land in a 23 km radius of the mountain. 

May 18th 1993, factory finished modernization to produce T-72 main battle tanks. Anastasia used the factory to create the Russian Mercenary organization Ohotnik Na Vedm, or Witchhunter. Na Vedm setup operated as a russian version of Monarch, containing the secret of the Titans in the violent turmoil of the post Soviet Union world Russia was in. The Titans they contained were the Titan “Shoto”, and the Titan “Momo”, although they also contain two Titans, codenamed “Sun Maiden”, and “Crescent Moon” who are also in their custody. 

September 18th 2001, Ohotnik did a joint operation with Monarch tracking Godzilla’s movement across the Russian tundra. As U.S. based Monarch assets were taken away by US officials for the War on Terror. 

September 27th 2002, Titan “Momo” had her coordinates leaked on the black market. 

October 2nd 2002, The Living Factory is attacked by the Twice Mercenary Group. Battle is waged for three days with Ohotnik coming out victorious. 

October 9th 2002, unexploded ordnance detonates beside Momo’s head, causing her to wake up, and leave her containment sight. 

November 18th 2016, Momo is spotted in a “herd” formation in a Canadian archipelago with Muthusulah.  

April 11th 2019, Momo appears 10km inside the Outpost-27-1A quarantine zone, asleep. Along with the Titan “Shoto”, napping under the ice nearby.

February 19th 2021, Momo and Shoto are included within the Titans contained at Outpost-27-1A, but under the security of Ohotnik Na Vedm

Note From Monarch High Command: All knowledge of this Titan and her history were recovered by Ohotnik after their seizer of Soviet Era documents. And would not be able to make a comprehensive report on the Titan otherwise. The jurisdiction over who contains the Titan is flexible, as along with there own forces, a Japanese regiment of Monarch operated Type 10 tanks are being equipped and maintained by the Living Factory as observers to the almost army strength forces of Ohotnik Na Vedm. With such high human and Titan cooperation, it is advised that the humans, not the Titan, are the more pressing problem.

Titan Discovery Report: The Minetan Colossus

Species: Titanus Colossus

Size: 20 meters

Weight: 27,000 tons

Behavior: Destroyer

Discovered:  July 10th 2007, 100 km away from Beijing

Current Location: Ruins of the Minetan City of The Goddess, Classified Location in South America

Description: The Minetan Colossus is a burrowing reptile, with large spherical skin bladders lining it’s back instead of dorsal plates full of a superheated purple material, the spheres get progressively smaller, as on the back, they measure about 1 meter across, and close to the nape of the neck, and along the head, they are merely the size of a basketball. This body is covered in a yellowish green skin that is lightly armored compared to most Titans. This soft armor leads it to being vulnerable to tanks, artillery, aircraft mounted weaponry, and even a determined soldier with an assault rifle. Its head is shaped similarly to a bearded dragon, just on a larger scale, but with proportionally smaller horns. The teeth are also small, suited for catching small prey within its mouth. Its tail is also proportionally smaller compared to the rest of its body. Massive scarring from a highly radioactive blast weapon covers most of the head, though it still has a face, the creature is missing one eye. Most bladders show signs of damage, and regrowth, with radiation burns being the norm for most of the locations that show damage, along with old damage from a powerful claw.

Special Abilities:

Burrow: Average Burrowing speed, similar to MUTO in capabilities

Sphere Blast: The molten material stored in the back bladders can be “belched” from the mouth of the Titan. The material will rapidly harden into a rubber like material in sphere patterns. Any creature or object inside the material will then be consumed by the Titan. This method of attack is used primarily to feed off of human prey. The material is both highly corrosive and absorbent, allowing it to melt down materials like steel, and absorb them into the spheres.  

History: The record of the Titan is longer than it was first discovered. The ruins attributed to the Minetans were first found as evidence of Godzilla’s longevity, being the first ancient civilization with intact murals on the surface of the G-man himself. However, the story the murals told wasn’t known till the discovery of the Colossus in China, which struck a similar resemblance to another monster in the murals, and was the key for finally unlocking the writing system of the Minetans. This is a short abridged tale of the story translated to English:

The Colossus, the great destroyer, was a plague upon our cities.

The Goddess, in the sacrifices we gave to her, made the Colossus slumber

However, he still hungered, and soon he decided to feed

The Colossus didn’t confront the great armies

Nor did it seek the light of the Goddess

It waited till the soldiers left for war, and the city was undefended to attack

It stole our tools for rebuilding, our homes, our relics

Nothing was sacred for its slaughter and feasting

The Colossus enjoyed slaughtering maidens

Tormenting, and playing with them before consuming

When he did that with the Goddess, however

The God of Thunder and Mountains (Godzilla) went to save her

The God of Thunder and Mountains defeated the Colossus to the brink of death, and demanded he serve him. To Protect the Goddess and her city, never to rampage again.

The images in the murals detail accurate depictions of the kaiju, even depicting an atomic blast that blasted the Minetan Colossus's face, and a depiction of one Titan bowing to another. It is inferred that the Minetans main religion was that of worship of Titans, as some more Kaiju appear in Murals, such as Mothra, several Rodan specimens, depictions of Monster Zero. But none were taken with such fear as the Minetan Colossus. Many Titans have symbols attributed to them in the writing system. It’s inferred that an attack by a much more powerful Titan destroyed the city, and drove the Minetan Colossus out.  

During a routine expedition of the ruins, recon helicopters discovered the corpse of a Titan, another Godzilla specimen the researchers nicknamed Phoebe after the Greek goddess of prophecy. The bones show signs of extreme human habitation around them, but also battle damage. The skull of the Godzilla specimen was converted to a burial sight for hundreds of pristine burial sights of Minetan priestesses. In fact, the bones seem to be a site of reverence for the Minetan people, where they buried their dead around Phoebe. Nestled in the bones of the tail and the pelvis of Phoebe was where the Minetan Colossus was rediscovered in 2013, by those same recon helicopters earlier. Researchers who went to the site were attacked by the Colossus whenever they got to within 10km of the bones, requiring only aerial recon of the site. Though those expeditionary teams were still not safe, examining the site of the lower body and pelvis region always resulted in renewed activity of the Colossus and renewed attacks, even three successful attacks on recon helicopters, and the destruction of twenty seven drones used for a similar task. It was only after Ghidorah awoke in 2016, confusing “Mineta”, as the Colossus has been coined, did a drone finally manage to identify the thing Mineta had been guarding like his life depended on it. 

It was a clutch of three eggs, whose radiation signatures seemed like a scaled down version of Godzilla. The clutch was surrounded by the material Mineta uses to capture prey, which warmed the eggs. 

The drone was soon destroyed ten seconds after taking the video of the eggs, and scanning the radiation signature. 

In 2016, Godzilla himself came to the ruin site. Taking a path through the city that seemed to be built for his presence to walk over to the nest site. Mineta bowed to the King of the Monsters, then showed Godzilla the nest site. Godzilla did a small intimidation display, as if to remind Mineta of his fate

After 2016, no expedition that entered the nest site returned, seemingly encouraged to do more in defense of the nest. 

Note from Monarch: Satellite imagery of the nest site will be maintained with utmost care and the security of the site has been tripled. Multiple actors outside of Monarch have gotten a hold on the information about a Gojira egg nest in South America and have begun efforts to be the first to find the nest and take the eggs. Weapons capable of wounding and harming Mineta have been bought en masse on the black market. US military command has given the area a 10 hour notice response

Titan Discovery File: Shoto, The Great Bird of Ice And Fire, Mountain Friend

Species: Titanus Rodan

Size: 39m

Wingspan: 230m

Behavior: Protector

Discovered: Northern Siberia, Russia

Current Location: Outpost 27-1A, Russia

Description: This is a dark blue Rodan specimen, the buildup of glacial deposits make the creature well armored, along with its cycles of cooling and warming helped reinforce this thick armored crust. Molten rock, like all Rodans, flows through the creature's veins, this helps it regulate temperature and create fire even in arctic regions where it hunts in. What ability appears in the cracks of the crust armor. These cracks act as vents for access energy, when using ice attacks it appears as blue energy and ice crystals appear in the cracked armor, when it is for lava attacks, the cracks drip with molten material. The claws, beak, and wings are all the same as a standard Rodan specimen with no deviation.

Special Abilities:

Sub Zero Claws: 

Enhancing the impressive claws already given to a Rodan specimen that create intense frostbite-like effects on Titans that have them embedded. It also acts like barbs, embedding the claws into the Titan to better hold on and brawl. 

Ice Blast:

Creates a large area attack of ice that freezes any and all life within the blast. The blast often creates a wall that Shoto often uses to corner off and direct opponents or prey to a specific location. 

Firestorm: 

Using the wake effect, and expending a large amount of flammable material behind him, creating a firestorm effect that blankets entire regions in fire. This effect is used to flush out smaller titans, and annoy larger ones, providing opportunities for Shoto to close in and attack in close range as it provides the same effect as a smokescreen. 

Fire Blast: 

Similar to ice blast, it creates a wall of fire where Shoto aims it at. This is used to attack Titans from long range. The intense heat is created by expelling stored up hydrogen and oxygen from melted ice stored up in Shoto’s body. The power of this flame is comparable to the thrust engines of large rockets, making it an effective blast weapon against large targets.

History: Discovered alongside Momo, Shoto remained dormant for a great duration of Monarch's study into the animal. Allowing for easy containment within the early days of discovery. However whenever Momo is startled, Shoto would awaken and take a perch along her back like a bird on a rhino. Shoto never attacks unless provoked, and has not on record attacked any cities. When Momo joined up with Muthusulah in Canada, Shoto joined them, and would be seen lounging on the nearby arctic ice within 10 min flight of Momo. Shoto has also answered the call of joining up in an attempt to free Deku from Outpost-27-1A. Inevitably joining the Titans on site for containment when Momo moved on site. Records of this Titan are scarce and far between. Besides a Russian myth about a half ice half fire phoenix, no evidence of Shoto living anywhere besides next to Momo has been recorded. {EDIT FROM HIGH COMMAND} Shoto has been recorded living among a large wake of Rodan specimens, recorded by a Minetan tablet discovered on August 5th, 2020.  As the half ice half fire nature of Shoto is a rare trait only he possesses, this tablet is considered credible. The tablet warns of a powerful Rodan with powerful blue flames that burn even itself, that has been sealed away deep in the Yucatan Peninsula below the Yucatan Mountains.  This Rodan specimen has an outpost (Outpost 98-V1) currently monitoring its habits. This particular specimen is said to be able to be commanded by humans. All effort will be made to keep it sealed. Shoto, in the tablet was labeled as the key factor in the original defeat of the Blue Rodan. Shoto will be monitored at all times to make sure they don’t fall into the wrong hands.

Note from Monarch High Command: Group of Interest “The All for One Project” must not get their hands on Shoto or the Blue Flamed Rodan. US military assets are on standby to defend Outpost-89-V1 in a constant 18 hour watch. Deployment of French military QRF on the closest French military base to the Outpost is on standby to defend against any aggressor. Only personnel of the highest security clearance should have any info on the Blue Rodan’s location.

Incident Report: Dabi’s Reawakening

Location: Yucatan Peninsula 

Assets on station: USS Boise, Virginia-Class Attack Submarine

Known Kaiju on Location:Dabi, Rodan, Dactyl, Vigilantis, Godzilla, Shoto, Thunder God

Report and Documentation from USS Boise after returning to Charlston, SC for repairs.

Below is a recording of the situation aboard the USS Boise at the time of the breach.

“Radar has Titanus Rodan northbound with Dacyl on his tail, course zero, nine, eight”, a feminine voice of the radar officer shouted.

“Speed,” Shouted the Captain.

“Mach 2.4 and climbing, sir,” the radar officer shouted.

“Sonar, where is Godzilla?” The Captain ordered.

“Sonar lost track of him three minutes ago, we expect he is ashore heading towards the seal.” the sonar officer remarked.

“Confirm, Godzilla has made it to shore.” the Radar Officer shouted.”Titanus Shoto, Bakugo, and a third, unknown Titan have entered the airspace, course two, seven, zero.”

“Command said they were releasing Vigilantis and Shoto, why is Bakugo here?” the Captain shouted.

“Command says he escaped once he sensed Vigilantis being released.” the young voice of the comms officer shouted.

“What is the Kaiju’s ETA?” the Captain shouted.

“Ten minutes sir.” replied the Radar Officer.

“All hands, dive below the thermal layer. Dive planes 30 degrees down angle, flood ballast tanks one and three.”

An alarm reverberated throughout the ship as the Boise prepared for combat. The crew repeated the captain's command, the USS Boise made it to the Thermal layer before a thunderous boom was detectable on the recording.

“Explosion detected,” the sonar officer remarked.

“Damage report,” The Captain ordered.
“No damage to the ship, it appears the explosion was at the Dabi containment site.”  the damage control officer said.

“Can we confirm?” the Captain asked.

“Not unless we go to periscope depth, Cap’n” The Damage Control Officer remarked.

“Radar, could you get a rough view of the battle with a radar buoy?” The Captain asked.

“The Kaiju are as big as mountains, so It should not be hard.” the Radar officer responded.

“Alright, deploy radar array. We need to view this fight.” The Captain ordered.

A cry of challenge could be heard bouncing through the hull of the submarine, Godzilla’s reply answered back. Creating a noticeable echo through the sub detectable over the crew’s voices. 

“Radar?” The Captain asked.

“Unknown Kaiju sighted on the mountain top where the Outpost was located, Godzilla and the Unknown Kaiju that flew in with Shoto and Bakugo are rearing for Challenge.” The radar officer stopped for a moment, before continuing. “Sir, we just got confirmation that the Unknown Kaiju is Vigilantis, he apparently has the ability to fly. The Unknown Kaiju on the mountain is confirmed Dabi.”

“Prepare Tomahawks to fire, we will provide backup for the Kaiju if necessary.” The Captain called, “All hands, prepare for battle. This is about to get ugly.”

“Water temperature above the layer increased in temperature by one point six degrees Celsius.” A crew member shouted. 

“Smoke has obscured the Kaiju on the ground, Rodan, Dactyl, and Shoto have disappeared into the smoke bank.” The Radar Officer shouted.

There was a brief moment of silence.

“Sonic boom detected,” The Radar officer remarked. “Large object entering the upper stratosphere at high speeds, estimated three Rodan specimens are engaged in a grappling match.”

“Smoke?” The Captain asked.

“Still obscuring the object and a majority of the other Kaiju,” the Radar responded. There was another pause. “Impact on the object, another object has impacted into the ball of Rodans, possibly Bakugo.”

Radar imagery from a nearby airport radar station  showed a rodan-like shape emerge from the smoke, then slam a beak down upon something. The ball convulsed then broke apart in the Troposphere, one large trail of smoke and two smaller ones fell. 

“Incoming, Bakugo is unconscious and falling. Dactyl is unconscious and falling. Dabi, Shoto, and Rodan have engaged in close range combat and are on the path to impact the ground.” The Radar officer shouted. 

“Dabi is ripping them apart…” The Captain gasped.

“Radiation levels have spiked!” a sailor shouted.

“Godzilla has appeared from the smoke!” the Radar operator shouted, “he’s aimed at the melee!”

Godzilla used his atomic breath in an attempt to get Dabi off Rodan. Dabi, using his leverage against the far bigger Titan, blocked the shot with Rodan’s body.

“Breath Fired, impact on the Melee.” Radar reported.

“He’s trying to offer fire support! Follow his command, launch Tomahawks. Target, Dabi.”

“Firing Tomahawks 1-9, Target Dabi” The Weapons officer shouted.

Nine Tomahawks left the underwater tubes of the attack submarine. Modified to fire on flying Kaiju, the nine missiles streaked into the air onto the falling Kaiju.

“Radar, guide them in, make sure Dabi doesn’t use the Turkey to block your shots.” The Captain said.

The submarine held their breath. 

Godzilla initiated another attack with his atomic breath, again hitting Rodan. Who shrugged off the brutal attack and was biting away at Dabi, whose oily blue fire kept them wrapped in smoke and made accurately biting down difficult. 

Shoto tried to freeze his opponents' fire out using ice. Which quickly boiled away when in contact with Dabi and his flames.

Before the three titans could impact the ground of the Yucatan, the Tomahawks slammed into Dabi’s face. Stunning him long enough for Godzilla, Rodan, and Shoto to slam him with a fury of attacks. Atomic breath, beaks, and claws raked Dabi. Putting him between them and the ground, shielding them as they crashed. 

“Impact!” Shouted the radar officer. 

Deku used his black whip weapons to keep Dabi on the ground, using his hooked feel, Deku grabbed into Dabi’s fiery flesh.

“Ground Melee is ensuing, cannot distinguish one monster from another.” Radar stated.

“Where are the two Rodan specimens that were falling earlier?” The Captain asked.

“Dactyl is on a collision course to our location,” the radar officer sounded.

“Right full rudder, increase speed to fifteen knots. All hands, prepare for impact!” The Captain shouted. 

The USS Boise was struck by the wings of a struggling Dactyl. Causing the vessel to plummet to 100 feet below the thermal layer with intense flooding. Damage was sustained on the starboard side on the stern. Forcing the  USS Boise was then immediately out of the fight, and had to withdraw, 

It was unknown what happened after the withdrawal of the Boise, but Dabi’s body was found later on sight, surrounded by a wildfire with his head removed from his body. Radiation burns on the body showed intense combat with Godzilla, and the body was covered in crystalline ice. Deku showed signs of new scars along his body similar to Rodan’s beak. And Bakugo was irritated beyond reason after returning to Outpost-27-1A. Rodan and Dactyl both retreated to an unknown location. Godzilla also disappeared to an unknown location, possibly to heal after the fight.

All other nearby locations that could record data on the battle were destroyed in the fires created by Dabi. 

Monarch is currently cleaning up the location, and is compensating communities displaced by the event. Firefighting crews have been dispatched to the local vicinity.

This will be my last addition for a while, since I want to get some new ideas for Kaiju and new fights before I post anew. I am focusing my attention on a more serious fic. But don't be alarmed, I will come back to this and add more. Finals is just being a bitch and I want to focus on my other fic. Thanks for the support on this. It's meant a lot.

Chapter 8: The Two Scyllas

Summary:

Here is Kaminari and Jiro.
I had a dream of two kajiu in love, terrorizing the population of the United States corn belt like two monsters in the mist.

Titan Discovery File: The Storm God, (Alternate nicknames “Electric Cthulhu”, “Stormbringer”, or “Kaminari”) and The Sound Goddess (Alternate Nicknames “Jiro”, “Heavy Metal Cthulhu”, “The Kaiju That Plays Rock Music”)

Species: Titanus Scylla

Size: 96 meters (Kaminari), and 105 meters (Jiro)

Weight: 18,000 tons(Kaminari), and 19,000 tons (Jiro)

Behavior: Protector

Discovered: Northern Alberta, Canada, June 5th 2008

Current Location: Constantly Changing, Current Territory is the Great Plains of the United States

Description: Kaminari is a lot smaller than his mate, Jiro, both being a deep shade of grey blue, similar to a sky before a major storm. Kaminari has multiple metal rods five meters in length embedded into him in multiple locations on his body embedded in muscles that generate electricity similar to an electric eel. He often gives small zaps to Jiro as signs of affection. Along his shell rests the remains of the heavy cruiser HMS Exeter, this vessel has fused into the shell after the wreck fell atop of him. The Execter has since been repaired and automated by Monarch. (See Special Abilities: Kaminari) This wreck also allows him to use it as a battery to store electricity. Kaminari does not seem phased or hurt with the fact that his shell has a heavy cruiser embedded in it. Jiro has an intact shell, along with being larger, and heavier, she also has a greater number of tentacles in comparison to other members of her species. Besides the increase in tentacles she seems to be very similar to Scylla, and doesn’t have any other abnormal traits.

Special Abilities: Kaminari

Electric Web: The normal web attack has been modified by the All for One Project to include an electric charge, the voltage varies from use to use, to being able to fry a human to a crisp, or being able to cause severe nerve damage to enemy titans. Kaminari has been observed to have no capability to dictate the charge of the web shot. He can only turn off the electric shock ability.

Electric pulse: Discharging a great amount of stored electricity releases a pulse that stuns human sized targets and has been known to cause irritation and confusion in enemy titans.

Zap: Kaminari discharges a concentrated blast of electricity, this zap chains from foe to foe, from human targets, to enemy Titans. Kaminari can decide who gets chained, and has been known to use this as a precision weapon when in combat with human allies

Broadside: Kaminari gained the ability to use the Exeter’s 8in gun armament. Being a poor judge of range, he only uses it as a melee weapon. This was used in great effect against Titanus Amulek

Special Abilities:Jiro

Web shot: Normal web attack

Earth Sonar: Like Elephants, the padding on the footing of Jiro is softer than the shell around her this allows her to detect sounds in the ground. Experiments showed she is able to pick out the sound of a particular human being out of a crowd, in a country concert, in Nashville.

Sonic Screech: Jiro can use an extremely loud ultrasonic sound that can damage large structures and titans but leave humans unscathed. The frequency can change however to stun all human sized targets within a vicinity. Or as an anti-avian/aviation weapon.

Sound imitation: Jiro is able to imitate and replicate any sound. Jiro often uses this to imitate the music she hears at outdoor concerts venues. This is inferred that she does such a thing because the humans she particularly likes enjoy such concerts. It has also been seen to be used as an attack against Titans like Amuluk, who is known to hate AC DC's Back in Black. She can also imitate voices, and she's been observed imitating the sounds of humans close to her as a sign of contemptment. Jiro at default uses this ability to play music she enjoys. And has been recorded playing Heavy Metal, J-Rock, J-Pop, K-Pop, American Rock, British Rock, Metal, Punk Rock, and Sea Shanties.

History: Jiro and Kaminari were first discovered emerging from what we now know was a Hollow Earth Portal in Northern Alberta in 2008. They followed along an ancient Cretaceous seabed to Northern Montana and built a “Nest” of large rocks in the Rocky Mountains. The two rested and an outpost was built around them in 2010. 

2016 came around and they broke containment. Instead of crashing through the nearest human city, they decided to terrorize those who lived in the US Great Plains. Being quite the pranksters, they webbed up small towns and booked it in Eastern Nebraska, turned off all power in Nashville for a full month by overloading the grid with Kaminari’s electric shock, and broke cattle out of pens in Texas and led them all the way to Eastern Idaho. In July, they caused quite the stir as they decided to disguise themselves as rock formations in Utah, failing to hide the HMS Exeter and causing quite the media storm as the nautical history community travelled to the site. This turned into a full blown panic when they realized it was a pair of Titans. They eventually stopped the prank crusade after Godzilla returned to Alpha position. The US corn belt, however, became quite endeared to the two Scyllas. As they didn’t cause quite as much damage as the other Kaiju and had no obvious intentions to harm humans. One Farmer said, quote “They left the crops well enough alone, and didn’t destroy any cities. They are like giant puppies, causing mischief and trouble unlike their counterparts. I don’t mind those two two troublemakers. Not at all.” Many small towns in the midwest would have watch parties where they would get in the backs of trucks, and go watch the two titans walk across the fields of corn. After the defeat of Ghidorah, Kaminari trapped a small bit of Ghidorah's storm perpetually hanging above him. Giving him a power boost he used to drive off a incursion by Titanus Amuluk in 2018, who wished to use the vast fields of corn to better enhance his body. He now travels around with his little “Pocket Storm” to water crops whenever a drought appears in the Midwest. They also traveled to the ocean to “recharge” the storm. 

Briefly in 2019 organizations began popping up to attempt to chase off the mating pair of titans. Monarch monitored such organizations as the All for One Project, who used proxy groups to monitor the two in case “Young Kaiju” appeared. The objective was to raid the heavily protected nest in Northern Montana when Kaminari and Jiro were gone to steal the titans eggs. The recovered recording file is documented in another file. (See: Asui Frog File). One organization that appeared was the Cthulhu’s Shepards. A group of redneck farmers saw the uptick of crime aimed at attacking their prankster kaiju and decided to take action. They gathered a large amount of off-road capable trucks and loaded up on weapons. Using these vehicles, they travel around and ahead of the titans in a “Redneck radar” to warn towns of the approaching titans. They also use this network of rednecks in trucks to locate and observe suspicious vehicles and groups approaching the two Titans. This act by the people of the United States allowed less panic wherever the two Titans approached small towns, and educated the public to keep public sentiment at a high with the Kaiju, and minimizing damage caused by their leisurely strolls along the Midwest. Their leader, a retired Navy veteran named Todd Abrams, trained the group on the modern combat drills with his son, a retired Marine. This allowed them to repel an armed attack by a One For All proxy group who were using smuggled Russian weapons. Monarch, to thank them for their efforts to educate the public about the Titans and to raise awareness and better love for the Kaiju gave them HEMTT gun trucks, and two Stryker armored vehicles with AA weapons as a thank you. A team led by Cthulhu’s Shepard member. Amanda Leon has since begun a Kaiju relief organization known as Jiro’s Lullaby to better bring relief to cities destroyed or attacked by Kaiju through providing food, and building relief shelters for the stricken areas. These two organizations have the full attention of the two Titans. On multiple occasions, Jiro and Kaminari have attempted to provide help for their human guardians. Offering support in combat via abilities. Using particular sounds to warn the organization of incoming dangers, and using their webbing to make shelter for displaced people.

After Rodan, Shoto, Dactyl, Godzilla, Deku, and Thunder God (Bakugo) all killed Dabi in the Yucatan, Deku Vigilantis gave off a Alpha roar, Godzilla took no heed to this as Deku Vigilantis already bowed to him before. This Alpha call was received by the pair of Scylla’s, and they were the first kaiju on the screen for cleanup. Monarch was unable to beat them to the battleground due to the raging wildfires caused by Dabi. The only remaining body part recovered was Dabi’s severed head, and some organ tissue. The pair of kaiju left the scene soon after they finished their meal. Cthulu’s Shepherds are currently keeping us updated on the two Kaiju’s locations at all times and have offices on standby to give Monarch a heads up on the pair's location.

Note From Monarch: After the rediscovery of a tribe of Iwi, Monarch did a study on their adapted physiology in the Hollow Earth, DNA analysis reports that Kaiju DNA from Mothra is embedded in their genome to provide telepathy. DNA analysis form Cthulu’s Shepherds members shows a rising increase to DNA resembling that of their guardian kaiju. Titans have been known to rapidly and quickly change and adapt their own DNA, Such as Godzilla adapting his DNA with Tiamat’s. Bones recovered from a location of worship within the Hollow Earth show signs of Godzilla DNA embedded in the genome. Though not proven, Monarch scientists have hypothesized that Titans can rapidly alter human DNA, similar to their own. Recovered data files of the All For One Project state a project to weaponize such abilities called Project Kurogiri. So far, Project Kurogiri’s location is not known, and is a top priority for Monarch forces to find, and destroy.

Chapter 9: Asui Frog Horror

Titan Discovery File: Asui Frogs

Species: Rana Tigrina Asui

Size: 1-10 meters

Weight: 24lbs-3.5 tons

Behavior: Protector

Discovered: Manchuria, China, 2008

Current Location: Titan Nests

Description: Asui Frogs are a species of Hollow Earth amphibian that the Titans have adapted as protectors of the nest. They range in size from a frog no bigger than a medium sized dog, the the size of a semi tractor. This variation in size is an adaptation for dealing with the various pests that could harm the eggs of Titans. These frogs have various appearances, whether or not they are different species of frog or not is unknown. Everything from glass frog-like Asui frogs, to Bullfrog-like Asui Frogs have been reported, and the DNA is being processed. With no standard shape and size, Monarch classifies them by a behavior. Any frog larger than a medium sized dog, that crawls around the nest of a Titan in search of pests. That’s an Asui Frog. Although they appeared with the 1A Kaiju, Asui frogs have been spotted among the rocks of Titanus Muthusulah, Titanus Behemoth, and even Titanus Rodan, with a species of Asui frog adapted for lava. 

Special Abilities: 

Swallow Whole:

Asui Frogs can swallow objects 1.5 times larger than themselves whole. The largest of them can swallow a car, and the average one can swallow a man whole

Mental Link:

Asui Frogs have a networked consciousness, however, unlike most hiveminds, each individual node is independent, and uses its own thinking processes for its task. This, “Mental Link” is to direct more complicated tasks, and coordinate the larger groups, especially when a larger Titan is using them to coordinate a complex defence of a Titan nest. As Titans can use this link to direct and control each member to direct them towards their task.

History: The Asui Frog was discovered after a scientific research facility in Manchuria reported to the Chinese military a project of theirs had escaped. Monarch was tracking this particular research institute due to the increase of kidnappings in both the local area and nearby nations. The total number of disappearances was 198 Chinese citizens, 4 Japanese, 6 South Koreans, 28 Mongolians, 12 Russians, and 2 Philipinos. Monarch knew of North Korean captives, but could not discern a normal crackdown from a suspicious kidnapping. The oldest known person kidnapped was a mongolian at the age of 56, and the youngest being a little Japanese girl at the age of 6. The facility was raided by Ohotnik Na Vedm’s Special Investigation Team, who found the facility almost completely abandoned. The only sign of habitation was shreds of a worker's clothing, and streaks of blood. The back of the facility had a pile of bodies of incredibly large frogs, on average a meter wide, and half a meter tall. One body specifically was as large as five meters tall, and eight meters long, weighing almost a ton. Na Vedm’s team had no idea what this meant, and did not enter the facility until an armed specialist team was sent in. They found the place overwhelmed with dog-sized frogs. Some were eating the dead remains of security, but they did not seem to be the aggressors, not once engaging in aggressive action against the team. 

The purpose of the facility was to create human Asui-frog hybrids. Labeled in groups called “Batches”, Batch-1 and 2 being entirely Chinese and North Korean captives, while Batch-3 being the multinational captives. The Batch-1 was described by one teammate as “The spawn of hell itself.” Horrid abominations, where frog limbs and human limbs seemed haphazardly fuzed together. Mouths and faces a melted mess of human and frog features. They did engage into hostility, and were put out of their misery. In cleanup, the Batch-1 autopsy reported the Batch were prone to asthma, lung infection, ear infection, nasal infection, and difficulty swallowing. 

Batch-2 was far more refined. Humanoid with the right adaptations, sleek hydrodynamic shape, webs fingers and toes, long prehensile tongue, and high environmental adaptation. However, these creatures were not mentally as capable as humans. The leading theory is that, since they lacked a specific gene seen in Batch-3, their mental facilities were also adapted in the process. This reduced their mental faculty. Since Asui frogs live in ‘army groups’, they often took up positions as protectors of the smaller Asui frogs that were freed. They did not view the assault team as a threat, and as the assault team reported “chilling with the toads, without a care in the world.” Teams would see them in rooms full of frogs, only to be unnerved by the very human-like eyes of the Batch-2, and the hundreds of smaller, dog sized frogs to stare right back at them from the darkness within the facility. By leading the Batch-2 out of the facility, it was startlingly easy to remove every living frog in the facility. 

Batch-3, however, was a nightmare for other purposes. They were the perfect human-frog hybrid. An Autopsy report of the three Batch-3 individuals killed revealed a perfect almost one to one adaptation of Asui Frogs onto a figure of human scale. However, with the human intellect intact. They had a humanoid face, with a adaptation which allowed their cheeks to move apart to allow their tongue to extend it outside their body. They had a perfect human form otherwise, with the only noticable differance being the colorful, mucas covered skin. Larger feet nd hands to accommodate webbing. They also were lighly adaptable like their peers, being able to quickly have the right adaptations for the right environment. The leader of Batch-3 was a young woman by the name of Cho Hwi-Hyang. She adopted the moniker of “Pop-star”, as she was a former K-pop star from South Korea. Pop-star told of how they managed to escape from the facility. They shared a very well connected mental link to Batch-2, who were well connected to the far smaller frogs to a highly ingrained level. All they needed was a nudge, and the highly predictable nature of the Asui Frogs were turned into the ground troops for the Batch-3s escape. They managed to overrun the security at the facility, breaking into key infrastructure using smaller frogs, which were the size of non-Titan frogs, enter highly secure parts of the facility and free the 3 batches. Afterwards, it was only a matter of time before the facility was completely and utterly under their control. Where they hid the evidence of the whole thing, and retreated into the facility, scared and afraid of what the outside would bring upon them. When the Na Vedm security team entered the facility, and didn’t immediately open fire at Batch-1 until they confirmed it was hostile, instead of coming in and shooting first showed them that this team of soldiers were not here to exterminate them. 

Pop-Star spoke about the atrocities committed at the lab. She remembered coming to the facility after Batch-1 and 2’s creation. Seeing them locked in cells, studying this sick process they put them through like whatever former human on the other side was merely some animal, and not a person. She saw them test her blood multiple times. Apparently her blood was a really good research candidate into the genome of those most susceptible to Titan transformations. Research that Monarch now has their hands on. Pop-star remembered her and the other female captives being seized up by scientists and security personnel with the eye of a predator. She was particularly a target, as she had a highly conventionally attractive body. But they did not advance on her once, as an older, female researcher with an American accent stopped any advances with a few, non-perverted security personnel in her personal command. She remembered the American having two young, also highly conventionally attractive female aids of European descent she had to also protect constantly from security. The three would provide creature comforts for Batch-3 when the experiments came, to relieve the stress and pain that the ten week transformation caused. Pop-Star was the only one comfortable talking about the pain of the experience, and came forward so other members of Batch-3 didn’t have to relive the events. The pain was described as being set on fire, but no mercy of death, just slowly every cell of skin was replaced, then the discomfort of your organs being rearranged and muscle fibers being completely rebuilt. Pop-Star said that they sweat so much that there were pools of it on the floor after the first week, and hydration was quite difficult as every single day was painful. Water was administered via an IV, while food was painfully swallowed while the experimentees could barely move. Slowly, even their brain experienced this pain, as a mental link could be felt with others in the facility, thoughts of others became theirs. The pain subsided after ten weeks, where a massive appetite overtook her.

This event all happened on the tenth of July, 2008. When Monarch was just learning about the All For One Project. Documents were recovered from the scene, and are currently in Monarch hands.

Note From Monarch: After relooking into these events, with an increase of individuals who are experiencing very early beginning stages of this transformation in several locations among the 1A Titans, we now see that this sight was the early beginnings of Project Kurogiri. With no definitive location for this project, the manhunt continues. With the DNA analysis of those who were used in this project, we identified that the past decade of Titan activity has increased the number of experiment compatible genes within the human population. And Titan DNA has increased in many such individuals. Monarch is investigating, and has doubled its efforts to find this project, and put an end to it.

Chapter 10: The Red Rout

Titan Discovery File: The Red Rout of Kirishima

Species: Titanus Angiris

Size: 25 meters

Weight: 25,000 tons

Behavior: Destroyer

Discovered: December 31, 1702 Kirishima, Japan

Rediscovered: July 10th, 2008 Manchuria, China

Current Location: Kirishima Japan

Description: The Red Rout is similar to the ancient Ankylosaurus on a grand scale, with crocodilian jaws and spikes all over his body fixed in armored scutes. Thick, elephantine legs keep the massive armored form upright. The Red Rout gets its name from the blood red coloration of the chitten coating on his spikes, along with the rust red skin. He has a frill covered in grand spikes, with many spikes upon his nasal bridge. He has a spiked thagomizer upon his tail, with bony knobs and bone hooks. He is almost 120 meters long from head to tail. His back spikes can be moved into various positions similar to a porcupine moves its quills. One can tell the mood of the Red Rout by the position of its spikes. If his back is arched and spikes all pointed outward, it is fear/fight. If his back is smooth with spikes, he is calm and relaxed. If he is showing his spikes but they are laid back facing his tale, curiosity. 

Special Abilities: 

Harden: Specialized muscles and organs that create a hardening effect within the already heavily armored skin of the Red Rout till it’s nearly impenetrable from all forms of physical attacks, and completely invulnerable from blasts. 

Defender of the Weak: The Red Rout can create human sized pockets within his hardened skin to allow humans or similar sized creatures to be offered the protection of his skin. He only allows a very specific group of people this protection, and any unwanted visitors will soon find the safety of his skin can become their tomb.

Rout: The Red Rout will telepathically link his mind to humans and instill the primal instinct of fear into all he deems an enemy. This link is so strong even the most disciplined men will run from him. This is also capable of being used on Kaiju to make them flee the Red Routs’ territory. 

Spike Ball: The Red Rout turns into a ball to attack an opponent. 

History: Monarch was not the first Kaiju observation and study organization in Japan. That title would go into the Knight’s of Amaterasu. A order of Samurai who survived a long ago battle in the city of Kirishima in 1702 in the Edo period. An army of ten thousand samurai and soldiers were stationed in the city of Kirishima. These men were enemies of the occupying Tokugawa clan, and had recently defeated the local Tokugawa garrison . They went in and had their way of the city. Pillaging relics and gold from Tokugawa supporters. Executing politicians in the streets, and stealing young maidens from their homes. A group of soldiers went up a local mountain to find a young female temple attendant working at a small temple to Amatarasu. These soldiers, looking for some entertainment, sought to press themselves on the maiden. As they pinned her down, she let out a scream, begging the temple’s guardian to protect her.

Her screams were answered, or that's how the recorded story goes.

The Red Rout awakened during the sacking of the city, emerging from a position about ten meters away from the temple. His enormous size made him a pressing threat, so the soldiers raced outside with their “prize” in tow. With his rout ability, he gave every soldier in the army fear, a fear that if they did not do as he told them, he would kill them all. He wanted the temple attendant back, or they all would die. Not knowing which of the many women they had taken was the one the great dragon wanted to protect, the soldiers dropped all of them and gave them to the monster. Who gladly accepted all of them. Protecting them within his pockets of armored skin. But the temple attendant was yet to be returned, as the soldiers who had looted her were making a beeline out of the city. They did not make it, recounts from the Knights tell how this great beast looked at those nine fleeting soldiers, and with precision and skill, hit a boulder that broke apart and struck every fleeing man, leaving the temple attendant unscathed. With his demands never met, he attacked the army. When the dust settled, and the city completely destroyed, this great Kaiju spared only nine samurai. Entrusting that the fear going through them, and the memory of it all was enough to keep them in line, the Red Rout released all the girls from his defences, and hid again in the mountains. 

Those nine samurai became the Knights of Amaterasu, their original swords being handed down through the generations to each new knight of the order. In the modern day, there are the big three. One being a JSDF Major, one being a wealthy businessman, and the last being the Japanese Defence Secretary. These three men lead the lower six, who are their boots on the ground and command their other men and resources. Their mission is simply to protect the small temple of Amatarasu atop of the mountains around Kirishima, and keep the modern temple attendant along with her immediate friends safe, and keep the Red Rout sleeping in his nest. During an event in 1999 Kirishima awoke and attacked three Chinese Coast Guard vessels in the Strait of Formosa then disappeared. Reappearing with heavily increased capacity to harden his body from Manchuria in 2010 during the events that revealed the 1A Titans to the wider Titan protection agencies, the Red Rout returned to its preferred netting site in Kirishima. Slumbering and waiting for the next infraction.

Monarch classified Kirishima as a Destroyer as he cares little for collateral, unlike other 1A Kaiju. Once Kirishima is angered, either by harming his little temple attendant, harming her friends, or attacking other members of the Bakusquad, he will plow through cities, no matter the human, or Titan, casualties. 

Monarch is still trying to comprehend an incident late in 2021, The temple attendant, Tokyo Tamami, was with five of her friends on a train ride in Hoshu. When every Titan attack sensor triggered at once all across the entire train route. Unidentified humanoids boarded the train and took all six targets hostage. Killing anyone else who wasn’t the six girls. This small infarction caused the Titan to awaken and make a beeline to the center of Japan, and several heavily populated areas. But before he could get to save his temple attendant, he was attacked by a newly discovered Titan. A Titanus Camazotz Specimen named, Heimiko. Heimiko is also known, as we have learned. As the Queen Who Covets Blood. Records show her to be in areas of the world quote “the very nature of things ceases, up becomes down, right becomes wrong, beasts walk the sky, and birds fly the land.” Hemiko engaged the Red Rout in a grappling match. The Bat Titan has a specialized feeding mechanism. Hemiko drinks the blood of Titans to receive her radiation requirements. The Red Rout, however, didn't give her any. His hardened armor made it impossible for Heimiko to get blood,which allows her to use some abilities of hers. So, Heimiko reversed gravity itself on the Red Rout, using her prehensile tale to drag the Red Rout high into the sky and dropping him repeatedly. All the while his charge was getting farther and farther away.

All members of the Bakusquad proceeded to break containment. Titanus Mina rapidly approached the Japanese mainland from her hiding spot in the Pacific Ocean. Kaminari left his mate and swam across the Pacific in hot pursuit to aid the cry of Bakugo’s pack. And Bakugo himself violently broke out of containment and was above Japan’s skies within the hour. Heimiko was easily driven off after Bakugo hit her with a concentrated barrage. Heimiko then fought Mina and Kaminari in the Sea of Japan before disappearing off all known government air search radar in Tibet. The Knights of Amatarasu dispatched a team to defeat the monsters who had kidnapped the temple attendant and her friends. The bodies being recovered along with the dead supposed “Handlers” of the monsters. When the temple attendant and her friends returned home safely. The Red Rout went back to sleep.

Note From Monarch: The Red Rout is a curious case, a Titan protector spirit that keeps a single temple attendant safe. Monarch is still trying to figure out how this happened, but it seems that individuals with key genetics, like the temple attendants, can direct the actions of a Titan who appears in their DNA. Telepathy seems to be a common trait of those who can direct Titans, and Monarch is researching it to see if they can use it to their advantage.

<Monarch Research Report> The autopsied remains of the monsters conclude them to be humans, mixed with Titan DNA. Analysis shows they show the most similar traits to a 1B Titan that had disappeared off Monarch and Na Vedm’s search capabilities. They have an unstable combination of genes from two Titans, and lacked the DNA required for humans to transform into mindless beasts. The recovered handlers also had similar DNA in their bodies, but had not had a transformation. They also appear to have originated as street thugs in Western Europe. Ohotnik Na Vedm is preparing a army group sized fighting force upon the border of Europe and is making the necessary arrangement with Monarch aligned nations to advance, along with Monarch’s own forces. This is in response to extensive analysis that resulted in us finding they were still living in Europe long before moving to Japan. Make Note: We have detected extensive activity from Uraraka at her containment sight in Sweden. Gravity anomalies lessened, and radiation levels spiked. Movement was detected inside the main reactor housing where the Titan resides. Deku Vigilantis has also travelled to the area, having never returned to containment after the Dabi fight. Godzilla has also been disturbed by something, and has left the Colosseum in Rome and has begun swimming behind Vigilantis in the Mediterranean. Whatever experiment The All For One Project is up to, it's drawing the ire of Godzilla.

Kaiju Discovery Report: Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu, and Kendo. The Goddess in Symbiote Armor

Species: Shinomura (Tetsutetsu) and Titanus Gojira (Kendo)

Current Location: The Swiss Alps, Switzerland

Special Abilities:

Grapple: Kendo can use Tetsutetsu to enhance her already considerable arm and hand strength to make sure an opponent doesn’t get away. 

Hard As Steel: Tetsutetsu can harden the body armor from almost fluid-like hive of cells, to a rigid structure ten times tougher than carbon steel. This allows him to absorb a great deal of damage that would have gone to Kendo. Tetsu cans use this reactively, only covering parts that were necessary to defend.

Reactive Armor: 

Description: Tetsutetsu is the name given to the metallic single celled organism hivemind that coats the Gojira “Kendo”, acting as a living breathing suit of armor, and even reacting as ablative and reactive armor. Tetsutetsu does not have a proper form, but often comes out of armor in the shape of a Shinomura head attached with good like tendrils to its “Host Body” to communicate with other Kaiju, including their Alphas, Godzilla and Vigilantis. This unique pairing of Kaiju gives Tetsutetsu a great deal of survivability, as it relies on its Gojira ally to fight and find its prey. While it gives durability, enhanced strength, and  increased senses. Kendo is a curious specimen, as she is not built like a normal Gojira. We do not know the color of her body, but we do know the color of the scales around her face are a dark turquoise color. Her dorsal spins are a light turquoise on the bottom, but slowly turn into a gradient of orange on the tip. Creating a stunning display piece when lit. Her body is also more adapted to close range fighting. Built solid like Godzilla back in 2016 with massive rending claws that appear similar to that of a mature Baryonyx. The long reaping claws, and more robustly built arms to support Kendo as a dangerous opponent. This was displayed in her discovery in being capable of fighting off two Kaiju designed to kill Titans such as her with ease.

Germanovich: Miss Wakumi, you were transferred to Eastern Europe?

Wakumi : Dr. Combs can handle rebuilding the outpost, and keeping an eye on Creati. My field is Vigilantis, so I got transferred.

Germanovich : So, that’s why you are interviewing me. That ring on your finger is new…

Wakumi : Please, let's get on with the event in question.

Germanovich : I would rather not…Is it that woman with the dyed red hair that proposed…

Wakumi : Kapitan!!

Germanovich : Alright.

Wakumi : Thank you, now, lets begin with why your unit was the only unit of Na Vedm to reach the site

Germanovich : We are a T-80M scout recon company. We were ahead a good twelve kilometers in front of the vanguard. We had moved into a mountain pass identified by command to be a possible hideout for the secret laboratory. We found a white structure in a very beautiful valley. A multi structure complex surrounded by snow capped mountains. We observed it from a cliff, guns pointed at the facility.

Wakumi : There were no observable signs of Titan activity?

Germanovich :  Not in the entire valley, just a meager dirt road going deeper and deeper into the Alps. 

Wakumi : When did you finally see the Gojira, Kendo?

Germanovich : G team was sent ahead in a Monarch operated Chinook Helicopter. The team assaulted the facility while we started going down the mountain to enter the valley. Whatever happened inside that facility seemed to send an alert to something, I don’t know what but the moment that the G-team contacted us about engaging hostile contact, the mountain beside the facility started to move.

Wakumi : Kendo was disguised as a mountain?

Germanovich : Only way to disguise a Titan that big.

Wakumi : Explain what happened next.

Germanovich : Then…(Germonovich pauses for ten seconds)...Then Vigilantis appeared

Wakumi : He used his float ability?

Germanovich : No, it was far more sudden to be just floating around. 

Wakumi : Then, he used Gearshift

Germanovich : It was probably that ability, I was never told what the abilities did, or why the high ups are so intent on knowing about them. All I know is Godzilla’s atomic breath, and shoot the big thing boss tells me too.

Wakumi : What did Vigilantis do?

Germanovich : He grappled, he dug his sharp tipped limbs into that beast’s hide and ripped her away from the facility. My tanks moved fast, trying to bridge the gap before the vanguard arrived and secured the site. Vigilantis dragging Kendo away down the valley. Ragdolling the thing like a sack of meat. However, the earth did shake, and when we glanced back at the two Titans, Kendo was now reversing the ragdoll with that pasty armor helping the Titan hold Vigilantis with one hand and dragging him against the jagged mountains.

Wakumi : My God…

Germanovich: Dr. Wakumi, you know there is no God in this line of work. Still want me to continue on with the story?

Wakumi : (Wakumi audibly swallowed) Continue.

Germanovich : Well, then Godzilla himself emerged from the mountains, and the battle really took flight. Kendo threw Vigilantis over my twelve tanks and into the mountains on the other end of the valley. Kendo, who is better equipped for a close range grappling match, sprinted into range of the Big G-Man. Whose atomic breath caused gashes through the valley. So easily, without even targeting them, the most forward pair of my men. Two T-80M recon tanks just…disappeared under radioactive fire. Gone. Vigilantis in all his strength returned to the fight, stepped over my fleeing tankers, and charged Kendo.

Wakumi : I'm sorry about your men. 

Germanovich : They signed up to fight monsters, not become ants below an elephant fight. Noone could have expected what happened. I blame myself for not keeping them more reigned in. 

Wakumi : can you continue?

Germanovich : Yeah…The Titans grappled with each other in a two v. one scenario. Godzilla would blitz Kendo, and Vigilantis would send his hooks plunging through her hide and fling her around. If Godzilla couldn’t run up to Kendo to personally deliver the beatings, he was firing off his atomic breath. But whatever that gunk was made out of, It kept him from getting a good hit. Kendo was bodying the two Titans. And for the most part, the approaching army could do nothing but help evacuate local villages to prevent them from getting hit in the crossfire. We were all that was going to be engaged. 

Wakumi : What changed? What caused Kendo to lose?

Germanovich : Uraraka.

Wakumi : Tha Gravity Kaiju in Sweden? How do you know about her?

Germanovich : I read up on Kaiju that manipulate gravity after I saw gravity got flipped on its head.

Wakumi : I heard that it had lessened its activity during the fight, but did not leave Sweden. How did she save you?

Germanovich : It was when Hemiko arrived, She joined in attacking Vigilantis, She drew blood on Vigilantis. Vigilantis was almost beaten, he had launched such great attacks against Kendo, but his legs were broken under the force. At least the limbs used for grappling Gojira’s. So Heimiko had nothing to keep her from gathering some. The moment that Bat Titan showed up, boom. Suddenly Kendo was in the sky and being brutally bullied by Godzilla. That Titan knows how to handle himself.

Wakumi : Heimiko can gather powers from Titans whose blood she drinks, did she do the same with Vigilantis?

Germanovich : If she did, she couldn’t use it. With gravity removed, Vigilantis was able to use two limbs not usually meant for grappling to grab Heimiko. And with Gearshift, slam her into the ground. Blackwhip gathering on the extremities, keeping her pinned to the ground as he used his massive bite to rip holes into her wings, keeping her from using them. I watched all of this at the Laboratory. Soon, the battle was over. Gravity reverted, and the two Titans won. I do not know if Vigilantis and Heimiko had a past, because he roared at her for nearly twenty minutes. The three Titans, including the goo, all bowed and showed their allegiance to their new masters.

Wakumi : That is the end of the fight?

Germanovich : Yeah

Wakumi : That's all I needed from you Captain

Germanovich : Alright, I hope you scientists got what you wanted…

I still haven't told my wife how he died.

Wakumi : You mean one of the T-80s…was crewed by your son?

Germanovich : That's kind of why I didn’t want to tell you the story. I wanted my wife to know first what happened.

{Begin, Discovery File}

Project Kurogiri, as it turns out, was a project to use the already altered Kaiju to make a group of powerful supersoldiers to bend to the All For One Project’s rule. Using the phenomena that transfers Kaiju DNA to individuals to create the perfect monsters. The basis of the project was to kidnap children with the DNA required to bind the Titan DNA to human DNA, then raise the kids to be loyal soldiers as they became more and more powerful. The oldest kid in the program was a 12 year old girl, the youngest was discovered to be only three months old when he arrived at the facility. Most were kids who were taken from the global adoption system, several were kidnapped children of Monarch employees who work with specific Kaiju. Many from members who never returned home. Some were from families of the Cthulhu’s Shepard members, and a great deal were just normal people’s kids injected with DNA very foreign to them. The process was very similar to the Asui Frog laboratory in Manchuria. Intense sweats broke out in all patience, as massive amounts of fat and muscle are consumed to make the body mutations. A lot of care was given to the patients when they were in this state, food was administered around the clock either by drip, or they were given full meals. One of the more common specimens seemed to be combining DNA from Godzilla with a human, as none specimens were found with his traits.

But, as far as Monarch can tell, only one out of all the experiments survived the intense transformation. And It was not because of their bodies giving out, but due to their captors killing them off before it was complete due to some perceived flaw. A mass grave was excavated outside the lab, with bodies in almost every state of transformation. All of them under 12 years of age. 

The Godzilla/Human hybrid seemed to still retain the kingly attributes to being a descendant of the King of the Monsters. Being the eldest survivor, the young girl acted like an older sister to the remaining 97 children. Bullet wounds and blood underneath her nails indicated she even fought for them. When the G-team arrived in the facility and had secured the call where the Hybrid was kept in, she defensively protected the others. Using even an atomic breath weapon against the team at one point. She was calmed down before she could harm anyone else. Emotionally, the kid was still a very scared 11 year old girl. And team leader Hayes, a father with three sons and two daughters, knew that she needed something to comfort her. Hayes got his men out of the lab, along with the surviving children. Where Ohotnik Na Vedm’s APCs and Tanks defended a perimeter.

All For One Project scientists were captured in the raid, including the scientists that Pop-Star, the lead Asui Frog/human Hybrid, said were responsible for keeping her safe. Including a curious device that might give Monarch insight on how they have been able to control Kaiju. Such as Kendo, Tetsutetsu, and Heimiko. Documents were also seized on why they awoke Dabi, and the groups now searching for the Gojira nest protected by The Minetan Colossus. 

Note from Monarch: Gojira still has a connection and control over all Titans, human hybrids or not. This is a confirmed fact by many hybrids that they have a free will of their own, but only because their King allows it. They confirmed years of theories that the Titans do, in fact, communicate with each other telepathically. This means as long as Monarch is on good terms with Gojira, we can track down other such Titan/Human Hybrid experiments. However, after Monarch was shown off to the world, after the emergence of Gojira in 2010, research has been leaked to the public about the hybrids, including how they form. The source of the info leak is unknown at this time, but reports have started to appear about possible “mini” labs wanting to transform members into Kaiju have appeared, and Titan Hybrids have started appearing all across the States, Japan, the Philippines, China, Vietnam, Taiwan, Europe, North Africa, Madagascar, and Argentina. More are expected to come. Especially from Brazil, where many Titans reside. Monarch is preparing a project to create a counter-hybrid task force in a joint venture between all the known Titan observation agencies to adapt to this new threat.

EDIT: The Taskforce created to counter this new threat has gone terribly wrong. The Task Force escaped after its creation in 2023 along with nine hybrids from custody. They are at large and gathering hybrids towards a new group of interest.

Titan Discovery Report: Tokoyami, The Obsidian Vulture, God of Glass

Species: Titanus Rodan

Discovery: Craters of the Moon National Monument, Idaho, USA. February 10th, 2020

Current Location: Above Stockholm, Sweden

Special Abilities: 

Obsidian Rain: Made of an almost jet black material though called obsidian, is far more durable, if it still retains its very sharp edges. This “Rain” of sharp, obsidian-like material can be attributed to the material found in Tokoyami’s blood, and the Bio-volcanism of Rodans. By spraying this material, Tokoyami can cut through even the very tough armor of most Titans with frightening ease. Can be used with startling effectiveness against human/aircraft sized targets as well.

Shadow Armor: The Black, obsidian-like material is constantly being leaked in liquid form all over Tokoyami’s body this hardens into a crystalline armor all over the body who’s shattering properties act as a Kiju sized suit of ablative armor. 

Command of the Dark Shadow Psychovultures: Creatures follow Tokoyami everywhere he goes in a great swarm. These creatures are a breakaway species of Psychovultures, but with a more corvid style beak, and black, obsidian-like feathers. Their lungs have a great capacity to filter out contaminants, which allows them to live inside the Dark Cloak ability. They also have the same lightning attack most Psychovultures are known for. These creatures act as Tokoyami’s personal army.

Dark Cloak: Tiny, sharp shards of material are broken off of the armor constantly to keep it maintained. This process can be greatly increased and multiplied at will. Creating a fog of glass that is harmful for almost all life to breathe in. Dark Cloak has even been seen choking Titans as it gathers in gills and lungs. 

Description: Tokoyami is the eleventh Rodan specimen discovered, giving the title of most plentiful Titan species to the Rodan clade after the Kongs. Tokoyami is sharper and sleaker then other Rodans. Being smaller but robust and compact. Large sharp pieces of glass protrude like crow feathers along the wings, and act like such. The large vulture claws of most Rodans are retained, but serrated with the Obsidian material. Making them far sharper than average. After his awakening, Tokoyami is often hidden in the Dark Cloak cloud, which at times comes alive with lightning as Psycovultures and charged material turn the world into a black storm. His tactic for defeating a foe is to hide in the Cloak, and attack repeatedly from various directions. The cloak gets thicker and thicker with each bit of damage he takes, and as more Psychovultures attack his opponent. Though, most victims we found, on record, suffocate to death before long. Being exhausted by the constant fighting and succumbing to death in the dark.

History: Originally, radioactive material discovered in Craters of the Moon was attributed to local volcanic activity. The lava tubes clogged with the obsidian-like material was attributed to the same volcanic activity. When a Monarch helicopter flew over the site after Titanus Elizibeth (See: The Bear Lake Monster) attacked Boise. For a joke, the pilot turned on his equipment designed for tracking Kaiju, and soon discovered he was above a very real, and sleeping monster. A survey was sent to the region and an expedition was sent into the tunnels. They discovered many lifeforms stuck in the glassy material. One, being a Psychovulture, woke up and killed five members of the expedition as they attempted to dig their way to the center torso of Tokoyami for samples. Expeditions were canceled after the team returned, and a base was established to monitor the lifeform under Craters of the Moon.

Documents recovered from the Laboratory in the Swiss Alps reported about another, undocumented Rodan specimen. Something they reportedly “juiced” to their “appropriate” strength. Noone knew the true power of this creature, so when an Idaho military base was attacked by Hybrid vigilantes, with powers similar to the kaiju. Monarch realized Idaho was becoming the new hotbed for Titan attacks. The Hybrid Vigilanties attacked the base, kidnapping three Navy medical personnel, two Marines, and Popstar the Asui Frog Hybrid Leader. 

What made it worse was Titanus Elizebeth woke up from her crystalline mountain and attacked the base herself. Trying to drive out these hybrids attacking in her territory. The commotion led to the discovery of a new Titan that was neither 1A (Vigilantis controlled) or 1B (Kendo controlled). A Titan that can reverse time, A female, young modified Titanus MUTO. Codenamed “Eri” awoke from her slumber deep in the Rockies. Eri, scared of the battling occurring at Mountain Home between what she perceived to be a pack of Kaiju and Elizebeth. She ran into the volcanically dormant craters of the moon, and in her startled state, turned back time on the location until the rock returned to magma. The monitoring station in Craters of the Moon, and several visitors to the site that day disappeared. No evidence of them ever being there ever recovered. The scared MUTO then walked straight into the now reawakened Tokoyami. Who was not affected by the time warp. Emerging from the molten material like “one might emerge from a tub of liquid caramel” a pilot observed from a Monarch CH-53 monitoring helicopter. Tokoyami then began engaging Eri in combat with his abilities. 

Titanus Elizebeth, now having her territory violated not once, but three times that day, was ticked. She abandoned her attack, finding the Kaiju at the site were not the individuals she thought they were, and flew from Mountain Home, to Craters of the Moon. Tokoyami had Eri in his talons and was dragging her in the sky, much to the terror of the young MUTO. After action observation of Eri showed extreme lung damage that was being repaired as fast as it was being inflicted, with glass shards still being seen in Eri’s flesh weeks after the battle. Eri was still in Tokoyami’s claws when he clashed with the serpentine Titanus Elizebeth. The battle in the sky was felt as Monarch tasked A-10 Thunderbolt IIs equipped with a Anti-Kaiju Armor Piercing round in their GAU-8 Avenger autocannons tipped with the same material as Titanus Elizebeth’s crystals. The aircraft engaged Tokoyami and ripped into his armor, shooting at his claws and flying past them so they would open up and drop the MUTO clasped in them. The number of Psychovultures was increasing rapidly however, attacking the A-10s and Elizebeth all the while Tokoyami grappled with the serpentine Kaiju in the sky. Eri dropped the way as Tokoyami used his claws to rip into Elizebeth. Keeping Psychovultures and Dark Cloak around the falling Titan to keep her suffocated and confused. The A-10s were tasked out when their engines started to clog with all the obsidian material, and bailed. But managed to inflict enough damage to Tokoyami to chase him out of Idaho airspace and into Southwestern Montana. Where the Titan just, broke away. Managing to cover several population centers with his cloak all the while remaining fairly hidden from other North American Kaiju, and Vigilantis before appearing over Stockholm and blanketing the gravitic anomaly in a dust covering that blankets all sensors inside the site. He then attacked Stolkholm and caused an evacuation. Where Vigilantis then entered the scene. 

Tokoyami did not attack Vigilantis, but bowed. Where Vigilantis scolded him like he did Heimiko, who was now flying over the ruins of Stockholm with Vigilantis. 

Observers on the ground saw Vigilantis enter the anomalous cloud in broad daylight, and have sent pictures to High Command.

Sweden’s government has begun deploying their military to surround the new “Containment Zone” centered around Stockholm and are preparing to move in and chase the Kaiju out. Monarch and Ohotnik Na Vedm sending in forces to render aid, and prevent Sweden from engaging the Kaiju. Forward armored recon elements have experienced light gravity anomalies increasing around the city, with the city itself becoming more gravitically anomalous. As one Swedish Leopard 2A8  found out after being lifted and dropped by such anomalies. The increased gravitic anomalies are being considered a sign Uraraka has been healed, and that Sweden may be ground zero of a terrible series of events.

Note from Monarch: Uraraka has been considered a threat to the globe, and a target that needs immediate termination. All staff members who attempt to aid Uraraka, and any Titans aiding her are to be suspended from their posts immediately, and relieved from duty. Use of force is authorized on such individuals. 

EDIT: Researcher Tokio Wakumi, members of the second U team that were staging at Outpost-27-1A for a mission into the anomaly zone, 9 members of the Outpost’s security staff, a platoon of Army Assault Breacher tanks, two C-7 Galaxy aircraft from Mountain Home Air Force Base, seven C-130 Hercules cargo planes also from Mountain Home, a AC-130 Gunship fresh from the Middle East, and the entirety of Cthulhu’s Shepards are considered enemies of Monarch, ID tags and other identification are being sent to front line units to prevent them entering Swedish Airspace. Dr. Tristan Combs has had all powers revoked, and the security at Outpost-27-1A being transferred to a more responsible head researcher. 

EDIT2: The MUTO specimen Eri has left containment in eastern Idaho and is travelling with all haste towards Sweden. Godzilla has also been sighted to be on the move. Titnanus Vigilantis has been expected to have given off an Alpha call to all 1A Kaiju, and it has ticked off all known 1B Kaiju who are also moving towards Stockholm.

Titan Discovery File (Revision): Uraraka, Goddess of Gravity, Queen of the Altered Monsters, Ragnarok of Nature’s Very Fabric, She Who Fights Pantheons, The Wounded Queen Reborn, Newton’s Titan.

Current Location: Outpost-27-1A, Russia

Description: Like Vigilantis, Uraraka is discolored to her other brethren being mainly blue-black with a single solid pink stripe running from her head to tail. With no EMP ability. However, Uraraka has several other quirks that make her far more dangerous. Note, her bones have absorbed and released a different type of energy from the Hollow Earth that alters Gravity with each pulse. A Ridge of Crystals lines her back and upon her leg joints that store a surplus of radioactive energy. A large bite wound that has scarred and healed can be seen on her abdomen, with the second forelimb of her four left limbs having been ripped off and regrowing. Her limbs seem to not be altered except for a ridge of small bumps that light up deep blue when she uses her gravity powers. 

Special Abilities:

Gravity Pulse: Uraraka creates a concentrated burst of energy from her crystals. This causes most large structures and Titans to start levitating off the ground till Uraraka engages another pulse or activates her other abilities.

Shatter Reality (Also known as Earth Tear): Uraraka uses MUTO abilities to manipulate Earth to her advantage, and can engage underground and even entire cities and opponents far away with a concentrated blast of targeted gravity energy. She can also do this underneath herself. 

Gravitational Storm: Passive Ability once activated, creates an actual storm that manipulates gravity to rip apart small targets with sudden shifts in gravity. Can be turned off, but only by Uraraka’s will or if she is killed. 

Anomaly Well: Anomalous gravitational alterations occur within a 27 km range around Uraraka. These range from pockets of 9-35Gs, pockets of zero G, Gravitic Time Manipulation, Distance Warping,  Gravity Bubbles, Gravity Crush, and Antimatter Creation. All such anomalies can be used in a more targeted manner if provoked. Note: Her breath weapon is a stream of Gravity Bubbles. This is more dangerous than it sounds, as gravity is altered to twist and bend something into a shape regardless if it is meant to bend that way. This will all appear within the bubble before the energy dissipates and the twisted object remains. 

Targeted Gravitic Manipulation: At any time, on any location on Earth, if enough radiation has been stored, she can create a pocket of zero G. This can also only be engaged in if she's using no other abilities.

History (Recap): After first being discovered in Manchuria, China, the Titan that will become known as Uraraka would fly over all of Eurasia before crashing down in the Oskarshamn Reactor Plant in Sweden, being heavily wounded. Being a well for weird gravitic activities. She was well protected against any curious humans. Monarch sent U team into this Anomaly Zone, and none returned. With U6 being the only known survivor, and she has defected to an enemy that is guessed to be guarding Uraraka. No other information was noted besides Uraraka was the epicenter of the gravity anomaly, and the reason why the plant, and the estimated 3,000 people in the local area were destroyed. And this is when Monarch realized she was wounded. And was healing. (See: Uraraka(Outdated))

History (Newly Discovered Information): Captured after the destruction of Stockholm, the last remaining member of the nine security guards that went with Tokio Taylor-Wakumi to go into Stockholm. Name: Andrea Taylor-Wakumi. Occupation: Private Security. Answering questions on Titans: Tokoyami, Bakugo, Shoto, Uraraka, Eri, Vigilantis, Kaminari, Titanus Mina, Jiro, Rodan, Dactyl, Elizabeth, Mothra, Godzilla, Barb (Queen MUTO), Kendo, Tetsutetsu, Momo, Muthusula at the Battle of Stockholm.

Begin by stating your name for the record

I, Sergeant Taylor-Wakumi, have a story to tell, officer. Now tell me where to begin?

Why did you and the other members of outpost-27-1A go rogue?

Right, why we defected. November 1st, 1100 hours local time at Outpost-27-1A, we got reports of an increase of activity around the reactor complex where Uraraka rested. The 1A Kaiju, especially those within containment, started to get restless. In fact, Momo just walked off with Shoto on her back to god knew where at the time, and the last of the Kaiju we were studying had left the Outpost, where only Dabi’s severed head remained. Tokoyami was on his rampage in Idaho, battling Elizabeth and Eri. Which we thought strange because Lizzy is a Godzilla controlled Kaiju, and Tokoyami and Eri were Vigilantis controlled. They shouldn’t be fighting. Well, one call to high command showed EVERY Titan on the globe, from the Dougs all the way to the top with Godzlla and Kong themselves were preparing to seemingly go to war. Someone forgot to tell us about the fucking Kaiju Cold War, and something was making it go hot. November 2nd, 0600 we learned that Tokoyami had arrived in Stockholm and evacuations were on their way. At 0830, we learned that evacuations had failed, and that a good 87% of Stockholm could not evacuate due to the Dark Cloak choking both humans and animals alike to death in the streets, not to mention being torn apart by Dark Shadow Psychovultures. The Swedish Military was mobilized, and Monarch and Ohotnik Na Vedm moved in their own forces. 

At 0900 we learned that Uraraka was the suspected target of all this Kaiju aggression, and the termination order was given to kill the Titan. Godzilla and His Titans were preparing for war, and were suspected to join the Swedish Military in terminating Uraraka. Vigilantis travelled across the world to enter the dead city, letting out an Alpha Roar that registered on our detection equipment. All 1A Titans we know of started moving towards Hollow Earth tunnels or towards Sweden itself, including some Titans we have yet to add files on, Like Titanus Mina, Lemillion (Species: Behemoth), Najire (Species: Rodan), The Suneater (Species:Tiamat), Iida (Species: Scylla), Ojiro (Species: Colossus), Aoyama (Species: Muthusula), Hakarue (Species: Mosura), Sato (Species: Behemoth), and Sero (Species: Scylla)  were all discovered as they emerged from their hiding spots and are now being tracked and researched by Monarch personnel. When we noticed this sudden uptick. Dr. Combs wanted to gather data directly from the scene, however, he also wanted us to make sure that the Titans were not killed, however we could. 

Cthulu’s Shepards made contact with Combs with a recommendation for him to stop the advance of Sweden and Monarch before people could go into the city and recover survivors. In fact. They were preparing combat units with tracked M113 APCs from Brazil and increased combat training by their leaders and local veterans in the South. A team of Army Engineers, who were working with us to develop how to enter a city where a Titan causes the very terrain to fight against you. U team was being worked up with us as well. We had the C-17s to transport our tankers and ourselves, Cthulu’s Shepherds pulled some strings and got some C-130s to transport their teams, and were preparing the elite of their elite hillbillies with guns to join us in Sweden. Hell, Dr. Combs apparently had a friend in the Air Force who pilots an AC-130 and wanted to save people in Sweden. So all together, we had a venerable fleet of aircraft and vehicles ready to go into the Hellscape of Stockholm.

We have imperfect records of the amount of personnel on the ground, care to elaborate?

Yes I will elaborate on the total personnel, for confirmation. We bought four teams of Cthulu’s Shepherds organized in four platoon sized task forces. Cthulhu Team were a group of Shepherds with Kaminari’s abilities setting in. Insignia was a black shield with a white skull with tentacle-like growths forming a beard over where a mouth should be. Dagon Team was the specialist hazardous materials team. Insignia was a cartoonish fishman smoking a cigar on a blue patch. The Shoggoth team was our medical team. Insignia was a black shield patch with a busty female silhouette outlined by tan colored tentacles.The Nyarlathotep Team was the Jiro team, they used their voice abilities to mimic a Swedish immigrant's words. They were the key squad in making sure we were understood by the locals. Insignia was a black circle with a white skull, with 27 eyes, two nose holes, and three mouths with all but the largest having a lower jawbone. All had the name of their squad written in white lettering on the top of their insignia. U-team consisted of nine members scattered throughout to act as guides for the inevitable gravity shenanigans. And keep us safe. Insignia was a greatly detailed severed MUTO head eating a nuke. The nine members of the security detail were also spread out as liaisons at our gathering point at Outpost-27-1A. I was attached to Nyarlothotep. The security garrison had a insignia of the Monarch logo in place of the nuke in the mouth of the severed MUTO head. The engineers were identifiable due to their breacher vehicles, but they also made a uniform insignia to make sure everyone could identify each if they needed to bail and we needed to see if they were friend or foe. The Shoggoth team made their insignia, which was a black circle with a busty female silhouette outlined by army green tentacles. Out AC-130 was flown by a female pilot, callsign: Cultist. Tokio led the group with the Assault Breachers to have a mobile comms post.

With that in mind, we did not return with the same amount we entered with. 

When Did you arrive on scene?

We entered the battlefield on the 7th of November, at about 1400 hours. The two C-17s flew as the vanguard of a flight of four C-130s and an AC-130 over the Atlantic flying low over the water to be undetected by Swedish and Monarch radar.  Our goal was the Stockholm Arlanda Airport, we only needed a small runway to land the C-17s and the C-130s. And that offered the best place to gather and group up. At this point, Uraraka was yet to awaken and emerge from the Anomaly Zone. Tokoyami was busy fighting against Rodan and Mothra in the skies at the Time. Godzilla was somewhere in the fjord cleaning out his gills of the irritating Black Cloak glass shards. Kendo, using Tetsutetsu as a filter, was fighting inside the cloud. Inside, skyscrapers toppled as Vigilantis fought a Titan sized guerilla war against Kendo. Kendo grew exhausted with the constant effort. We timed it perfectly to land at the airport and set up. Entering the cloud at about 1421 and landing at 1447. I was in constant contact with Tokio during the entire thing. The Hybridish teams Cthulhu and Nyanthrotep were nervous the entire time. They could feel the Titans moving in the pitch black darkness that hummed past us. We all wore gas masks, but we were replacing filters at an alarming rate. Cloth rags seemed to do the trick to wrap around the breathers. Using the breachers as our guide vehicles, we entered the city at 1520 hours. We were about to leave the airport propper when gravity felt…screwy.

Uraraka emerged from the Anomaly Zone at 1534 local time, shrouded in a cloud of smoke from Vigilantis, and Tokoyami’s Dark Cloak. We did not get a positive identification till Kendo started feeling her mass become a weapon against her. As gravity was increased to about 18Gs of force upon a mile wide circumference on Kendo. Tokoyami was able to grapple with Rodan and have him plunge into the cloud. Rodan was then forced to have gravity fail him. Trapped in the suffocating darkness. Dactyl’s screeches were heard over the din of collapsing buildings, as something moved beneath in the darkness. 

The Swedes using Monarch’s intel also advanced into the city. Leopard 2A8 MBTs moved over black, glassy sand that buried cars and blacked out buildings. Flakpanzer Gepards kept the skies clear of Psychovultures as the tanks advanced with Pbv 302s carrying men towards the center of the city. 

The Shepherds were clearing out buildings to find people still stuck inside, filling up almost three whole APCs with people left behind. And we were trying to be as thorough as we could. But, sometimes, our squads simply disappeared into buildings. I was attached to Naythotep’s fourth squad, our job was to rescue others who had been lost in such a manner.

Dust covered everything that was open to the outside. Windows were broken as more dust flooded in, we could see our prints on the ground, leaving a breadcrumb trail if the wind wasn’t blowing through the windows. It was when the sands stopped acting as sand, did we stop. 

How could you tell?

It wasn’t rolling down the piles right, or it wasn’t falling at all. Too perfectly level or smooth usually meant gravitational anomalies. Inside a damaged apartment building, we found two members of a lost Cthulhu squad, our group medic pronounced them dead due to suffocation as the gravity kept their faces pinned in an ever increasing amount of glassy black sand. The third member we found was once an older man in his late forties fresh out of the Marines. 

We only were able to identify his body due to the patch on his arm being the last scrap of clothes not contorted and twisted by a gravity bubble he walked into. The bloody mess was well hidden as sand stuck to the wet blood, turning it into a syrupy mud. 

What else did you encounter?

We found the remains of the squad. One man was down an arm, and another, the squad lead was alive and needed no medical treatment. They were trapped in a public gym with its roof sagging and gravity anomalies blocking all the exits. They had a small family with them as well. Using explosives, and well timed skill, we got them out and into the APCs. 

We were moving slowly, but we were moving. At that point, we were not being bogged down by road jams or fallen buildings as black sand covered them all. We figured out after the battle that Tokoyami eats concrete and metal to melt it down into the glass he uses to coat his body. Consuming buildings or large portions of mountains. But we were still amazed by what that single creature was capable of producing. 

How did you traverse this nightmare without so many casualties?

We advanced with the breacher vehicles leading the way, their Browning 50. Cals had a custom ammo belt of tracers and armor piercing rounds in order to pre fire down streets to find gravity anomalies and move around them respectively. We were advancing down a road when we saw our first Kaiju we could confirm within visual range in the darkness of the Cloak.

Red eyes

Small stature

And whimpering

Eri was the first Kaiju we encountered, at about 1600 hours. She was following our convoy in a protective time bubble that was canceling out the gravity anomalies. Making it far easier to rescue the people of Stockholm. 

Tokio, and the commander of our unit of Cthulu’s Shepherds, Natalie Morrison, talked over what our next move was. We had nine APCs full of refugees and about seven dead at this point. The Swedish army was fast approaching, and we needed to get the people we have saved out of here so we can focus on saving more.

Little did we know that the people we had saved were the last civilians that would be leaving from Stockholm. And not all of them would hold that title. 

In the center of the city, Vigilantis had fought off 1B Kaiju and Godzilla’s Kaiju. They were winning. Tokoyami was flying above, chasing away Mothra…

I hear that the US deployed nuclear bombs, care to explain?

Monarch had been authorized by the United States to use Nuclear Air to Air weapons against Tokoyami. Take away his cloak and his glassy armor and he is just a normal Rodan. Easy prey for Mothra. 

Monarch F-35 Lightning IIs at 1640 opened fire with the aforementioned missiles against Tokoyami. 

The blast from those missiles sent a shockwave of wind and glass against everything. Our team grabbed hold of survivors who were yet to make it to the vehicles inside safe parts of buildings and used their own bodies to shield them against the blast.

I did not like recovering dead Southerners. Peeling away their clasped bodies which brunted the storm of glass from ripping into the civilians grasped in their arms was heartbreaking for Shoggoth team. I will always remember the dead body of a young Southern girl. Blonde hair, blue eyes, and built like a doll. In life, she was a boisterous, cocky, vulgar girl. Never one to underestimate as she worked tirelessly to match the rest of the Shepherds. She was always a good friend to have a drink with. Imagine peeling her away from a young girl who looked like a smaller version of the woman protecting her. Bloodsoaked limbs cut up from glass. An expression of desperation frozen to her face. The girl never saw the face, Thank God for the gas masks! But taking that kid away. Who was still wondering why her boisterous friend isn’t speaking, was tortuous. 

Now imagine repeating that situation, with twelve more bodies. Old men clutching boys tightly so they have a future. A group of two flirtatious young southerners keeping a pair of recently engaged Swedes safe using their own bodies as shields to give them an opportunity the soldiers would never have. And big, mean muscleheads clutching little girls with dolls in their hands, clutching them just as tightly. With the same desperate determination permanently frozen on the men's face that the girls had. Listening to their cries for the “big gentle men” to get back up…

What about the Kaiju?

At 1700 hours, the glass storm started to lighten, and we could finally see the sunlight. 

That meant we could finally see the Kaiju. 

Tokoyami was a little toasty, but was still standing flapping his wings in defiance of Rodan in the center of the city. His Psychovultures were killed with the nuke that toasted him. But he was still very threatening. Vigilantis stood defiant of all challengers as Kendo stood back up and circled them. In the center of the two Kaiju was a third, which we didn’t see at the time. Kaminari and Jiro also stood beside Vigilantis, and Bakugo flew valiantly above.

Their challengers was the ever persistent Godzilla. Waiting patiently in the waters off of Stockholm. Kendo, who was still armored to the teeth with Tetsutetsu, was prepared to bum rush the four kaiju herself. Rodan and Dactyl who were contesting the skies flying like two bodyguards beside Mothra in her reborn splendor. 

Then the soldiers opened fire on the Kaiju in the center of the circle. BKAN 1 and Na Vedm A-222 artillery was raining down guided munitions upon the central Kaiju. Vigilantis tried swatting the shells out of the sky with Blackwhip but he only managed to block half of the storm of fire. 

Being distracted from the human attacks, the group was vulnerable. Kendo took charge as Godzilla emerged from the water and sprinted to engage Vigilantis. Rodan, Dactyl, and Mothra dived on the group of Kaiju daring Bakugo to engage in a grappling close range combat he was not suited for. And Tokoyami did not have his armor to protect him.

The fight would have ended there. The kaiju being protected in the center of the formation would have been killed.

If that Kaiju was not Uraraka.

We saw that battle in the center of the city and wanted out before Godzilla finished leveling the place like Boston. Tokio was directing the APCs with civilians to go first, as Eri was graciously backing away from the fight, keeping the protective time bubble over our heads.

We were on the road leading up to the Airport. Cultist was flying above. We still had most of our people, we were heading out. We were going to leave the city behind.

Then the first gravity pulse activated.

I guess Uraraka had other plans

She did.

Looking back, we were not affected by that blast. Only the large Kaiju felt its effects. And Cultist was able to correct any problems weightlessness had on her plane. We saw the terminal, we were only two kilometers away from our planes. 

Then, Uraraka used the Ability everyone calls Shatter Reality, because, well…

The simple fact that things no longer fall or have a downwards attraction really screws with your perception of reality.

I was talking with the survivors of the Swedish army a while ago, before this.

A few tankers shared what they saw.

An armored column managed to get within range of their main guns to the target and had opened fire. Directly attacking the encircled kaiju with heavy artillery. They were relatively close to ground zero.

They described the Kaiju that did it, who I now know as Uraraka, as a pink striped Titan with crystalline features. Bright, pink eyes replaced the malicious red of most MUTOs. 

They said those were the eyes of desperation and pain. 

A pain she inflicted back with startling ease. 

First thing about the shock of energy is that cracks start to appear. In buildings, the road, piles of black sand. Car alarms ,muffled under the black sand, blair. Tanks and other armored vehicles are shaken but unbothered.

Then the second, tandem shock hits seconds after. The gravitic energy causes these pieces to start to lose all sense of gravity. Chunks of earth start rising, whole buildings suddenly experience weightlessness, tanks no longer feel the assurance of asphalt underneath them. Whole sections of road floated away. Hell, the crew members inside the tanks were floating. 

The Titans were also not having fun, at least those not on Uraraka’s side, or caught in the crossfire accidentally. 

Godzilla was stopped in his tracks, unable to launch himself off of any rock or building he just floated, his momentum carrying him slowly forward. Kendo was working with Tetsutetsu to grasp chunks of the floating city to stop her from floating off. Using thick tendrils of Tetsutetsu’s cells to stick to anything within reach of his rapid cell growth. But the only ground she could reach, was floating too. Only managing to make the terrain around her more unstable and nightmarish. Mothra, Dactyl and Rodan had to fly away. To avoid the city's worth of debris they would have to fly through. 

And we had the misfortune of being on pieces of debris near a Kaiju. Eri, as kind, gentle, and caring she is for humans…was as scared as we were when we started floating. And being roughly 10,000 tons, she would cause a lot of damage with that fear. 

The entire convoy was halted as we could not reach the ground. U Team and members of Cthulhu team started leaving the vehicles. They wanted to put lines connecting all the APCs to the stable rocks nearby for ease of movement, and to allow the civies who were not given the gravity anomaly movement training to have ease of movement. The rest of us simply waited around. 

Allowing people to leave before Eri had calmed down was a mistake.

We were on a road that had fractured into about fifty pieces or so, our vehicles were situated over cracks and chunks of road at various levels parallel to our own. 

Eri panicked and started shifting the city, trying to burrow, trying to move in general, but never gained much traction. She shifted the many stones and ruins using underground fragments that acted as levers to move and disturb the surface fragments.

One APC full of civilians was mercifully batted towards the airport. Another, thankfully tethered, was sent flying straight up as the ground came rushing towards them. They didn’t go far. One breacher vehicle was just crushed. Two pieces of Earth came together at such great speeds that the crew barely had time to escape. The explosion of the 2,000lbs of C4, plus six tons of reactive armor on the vehicle killed a member of U team, and sent other vehicles stumbling towards the rocks and buildings due to the blast. One APC full of civilians was cast back into the city, but not far enough away for us to lose it. 

One man, I remember, was right outside our vehicle, trying to hook it to a nearby floating building. The blast caused the vehicle to careen into the rock he was trying to tether the vehicle to.

The U-team member was crushed between APC and rock. Spraying many in the back compartment his blood and bone fragments as his upper torso exploded from the force. I had to have the Shoggoth team treat people for shrapnel and poisoning to make sure no one was badly hurt.

Watching videos from aircraft,  you could see the floating city. It’s unnerving that after only ten to twelve minutes, we were a hundred meters above the ground. We saw all the Titans struggling, like animals hung on slaughter hooks. Uraraka standing in the center, from the perspective of the circling aircraft, was so small.

All those rocks in the video are buildings, struggling shapes were Titans. All suspended over one eerily calm form of a MUTO.

It was impossible to believe this was all happening because of one Titan.

And she was far from done.

Still we needed to escape. 

How did you escape?

Eri eventually fell through the broken city, and the instability had stopped. The Cthulu’s Shepherd’s knew what to do before another kaiju started causing problems. Getting out of the APCs rapidly and started doing what Americans believe to be the most dangerous part of their rural inhabitants.

The soldiers, in desperation, started to coordinate, and improvise on the fly gravity traversing tactics.

First, every soldier from Cthulhu and Nyarlothotep all left the APCs, including myself who was panicked about whether or not Tokio was still alive or not at the time, as I did not know who blew up. They grabbed the grappling hooks we were all given and started tying them to handholds on the M113 and Breacher Vehicles, and kicked themselves towards the floating rock that was the Airport. They then got handholds on the rock and started seeing where they could pull the vehicles. Some rocks were blocking the path, so naturally they brought out the laser targeting designator and had Cultist lob simple inert 105mm rounds at the rocks to get them out of the way once she flew her AC-130 to the right position. With the debris out of the way. The Cthulu’s Shepherd teams used their group's strength to pull the vehicles away from the debris zone. 

The energy causing all the rocks to defy gravity was weakening, and the city was starting to fall, starting with the smallest objects that absorbed the least amount of energy.  

The tanks and the APCs fell to the ground and had traction again, allowing everyone to be able to ride the next two kilometers to the airplanes. 

The runway was split into nine sections, with the largest being the part with most of the airport terminal, where the C-17 Globemaster IIIs and C-130s were parked. They were equipped for short takeoffs so it would not be difficult to leave.

Hold on, only two transports came back…

Oh, then, why are so many of us dead then? While we somehow managed to survive everything up to this point? Clearly if we escaped then more of the team that went in, would have made it out? That is what you are thinking right now.

(Interviewer does not respond)

See, Uraraka was under attack by the Swedish army. The tanks trapped in the city had found the optimal positions to rain tank rounds on Uraraka despite the odd angles zero g had them in. And the artillery was still managing to fire through the debris to strike at her. Godzilla and Kendo were using their atomic breath to cut through the city and blast any enemy kaiju that they could sense. Vigilantis was a particular target as he blocked the breath weapons using his own body.

Tokoyami was trying to shield the others, but constant attacks from the Swedish Airforce, Monarch assets, and Rodan was making it hard for him to gather up any sort of glass armor again, or gather his few remaining Psychovultures. 

So Uraraka decided that enough was enough

Have you heard the recording from command? When all of that happened?

I did, I wanted to know what happened in those moments.

From our perspective, our aircraft lifted off. All planes, full, minus a couple dozen men and a breacher vehicle. I was able to convince my driver to wheel our M113 into the C-17 Tokio was in. We managed to talk and relax for a bit. Outside our vehicles, in the back, where we could finally rest. 

Did you know that Uraraka has an Anomaly ability that can crush any object under its own mass? Did you know she can use this ability to target specific parts of enemy kaiju and ground vehicles, particularly the important crew compartment? 

Did you also know she hates tanks?

She targeted every single tank she knew about.

The breacher vehicles in our C-17s? Crushed along with the C-17 parts within a foot from the breachers. Every Swedish tank in the city that fired a SINGLE SHOT at Uraraka? Crushed and discarded like monster energy cans. Their crews turned into a pasty substance as their own mass betrays them

The second C-17 had it worse than ours. It had two intact breachers. It even managed to have them detonate inside the plane. Tearing it apart into fragmented pieces. A wing sheared off and flew into a C-130 full of the Cthulhu team along with members of Shoggoth team tending people's wounds. 

The two fireballs crashed to the ground, the debris looking like liquid fire as they scattered after the impact. 

The C-17 Tokio and I were in managed to stay up in the air briefly. The fire caused by a fuel line being exposed lit up our little squadron like a beacon. 

The Titans are no mere dumb animals.

A Titan is an old God, all of them. And Uraraka was reminding us about that.

With just a single command from Vigilantis, all aircraft within Stockholm’s airspace was doomed. As Vigilantis did not want HIS mate to continue suffering.

Hemeiko wasn’t detected by anyone. Monarch had a AWACS we had patched into that told us Muthusula, Momo, and Shoto had appeared. Most guess that since bats already use soundwaves as radar, Hemeiko and other Camazotz specimens have developed a way to hide themselves from others with a similar ability. 

The C-17 I was in was going down, we flew low over the ground seeking a place to gently crash land. The flight of four C-130’s did not have anyone defending them besides Cultist in the AC-130. 

Hemeiko attacked Cultist first. Knowing she had the only weapons in the formation. Heimiko was slow, unlike a Rodan. And Cultist was good. She managed to dodge the ramming attack from below and circle her plane around in order to line her 105mm cannon and 20mm gatling gun onto target, Belching fire. Her crew were putting rounds on target with ease and precision even at the weird angle the gunship was tilting in order to dodge. 

All the C-130s dumped flares, illuminating the circling bat Titan. 

Cultist continued her one plane defence of the squadron. Playing matador to a 50,000 ton flying kaiju in an AC-130 is not something anyone can do. Yet Cultist managed to hold the line for five attacks. 

Heimiko, done with all the dodged attacks. Sought easier prey. 

Our wounded C-17 was a ripe target. With a simple tail swipe everyone inside the remaining C-17 crashed to the ground. 

I was grasping Tokio when it happened, we were listening to the chatter of our pilots and friends as we were attacked by Heimiko. 

I was one of twenty survivors of the C-17. And the only one that was recovered with minimal injury.

Of the eight aircraft, only two made it to a Monarch base in Denmark. Both were C-130’s full of survivors taken from Stockholm.

Of the transports carrying only the men and women who went in to rescue the people of Stockholm. All were destroyed as they used the very airplanes themselves as a shield to prevent the survivors from suffering the same fate, Cultist being the last aircraft aloft with the remaining two C-130s before disappearing,

They found the wreckage of her airplane a week later. She managed to deplete all her ammo into Himiko and kept her ire away from the fleeing transports. The wreckage was found crashed into a collapsed building in the city of Stockholm during the recovery efforts. The bodies of the crew and pilots were found twisted by gravity, the crew in the back buried in shell casings and ammo boxes. 

It is inferred that Uraraka was so annoyed with the airplane she personally crushed the crew herself. Others believe that Uraraka merely had made an anomaly that killed the crew. Another accident like the many Shepherds that died in the city recovering survivors.

I believe it was an accident. Uraraka was far more busy with the Gojira than a lone AC-130. She isnt a wrathful Titan, just a really powerful, scared Titan.

I cannot recall the rest of the events. That is where my story ends. As far as I know, Uraraka was incapacitated during the fight. And is locked up in Outpost-27-1A along with the rest of the Type 1A Kaiju. 

Anything else to mention?

Go ask the Swedes. They lost five million people and 70,000 soldiers 

As for the Kaiju, if you want to know the mysteries of them. Ask Tokio when she wakes up. Even after all that, even after watching her friends die, and herself almost dying due to these monsters. She doesn’t blame them for this.

I will return to the hospital now. 

I’m not leaving Tokio’s side. Not until she can walk and study the Titans again.

Note from Monarch: After sifting through the documents, we discovered that Vigilantis and Uraraka were part of the same experiment funded by the USSR after stumbling upon a Titan genetics research project in Eastern Germany after WWII. The project, headed by an unknown Japanese man, was originally to make a superweapon for Nazi Germany. Now it was a superweapon for the USSR. More details will be exclaimed as the young Titan Eri is a byproduct of this experiment. Uraraka was wounded after Godzilla found the project and attacked. Prompting the USSR to drop an experimental nuclear weapon on the Russian based facility, the Tzar Bomba. Godzilla was also far stronger than Uraraka at the time, managing to rip off a limb. Monarch High Command has authorized an exploration of the Siberian Tundra and Eastern Germany to locate and discover the original facilities that made the 1A and 1B Kaiju so volatile.

NOTE: Tokio Taylor-Wakumi did not recover from the plane crash. She died peacefully, hand clasped in her wife’s hands. Time of Death, 0944, January 1st 2025.

1st Discovery: The partial Skeletal remains of a third ancient Gojira specimen was discovered in Eastern Germany by Monarch paleontologists after discovering a large source of natural radiation common among sites of dead kaiju. The remains of a WWII bunker complex riddled the bones, along with two rooms that were almost entirely crushed. Above the skeleton and the bunker was a massive cave where rusted Russian KV-2 tanks stood in eerily silence. Slashed by what appears to be Vigilantis’s Blackwhip, and crushed by a large, hairy Titan. A large hole in the back of the cave leads to a dormant Hollow Earth Portal.

2nd Discovery: Files in the KGB archive detailing extensive black budget research grants to a research base on Severny Island. Detailed reports go in depth about the experiments and processes that make a 1A kaiju. Including detailed diagrams of both Vigilantis, and Uraraka. Along with details of information sharing with the Chinese, which was scrapped in favor of giving the information to a private research firm. The precursor to the All for One Project.

Report: We were sifting throughout all the documentation we had during the battle of Stockholm. The All For One project was meticulously detailed in the notes. In doing so, we discovered the Soviet contingency measure installed in Uraraka. A built in weakness to a curtain chemical gas we call “Kaiju Chloroform”. 

During WWII, Germany was extensively surveyed for mines and other places to build factories. One discovery due to this effort was two MUTO embryos embedded in the corpse of another Gojira specimen. The Nazi’s studied the biology and anatomy of these two creatures extensively, including bloodwork and discovering that whatever these were, they fed off radiation. 

Then, the Soviets found the facility. And the project was transferred over to the KGB. 

See, the KGB knew of the Kaiju at the time, in fact they had their own dedicated unit for them known as the Agentstvo Oborony Kaydzyu, or the AOK. They were tracking Kaiju before the major Kaju agencies came to pass since Siberia was the preferred habitat to dozens of kaiju. At this point in the records we have an understanding that the lead scientists to this project was a man of Japanese descent, a Soviet, six former Nazi researchers, and a dozen American scientists who were transferred over by the behest of the US government. 

Using the then primitive genetics tech at the time, they began to realize that the Titan Biology was the easiest to alter…In fact, it seems the genome is designed to adapt overtime and add new DNA to itself. What they needed was something with a lot of powers and something that had multiple adaptations.

Fortunately for them, they had a repository of DNA arrive on their doorstep, the Blood Queen herself. The Camazotz specimen Heimiko. Stored in specialized bladders on the bat were blood storage from various Titans. Interestingly enough, a great deal were Rodans. As they could give a great deal of the biological blood and would not get killed since lava also works as a blood substitute for them. The DNA they found was of Tokoyami and Shoto. Tokoyami was a monster capable of a great many feats, and Shoto had a cryogenic ability as well as a body adapted for the flames. 

Extracting the blood from a slumbering Heimiko, they distilled the genetic material down to the DNA section that allows for so many abilities to be put on a single Kaiju. 

The experiment seems to be the origin of Momo, The Living Factory. The Soviets wanted a regenerable source of industry, and managed to achieve it. The test successively added a massively boosted regeneration ability to the Kaiju. 

All they needed to do was to do the same to Uraraka and Vigilantis.

 Uraraka, noted, did not have the energy that gives her gravity abilities. Vigilantis and Uraraka once they emerged as larva, showed signs of alteration. Such as the crystals along the back of Uraraka, and Vigilantis having the tentacles that would become Blackwhip, along with his customary ear-like chitin armor. Apparently, after hatching. Uraraka went to a hole on the far side of the facility and fell in on accident, seeking radiation. The hole being a Hollow Earth portal meant she fell in and disappeared. 

Uraraka was deemed a failure. And wasn’t looked further into. Vigilantis was captured using the “Kaiju Chloroform” and transported to Severny Island on a Russian Nuclear test range to hide the Titan away. Here is where the distilled the process down in creating new 1A titans into a injectable serum that can be altered depending on what traits you want to inject into that kaiju. The kaiju’s body, it seems, has an immune system that can target viruses and bacteria easily, but fails to recognize other Kaiju DNA. When the DNA is then spread to the Kaiju immune system and microbiome to spread rapidly through the body as regenerative cells are triggered in order to conduct rapid, and extreme changes to the Kaiju’s body that would outright kill smaller creatures. This would consume an extreme amount of energy and would require several feedings of radiation to conduct even minor changes. 

This serum was then used on, under supervision of the Soviets:

Kaminari and Jiro, discovered in the Java Sea by the Japanese

Kirishima to give him more abilities, though the file is highly redacted on what they are

A virus that was exposed to a large population of Asui frogs containing unspecified changes.

Idia discovered in the Mediterranean.

Mina and her acid abilities are a result of extreme experiments at Severny Island.

Sato, Sero, Aoyama, and Hagakure are all creations of Russian Experiments done in the field, discovery locations redacted.

After the project was thoroughly deemed a success, Chinese scientists stole a sample of the serum and conducted their own experiments, to the extent we do not know as we do not have access to those files. However, Kendo and Tetsutetsu are not mentioned in any Russian Files except a spies report of “orange and blue plates of bone the size of a factory” that he discovered At a “military base”, the report had coordinates of the site and a detailed description of many buildings and offices around it. 

Satellites and ground teams find no sign of a base at the location, but molten glass similar to the remains of Boston after events in 2016. It is hypothesized that Kendo burned herself out of the facility and that some reports from the Asiatic region in July 4th 1954, February 27th 1966, and March 1996 that were originally attributed to Godzilla sightings have more credence towards Kendo due to the same discolored plates being reported.

Kendo and Tetsutetsu are also not the only Titans to be made from this program. Satellites are tracking several Titans with movement patterns similar to Kendo’s. Keeping out of sight of humans and seem to be combing the world for Uraraka. At the rate they are searching, they will find Uraraka in 7 months at the least. 

However, the Chinese and Russians are not the only ones to get the Serum. In fact they do not have access to it anymore, as both governments were forced to give all their Kaiju research assets to Monarch and Ohotnik Na Vedm after threatening war. No material was recovered of the serum, but documents on how to synthesize more were recovered and is currently being done in Seasbo, Japan aboard a Monarch research ship, MS Izawa . 

Ohotnik Na Vedm looked through the Russian KGB archives looking for documents on the Titans and uncovered more details. 

Particularly the reappearance of Uraraka, and how they lost the serum and all most of the more sensitive research materials, like human-sized Kaiju supersoldiers, to the All for One project.

Uraraka appeared on Severny Island on October 29th 1961. Having used an undersea Hollow Earth Portal to transport herself to her mate. 

Note, messing with the genes of MUTOs can lead to developments where Vigilantis became male, but has more physical traits in line with the Female MUTO. It seems the primitive DNA sequencing may have caused some traits that were not normally expressed to be fully expressed.

Uraraka had undergone massive changes after falling into the Hollow Earth. Her crystals gave off unrivaled nuclear radiation while she herself was able to fly in a sense without any visible propulsion methods. She then proceeded to destroy the facility and force a local village used in experiments to be evacuated.

Uraraka had managed to attract Godzilla, who was still considerably smaller at the time and arrived on scene a day later on October 30th 1961. 

Not wanting Godzilla or Uraraka to escape this opportunity, the Soviet AOK team ordered the deployment of their heaviest nuclear warhead yet devised. 

The Tzar Bomba

This “Kaiju Killer” was 4.5 times stronger than the Castle Bravo nuclear test that was used against Godzilla before. And was intended to vaporize Vigilantis if he grew too unwieldy or dangerous to the Soviets. 

Vigilantis and Uraraka were driven to the water outside the facility where the weapon would eventually be used. 

It was said that Godzilla had already almost mortally wounded Uraraka by the time the bomb dropped.

The Soviets thought they had killed the two MUTOs, and destroyed the labs. 

Godzilla still lived, and watched as the Soviet Union fell in 1991.

And apparently, neither were the MUTOs, to the disbelief of the Soviet Government.

A commercial fuel tanker went to the site in early November in 1961 and was driven off by Russian patrol authorities after being spotted. The tanker was big enough to transport two mostly still teenage MUTOs.

This transport is suspected to have recovered the unconscious forms of both Vigilantis and Uraraka. 

The transport had a Chinese flag, but again, was not part of the Chinese Kaiju manipulation program. 

But, part of the research of the Soviets was bought by a mysterious benefactor in 1990 before the fall of the Union.

The documents recovered from Switzerland and at the Asui Frog facility confirm several processes that originated in the Soviet program.

They are also not the only program.

Rouge science programs also came in contact with the serum. Creating:

Lemillion: The Behemoth Guardian of Japan

Suneater: The Great Adapter

Eri: The Titan of Time

And may include several other Titans, as more than three Titans were created on Black Market sales on Soviet Serum. 

It is also stated that the head of the All For One Project, the unknown Japanese man stated in many Russian documents, was at the island when the bomb dropped.

Time Warp: Eri can cause a 20 km area of the world to go back a period of time depending on the amount of energy shunted into the ability. Using carbon dating of sites around the US where Eri was spotted. She can go as far back as the Cretaceous Period, and it’s estimated she can go farther. 

Time Bubble: Using a bubble of energy, Eri can prevent any ability from being used by rewinding time to a period in which it was not used. This Time Bubble acts like armor against enemies with powerful ranged attacks and forces them to use Melee attacks or start throwing objects.. 

History: A girl by the name of Lindsey Carnelie was born to Charlie Carnelie, and Cynthia Carnelie on November 17th, 2006. Growing up, 3 year old Lindsey living in Idaho Falls started hearing a voice in her head. An animal it seemed, but very human-like. The voice asked for food, and young Lindsey would try to feed the voice, who may said was just an imaginary friend. She would steal apples and other fruit, and try to feed the voice the candies she got from her grandma. And always asked her mother to buy just a little extra for “The Hungry Girl”. 

At six, she could see what the voice saw.

A warm, pulsating cocoon. Bathed in heat. A warm feeling of being full, even though Lindsey hadn’t eaten anything since breakfast that morning, overcame her. 

The voice was still there, this time asking Lindsey for her stories. Asked about the outside, about Lindsey and her childhood friend Martha Washington. 

Lindsey and Martha would talk for hours over little child tales, and Lindsey would allow the voice to hear, see, and feel how she felt. 

At Elementary School, she told the voice she needed to focus on her schooling. Having been taught that studies were really important, she threw herself into her schoolwork in order to get into a good school. The voice would help her when she needed another brain to think through a problem, and with this intelligence helped her pour over every little bit of data and skills she had learned during those long lectures and school meetings, as it learned as Lindsey learned. She was at the top of the class in Elementary, and halfway through middle school, without incident. Lindsey starts going through puberty while in 6th grade in 2017. This is where Lindsey was entered into a hospital for a fainting problem. Scaring the life out of Martha during a sleepover.

Activity noted in the mountains around Idaho Falls of a Titan, nothing spotted except a ranch that seemed to be flattened, but the crystal fragments around it means it was probably Elizebeth, no further look into the area was conducted. 

February 10th, 2020. Monday. Lindsey was heading to school. As Lindsey was currently in her freshman year of highschool. Was going to meet up with her friends beforehand to hang out a little bit before class. Grabs a few red bulls for school, Gets to the bus stop, arrives at Idaho Falls High School. Meets up with Martha and their other friend. Sue Bellegarde, the daughter of a retired Marine, and former member of Monarch, Colonel Thomas J. Bellegarde. 

On her way to math class that morning, she faints. Scaring the shit out of her friends, who pick her up, and take her to get sorted at the front office.

Tokoyami awakens and starts wreaking havoc.

Eri is first spotted. She goes toward Craters of the Moon, fights Tokoyami, loses. Then starts limping towards Idaho Falls.

Eri arriving In Mountain Home causes Monarch to notify the Monarch personnel, retired or not, to begin evacuations of the city. 

Scared that his daughter and his friends' kids might be hurt since Eri was closest to their High School, the Colonel organized the militia-like group of retired Monarch personnel to get the people closer to Eri out of the immediate danger. The colonel himself, along with several old and new buddies of his got in their trucks, grabbed several school buses from the nearest Brown Bus Company lot, and started evacuating his daughter’s high school. 

His daughter, he found out, was in the front office with her friend, Lindsey, because Lindsey had fainted. Lindsey was awake, but she kept hearing the phrases Kai Chisaki, The Queen Awakens, War of the Masters. And the repeated phrase Forefather, Master, Friend, Hero, Protector, He Calls Us, He Calls Us For War

Thomas had no Idea what his daughter Sue got into. But he still had knowledge that Kai Chisaki was a known scientist who had remade the Soviet Titan alteration serum, since the Colonel had connections in Monarch’s intelligence.

Colonel Bellegarde grabbed the three kids and went to the closest military chopper landing facility, and evacuated them to a Monarch submarine, and had Lindsey checked by a doctor.

A scientist aboard who specialized in telepath studies who used to work with the CIA named Dr. Serina Combs, wife of Dr. Tristan Combs, used instruments to measure telepath strength.

Her equipment broke.

Lindsey was not supposed to be alive. When Dr. Combs checked Lindsey using a piece of equipment used to measure Titan telepathy Lindsey was giving measurable readings equivalent to Mothra communicating with Godzilla. 

Turns out, during puberty, Lindsey did hybridize, but only enough to make her body capable of handling the mental feedback of a Titan communicating ALL thoughts to her. 24/7.

Lindsey was then taken to a Monarch facility, her parents notified, and that was the last time they had heard of their daughter. 

Lindsey was also trained to communicate her thoughts to other humans, such as her best friends, Martha Washington, and Sue Bellegarde. Who were joining her special unit as her bodyguards.

December 3rd, 2024. Lindsey finished her training and is now part of a group of specialists who now run as both security and as the special Titan Telepath Unit. After January of 2025, the unit changed their callsign to Tokyo, in honor of the scientist who gathered units of soldiers to save strangers in Stockholm. Using her telepathic ability, Lindsey is able to communicate with Eri. Allowing to have her guard Outpost-27-1A like a large guard dog. 

Note from Monarch: After reviewing Lindsey Carnelie, we realized there are two others within Monarch’s authority who share similar characteristics at similar times. Though that authority is declining. As the new administration in power in the United States is threatening to cut Monarch’s funding. Along with access to the satellites infrastructure and military assets that make Monarch so effective, they threatened to seize all of Monarch's military assets if they could start showing a reason they should be funded at all. Including transferring the outposts Monarch has that are still intact and the Titans inside to startups like KaijuX (Created by Elon Musk), The Liver Eaters (Startup made by a Cthulu’s Shepherds benefactor to counter bid Elon on behest of Monarch), and the Heracles Titan Research Institute (A startup started by 20 of the richest men in North America) because of Monarch’s incompetence. Ohotnik Na Vedm, the Japanese Government, the French Government, and Finland are prepared to go to war with the US government over the seizure of Titans by the US Government. Ohotnik being the only organization in the world with not only a sizable portion of the Russian Military in their back pocket, but also has the capacity to use the Titans as weapons against the US. Such as Kendo and Tetsutetsu, who Na Vedm has been getting real good at diverting away from Outpost-27-1A and has tested using their method of Kaiju baiting as a weapon to great effect. 

The US government backed down after members of the Cthulu Shepherd's sent threats to use Kaminari’s little toy, the heavy cruiser HMS Exeter, fighter of Nazis and Imperialists and a symbol of the free world reborn as a Kaiju’s Melee weapon, to bombard D.C.

NOTE2: With Lindsey being the mediator between humans and Titans, Monarch could give Lindsey to the Cthulu’s Shepherds and let them go through with this plan.

NOTE3: D.C. was once flooded by Ghidorah, and attacked by Rodan. D.C. is not defended against any Titan attack and the “Kaiju Chloroform” used against Uraraka in Sweden and its manufacturing process was taken out of US files “mysteriously”. Momo has been tooled to make 152mm artillery shells that contain this gas. Along with the Msta-S Mobile Artillery to fire them.

Chapter 15: Tokage

Titan Discovery Report: Tokage, She Who Is Many, Lockheed’s Lizard, Masterwork of the Military Industrial Complex, Mechagodzilla Dreadnoughtus

Species: Gojira (Former), Militarized Mechagodzilla with a Human Interface (Current), 22 WWII era warships of various size and classes, 1 Cold War missile cruiser (Alt Form, Current)

Discovered: San Diego, July 12th, 1949

Description: This Titan is in the vague form of a Gojira specimen. Imperial Japanese, US Navy, and Royal Navy Insignia cover various parts of the machine. Such as the ornate decks of the IJN Takao, the decks of USS Enterprise, and the flags from HMS Unicorn and HMS Nelson. The arms are made with three ships, HMS Unicorn made the left, USS Boise and IJN Takao the right. The right arm is covered in 8in guns of the two cruisers, while the left offers a full suite of drones for the Titan to use. A lot of exposed wiring and servos make the arms seem primitive in comparison to other Mechagodzilla frames. These servos and wires connect the arms to the carrier USS Enterprise (CV-6), Along with the HMS Nelson. The Nelson made the chest while the Enterprise made the back. Along the dorsal where the spines would be, rests the USS Long Beach, a Nuclear Missile Cruiser. Which acts as the command center and main reactor of the mechanized Titan. Each leg is made out of multiple warships in order to support the immense weight of the Titan, the legs often look like a mess of wire, plate, and hydraulics instead of the normal clean lines of more modern Mechagodzilla specimens. But they also support the firepower of the warships. The left leg is made of the battleship HMS Iron Duke, cruiser HMS Java, light cruiser HMS Dido, and cruiser USS San Diego. The IJN Nagato is the main skeleton of the other leg. Along with the cruiser USS Tuscaloosa and the Battleship USS Oklahoma helping to make up the. The tail is curious, due to its length the only vessel capable of making it up is segmented sections of a Battleship, with the tip being made of a heavy cruiser and a destroyer. The battleship is USS New York, the heavy cruiser is USS Marblehead and the destroyer is USS O'bannon. The exposed wiring and servos, along with segmented hull plating gives the tail unmatched flexibility and power, and balances the entire mech when it goes into a breakneck run. The spines iconic to the Gojira species are replaced with the stacks of the warships that make up the monstrous mech. The head is an amalgamation of destroyers. Their sleek and deadly hulls make the face terrifyingly slim in comparison to the mechs bulky, armored, monstrous look.  The red eyes are actually viewed into the boiler rooms of the seven destroyers that make up the face. The mouth, face and teeth are all lit up with that glow of steam engines. The ships that make up the face are the IJN Yukikaze, IJN Kamikaze, USS Walker, USS Mahan, USS Hazelwood, HMS Javelin, and USS Talbot. Weapons such as the main guns of the battleships are mounted on the shoulders and upper chest of the mecha in super firing positions in order to fire the full battery. The USS Long Beach’s missile arms are visible on the back with her CIWS guns mounted on the back of the face. The AA batteries of the warships are all mounted on the spine of the vessel if they are smaller than 5in weapons. 5in and above weapons are either mounted on the arms or along the waist.

Special Abilities:

Dreadnought Barrage: All the 15in guns of Tokage fire nonstop against an opponent, this attack is not only enough to stagger most kaiju, it can outright kill smaller kaiju and even kaiju such as Godzilla are vulnerable to it.

Flak and Fire: Using its air defence missiles, CWIS, and flak guns (5in, 40mm, 20mm), the Tokage puts enough firepower in the sky to defeat any aircraft, and if not that, it will destroy any missile. Great when the enemy brings an army of flying monsters.

Storm of Lead: All guns and missiles on Tokage fire at a target. The amount of firepower is said to be enough to block out the sun. 

Fusion Beam: Modifying the Gojira’s Atomic breath with the combined power of a fusion reactor, the weapon is capable of penetrating any armor. A great weapon for ranged combat. When Tokage needs to fire against an opponent, her face transforms into the shape of the fusion cannon, this transformation takes merely 30 seconds. 

Intimidation Display: Letting out steam and smoke from her funnel spines, she can make herself appear to be far bigger. And by exposing the boilers of every single ship in her makeup, she can appear to be both wider and taller. 

Disassembly and reassembly: Tokage can disassemble and reassemble herself at will. This allows her to share her senses and information gathering technology built into the 23 warships that makeup her to gather info and confuse the enemy with 23 different kaiju signatures appearing on their senses. 

History: After the CIA discovered that the Chinese and the Russians were studying the use of Titans as weapons. The US panicked. Monarch’s deal was to contain Kaiju across the world for study, and they had been giving a lot of useful data to the US so far, but not anything that could be readily weaponized. 

The Chinese sent a delegation to the United States, July 12th, multiple cargo ships accompanied them. The Chinese had been studying Kaiju and wanted to show off what they were capable of doing.

They presented the corpse of a Gojira specimen, codenamed ‘Viking’. The corpse was fresh as well, not merely a skeleton. Kept refrigerated by the freezers aboard the freighters. 

These contents were emptied into a secure Monarch facility and the US had no clue what to do with them. 

Then, a now classified member of Northrop Grumman presented a crazy plan. The creation of a monster from renowned monsters. Turn ships of war into a mech designed for the sole purpose of kicking Godzilla’s ass. 

The project was greenlit, but put on the backburner. As the Army wanted to see if nukes would be a great deterrence against Kaiju. After Castle Bravo failed to kill Godzilla all the Godzilla-killing funds were sunk into a site east of Anchorage, Alaska. And for 70 years, that was how the project hid away from the world. 

The project, codenamed The Roger’s Project after the popular hero, Captain America, had over a trillion dollars used in the development and purchasing of materials used to make the mecha. All graciously funded by the US taxpayer.

So many people worked on the project that many were inspired to make several copycat programs, small robotic Kaiju killers were all the rage for the wealthy to sink money into. 

Many problems arose from the project.

1. The heavy weight of the monstrosity meant that it more often than not didn’t even stand due to the weight, and the constant engineering and reengineering of the legs meant that they were always constantly disassembling the mecha.
2. Using the warships as a starting point to build off of was great, but even as they cut the ships up to make way for the wiring and hydraulics, they often experienced damage and needed to be rebuilt all over again. 
3. They did not have the power generation necessary to operate the robot for even 5 seconds. Much less before they could full test every system aboard the mech

It was difficult, and slow work. But they were the pioneers of this new technology, and many of the lessons learned made their way to other fields of industry. As the breakthroughs of computer tech allowed for the mech to be more easily micromanaged, and breakthroughs in metallurgy, hydraulics, and running electrical wire were constantly being made to make the whole thing work at all.

It would be the introduction of Mechagodzilla in 2020 that turned the tide of mechanized Kaiju development. 

This also coincided with the hiring of two new engineers for the project. Mei Hatsume from Lockheed Martin, and Maina Farasu from Oshkosh. 

The two were hired to pick apart the dead mecha for innovations. Such as gravity engines to help hold up the monster’s weight, and a Kaiju to human interface. These two little things would define the new program as it progressed to finishing the last steps to get the American-made Monster to walk for the first time.

Instead of using the synthesized Hollow Earth energy, they wanted to use a more reliable, less likely to attract Godzilla’s attention power source. 

Fusion reactors.

The USS Long Beach was chosen as the candidate before this consensus to be the reactor housing. Though the energy it originally produced was nowhere near enough to power such a large machine. So when the Chinese stated they had created a Fusion reactor in 2022, Hatsume and Farasu took this newly acquired tech. Tricked out the reactor to meet their own specifications, then installed it into the USS Long Beach. 

Lastly, they needed a pilot. Telepaths were considered to be the safest bet as they could speak to the Kaiju the mecha was based upon. This is the least ethical part of the entire process. Mei and Maina protested the government’s use of a incapacitated telepath as the pilot for the mecha. 

The telepath being the 18 year old, Tiana A. Leon. A New Yorker who attempted to commit suicide in 2022. After breaking her limbs from jumping off a building and requiring multiple machines to keep alive. Monarch hooked her up to the Mecha without permission as the human to mech interface. The US government still restricted her ability further by requiring the USS Long Beach to be fully crewed and giving them the full ability to use the mecha’s abilities. Mei Hatsume installed a switch that disables the crew’s authority over the mecha and transfers it over to Tiana because she felt that this new body she is interfaced to should be HERS to command. Tiana also never left the command center on site, stuck in a temperature controlled room so the interface ran smoothly. Monarch came to know about the toggle for her full control after the first combat trials.

See, the mech had a lot of quirks, one of them being the Kaiju it was using as a computer. It had a tendency to act out on its own without pilot or crew input, but that would actually save the mech.

Its first trials went smoothly, it was able to walk from its base to an undisclosed location in the Canadian wilderness. All weapon systems were nominal, all systems the government knew they installed were running fine. Then, a 1B Kaiju attacked the mecha. The Titan Ibara. Ibara was under direct orders of Kendo to seek and find any Kaiju. Not knowing whether the mech was a fellow 1B kaiju, or a traitorous 1A, Ibara attacked. Ibara is of the Tiamat species, her scales were replaced by rapidly regenerating plant-like tendrils making her great at grappling on systems with a great many crevices like the mech. The Titan absorbed a great amount of artillery fire and grew vines in as many gun barrels as they could to make sure that even firing them would be a hazard. Ibara moved the head in various positions that prevented the head from targeting her main central body with the Fusion blast. And all of this was while it was under the control of humans, and not the interfaced human or the kaiju itself. Hatsume, who did not want her new baby to be ripped apart limb from limb, activated the button that gave Tiana, and the Kaiju full access to all the systems. Including the systems she did not tell anyone she installed in the first place.

So when the mecha started throwing hands with Ibara the only way a Gojira knew how.

Tokage (the name Mei assigned the mecha), used the HMS Unicorn arm to wrap around Ibara and detached the IJN Takao and USS Boise from her other arm. Transforming from arm back into cruisers. Using a data link to Tokage’s mind the cruisers aimed their considerable armament at Ibara. Using her weight as a weapon, Tokage used missiles to untangle some of the vines then slam Ibara into the ground using the full weight of her arm. That arm, mind you, weighs as much as a Tiamat specimen. 

Ibara soon retreated.

That battle was one handly, but the US government wanted to know why their mech was not 100% in their control. Mei Hatsume said that it makes the mech a more effective weapon with the less you can control it. If it goes’ too rouge, she could install an override as a countermeasure to a situation like Hong Kong, but Mei also argued that she and Maina worked with Tiana to hook her up to the proper systems more than anyone and ran the scenarios with their chosen pilot over and over. Mei trusts that she won’t even be another Hong Kong.

The US government, did not trust the two women when they pleaded to the site director, and were placed in isolation. When a pilot mechanic went in to work with Tiana, the man talked with her, even though she could not talk back in the normal sense a human could. He told them about Hatsume and Maina being placed in isolation, and how an override is being installed to make sure the crew of the USS Long Beach had full control over the robot. The government officials at the facility had the entire mech placed in a lockdown, large metal brackets prevented Tokage from escaping. But the brackets were designed to restrain mechs, not individual warships. Tokage, hearing her favorite engineers were restrained. (As the kaiju was smart enough to recognize that those two engineers coming in to do work meant she got a lot more powerful, and actively had feelings of relief and joy when they were around), slipped herself one warship at a time out of the restraints (Since the restraints were built above water, the boats could just float away), and started zeroing in the facility with the arsenal of weapons at her disposal. Tokage, using her interface within the facility, ordered the officials to release the engineers now or they will reintroduce them to what it feels like to have an armada of battleships turn the Earth into the Moon.

After that incident Mei and Maina were given full authority to do whatever they wanted so that the mecha didn’t escape. 

The next combat trial was to fight a kaiju with a little more importance. The high ups wanted Kendo removed from the chessboard. The mecha had the firepower to take her on, though planners still thought Kendo still was favored to win such an engagement. Her massive pair of hands and dependence on Tetsutetsu for armor made her an unmatched opponent. 

Hatsume and Maria knew it was a death sentence for the mech, their kaiju friend, possibly the pilot (Since the neural overload of a Kaiju dying could just…kill Tiana), and the entire crew of USS Long Beach all to dispose of a weapon they could not control. 

So they did what any sane person would…

They volunteered for the mission.

Kendo was making a beeline directly towards Outpost-27-1A. She knew something was there and she was hellbent on killing it. Kendo left a trail of destruction as every village from the shores of the sea to halfway to the outpost. With Kendo doing a lazy zig-zag pattern to cover as much ground. Challenging Uraraka to come out and fight.

So when a challenger finally approached. Kendo was very, very pissed.

See Tokage was a very old opponent, one that had challenged Kendo’s title before. And subsequently was ripped apart. That was how the Chinese got their hands on the dead Kaiju in the first place.

A Fleet of human warships was all she saw. Kendo knew these ships were outdated. But they were still coming at her. Airplanes approached her, guns were being pointed at her…

And Kendo knew that no warship of humanity would ever have the smell of a Titan. Kendo fell right into the trap. When the warships approached the shore, Hatsume activated the mecha to be controlled by noone else but Tokage and Tiana. The massive mech transformed from its hidden state, massive panels of hull and gun ramparts sliding into place into the clunkiest, unrefined mecha of all the Mechagodzillas. The mech didn’t charge. Tiana, using the knowledge of this new body she shared with Tokage, used the barrage of artillery against Kendo at first. Tokage was gearing for a fight in melee, but knew ranged attacks were preferred against such a foe. With two minds as one, she surgically attacked the enemy using the Fusion beam. The combined artillery and Fusion beam was enough to melt a great deal of Tetsutetsu off of Kendo, exposing the teal colored Gojira to the direct attacks of this ranged enemy. And it wasn’t like she couldn't just charge the mech, the mech just had so much firepower that Kendo was getting blasted backward instead of forward. Kendo, not knowing why her old nemesis got this powerful, dove into the water.

Tokage was still very capable of fighting such a foe, with old WWII era aircraft armed with depth charges, she combed the water for Kendo. When Tokage found Kendo, she sent spread after spread of torpedoes thanks to the destroyers in her makeup. 

Kendo decided enough was enough, and fought back. With her Atomic breath she chased the mech made of warships to the coast, and blitzed her now she was out of position. The brief respite of the water gave enough time for Kendo to regenerate Tetsutetsu and have him hardened into a tough armor that would deflect most of the attacks against her. 

The two Titans engaged in a fierce melee, to quote from a crewmember “The mech normally shuttered and swayed with every movement of the mech, but in that fight, it jerked and stuttered and went left and right like we were in a boxing match!” Kendo got the greatest amount of damage to Tokage with this attack, ripping off armor and wiring and guns like tissue paper with her massive claws. 

But Tokage was a Kaiju, she may not be as skilled at hitting targets with guns at range like her pilot but she could damn use them in melee. Using a barrage of her largest guns at point blank gave Tokage the opening she needed to inflict significant damage to Kendo herself. The barrage in fact lasted for a great deal, as it accompanied every melee strike the mech made. The crew of the USS Long Beach aided the fight by juicing the Fusion reactor to a ridiculous level, punching the mech to its best performance. The supercharged Fusion beam was able to cut through Tetsutetsu and make Kendo bleed.

But Kendo was the Alpha of the 1B Kaiju for a reason, and that was because she fought obscenely dirty. She cut the hydraulics and wiring attached to the light cruiser HMS Dido in Tokage’s leg, like cutting the Achilles tendon, it caused Tokage to lose balance and fall.

Wounded and tired, Kendo stepped onto Tokage’s chest and roared into Tokage’s face. The universal roar of all Gojira’s. The roar Kong received in Hong Kong. 

The Roar that demanded the other submitted.

Tokage, wounded, but not dead, tried to stand even with the cut hydraulics. Maina, monitoring Tiana with Hatsume, saw that Tiana was not about to submit. She had her pain receptors firing, anger and sadness in her veins. But not a broken spirit. And Tiana and Tokage had long ago stopped being separate entities. What she felt, the mech felt. And she was still ready to fight and die right here.

Kendo however, learned from Godzilla. She knew that the enemy she defeated now would be an ally in the future. An ally she would kill on sight, but still an ally. So she moved on and went to an unknown location to rest and heal. Tokage had done her job.

Tokage was subsequently repaired and is on standby to move to defend Uraraka at any moment, however high command has authorized we not turn the mech on in case she goes rogue. Unless the situation is dire enough do not wake the pilot from the medically induced Coma, do not wake the mech.

Note from Monarch: Tokage is the only human made kaiju killer that so far hasn’t gone rogue. However, due to the increasingly incompetent US high command Monarch is seeing proposals to take over the project and the Titan. For their own mech engineering department, Monarch is also looking into hiring Mei Hatsume and Maina Furasu for a newly proposed Anti-Kaiju weapons program. As a security measure against the giant monster. Furasu and Hatsume are both part of a NATO weapons program to develop anti-kaiju weaponry. Such Weapons include: B-1R-KB “Prom Dress”, The GRU 686 “Knock Up”, JS39 Gripen KB “Bitchslap”, the KBS standard artillery round, Tomahawk-KB “Aphrodite’s Boytoy”. All of which were designed in part by the two engineers. Monarch will look further into developments as they arrive.

Chapter 16: The Big Three

Discovery: North of Dublin, Ireland, 2023

Description: These titans are inseparable. Where one is seen the rest follow. Lemillion is like Behemoth, large reddish-brown fur covering his body covered in moss and trees. His tusks are great works of ivory. Upon his back is an ecosystem of little creatures that have adapted to life on the back of a Titan. Notable species are Pangolins, Ants, Fruitbats, Glass Frogs, Bird Eating Spiders, and even a little hybrid community. His ability to phase through solid objects is given to these creatures and people, to allow them to move with him, and have adapted a hooking apparati in order to grip into the fur of Lemillion when he starts moving fast. Najire is a sapphire blue Rodan, whose entire body is radioactive, Her life force being a molten material flowing through her veins similar to the Elephant’s Foot. This large reserve of radiation allows her to use it as a weapon and propellant. Her body is covered in a turquoise colored system of plates used to direct all that radiation to points to make them terrifying weapons. Suneater is constantly shifting forms, a Tiamat he once was, he no longer holds any semblance beyond the serpentine body plan. Many species traits could be given to the Titan at any time. As the Titan shifts form to fit any situation he is in. He does have a base for he reverts to when chilling with his fellow Big three Members. Taking traits of lion fish, betta fish, sharks, and many tropical fish species, his standard form is a kaleidoscope of beautiful colors. Fins become soft and decorative, flowing behind him like a cloak. They hide poisonous barbs for defence, colors are stripped and ripple a rainbow pattern. His face is like a Tiamat he once was, but was streamlined with the model sharks go off, with a pair of secondary jaws similar to a moray to back his impressive shark jaws. He shifts to this form often, and it is this form that gets modified into various twisted versions of the creature to fight any opponent.

Special Abilities:

Najire:

Radiation Gun: Shoot a concentrated blast of radiation that destroys small targets, electronics, and scrambles the brains of small prey kaiju. 

Radiation storm: Najire beating her wings and opening up her armored plates can create a terrible storm of radiation behind her. This storm drains radiation from other titans and exhausts them, while feeding Najire.

Lemillion: 

Permeation: This Titan breaks the laws of physics by being able to move through the ground or any other solid objects as if they were not there. This ability has been honed over eons to allow a Kaiju that normally would not last long in a Titan on Titan fight to use his physical prowess to great use. Punching, striking, and sweeping with his tusks from unexpected angles allows him to beat most opponents in a one on one. How Lemillion directs his attacks is unknown, and is still in research

Suneater:

Polymorph: This ability allows him to take on the form of any creature he has DNA for within his DNA storage glands. Which resides below the base of his throat to collect the blood and detritus of many creatures and then breaks it down into DNA. This does include Titan DNA.

Change Form: This ability is still under investigation, but the venom of Suneater allows him to change the form of other creatures. This means he can induce change in others to better help them live in their environment. This power is notable because some reports from when they dropped off the radar in 2025 after Stolkholm that these Titans were living in the islands of Samoa as humans. Described as Japanese speaking, and of Irish (Lemillion), German (Suneater), and Korean (Najire) descent. They apparently lived on the island for the six months of the whole Uraraka War. This ability is still being researched. 

History: These three Titans are an enigma in the Titan world. They appeared on the Island of Ireland, and surprised everyone. These three then stalked the shores of Europe until late 2024 with the battle of Stolkholm, then disappeared. 

The most notable time they came into public light was the Vengeance Incident off of Ireland in late March of 2025.  Britain was conducting anti-kaiju drills off the coast of Ireland with HMS Vengeance, HMS Artful, and HMS Anson. As the British rotated their fleet of nuclear armed submarines to deter aggression from nuclear powers, they needed to keep the nuclear feeders from preying on the key strategic weapons platforms.

The three submarines failed to make their check-in on March 5th, 2025. Prompting the HMS Queen Elizebeth battle group to enter the location they went down and prevent the Chinese or Russians from stealing their military secrets. They discovered the HMS Artful to be ripped into three pieces, laying in a massive debris field on the ocean floor, along with the intact HMS Vengeance resting with a 25 degree list to starboard about 700 meters from the Artful’s bow. The Vengeance had a massive gash wound on her starboard side half buried in the muck and sediment on the ocean floor. Several of the lower decks were flooded And there was a massive radiation leak coming from the reactor, but the nuclear weapons were secure in their cells, and remained untouched. The HMS Anson was nowhere to be found within the 300 mile search radius. The site of HMS Artful was heavily irradiated but the reactor was still safely intact. On the 12th of March, it was discovered that HMS Vengeance had survivors aboard, and a mission to rescue them was undertaken by the Royal Navy to figure out what happened to the three submarines. USS Tennessee and USS Boise were stationed on site as the US Government on behest of Monarch. As they were both submarines with experience fighting Kaiju, and were extensively trained by Monarch’s own submarine crews on how to operate in oceans with the Titans. A submarine rescue vehicle from USS Tennessee was sent with a boarding party to secure the rescue the survivors aboard HMS Vengeance, they had primarily gathered in the aft torpedo room, and were running out of air fast. US Navy personnel were mixed in with British Navy sailors to keep government documents and secrets they might come across confidential to the Royal Navy. The team of 16 sailors entered the submarine's aft section via a hatch in the stern.

Once inside, they started recognizing misshapen bodies of many crew members. Autopsies of recovered corpses from the site have a detailed account of how the sailors died:

53 sailors died of drowning

20 crushed to death

2 bled to death

1 had severe radiation burns around her face and upper body, along with signs of predation

27 died to a high intensity energy weapon

98 died due their immune system not identifying their own organs and attacking them

31 died of radiation exposure

90 from asphyxiation

The bodies were severely disfigured. Examining the bodies were forcibly altered in such a manner that it killed many who were affected as their bodies were not able to handle such sharp changes. Common traits were that of sea creatures, the forced change meant many needed to breath water but were unable to get to a source in time, even with the ship half flooded. Some bodies were noted in not having a fully useful gill set or having working lungs at all, meaning even if they did find a water source, they would still die due to lack of oxygen. 

Tentacles were a common sight, along with fins, and barbs from species of poisonous fish, like rockfish or lionfish. Many were discolored, and misshapen. Some were so badly shaped the transformation crushed their internals causing them to have their own body crush itself to death. Many bodies looked fine, but in fact lay a nasty surprise as their organs were altered ever so slightly that the immune system identified them as foreign bodies, attacking them. This condition affected about 50% of the survivors in the submarine, meaning they died right there when rescue had just arrived. 

Not many sailors died when the sub went down, but 53 bodies were not recovered and were assumed lost in the lower decks where the submarine was flooded.

The main obstacle was one young Petty Officer found in the flooded reactor compartment that had killed and maimed several members of the crew. This petty officer was identified as Petty Officer Victoria Hood of the Nuclear department. Her body had been heavily altered and had traits similar to Godzilla. This included dorsal plates, sharpened teeth, increased muscle mass, bulletproof reptilian skin, claws along her hands and toes about 3 inches long, and an appetite for radiation. She remained identifiably human, though blood loss, grief, extreme pain, madness, and lack of energy had allowed the crew of the USS Tennessee to recover the Petty Officer without a fight. 

However, once aboard the Tennessee, Victoria became active. This activity led to the Big Three becoming curious about the situation at large, and requiring Monarch to act to protect the assets at play. 

Tokyo Team was deployed that April, bringing with them Eri and her protection for the fleet. Lindsey Carnelie was told to link minds to Victoria to try and figure out how to calm her down and prevent her from dooming the rescue operation.

Carnelia, linking minds with what once was human, tells of a terrifying tale.

Petty Officer Hood was conducting routine inspections on the HMS Vengeance’s nuclear reactor. Note that she was quartered on the starboard side of the ship. Finishing the inspection, she snaked her way through the hallways, grabbed a snack at the galley, and went to go take a nap. 

Battlestations were called after an hour or two later, Victoria rushed to her job. Meeting a friend in the corridor.

Victoria’s memory is hazy, as the name and face of this sailor could not be discerned from the memory. Noted however, it is not that she forgot, it's more she doesn’t want Lindsey to know who this sailor is.

They met up, and after a brief discussion, tried moving towards the stern where the nuclear reactor was.

Then, a massive gash appeared on the side of the hull, a chunk of bone tearing through the metal with ease. The two sailors were slammed into the side of the wall as a purple mist flowed over them. 

Lindsey, from this point on, stated that each memory physically hurt.

What Lindsey felt was Victoria’s grief. 

The first memory was regaining consciousness. Victoria did not know how long she had been knocked out, but all she could hear, and feel was the presence of three massive monsters in the water. Victoria remembered the eyes of one staring at her through the floor of the sub, before quickly disappearing, as if diving below the rock shelf itself. 

Victoria remembered being unable to move her own body the way she wanted, often walking on all fours as her transformation continued, vision blurred, and memory got hazy. Clear memories were marked by pain.

Gunfire by the desperate crew trying to dive her off, the bullet leaving marks of memory on her skin. The grief of scavenging off her friend from the beginning, the realization that it was Victoria herself that killed her.

The realization that she was alone. The survivors wanted her dead, her best friend, dead, the submarine was flashing red sirens and had a flooded hull, was dying.

Victoria proceeded to curl up into a ball against something warming. The same way one might describe a bowl of soup warming, and filling she described the leaking nuclear reactor. She felt safe and warm. Not alone.

Victoria did not want to be alone.

When Lindsey inquired more about the three Kaiju, it was noted that Victoria did not sense hostility from these monsters, more remorse, and regret.

They grieved over the loss of so many human lives, that was how Victoria described it.

Lemillion himself phased through the rock to gently lay the HMS Vengeance to rest. 

Analysis shows that the only Titan that Monarch knows of capable of taking out this fleet of submarines and cause the alterations of the crew would be Suneater, but questioning Victoria noted that Suneater was not responsible, he felt guilty that his powers had been used for harm.

It is noted that Monarch was developing a Kaiju DNA analyzer system for submarines, during the rebuilding of USS Boise after the Dabi incident it was installed aboard the submarine.

Analysis showed a distinctly four sets of Titan DNA within the water. 

The mention of this hostile Titan to Victoria, she grew defensive, and hostile to the notion. She wanted revenge.

Lindsey noted that Eri sensed something. In fact, Eri even stated that Vigilantis sensed it too. A background threat building in the darkness of the world hellbent on destroying the world of both Titans and humanity. 

Uraraka was not this Titan. She was just the most threatening Titan. The Titan all the others blamed for this menacing feeling of unease that had set upon the entire population of Titans. 

She was capable of wiping out all life on the planet with ease, but she is not one to do such a thing.

This threat, whatever it was, was setting the Titans against each other for IT’S benefit. Manipulating from the shadows. 

Monarch has warned every Titan monitoring agency to be on high alert, and to prepare a special combat team to fight this Kaiju. 

Petty Officer Victoria Hood was officially transferred to Monarch for use on Tokyo team, who was preparing for the upcoming storm

Note From Monarch: Documents recovered from the depths of the Swiss lab alluded to a Titan where they got all the abilities from. Many Monarch Scientists state that the powers some of the Titans have are not natural, but not human synthesized either. The All For One Project was not capable of the advanced ability synthesis that is now appearing at an alarming rate. This allusion is also corroborated by Chinese and Russian shipments of Titan DNA to use in conjunction with the Serum for quote “The best results when altering Kaiju”. With many laboratories in the process of altering a Kaiju noting that they did not synthesize the DNA, but received it from an unknown benefactor. The All For One Project was deemed enemy number 1 for the entire planet. With every government in the world funding organizations to find this project, and get their experiments under control. The Big Three seem to be tracking the mystery Titan that attacked the HMS Vengeance, and are being followed by the HMS Queen Elizabeth battle group to aid in their search.

Chapter 17: Remember the Nomu?

Summary:

Early Symptoms: Fever, Rash, Bruises appearing on skin. Headache, Nausea, The desire to get as close to the nearest nuclear reactor

Region of Origin: Transylvania, Romania August 12, 2024

Formation Stage: After finding a nuclear reactor, the victim will attach themselves to the controls of the reactor or the vehicle it is attached to and start rapidly growing tendrils of  blue-black flesh. This process is resource intensive, and sometimes, multiple victims will gather together so their collective biomass could spread to the reactor. Once reached biomass will cover the reactor so that it can more optimally absorb radiation from the source. While absorbing this energy, the biomass will triple in expansion and cover the entire housing of the reactor with a black and blue flesh. This stage is able to cover mechs, tanks, warships, and even entire reactor complexes. This is the stage where Monarch advises destroying the Nomu. As it is at its most vulnerable, and capable of being destroyed by small arms and flame weaponry.  

Description of Late Stage Victim: Many Nomu use the Tesla Cybertrooper Combat Mech as a base skeleton. Using its miniature reactor as a beating heart. Flesh covers joints and armored plates. The bluish-black colored flesh has the texture of human flesh, but has the durability of kaiju flesh. Many abilities of a Titan seem to transfer over, but from what Titan, Monarch does not know. The flesh covers every surface, raw muscles sometimes bulge from the skin. The teeth of the victim become needle-like and large, with a new set of jaws appearing on the face of the mech. Using the head like a skull, a face will generate around the head. This head can eat, breath, see, and even think independently from the victim. Nomu have enhanced agility, speed, durability, and an insatiable hunger for humans who have fallen victim to the Titan Hybridization. Though many are known to feed off of normal humans as well.

Variants:

Nomu can inhabit any vehicle that has a nuclear reactor. Mechs being the primary form of Nomu. Nomu have two base variants:

Handcrafted: The Nomu were designed by the One For All Project instead of letting nature run its course. These often have many Titan abilities of an unrecognizable origin. These Nomu have extra integrated weapons then the base vehicle. They have intact and healed flesh on the outside, without exposed muscles. The Nomu often still have the human victim at the controls of whatever vehicle that the Nomu formed around. These Nomu are able to be surgically removed from their victim with moderate difficulty. 

Diseased: Diseased Nomu are when a victim is not propagated by the One For All Project.  These Victims are usually unrecoverable after the formation process as their flesh is used in the initial stages of Nomu infection to spread across the nuclear reactor in order to feed and propagate. The flesh on the outside of the vehicle is often misshapen and the Nomu has exposed muscles and other biological components like digestive systems, brain, blood vessels, nerves, and bones. These Nomu are in a constant state of pain and are extraordinarily predatory. They recklessly attack anything they can consume and are even able to coordinate an attack on Titans.

History: Titans were becoming more and more of a problem. Human cities are becoming the battlegrounds of these primordial monsters. World governments want to be able to defend themselves against it. First it was Tokage, who became the first operational anti-titan weapon. Organizations like Cthulu’s Shepherds were capable of fighting back, but did not have the weapons to do so. Tanks were effective but their very shape was enough to set a Titan off onto the attack if the gunbarrels ever aimed in their direction. Monarch and Ohotnik Na Vedm needed something that would stand its ground. So they asked the American Military Industrial Complex to give a solution. 

Mei Hatsume was the first to head to Skunkworks with a plan, talking to the executives about a new and important opportunity to not only make money but also improve humanity's chances of fighting against the Titans. She had designed a weapons platform specifically for that task. 

The Mech.

Born from early experiments with integrating gravity engines into Japanese Type 10 tanks in 2022 when the gravity engine was becoming the newest tool in the engineers' toolbox of war. The Mech is designed to be nimble, agile, and all terrain. It's a weapon. Using the hovertech that theJapanese had developed, the engineering obstacle of a mech being too heavy to be useful. Tacticians pointed out that fighting a mech is real easy, as you only need to shoot off their legs and they will be at your mercy. However, Mei quickly pointed out that they were fighting Titans. Monsters with the ability to sunder entire cities by themselves. No need to worry about shooting their legs out from underneath them they got bigger problems.

Hover Tanks and Hoverwarships were already proving themselves against Titans. The Titan Iida has an entourage of three Hovercarriers and fifty-odd Hovertank escorts he relies on to fight opponents far more powerful than himself. The USA is even considering making a contingent of hovercruisers to augment their military forces against Titans. So, a mech using the same system could prove useful. 

Mei proposed mechs could fill in the gaps between tanks and airplanes, providing heavy firepower in a nimble package, a vehicle capable of dodging Titan attacks while also constantly keeping the pressure on enemy Titans. As Tanks were good for applying pressure but hey weren't nimble enough to dodge attacks, and aircraft could dodge attacks but they couldn’t stay long after they payload had been expended. Mei went to work on the prototypes before the Battle of Stockholm in 2024. Using the data from the battle itself she noted mechs needed to do a few things.  

1. Capability to travel across any type of terrain, especially Anomalous Titan-made Terrain like a floating city, or glassy wasteland.
2. They needed weapons that were able to harm Titans.
3. They needed to be modified for the combat they buyer is expected to partake in. such as: Spec Ops, Air Assault, Amphibious Assault, Airborne, Armored Warfare, and Anti-Titan Ops.

After Stolkholm, nine prototypes had been produced. Mei had been able to produce a Model for the US Army, US Marines, 82nd Airborne Division, 101st Air Assault Division, a model for the 160th Special Aviation Regiment, A model for the SEALs,  Monarch got their own model, A infantry support model was produced, a “heavy weapons” model was made in conjunction with the Japanese and a export/civilian contractor model was produced. Mei had salvaged the remains of Mechagodzilla and worked on Tokage. This allowed her to learn how to produce tech like gravitic engines, the special anti-Titan titanium alloy MechaG was made of, and MechaG’s advanced energy weapons. She also noted how the jet engines allowed the monster to maneuver and noted where they were placed while dissecting the wreckage. She also noted that old styles of warfare and tech, like the old ships that made up Tokage still had a place and were actually more effective then MechaG and his weaponry. 

She incorporated all of these into the “Tank Infantry" as they came to be known. Their specs are as follows. Each mech no matter the specialization has a miniaturized gravitic engine to power the mech, a “Juice” miniature nuclear reactor to provide extra energy for weapons that consume energy like crazy. A Apex Titanium Alloy Frame to make sure it can take a hit from a Titan and not disintegrate, artificial muscle fibers made from a special polymer to make the thing move, and special in house developed actuators for joints. Each mech had the full movement of a human. Their cockpit was placed in the chest with the head being the main sensor mast for the mech, using a brain-to-mech interface to allow a pilot to operate a mech just like they would operate their own body.

It was during this stage that Mei had her written design plans stolen from her office. All the files on the miniaturization of nuclear reactors and the gravitic engine. Along with the special polymer for the synthetic muscles were nowhere to be seen. Mei being Mei, she made a new document exactly the same as her old document made by lunch. But no one knew where they went until Elon Musk placed his own mech in the ring for the lucrative mech contract with his Cybermech. 

Mei, furious about this violation of HER baby, managed to whip her engineers in finishing equipping the mechs within 3 hours of learning of TitanX’s mech bid. 

The Cybermech had one thing Mei did have, and left out of the plans.

A variable loadout. 

The Cybermech had standard clean stainless steel armor with pauldrons, a 105mm main gun barrel given a “Futuristic” metal covering, a backpack full of ammo, and basically the exact same internals as Mei’s prototypes. 

Mei’s mechs looked like Army soldiers. The US Army variant had a bulbous human-like head with a helmet and goggles, with armor being mainly similar to a Abrams MBT, with big ugly blocks of ERA, and sloped armored plates instead of pauldrons. A massive shield rested in one hand with the other hand dedicated to weapons. The shoulder sporting a 155mm Howitzer and the hand grasping a 30mm gatling gun made into the shape of a mech sized rifle. The thing looked like a tank stood to walk.

It was the same for all the other variants as well, each one just looked like the largest possible combatant for each type of combat. With vehicle scaled weapon options for all the preferred styles of war. 

Mei’s nine prototypes outperformed the Cybermech in every category, even when it came down to being able to defeat Titans the Cybermech couldn’t match the joint Japanese-Mei Hatsume venture with its railgun rated for ship to ship combat. Besides the mech also having a heat blade for cutting into Titan flesh and high maneuverability from a built in jet engine made the mech well…just better for every task a combat vehicle would need to combat Titans.

The US government took Mei’s contract with little hesitation. The Japanese and Monarch itself were practically tripping over themselves to get these mechs. People needed a Kaiju slayer, and fast.

But that was not the last of the Cybermech. The mech was still produced as a “civilian contractors” combat vehicle for the exact same purpose as the government’s “Tank Troopers”. 

The market for these weapons was a tight competition but Mei still pulled away with her adaptive and personalizable weapons platform for any mission type. 

These weapons became widespread across the world. China had an assembly line building the Cybermech be installed in the new Shanghai Industrial Park. The US had most of the mech production in the world, selling their Tank Troopers to Britain, France, and Germany, who all started producing their own variants under license. With each licensed factory producing a distinctive pattern weapon Mei concocted for that nation. With the next nations to receive them being Poland, Norway, Sweden, Canada, Italy, Saudi Arabia, and the Philippines. All with their own distinct variants. Russia even was allowed to produce their own mechs, under license and only for Anti-Titan combat forces. Mei made sure of that with the Russian Tank Trooper.

One day, in Northern Siberia the Russian Army was doing drills near Outpost-27-1A. Getting soldiers accustomed to the presence of Titans as Eri was out, like usual, playing in the snow around Momo and Shoto, who were lying beside the facility. Momo was being fed garbage to break down into useful materials and Shoto was making flurries of snow to blow around for Eri to playfully chase.

A Russian mech, an An-224-M Brunhilda. Started acting erratically. Its two shoulder mounted 130mm cannons leveled at Eri. 

Tokyo team, having been deployed to the base for some RnR, responded. Trying to get to the mech before Shoto. Who was already taken off and now circling the Russian military formation. Petty Officer Hood was released. Running across the permafrost, she managed to engage the Brunhilda, and breach the cockpit with a strategically placed breath attack. Inside was a mound of flesh, receding into several cracks from a still very human skeleton that was now housing only the exposed nerves and brain of the 23 year old Leftenant Nikoli Ivanov. The flesh had taken a dark navy blue coloration. Digging deeper, the flesh had grown around electronics and between armor plates. DNA samples showed a combination of Nikoli’s DNA, and that of an unknown, unregistered kaiju. 

Nikoli had been last seen alive four hours earlier, when he entered the mech in eager participation in the day's drills.

June 15, 2025. Three days after the mech incident in Siberia, a Cybermech facility in Shanghai was attacked by the Twice Mercenary Group. Fifty men stormed the facility and took captive three dozen TitanX employees and stole a trailer containing a freshly assembled Cybermech. The mech was then taken to a waiting cargo plane and flown away towards Eastern Europe.

Being an affiliate of the One For All Project, Monarch sent the Tokyo Team to investigate, Along with Tokyo, they also provided Lady Nagant, a sniper under Monarch’s employ to aid them. Midnight Squad, composed of Midnight, ten mercenaries handpicked by her for this job. A heavy weapons expert codenamed Mount Lady. Along with a recon officer named Kamuri Woods. A CH-53 Sea Stallion pilot by the name of Hawks offered up a ride. 

While this was happening the Russian Navy reported that its Nuclear Battlecruiser Pyotr Velikiy along with 18 Russian Navy warships had disappeared while conducting drills in the Sea of Japan.

The team entered the Transylvania Regional Hospital, where they tracked the mercenaries entering only a few hours before. Knowing a firefight would probably ensue, Hawks, Mount Lady, and Tokyo squad started evacuating the hospital. Petty Officer Victoria Hood used her sharp senses to find and detect the distinct smell of the kidnapped employees. Like a bloodhound on a trail, the hybrid was a potent weapon. Ripping down doors and going down hallways no one even knew existed. Mercenaries flooded into the chamber unveiled by the Petty Officer, with Midnight at the spearhead. 

The place was abandoned. Equipment lay still pristine, with signs of a panic flowing through the room. Black boot marks of soldiers marred the floors. They entered many chambers until they came across what appeared to be a morgue. Albeit, with a lot less respectfully laid dead.

Here, many corpses lay dissected, opened on operating tables to examine the contents. Various bodies had flesh removed from them in sheets, leaving strange skeletal remains with only little bits of flesh still clinging to the body. Organs of all shapes had been removed from the bodies selectively.

The morgue was connected to a hallway full of normal medical rooms that once housed patients that had been brought down here for experiments. Bullets were put through many patients heads, where they lay. Eyes closed. Killed in their sleep. At the far end was a row of cells where captives lay. They too were gunned down. Naked and without dignity, like cattle.

Midnight’s team checked all the bodies, and found one still alive. A young girl who had been bought from a human trafficker, whose body was found underneath several TitanX employees who had families back home. Midnight personally carried the child out of the nightmarish place to the surface for medical treatment.

The main room of the secret compound was abandoned as well. But far more carefully than the rest of the facility. In the center lay a Cybermech frame. The serial number of this one and the stolen one did not match, but it was clear that this was the main event. Midnight, after taking the child upstairs, kept in touch with the advanced team in the basement of the hospital.

The Cybermech awakened. Noone knows how, but it was likely from a remote relay.

And it was not just the mech that activated, but the flesh also seemed to activate. 

The thing moved startlingly fast, ripping apart concrete and steel to get at the combat team.

The monster seemed to disturb even Eri, who was not only far larger than the thing, but couldn’t even see it. However, she did decide enough was enough and that she needed to kill it. Using her MUTO burrowing ability she ripped apart the street and hospital. The evacuation team managed to evacuate the hospital in time to mitigate casualties, and with Tokyo team, She knew where to dig and not crush the mercs inside. 

With a massive stomp, Eri crushed the monster flat.

Command did not take the threat seriously, and didn’t think much of it.

April 19th, 2025. A Russian India Class submarine being scrapped at a classified location disappears with over 450 Russian personnel. Several Chinese made Tank Infantry also disappeared. Along with a Russian Mech Border Patrol Unit. 

On April 21st, 2025. Youyorozu got spooked. Alerting Vigilantis that an enemy was approaching. This was odd, Momo the Mountain barely moved for any threat, she often stayed in one spot unless she wanted to, but this threat was apparently too great for her to ignore.

Shoto also was flushed from his nest underground.

Personnel could feel the rumbling through the permafrost Outpost-27-1A was built on. 

Bakugo seemed to circle the Outpost, a place he often avoided, like a buzzard. 

Waiting.

Watching. 

The Russians gave the Outpost a head’s up. 

“We have information on the location of our missing Kirov …

It is currently heading towards your outpost at 57 kph overland.”

Bakugo peeled away, throwing fireballs into the distance. Shoto followed, joining in the barrage,

Vigilantis stood guard over the Outpost, staring down the monster that was making a beeline straight at the resting Uraraka, who was contained within.

The Kirov was no longer a nuclear powered warship anymore…

It was a monster made from the crew that once called it home.

A quadrupedal monster took form from the perpetual snowfall of the region. Blue to coloration, with leathery skin. He did not have a spine, but the Kirov was placed there instead, wrapped in the leathery flesh. The skin was a little rough on the shoulders and around the Kirov . Helicopter recon noted that it wasn't rough skin, but bodies. Human bodies reduced to skeletons, or reduced to mounds with faces. Some seemed fully intact, just fused with the monster. Most still had the ability to scream, and the howling chorus joined the monster every single time a fireball slammed into it. 

The facility wasn’t evacuated, they had five Kaiju defending the place and one they could wake up at any time, why leave?

Until they saw the other shapes emerging from the snow.

The base sounded the alarm, and notified their command back in America that unidentified mech forces were attacking the facility. To the sound of autocannon fire.

America Special Forces Command authorized the Deployment of the 82nd Airborne Division to be dropped on Outpost-27-1A to prevent the awakening of Uraraka, and defeat the monster attacking the facility. This is where the monster was given its designation. By a young 82nd Airborne Member who happened to enjoy watching MHA. He called the monster a NOMU, and the name stuck. 

Within ten hours of the alarm bells ringing, the 82nd Airborne was above the Outpost and dropped on site. Their objective was to engage the smaller NOMU while the Kaiju did their thing, and rescue personnel trapped in the Outpost. Tokyo Team, Midnight Squad, and Lady Nagant all had communications with the Airborne, detailing where the survivors were, and what was attacking them. 

Infantry sized NOMU were present on site, entering the base and killing anyone they could. Opening up rooms like can openers and slaughtering the occupants. Specialized security teams were the only ones to resist, and at that. Petty Officer Hood was the only one reliably killing NOMU. 

The 82nd had Mei’s best equipment. Their mechs were equipped with a 105mm anti-kaiju gun, two shoulder mounted 30mm gatling cannons, with a handheld 40mm MK. 19 grenade launcher. Each mech carried four soldiers with them each with a LAW, a M16 with five reloads and a underslung 40m grenade launcher. Each one of these could fit inside a C-7 Globemaster III with room to spare for four more, as they easily folded up to enter, and unfolded once they were shoved out the back of the airplane. 

Twelve C-7s entered their airspace and deployed full loads of these specialized soldiers. Three more deployed regular airborne infantry.

Jumping into a snowstorm, with the Titans fighting a massive monster made of human flesh to rescue people in an offline facility being hunted by monsters was not what many of these boys and girls thought they would be fighting when they signed up.

Interviewed afterward about doing this, many said “I was scared out of my wits. I was scared of being crushed, of being devoured, hell, I was scared I would turn into a NOMU. Would I do it again, hell, yes. There is no greater adrenaline rush I have ever experienced.”

The division only deployed a brigade, having another wave on standby to provide reinforcements. 

They only needed one brigade.

The mechs managed to go toe to toe with the mech sized NOMU real easily. Their Anti-Kaiju rounds were able to penetrate their flesh and blast them apart, and the non-fleshy mechs were far more nimble and able to dodge enemy shots with ease. The 82nd even used the fighting Kaiju as weapons, luring the enemies under the monsters only to be crushed since they cannot dodge the Kaiju’s feet. 

Inside the facility, the 82nd was finding difficulty against the infantry sized NOMU. Ambushes were dwindling their forces, and the NOMU were very durable against many of their weapons. Grenades seemed to be the only effective weapon to wound a NOMU, they were making ground though. Charlie Company managed to contact Petty Officer Hood, and use her to reach the survivors. The Godzilla-Human Hybrid was very potent, having managed to littler the battlefield with her kills. Burning the wounds with her radioactive breath to prevent regeneration, as the rapid regeneration was making small arms ineffective. 

They managed to evacuate all the personnel they could, but they could not retake the facility, too many NOMU were hidden throughout. 

The Mech NOMU also seemed to not die. Crushed NOMU formed themselves back together, piece by bloody piece. Infantry NOMU, even the dead ones that Petty Officer Hood had killed ripped apart. Some were fusing together, making bigger, stronger monsters. 

The Kirov Beast was being mutilated, gored by Youyorozu, burned by Shoto and Bakugo. Blitzed by Vigilantis. Ripped into by Eri. 

And it just kept regenerating. In fact, it seemed to be exhausting the Titans. Draining them of energy while using that energy to grow more yet still. More bodies seemed to regenerate on its back, and the screams echoed out more.

But the dead that were burned with Atomic Breath? Not one stirred.

Tokyo team gave Eri this information to relay to Vigilantis. And Vigilantis let out a roar.

Not an Alpha Call, not a normal roar.

A cry for help, a truce.

It was a call for an enemy to become an ally.

The blizzard soon stopped. The Kaiju sensed something.

The ice crackled, and glowed iridescent. The 82nd with their saved personnel booked it, laddening their mechs with injured and dead and running as far away from the glow that seemed to keep coming closer.

Geiger counters shot up, radiation permeated everything. NOMU regenerated quicker.

The ice cracked and buckled revealing, dorsal plates. 

The King arrived.

Godzilla opened up the fight with the Kirov Beast with a blast of Atomic breath to the mound of flesh shaped like a head. 

Emerging from the ice like a submarine, the mighty king of the Monsters told Vigilantis to step aside with a mighty roar before slamming into Beast. 

He, though highly radioactive, was actually preventing regeneration. 

He slammed the monster against the ice, he slammed him against Momo, he slammed the thing against Outpost. He burned every square inch of the monster, breaking the keel of the Kirov class battlecruiser, breaking the spinal functions of the monster. He then proceeded to glass the entire facility and any mech sized NOMU he saw.

Nothing remained. The containment of Uraraka was still sealed beneath the base, but now she was encased in glassed concrete and steel. 

Note from Monarch: A state of Emergency has been declared across the planet. The NOMU epidemic has caused a great deal of weapons with nuclear reactors have disappeared. Several Kaiju sized NOMU have been spotted across the planet. And the corpse from Outpost-27-1A has disappeared with no Kirov in sight. Multiple Kaiju are appearing after being driven out of hiding by NOMU, increasing Kaiju discovery and attacks. All Kaiju research and defence organizations are being mobilized or seized by Monarch to begin hunting NOMU and pacifying Titans.

WARNING TO ALL TITAN CONTAINMENT AGENCIES: MONARCH NEEDS CLOSE COLLABORATION IN THIS TIME OF CRISIS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL HAVE ALL YOUR ASSETS SEIZED AND THE TITANS IN YOUR CONTAINMENT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO MONARCH

NOTE: Midnight managed to reunite the little girl saved in Transylvania with her family. She is happy and healthy, and gave vital intel on the operations as a whole. She has been allowed to rest for the time being before questioning. under military guard to ensure she is not assassinated to keep those secrets with her
