Gigi's perspective.
Gigi's alarm goes off. She quickly snatches her phone, hitting the 'Dismiss' button. She clicks on her messaging app, scrolling through her contacts. No new messages. She closes the app, then opens up Tiktok, mindlessly scrolling for a few minutes before there's a knock on her door. She scrambles out of bed, pulling her sweater on, and answers the door. Scraps stands outside, not wasting any time to start the conversation-- "Gigi, did you take my pen again?" Gigi chuckles. Caught again... "This one?" She pulls a sparkly pink pen with a crystal engraving out of her pocket. "Gigi!!" Scraps reaches to take it, but Gigi shoves it back in her pocket. "Too slow mweheheh!" she smiles. Scraps hisses at her, "Why do you need my pen??" Gigi tilts her head. "It's pretty. It gives me an excuse to talk to you, and it's funny to see you try and fail to get it back." ... "You could've just asked to hang out, Silly." Scraps hits Gigi's hand away with her tail and reaches into Gigi's pocket, grabbing the pen. "I could've, but this is more fun!" Scraps fidgets with the pen for a second, then tests it on the edge of her paper dress.
"You're lucky you didn't break it." Scraps starts to tell Gigi about how the pen is a 'collectors item' but Gigi cuts her off. "Would you have even been that mad?" she jokes, sticking out her tongue. "Well--no, but it's still expensive!" Scraps' ear flicks in annoyance. "You could never get mad at me Mwhehehe!!" "Anyways, do you wanna go out somewhere?" Gigi asks, ignoring how Scraps seems to be slightly annoyed at her.
"Of course I would, silly." Scraps continues: "The question is where?.." "I don't know. We could go to Shelly's attraction--they recently fixed it up--or, we could just stay at home. I'm sure I have some things in my collection that would be good for craftmaking." "Shelly's room sounds good! I've been waiting to go. Goob already dragged, like, half the toons over there while I was busy on a run." "Oof. I'll meet you there--" Gigi takes out her phone to check the time. "It's 2:30, so maybe 6:00?"
"Sure." Scraps smiles. She wraps her tail around Gigi in a hug gesture. Gigi giggles, and then watches her walk away.
Gigi closes her door and makes her way to the dresser. She finishes changing, then she reaches up into her shelves, pushing away some plushies--and grabs a box. Inside it is lots of accessories--jewellery, pins, even a thin rhinestone belt. She takes out a necklace and a few pins. She clips the necklace around her neck--with a few seconds of struggle, of course--and starts attaching the pins to her sweater. A bisexual pin, a pin with a cute little cat on it (she stole it from Scraps' room last time they hung out), and a little star-shaped pin with the words 'I tried' on it that she bought off AliExpress. She sits down in her chair, swiveling around in a circle, unsure what to with the next three and a half hours. She thought it'd take alot longer, with alot of procrastinating...But she actually seems incredibly...Excited?
