Summary:

After the ninja defeated the crystal king, everyone is happy and lives in peace. But when the ninja's go on a mission and doesn't come back, its up to the ninja's friends to get them back. Cross posted on wattpad, same title and profile.

Chapter 1: Author's note

Hi everyone!

 I am starting a new fanfiction and this one will take place again after crystalized and will contain blood, gore and fighting. 

I would appreciate it to comment and give your opinion about this story! 

This is my third or fourth, idk any more! 

By all means then, enjoy!

 

 

Oh yeah, I forget the important stuff. (Like always)

I will try to udate every week around the weekend! 

(It is a lot of work writing this in your free time with all the homework, sports and thing you need to DO!)

Chapter 2: Prologue

A week.

A week since the six ninja have gone off to a mission and not came back.

Some people got to the place were the six were last seen and the place where they were sent. But there was nothing, not any sign of them.

Not even blood or destruction if there was a fight. They are just lost, gone from ninjago. As if they disappeared into thin air.

Life was peaceful and good, but with the ninja gone. Many people are losing hope, hope that nothing will happen to them and if somehting happens, the ninja will save them and the city.

Sure, there are Master Wu, Pixal, Skylor and all the other allies of the ninja's who can save the people. But the truth is that the ninja stand for hope and without the ninja,

there

is

no

hope.

Chapter 3: Lost it

Beep Beep! A alarm sounds through the monastery, we all run as fast as we can to the control room.

Pixal and Zane are already standing there and Pixal disables the alarm and says:' We got a report of something unusual outside the city' Lloyd looks to the other ninja confident and says:' Lets check it out'

'Finally some action!' Says Cole and Kai nods in approval and slams his knuckels to each other. 'Lets kick some but!' The ninja starts to take off and say everyone goodbye. The ninja's got very close to a lot of people since the defeat of the crystal king.

'Stay safe okay?' Says Vania to Cole and he answers:' Yeah, I will'

'You ready to go? Would you not like any more updates before you go?' Asks Pixal to Zane and he replies with:' No Pixal, I am good and I am gonna miss you to' They hug before Zane also jumps onto the ship like Cole already did.

'Hey hothead, take care for yourself out there' Screams Skylor to Kai who is already on the ship and he screams back:' I will! And don't call me a hothead!'

She laughs and Jay whispers to Cole:' She is telling the truth' And Cole laughs but Jay said it to loud, Kai had heard them. Kai turns around and screams:' Hey! I heard that!' They begin running away from him like little kids, I laugh by the sight of it.

I look at Lloyd who is standing at the steering wheel of the Bounty like a real leader and future master of the monastery. I sigh, when I die, the monastery will be in good hands.

Nya is standing next to him, ready to take off. 'Bye!' Screams Vania and soon everyone else who isn't coming starts to scream the same. They wave before they dissapear at the horizon.

A unease feeling fills my body that this willn't be a normal mission but I refuse to let that feeling cloud my wishdom. They will be back before I know it with good news, there ninja's and a team.

Nothing will happen.

 

But they didn't came back. Eight days after there take-off they weren't back. My feeling was right, something happend. This wasn't a mission, this was ambush. And my students fell right for it.

I walk throught the monastery who is now silent. No videogame sounds, no sounds of sparring, no laughs, no sounds of happy people, only the sounds of silence and emptiness.

'Master Wu?' I hear a voice coming from beside me, its Skylor. She has been looking for the ninja, especially Kai, all over ninjago. But she hasn't found anything.

'Found anything new?' I ask without looking at her. 'No, but Pixal said she and Vania are going to look for Cyrus Borg. Maybe he can help us looking for them with his tech!' She says with a little bit of hope in her voice and I nod in approval.

I want to walk away but she asks:' Where are you going?' I turn around and look at her for the first time in a while and say:' My brother'

Chapter 4: Misjudged

Eight days ago.....

We wave towards the people we love and care about and then focus us on the mission.

Lloyd and Nya are standing at the steering wheel while Jay tries to beat Zane for the hundredth in chess.

Finally something to do!

It was so boring to be hole days in the monastery for training. I know it because of out powers but still, Lloyd doesn't need to do anything! I forgot, he needed to do master training. Mediating for hours with no food and drinks!

'You still there hothead?' Asks a voice from behind me and I turn around and its Cole. I immediately become mad at him for calling me a hothead and scream:' Why do you keep calling me a HOTHEAD!'

He laughs and I try to hit him but he dodges and begins to run away. 'Stop running, you mudbrain!' I tease him and also start running after him.

After a while, I got him and tackle him. He falls onto the ground and I tease:' Ha! Got you!' He sighs and I help him up. When he finally stands with two feets onto the ground, Lloyd screams through the Bounty:' Where here!'

Cole and I look at each other before sprinting towards the steering wheel, where already everybody is waiting.

'Alright guys, this is the place. It is a old factory and in the report stood that there was some movement detected by the camera's and one man said that he had seen something suspicious' Says Lloyd and then continues with:' Zane, you and Jay will go and check the camera's, Nya and Cole will go check on the old man and me and Kai will go check out the factory from the inside'

We nod and begin to prepare to go. After were done with the preparations, we all leap off of the Bounty and then split up. 'Woohoo!' I scream when I leap of the Bounty and then I spin into spintjitzu and land onto the ground.

After some seconds, the others also land onto the ground with there spinjitzu.

'Bye hothead, hope you don't get it to hot in your head' Says Cole and Jay gives him a high five and says:' That was a good one!'

I ignore them and roll with my eyes. I turn towards Lloyd, Nya and Cole just left and began looking for the man that maybe has information.

'How are we gonna get in there?' Asks Jay to Lloyd while all four of us are looking at the old factory who looks like a cube to me.

'We are going through that hole in the roof. When were in, Zane, Jay, you two are going to look for the camera's immediately' They nod and then we make our way to the 'cube' factory.

We all jump onto a branch of a tree and then we can jump onto the roof of the factory. Lloyd is the first one to jump and he gives a thumbs up to sign that it is safe. Zane, me and finally Jay follow his example and land onto the roof.

We walk silently towards the hole in the roof. A whole piece of the roof just collapsed into the factory and left a big hole. The perfect way to get into this 'cube' factory, I think. Lloyd signs with hands to go in and after we nod, he jumps into the black hole.

After a while we see a green light orb coming up from the black hole, its safe. Without thinking, I jump into the black hole and land hard on my face. 'Ugh' I whisper from the fall and suddenly a person lands next to me! Almost on my face! Its Jay who is staggering on his feet. 'Hey, look out were your landing!' I whisper angry to Jay and he whispers back with sarcasm:' Sorry hothead'

I roll with my eyes again and stand up. Zane has also landed and is standing next to Lloyd. He makes signs with his hands to stay quiet and to follow him.

We nod in approval and Jay and I share a angry look at each other. Lloyd sees it and shakes his head and then begins to walk into the dark of the 'cube' factory.

After a while of walking into the dark, we come to a fork in the road. Lloyd stops and signs to Jay and Zane that this is where we split and that they go looking for the camera's. They nod and dissapear into the darkness.

Alone with Lloyd, we walk in silence further into the 'cube' factory. It is complete dark but then, we suddenly see a light coming from somewhere in the distance.

I am not gonna lie, thats weird.

Lloyd and I share a look and begin walking towards the light.

Suddenly we come at a open area of the 'cube' factory. We walk our way towards the middle were the light comes from but we don't see anything.

Suddenly we hear something above us and we look up. To our surprise, we see one person standing there with a spotlight, shining it on us.

He looks at us with a grin and then whistles with his fingers. I see Lloyd eyes get bigger when he does that, something is going on.

Suddenly, a lot of footsteps are coming our way through the dark walls. We begin to stand in our fighting poses with our backs against each other.

'Hahaha, you fell right for my trap' We hear the man above us laughing and then the spotlight grows bigger. The open area gets fulled with light and what we see is not what we were expecting.

Around us, there are all standing warriors with there wapens pointed on us.

Oh shit, we've got a problem.

Chapter 5: By surprise

With Cole and Nya... (Nya pov)

'Alright, where could that man be' Says Cole questioning himself and me when we walk around the old factory looking for him.

When we walk around the corner, we see a old wooden bungalo, maybe he is in there.

We run towards the old wooden house and I knock onto the door. There follows a silence but then the door cracks open. But to our surprise, no one is standing behind it.

We look at the dark hallway of the wooden house. I look anxiously at Cole and he looks anxiously back, great.

I step into the dark hallway and then start to walk through it, I hear that Cole follows me.

'Hello? Uhm, man?' I try and Cole screams:' We are here for the thing or things you saw in the factory!'

I roll with my eyes, that is a stupid idea. Suddenly the light in the old wooden house starts to flicker and Cole says scared:' Uhm, I don't think light do that so often'

I nod in approval and we start to walk back to the door and then we run. But the door is closed, Cole tries to open it but I will not open!

'Ughh! Stupid door!' Screams Cole frustrated and then we hear something.

'Woo, sjiiiiiiiiiii. Woo sjiiiiiiiiii'

'What the hell was that?' Asks Cole to me and I look at him not knowing.

Then the lights just turn off and we stand in the darkness.

'Stay cal...mm!!' I try to say but then a hand closes my mouth and says:' Silence little girl'

The lights turn back on and I see Cole laying unconscious on the floor. I try to scream out to him but then I smell something and I breath it in.

'Good little girl, sleep well' Then everything goes black.

With Zane and Jay... (Jay pov)

After we splitted with Kai and Lloyd, we walk further into the dark hallway looking for camera's.

'There!' I whisper towards Zane and points towards a door.

On the doors stands 'Security' It couldn't have been easier.

We open the door and come into a room with camera's! No way!

Zane walks towards the camera's and tries to get them on but it doesn't work. I walk towards him and try to help.

'Jay, can you go to this camera over here? And then make it work again?' He says while looking at me and I say:' Sure!'

I walk out of the room and walk towards the place were the camera is.

When I am at the place, I look around but doesn't see anything. Maybe it is because of the dark and I use my flashlight that I didn't know i've had in the first place to create light and then I see the camera.

It is in a corner of the hallway and then I jump on some boxes to repair it.

'Zane? Did I do....'

But I can't finish my sentence because a hand closes my mouth suddenly.

I try to scream for help but then I smell something and breath it in with my nose.

The last thing I hear before it becomes dark, is someone saying:' Sleep well mouth of lightning'

With Zane... (Zane pov)

'Jay? Jay!' I try to scream but the screen becomes black again.

The last thing I saw of him was him standing in the hallway and then the camera suddenly became black.

How did that happen?

Nothing could have happened to the camera right?

Not in my calculations.

'Jay, are you okay? Can you return to the security?'

Silence follows, no sign of Jay anymore.

Suddenly the lights go off in the room, how did that happen?

The door cracks open and I hear footsteps coming into the room.

'Jay? Is that you?' I try but no answer of the person who has came into the room.

'I'm not Jay, Mr. Roboto' Says a scary voice in the dark.

'Who are you and want do you want?' I say confident and I hear him laugh and say:' Oh, you want to knwo what I want? I want to expand my collection with the legendary ninja's of spintjitzu, including you'

I feel a hand on my mouth and then I smell something and breath it in and slowly lose consciousness.

'Sleep well Mr. Roboto'

For the ones who do not know, I have a week with like two tests per day coming and I need to learn for it so I am not sure that I can still upload every week.

Chapter 6: Union

With Kai and Lloyd... (Lloyd pov)

We are surrounded by people with guns pointed to us, even above us is a man!

'What do you want us to do Vreger?' Asks one warrior at the man on the roof.

The man on the roof, Vreger, comes down and says:' We will ask what they want'

He turns towards Kai and me who are standing in the cirkel of warriors with our backs at each other.

'If we can really chose, let us out of here!' Says Kai and Vreger laughs by his answer.

'Do you really think we are going to let you go' He says and points to all the warriors with there guns still pointed on us.

'No, we want you and your little friends' He says and Kai charges forwards and screams in anger:' Don't touch them!'

He strikes with his sword towards Vreger, who dodges and walks into the crowd.

'I thought you would say that' He says and then walks away and suddenly all the warriors attack, all we can do now is dodge.

I spin into spintjitzu and reflect some darts to the warriors but they also dodge. 'Lets get them!' I hear Kai scream and then he tries to charge his elemental power but then he remembers that he doesn't have them anymore.

'Oh yeah no pow......' Kai brings out but then he gets slammed into a wall.

'Kai!' I scream and try to get to him. He is groaning on the ground from pain and I see that a warrior makes his gun ready for attack.

'No!' I scream and then he shoots. I jump in front of Kai to reflect with my spintjitzu but I am to late to reflect the dart.

It hits me.

With Kai... (Kai pov)

My back is hurting so much. I try to get up but doesn't succeed.

Suddenly I see a green flash in front of me, Lloyd.

'Hey buddy, you okay?' I ask and wait for his answer, but it doesn't come. He doesn't move and I ask:' Hey Lloyd? Answer me?'

Suddenly he fells down on my lap, almost not breathing.

'Lloyd? Lloyd!' I try again and slap him across his face but he still doesn't wake up.

Then I see a dart in his neck with green liquid in it. 'Oh no' I can bring out before I feel something in my neck.

I feel that it is a dart and I take it out. 'Wha......' I can bring out before my vision slowly becomes black.

I only see some warriors coming our way and I try to hold them back but then my hole vision becomes black and I lose consciousness.

I feel myself waking up after a long time. The floor where I lay on is shaking, it is like I am in a driving car.

I open my eyes and see that I am in a truck, I try to see more of the car but my head is still too heavy.

After a while of resting, I can finally see the hole car. To my amazement, Jay and Zane are also laying on the floor of the truck, unconscious.

'Zane?'Jay?' I try to get to them but get hold back by the chains who are set at the wall and at my wrists so I can't escape.

I look at the chains and see that they are made of vengestone.

Great, no powers if we still had them in the first place.

After a while of trying to break the chains, I becomes desperate.

'Zane? Jay? Please wake up I need your logic and jokes because we need to get out of here!' I almost scream out and then I see Jay moving.

'Jay?'

Here is the next chapter! I really have no idea why I choose this chapter title, I doesn't fit but I am running out of chapter titles so I needed to do something. I know it is short but it does seem like a good ending to me.

Chapter 7: Export

My eyes flutter open, I am in something that is driving, is the first thing I think when I come back to consciousness.

I try to get a better look of where I am and succeeds.

I stare at the floor in shock, Cole and Lloyd are laying on the floor, unconscious with there wrists and ankels chained to the ground. Then I realize that I am also chained but then to a wall.

I try to get the chains off of me but I fail. I breath heavily after all the effort of getting free of the chains.

'Ughh, what the hell happened?' I hear a tired voice next to me, it is Cole, he's awake!

'Cole' I try to scream but then I remember that my mouth is to dry to scream yet. 'Nya?' He asks and then sees in what condition I am.

'Why are you chained up? I... Argh!' He begins and then finds out that he is also chained.

'What? Why?' He asks to himself and then he tries to struggle free from the chains.

'Cole it doesn't work, were trapped' I say still with a dry mouth and he sighs but doesn't give up yes. 'I can still use my..... Arghh!' He says and tries to use his earth powers but then he remembers that he doesn't have his earth powers anymore.

'Can you not use your powers?' He asks and I shake my head. 'Vengestone?' He asks and I nod in agreement.

He sighs to and then says:' How are we getting.....' But he doesn't complete his sentence because he sees Lloyd laying next to him, also chained to the ground.

'Lloyd! Hey wake up!' He tries and tries to shake him awake with one hand. After a while, Lloyds eyes flutter open and he is immediately awake.

'Kai!!' He screams out, his mouth also dry. He looks around him and then sees that Kai isn't here.

'What... where am I?' He asks and then finds out that he is chained to the ground. 'Great' He says and then sees us.

'Hey buddy' Cole says and Lloyd looks confused to me and Cole. 'Cole? Nya? How did you get here?' He asks and I replies with:' We just woke up here. We are in a truck, not in the factory anymore'

We see him thinking and then asks:' What happened to you two? You weren't in the factory right?' Cole and I look at each other and Cole says:' The old man wasn't real, we walked right into there trap in the old wooden house'

I see Lloyd thinking and he says:' Kai and me were also trapped, but then in the factory' He stops and then gets a realisation.

'The same must have happened to Jay and Zane!' He says and we look at each other in panic.

'So that means all of us are captured by one group? That has never happened before!' Cole screams out and Lloyd tries to answer but then the truck stops.

We hear some people getting out of the car and then walk next to the truck towards the valve of the truck.

The valve opens and we are blinded by the light from outside. Outide the valve are standing two warriors and then we see someone standing between them.

He walks towards us and says with a smile:' Welcome ninja, we will take good care of you all and your friends'

I don't remember the man but Lloyd does.

'Vreger! Where are the others?!' Screams Lloyd and the man, Vreger, smiles even more.

'Oh, you will find out soon enough'

Here is the next chapter! Is it late? Idk, but I am so curious to write this further! It is maybe a little bit shorter than the other chapter but I also need to learn for my test, so that is the reason.

Chapter 8: Session

Kai pov

'Ugh Kai, what happened?' He asks and tries to get up but can't because the chains are holding him down.

'We are captured' I say and Jay looks at me still foggy and then he sees Zane?

'Zane? Hey buddy wake up, I thought you were still in the security!' On the exact moment he says that, Zanes robotic eyes flicker.

'Kai, Jay, what happened?' He asks when he is fully conscious and I say again:' We got kidnapped or in our situation, ninjanapped'

Suddenly the car stops and we almost fall over but manages to find our balance. 'I think were here' Whispers Jay and I roll with my eyes and whisper:' No way!'

Suddenly the valve opens and we see six guards standing behind it. 'Oh no, I think were in... Hey!' I say but they get roughly grabbed by two guards and pulled outside the truck roughly.

I look behind me and see that the same happens to Jay and Zane. 'Let us go you idiots!' I hear someone scream next to me and I see that it is Cole.

'Cole?' I ask while we are still dragged somewere and he looks up to me and then tries to say:' Kai? What are you doing here...Ah!' He gets kicked in his leg and falls over.

'Let me g...wait, Jay?' I hear someone say and I look behind me and see that Nya is also dragged by two guards towards the first spintjitzu master knows where.

'Nya?' Jay and I say in union and then someone says behind Nya:' Kai?' I look behind her and see something green, Lloyd! They also put something at my suit but I don't get it.

'Lloyd! Are you okay?' I ask and he nods and asks:' Are you all okay?' I look at Jay and Zane and then say:' I don't know but.... Ahhhhhh!'

Suddenly I get kicked in my back and fall into a dark hole in the floor. I don't feel anything and I think, do they want me to die in here?

Suddenly I see the ground coming closer and then something pulls me up from my back and I hang still.

'Puh' I say and then look how I am still alive and see that a rope is fastened against my back. Suddenly the rope moves and I get thrown into a room.

I stand up but then some guards grab me again and they put handcuffs on my writs and push me forwards.

'Hey! Let me go!' I scream and then hear Cole scream behind me, the others need to do the same as me! But I already get dragged away from the dark hole into the dark hallway.

Suddenly we arrive at a room with a throne in the middle, on the throne sits Vreger. I growl and I say:' Vreger, why are we....Mmfppp!'

A guards puts a cloth on my mouth so I can't talk. The others slowly come into the room and also have a cloth on there mouth.

'Hello ninja!' Vreger stands up from his throne. 'Welcome, I hope you had a nice trip' He smirks and I roll with my eyes, what is he a idiot.

'I think you want to know why you're here' He looks at me and knows that I want to know the truth. 'You're because of your powers. I want to rule Ninjago like the first spintjitzu master did, but for that, I will need all the mighty powers to rule Ninjago'

I am shocked, he is overthinking this! 'I know you all doesn't have your powers anymore but that will come later while you stay here, first I want to go to for the non creation powers.'

He looks at Nya and says:' Water and wind. With those powers you can control Wojira and do more incredible things!'

I look around and meet Lloyd glance, what the hell does this man think he can do?

Chapter 9: Prison, sweet home

Cole pov

'Escort them to their cells' Vreger orders and the guards start to escort us to the first spintjitzu master knows where.

I want to reach out to Lloyd and Nya, who are forced towards the left.

'Mmmpfff!' I try to scream towards them but because of the cloth in my mouth I can't. They dissapear in the dark hallways and then the guards push me and Kai towards the middle hallway.

They push us forward before we even get a look on Jay and Zane, who are forced to the left. We get pushed through the dark hallways and then arrive at some bars, a cell, for sure our new home.

We get pushed roughly into the cell and our handcuffs and cloths are taken off. Then the door get closed with a loud bang, we sit still in the dark.

Kai runs towards the bars and begins to punch on it and screams:' Hey! Let us out of here!' But the guards already dissapear in the dark hallways.

'So, do you have any idea how to get out of here?' I shake my head but then remember that he can't see me so I say:' I don't know'

And so we sit there, in the dark. Not knowing what happened to the others and trapped in a cold and dark cell underground without an escape plan.

Nya pov

Lloyd and I get pushed towards the left and that seperates us from the rest. We get roughly pushed through the dark hallways and then I look back and see that Vreger is following us.

Lloyd sees it too and then we arrive in a big hall. In the middle is some large destruction. What is that thing?

Lloyd is just as surprised as me seeing this but suddenly we get pushed to the side , into a cell that has sight on the hole hall and our handcuffs and cloths are taken off.

Lloyd tries to escape and begins to charge his power but they doesn't work because the bars are made of vengestone.

Lloyd punches the bars but they doesn't even make a sound.

'Where even are we?' I ask and he replies with:' I don't know but I don't think this is a good place to be' Suddenly we see Vreger coming towards our cell and Vreger smirks and then looks towards the structure in the middle.

'Welcome in the Hall, here we remake the world to our image' He looks at something behind us and we turn around.

'I see you haven't met you're new cellmates, subject one' We are shocked, someone else is also here?!

'I Hope you two will like you're new cellmate, subject two and three' I sense that Lloyd is angry and he says:' Why are you calling us like that?!'

He smirks and says without even looking at us:' Enjoy you're new names and your new home, bye!'

He walks away and then I see Lloyd's eyes glowing purple, his oni side!

'Hey, calm down!' I try and lay a hand on his shoulder. He turns around and looks at me angry with glowing purple eyes.

'Stop saying what I need to do!' He says with a deep and angry voice, that is not his normal voice!

I step back and then he wants to attack me but then a dark green shadow jumps in front of me and pushes Lloyd against the bars. He holds Lloyd at his throat against the bars of the cell.

'Let me go!' Lloyd screams but then I see that his eyes are slowly turning green again. When his eyes are green again, the dark green shadow drops him and Lloyd drops towards the ground.

Lloyd looks up towards the dark green shadow and then says in shock a name that I never wanted to hear again:

'Morro?'

Vreger pov

I walk away from the cell and then walk around the machine in the middle of the Hall.

I walk into the security and then look at the camera's.

Kai and Cole are trying to escape, Jay and Zane are sitting and possible thinking how do escape and Nya and Lloyd are meeting there new cellmate or should I say subject two and three are meeting subject one.

The other ninja have no use for me yet but they will need to help Lloyd or subject two achive his golden powers again and then I can steal it because he is the only one who can achive it.

I only need to get Nya's or subject three's powers and then I have fully control of Wojira because I already have Morro or subject ones powers.

This will be a pleasure.................

Here is the next chapter! This is also the chapter for this weekend because I am going on a vacation. So I will not update this weekend because this is that chapter!

Extra long chapter because I have nothing to do at school so I thought, why not write the next chapter at school?

Chapter 10: Continue

Kai pov

It is not the first time we are in prison, we've been in Kryptarium for two times, we've been captured by the skull sorcerer, we've been captured by the serpentine and even been captured by the keepers of the amulet!

But this time, it feels more wrong.

They want ultimate control over Ninjago and want to do that with using our powers for that! 'Ugh, I just want to get out of here!' I scream and punch the bars one more time but it has no use.

'Hey, calm down. You cannot get us out of here with anger' Says a voice behind me and I roll with my eyes and turn around.

'Do you have any other idea's how we can get out of here?!' He looks at me serious and then says:' No but I am trying to think about a way out of here'

I growl in anger and want to scream at Cole but then I hear movement in front of our cell. I turn around and say:' Finally some action'

Lloyd pov

'Morro?!' I scream out in absolute shock and anger.

Blood on your hands, you're own friends being scared of you!

Being hurt by you!

No control of your own body, trapped inside your own mind, nowere to go......

'Lloyd! Lloyd!' I wake up with a start and then see that Nya is shaking me awake. 'Hey, you okay?' She asks and I forget that Morro is here also and nod confused.

'You sure you okay, you look a little shaken' Suddenly says a voice behind me and I see a person with a shade of green in his eyes that I wanted to never see again.

I startle backwards and remember why I got those memories from, Morro. 'Back off, don't you see that he is like this because of you!' I hear Nya defend me and then I hear Morro sniff and he backs off.

'Hey, he isn't going to posses you okay, he just saved you. He isn't going to hurt you' Nya's words make me feel more safe and then I stand up and look Morro into the eyes.

'I see that greeny is finally awake' I hear Morro say with that creepy voice of him. I refuse to back down and say confident:' Why and how are you here Morro?'

He rolls with his eyes and says:' They revived me because I have the elemental power of wind, better they brought me back for my elemental powers so they can get control of Wojira together with your powers'

He points towards Nya and then I sigh deep and say:' How long have you been here?' He sighs and looks through the bars.

'I don't know, I have seen them build this thing so I think 2 months because that is what Vreger said how much time it should cost' Nya and I look at each other and Nya says:' That is long'

He says not bored at all:' It is not that long, you know he wants to restore you're golden power and then he wants to steal it?'

I nod and he asks:' So where are the other four ninja, I would like to see the fire ninja's reaction when he sees me'

He smirks and I roll with my eyes, still trying to not get close to him. Suddenly the machine in the middle lits up and we hear a voice through the comms.

'Time to finally get control of Wojira, enjoy your powers water ninja because soon they will be gone'

Chapter 11: The real outcome

Vreger pov

After we've drained the ninja's powers, I don't want them here anymore. They will be taken care off by a old friend of mine. I look for my phone and then call my friend.

'Philai, are you there?' I ask and then I hear a old, grumpy and mean voice saying:' Yes, what is it Vreger? Some more weak people who you want to take care off?'

'Yes Philai, I want them gone as fast as possible' I hear Philai talk with someone else at the other side of the phone and then he answers:' How many and when?'

I look at my camera's and say:' Seven people, first four of them, then two or if the progress is successful, three' I hear him talk again and then he replies with:' Okay Vreger, we will get the first four tomorrow, okay?'

I nod but then realize that he can't see me and say fast:' Yes great! See you!' I hear him sigh and then talk again on the other side of the phone.

'Yeah, see you' He has before ending the call. I turn around and sign to the guards that it is time, time for the ninja's to lose their powers for real.

Jay pov

We are sitting in the cell for ages! I have nothing to do and we still don't know where the others are. I am really worried, the most about Nya but at the same time not. I know she can handle herself wherever she is right now.

Suddenly I hear someone walking towards our cell, Zane hears it too and we both make ourselves ready for what is coming our way. Guards appear in front of our cell and drag some handcuffs with them, vengestone handcuffs.

They open the cell and I immediatly want to knock them out and run away but then I feel Zane's hand on my shoulder.

'This will all be over sooner if we work with them, we can't win from them yet' He whispers and I nod. The guards put the handcuffs on our hands and then escord to the first spintjitzu master knows where.

After a while of walking, we arrive at the crossroad we're we got seperated from the other. We now walk straight towards the hallways in front of us, this we're the hallways where Nya and Lloyd were brought too!

We arrive at a big hall with some large construction in the middle of it. We stop with walking and then we wait.

Suddenly we hear some voices behind us, I remember them immediately. They are from Kai and Cole, who are clearly trying to escape.

When they reach us, then stand still next to us. I look into Kai's eyes and see a little fear but overal confident. Cole looks the same while Zane looks serious, not knowing what is going on inside his head.

'I see the four orginal ninja have arrived' We hear a voice coming from the right of the big construction in the middle. It is Vreger, who is standing in front of some bars of a cell.

Could Nya and Lloyd be in that cell?

For the first time, I am right because Vreger walks towards us and says:' You're friends are going to enjoy this' Then we all see Lloyd's blond and Nya's black hair inside the cell.

'Nya! Lloyd' Kai screams but immediately gets punished by a slap on his cheek from a guard. Vreger walks towards him and then says right into his face:' See who tries to make up his mistake, you couldn't protect them. You failed you promise'

I see Kai getting more angry by every word Vreger says. Cole, next to him tries to calm him down but nothing is working.

Luckily, Vreger walks away and then says:' Begin!' The massive construction moves and then we realize that it is actually a machine.

Four glass tubes appear, you're not saying that we need to.....

My thought becomes real when we get pushed to the front, into the glass tubes, all of us. Our handcuffs are take off and I try to run but the door already gets closed.

I faintly hear Nya and Lloyd screaming to let us go but it is no use, we are doomed.

Chapter 12: Invaders of the earth

Philai pov

I turn around to the people who are looking at the camera's in camp Breesh and I say:' We will get four new prisoners tomorrow, tell them to make some beds free or kill some who are too weak'

They nod and then a guard, Samiol my favorite and best guard says through the comms :' Vier nuwe gevangenes môre, maak vier beddens gereed in die stapelbeddens'

(This is African for the people who don't know, thought a other language was fun to use and it looks like my own language. The villains here will speak this language who Zane also doesn't know. Philai can speak both and the guards who are at the comms)

I hear someone say on the other side of the comm:' Ja, ek sal vier beddens gereed maak voor môre' I nod, we are going to have more prisoners!

And this time, they are the famous ninja who are going to the extreme in camp Breesh, my camp for people who deserve to pay.

Lloyd pov

Jay, Kai, Zane and Cole are screaming in pain in those glass tubes, it reminds me of myself who was trapped in a same sort of glass tube when the overlord drained my power.

Suddenly the realisation comes, they are draining there powers! But that means that......

The door of the cell opens, four guards come in and grab my arms and put vengestone handcuffs on them before I can do anything. They drag me out of the cell and hit Nya while she is trying to follow me out of the cell.

The machine suddenly shifts with the ninja still being drained of their powers who weren't even useful, they were only inside them and now they get pulled out from the inside because they are burried deep inside them.

Like your soul being sucked out of your body, that must be very painful. I hope I never have to experience that again. (Sorry Lloyd but you are gonna experience that again)

Another glass tube appears in front of me and the guards, Vreger stands next to it and says:' Now it is your time greenie' They push me forward, into the glass tube.

'No!' I hear Nya scream and then they put my handcuffs off and close the door fast, that I can't escape. I see Morro and Nya stand against the bars, looking desperate.

'Begin the transfer'

Then it begins.

But I don't feel any pain, it feels like my power is completing again. Like this is my real power and the power I had for years was just a fragment of that.

The power surges through my body and it feels amazing! But then I remember that these powers are not mine, but from the ninja.

It immediately feels less awsome but I am still full of energy. I look down at my hands and see the golden glow in it again. '

This ends now!'

I fly on my golden dragon together with the overlord possesing my fathers body, just saving Dareth of being flattened by us.

'Dad!' He is full of light again, no darkness anymore.

I hug him and feel his warmth again after a long time.

'Dad!' A mountain with the form of a hand appears behind him and he gets brought up.

'You're all alone golden ninja'

It feels like a part of me is being ripped out my body.

'I am not alone!'

Kai pov

So this is how Lloyd felt when his golden powers were being sucked out of his body, this is so painful! It feel like my soul is being sucked out of my body, not that I know how that feels but it is just a guess.

And then suddenly, it all stops.

I breath heavily in my soaked in sweat ninja gi from the draining. I look around me for the others and then see that they are the same as me.

I don't feel so good, it feels like a part of me is missing. I look at my hands and question myself, my fire is drained but I didn't even had it, why do I feel like this?

A bright golden light catches my attention and I look to the right and see another glass tube. Vreger is standing next to it and in it is Lloyd, in his golden ninja suit?!

How did he get that back?

'I see that the golden ninja with his golden power is back' Vreger says and I look at him in fear for Lloyd. He sees me looking at him and then he smirks and screams:

'Begin the draining!'

Chapter 13: Talking trees

Nya pov

Lloyd is in his golden suit again!? How did he get that back?!

'Begin the draining' We all hear Vreger say and we all think, no! He doesn't deserve to go through that again! He told me and Kai about what happened back then and by the sounds of it, it was horrible.

'Let him go Vreger!' I try but I know that it is hopeless, Vreger isn't going to stop right now. But to my surprise, he hears what I said and turns his head towards me, thinking it through? Maybe he wants to stop this all but my hope immediately flies away when Vreger smirks at me mean.

Suddenly I get pushed aside by Morro and he says:' Don't, he only wants to get into your head and make you even feel worse than you already are' I nod still angry and sad and then return looking at Lloyd again.

The other four ninja, inclusive my brother are looking desperate at Lloyd. He has their powers and those powers are being stolen and there is nothing that we and Lloyd can do to stop it. The machine moves again and then the draining begins.

Lloyd lets out a horrifying cry that makes my heart break, he needs to endure this again! I look Kai into the eyes and see that he feels the same.

After watching helpless how Lloyd gets drained by his just restored golden powers, the golden ninja gi dissapears from his body and the golden glow also. His eyes are now black, not green anymore.

His powers are gone.

He collapses onto the ground of the glass tube and slips into unconsciousness. 'Good' Vreger says happy and then he orders:' Get those ninja out of here, I don't need them anymore'

We see the guards nod and then they open the cells. Kai immediately attacks the guards but they shock and force him onto the ground. 'Leave Lloyd go!' He screams and my heart breaks even more.

Kai promised Lloyd's father when he was still good to take care of Lloyd when he was gone. Next week Lloyd got possessed by the ghost who wanted to be the green ninja, this absolutely broke Kai's heart.

And now Morro is standing next to me, good. He doesn't know how much he hurt Kai while he was possessing Lloyd.

Cole, Jay and Zane also get grabbed and forced to the ground because they also tried to escape except for Zane because he knows better than resisting the guards. They also open Lloyd's glass tube and pull him out, still unconscious.

I look at them being dragged away, hopeless. I can't do anything to help them right now. I see the boys being dragged towards the right of the cell, where now is a gateway towards somewhere I don't know.

I want to scream towards them but Vreger sees it and comes closer towards our cell. 'Don't worry, you will soon join them' He says and I back off scared for the others and myself.

What the hell does this man want with us?!

He treats us like we are objects who need to be placed in the right spot, the worse a person can do to his kindred spirits.

Kai pov

We are getting dragged towards a new hallway, I try to resist but they only hold me tighter. I look at the others, they are the same as me but Lloyd.

He is awake but still weak from the draining of his golden powers. He tries to look fine but I know he isn't and the others also know.

After a long walk, we arrive at a truck. The truck has bars behind to lock up criminals. Ohno, we need to get in there don't we?

Yes, they push us in the truck and then close the door with our handcuffs still on. We hear Vreger talk to the people in the truck in a language that I cannot understand.

I look at Zane and see that he is scanning the language but it is taking to long. 'What language is it Zane?' Jay whispers I don't know why and Zane looks him right into the eyes and says confused:' I don't know, it isn't in my database'

How does Zane not have it in his database? He has all the information from the world! I thought.

Suddenly the truck moves and it begins to drive. We almost lose our balance but stay on our places. I don't know where we are going but I only know that it isn't a good place.

We can only hope for the best.

United we fight.

Seperated we fall.

Chapter 14: Trapped Like A Bug

Zane pov (really hard to write)

We are handcuffed inside a truck, Lloyd has slipped into unconsciousness and the others are tired from the draining of our powers, like me. It feels weird that I don't feel the coldness inside me anymore, it is like a part of me is missing. 

The truck is driving now 4 hours, 3 minutes and 43 seconds and we still aren't at our location. Where are we even going? Vreger said he didn't need us anymore but where is he sending us right now? 

That language the people spoke when we were pushed into the truck, I don't know that language. 

That frustrates me the most. 

I know all the languages of the world and I've done all updates in my system but I still can't recognise the language or understand it. 

Out of nowhere, the truck stops and we almost fall of our seats, well the most of us. Jay falls of his seat onto the ground and screams:' Ah!' 

He lands on his face and groans in pain, Lloyd wakes up from the sudden stop but keeps his balance and stays on his place. I see Kai looking worried at Lloyd, he still sees him like his little brother. 

The valves open of the truck and the first thing they see is Jay on the floor, groaning in pain. 'Wat de hel dink daardie ding doen hy? Kom ons gee hom iets om te onthou' Says the one of the three mans in militairy outfits and then he steps into the truck and grabs Jay by his collar. 

'Jy mag nie op die vloer lê sonder om die bevel te kry om dit te doen nie, verstaan ​​jy?' I see Jay nod scared but I know that he also doesn't understand what they are saying. 

'Staan ​​op!' The man says while he drops Jay to the ground again but we all don't understand. He grabs the nearest person, Cole and grabs him by his collar and let him stand. 

'Staan op!' He orders again and I think we need to stand up. I stand up and the others follow my lead. I see Lloyd trembling on his feet, still weak from the intensive draining but the man thinks otherwise. 

'Jou swakkeling! Hou op daarmee, anders word jy gestraf!' I see Lloyd nod still out of it but I know he is never going to admit that he is weak. 

I see Kai also growl in anger for threating Lloyd like this. I bump him and he looks at me still angry. I shake my head and then the anger dissapears and get replaced with worry. 

'Loop!' The man says and the man begins to walk, I think we also need to walk. 

I save that the word 'loop' means walk and that the words 'staan op' means stand up. I hear that the other ninja re following me and then I look around me. 

The sky is grey, the night is beginning to dissapear. There are all some kind of tents around us with people in those, they look hungry, defeated, hopeless. 

This isn't a good place, I think and I know that the others think the same. After we've walked by a lot of other tents, we arrive at the first building here. It is some kind of palace, in front of the doors is standing a man, most likely the leader of this place. 

'Welcome ninja in camp Breesh, it is an owner to have you here in my camp! You will be here for a long time so we will make it as oncomfortable as possible for you' 

He smiles at us and then continues:' Not long until the girl ninja will join you after Vreger is done with here together with the one who tried to curse all the realms' He means Nya and Morro and that worries me. 

'Alright, lets get to work! Hope you have a nice stay!' He smirks and the smile looks a little but like Chen's but then worse. 

He is reminding me of the days I was trapped on Chen's island, alone. But now I have my friends, everything is going to be okay. 

'Bring hulle na tent E' He orders the guards and then kneel and say:' Ja bevelvoerder Philai' Then we get pushed to the right, inside a alley made of tents. 

Now I see that on all the tents are letters, A, B, C, D, E.... We arrive at one of the brown tents and then our handcuffs are being taken off and we get pushed inside. 

I see Kai and Cole trying to stand up and resist but then they push Jay and Lloyd onto them so they can't move. 

'Geniet dit!' One of the guarde say and we still don't know what they are talking about. They close the tent, we hear them locking it. We all stay silent for some time until we turn around and look where we are. 

We see bunkbeds all in the tent with people sitting or laying onto them, they don't look good. 

So this is where we need to live, this is going to be difficult.

Here is the next chapter! I am so glad that we finally came to camp Breesh! I love writing about it and I will also add more Occ's because the ninja need to deal with a lot of nice but also mean people. (More mean that nice actually)

Chapter 15: Somehow surviving

Kai pov

 

All the people in the tent are staring at us, they don't seem healthy to me. 

 

There are all bruises on there bodies, like they have been tortured or something. They look at us with pure fear and hopelessness in there eyes. 

 

What the hell did they do to them? 

 

Suddenly four people walk up to us, they look more confident but still fearful. 

 

Three mans and one woman, one man has a scar through his left eye. I think he is the leader because he walks in front and looks the most strong. 

 

'So, we are getting new members. How did you get caught?' He asks mean and Lloyd, who is now in his leader role despite the fatique of the draining replies with:' What is this place? Where are we?' 

 

The group of four begins laughing and we hear behind them all the other people slowly laughing with them, like they are forced to. 

 

'This place? This is a camp for people who doesn't deserve to be free. In this camp you will be punished for your actions, even if you didn't do anything' 

 

I look at him with a open mouth, this is horrible! I see that the others think the same and then Cole asks:' What do they do?' 

 

The man lowers his head and looks right into Cole's eyes and says:' They torture you to death, only the strongest survive' 

 

'This place is horrible, we need to get everyone out of here!' I whisper in Lloyd's ear and he whispers back:' Maybe we should first focus on getting us out of here, then we can focus on getting them out of here' 

 

Yeah, that is definitely a better idea. My heart grows warmer, that is why he is the leader. But he will always stay my little brother, no matter what happens or what he does. 

 

The group in front of us is whispering things and then the leader of the group says:' Alright, you're names' 

 

I feel myself becoming angry and I step to the front. 

 

'What do you mean?' I ask and then he comes close with his face to mine and says with his very disgusting breath:' We are the leaders of this tent, you do what we order you to do' 

 

I am angry and I see that Cole is also angry. 

 

'Oh no way! Is that why all the people are scared?! Because they are scared of you!?' Cole says and steps next to me. 

 

The man growls and the people behind him do to. Someone whispers something in the woman's ear but I don't see it, I only have eyes for the 'leader' here. 

 

'I am protecting this people from Vreger' I push him back and then say:' I don't think you protect them' 

 

I point at the people on the bunk beds and then continue:' I think you let them do the hard jobs so you and you're friends doesn't have to suffer!' 

 

He growls entertaining and then says:' Oh, hothead that is exactly what leaders do' 

 

He snaps with his fingers and then I see in the corner of my eye someone behind Jay. 

 

'Jay look out!' I scream but it is already to late, the woman jumps on Jay and holds a knife at his throat. I see him shiver in fear and exhaustion from the draining. 

 

Lloyd asks, still tired and weak from the draining:' Let him go' 

 

The man growls again entertaining and says:' No, I think we just made the dividing' 

 

One man walks up to Lloyd and attacks him, Lloyd tries to fight back but he is to weak from the draining that he doesn't stand a chance. 

 

The man pushes him on the ground and then helds a knife to his throat to. 

 

I try to fire my fireballs at the man but they doesn't work. Shit, vengestone. 

 

The leader walks up to Cole, Zane and me and says:' Nice to meet you hothead, you three will be in my part of the tent. You three are definitely the strongest, those two are weak. Put them in the side with the other weak ones' 

 

He comes closer and I begin to feel fear. 'Oh don't worry about yourself, you three will have it good unlike them' 

 

I back off like Cole and Zane and he hangs threateningly over us and says:' Welcome by the group of the  Villijns'

 

Nya pov

 

The ninja are gone, I am alone with Morro. 

 

Vreger is beginning to make the machine ready for the draining but I refuse to think it is over, like when Emporer Garmadon took over the city and we thought the ninja were death. 

 

No, I am not gonna stop until its over. I am to stubborn for that, so me and Morro made a plan. 

 

Everyday, one guard comes in to bring us some food. 

 

Our plan is that we hit him unconscious, so we can escape. Hit more guards and look onto the map that is on the wall for a way out and then escape. 

 

I look into Morro's eyes, they are a darker shade of green and we nod. 

 

Tonight, we are going to escape this place for good.

Chapter 16: The first of everything

Jay pov

With a knife under my neck, I am being escorted towards the bunkbeds in the tent. Lloyd is behind me, also with a knife under his neck. 

I look towards the others and see them looking at us, worried but they can't do anything because the leader is standing in front of them. He isn't letting him through so easy I think. 

We walk between the bunk beds, people with mud over them are staring at us. I don't think they like us that much. 

We walk to the back of the tent and then we see a bunk bed that isn't taken completely. The bunk beds are three high and on the lowest bed is laying a old man, barely breathing. 

'Good luck' We hear the people say who escorted us towards this place. Then they leave, I look at Lloyd but he immediately goes to the old man. 

'Mister, are you okay?' He asks and then he coughs weakly and says weak:' Don't spill you're time on me, I am going to meet my lord soon and if you come closer, you will also meet him' 

I look not understanding at the man, what is he talking about? But Lloyd understands it and then begins to tend a red wound on the mans shoulder. 

'Not on my watch' He says stubborn but then we hear a scream through the tent. 

'Die skoolhoof beveel om nou dadelik in jou bed te lê!' 

We see all the people fast laying down in bed, maybe we also need to lay down. But Lloyd doesn't stop, he tears a piece of his gi and then binds it on the mans wound. 

'Lloyd, maybe we should also lay down' I try but he continues tending the wound. I hear the doors opening from the tent and whisper:' Lloyd!' 

But he continues, stubborn like always. I see some guards coming towards us so I climb in bed and try again one more time:' Lloyd!' 

He looks at me and wants to also climb into bed but then he gets hit from the side. He stumbles to the ground, blood dripping from his nose. 

Guards appear behind him and scream at him:' Jy moet in die bed lê, 'n slaaf!' I don't understand what there saying but I don't care right. 

I look at Lloyd who is still on the ground, bleeding from his nose. The guards grab him and pull him up rough. 'Nou in die bed!' They say and I think Lloyd understands what there saying, he climbs up the ladder and lays down in his bed. 

'Ongehoorsame slawe' They say and then they walk away, have a little talk with the leader of the tent and then they walk out of the tent. I look at Lloyd, who is trying to stop his nose from bleeding and his shirt from becoming red. 

'What were you thinking?! Listen to me for one time!' I say angry and Lloyd says serious:' I needed to help that man, he could have died tonight if I haven't tended that wound!' 

He has a point, we are ninja and we help people so maybe it was the right decision. I shake my head and say:' No Lloyd, you're hurt!' 

He looks at his bed and says with regret:' Thats true but...' Someone interrupts him:' What were you thinking newbie?!' 

It is the leader of the tent, he stands in front of our bunk bed with two other people. 

'Not following the instructions of the guards?! How pathetic you are' He says and then continues with:' No excuses, mr stubborn. You are going to follow the rules here or you will get even more blood on your body because of the guards and because of me' 

He walks away and then we hear a voice echoing through the tent:' Dis tyd om te slaap, in die bed te bly of die gevolge te dra' 

I think we need to stay in bed and get some rest, Lloyd doesn't say anything and I begin to fall in sleep. 

My mind drifts away and I think about Nya, I just hope she is okay. 

Cole pov

I lay on the highest bed of the bunk bed were Zane, Kai are sleeping in. I hear Kai already sleeping in these beds but I can't sleep. 

I keep thinking about Lloyd and Jay, they aren't laying with warm blankets and a good mattress. They have it worse and then Nya... 

She is still with Vreger and now alone with Morro in a cell. They are going to drain her powers to, I don't want her to go through that again. 

Her powers were taken by Aspheera once, we were saving her life but it didn't feel right to me. 

I need to sleep, tomorrow is going to be a rough day but I just can't! I am to worried about my friends.... 

But after some time, I drift into sleep. Finally the exhaustion takes over my body and my vision fades to black. 

I just want everyone to be safe...

Chapter 17: Escape 'noted'

Nya pov 

Vreger is busy, it is evening. We already see one guard coming our way, the one with food in its hands. He comes closer and closer and then he opens the door. He looks around the corner but he doesn't see us. Then we jump into action. 

Morro does his hands for the guard's mouth and I knock him out. The cell door wants to fall back but Morro uses the plate to keep it open. I nod at him and then he walks out of the cell. 

I follow him, slowly because we don't want to be seen or caught. We sneak behind the machine in the middle and then I see Morro point towards the place where the others were brought. 

We start to sneak behind boxes until we reach the exit, it is open. The exit is a long hall that leads to the first Spinjitzu master knows where. We try to sneak into the hall but then we hear a door opening behind us. 

We turn around and see Vreger coming out of the door. He looks at us and then screams:" Get them!" 

We don't know how fast we need to run. We run into the long hall and see a car standing ready with on the side 'Camp Breesh.' 

What the hell does that mean?

Morro runs as fast as he can towards the car while I turn around to hold off these guards. I am startled, maybe there are more guards than I thought, maybe even a hundred more. 

I power up my powers and then create a large wave to hit those guards. They are hit and fall onto the ground. I turn my head towards Morro. 

"Is it ready?" I ask and Morro screams:" Almost done!" I create a large wave and let it hit the guards again. Then I run as fast as I can towards the truck and jump in it before the guards can catch me. 

"Go!" I scream, and Morro screams annoyed:" Yeah! I want to go, but this thing... woah!" The truck moves forward with massive speed. I almost fall out of the truck, but I keep my balance just in time. 

We drive through a tunnel until we see light. I sit next to Morro and look around. I see the green trees and the light blue sky and the white clouds that cover the sun. I breathe in the fresh air. 

I look at Morro and see that he is also enjoying his surroundings. He has been there for so long, no wonder he is happy. I know I am looking at the person who tried to curse all the realms, but I still think he changed. I am working together with him for the first Spinjitzu's sake! 

We drive further into the forest and then I say:" We escaped, we did it!" He laughs nervously and says:" Yeah, we actually did, but where do we go now?" I look at the mountains and say confidently:" To the monastery of Spinjitzu." 

He looks at me a little scared and asks, not confident at all:" Do you think that I am still welcome there after all I did?" 

I sigh but then say while laying a hand on his shoulder:" I am sure they can forgive like I have forgiven you." He looks me right in the eyes and asks:" You've forgiven me?" 

I nod and he smiles. I didn't think he would be that fragile from the inside. He will need to get his confidence back. 

Morro pov

After a while of driving through the forest we arrive at the normal road. Nya is looking out of the window every time we drive by people. 

She is looking for them, I know she misses them but you can't expect that they suddenly walk by after they got kidnapped and brought somewhere else. 

I know her brother, her boyfriend, and her friends are missing but that doesn't mean you need to be depressed! 

I shake my head and focus on the road again. I turn left and arrive at a gravel road so the car is shaking a lot. I see the stairs at the end of the road, the monastery where I grew up but abandoned because I didn't become the green ninja. 

I turn off the car and we step out of the car. Nya immediately runs onto the stairs, towards the monastery while I stand still. 

What if they get angry at me and they banish me out of the monastery? 

What if they lock me up and torture me like I tortured Lloyd? 

What if...? 

"You coming?" Nya shouts some stairs up and I sigh deep and say:" Yes, I am coming!" I run upstairs towards the monastery where my life once began and where I am finally going to return again after all this time. 

Vania pov

It has been two weeks since the ninja disappeared and thanks to Cyrus and his tech, we finally got a clue. He found clothes and some kind of poison in the old factory and that means that the ninja are kidnapped, not killed. 

I am happy that they aren't dead, I just hope they are okay and that we find them fast. Then the fact that Master Wu found his brother and who is now living with us in the monastery! 

I walk towards the kitchen to get some food and think, still don't trust and like him. I don't know how Lloyd can live with a father like him. 

He is worse than Vangelis! He is always mean and finds himself the most important. 

I sigh and grab something out of the fridge and when I close it, someone stands behind it and I scream in fear. It is Lord Garmadon, why is he here? 

"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. I just wanted some water." He walks towards the sink and puts the water in the glass and drinks it. 

"It's fine, I was just heading towards, uh, yeah, um, Skylor!" I say and walk away from the scary man. I am happy that he is gone, I breathe in relief. 

I walk out of the monastery, into the courtyard of the monastery. Pixal and Skylor are practicing their moves by sparring, when they see me, they stop and walk towards me. 

"Wanna join?" Skylor asks and I shake my head. I am too shy. "I am not good at this sort of stuff, you two are much better " I say shy, but then Pixal asks:" We can teach you if you want to?" 

Maybe they can teach me how to fight like them, but.... 

Suddenly we hear the doors of the monastery opening. We look at the entrance and see two people coming in, a girl in a light blue suit and a man in a ghostly green suit. 

I know that girl, that is Nya! 

'Nya!' I scream and run towards her. She hugs me and I feel Skylor joining us. We back off from Nya and Pixal says:' I am glad you're okay Nya, what....?' 

But Skylor interrupts her and asks looking really suspicious at the green dude:' Who is this guy?' Nya stands in front of him and says:' This is Morro and he was a villain but he chang.....'  

We hear the doors of the monastery open and then we see Master Wu standing in the doorway. He looks at us and then sees Morro and says shocked and confused but also a little happy:

'Morro?!'

Chapter 18: A voice beneath the floorboards

Lloyd pov

The tent is silent in the morning, no one is talking everyone just stays silent. My nose still hurts but that is not the kind of thing I am worried of right now. 

I am worried about the others, all the people here and our family, who are home worried sick. They don't know where we are or in what condition. 

But I am the most worried for Nya, she is still at Vreger's place with Morro. I know Morro isn't going to hurt her but Vreger definitely wants. 

What is going to happen to her after they have taken her powers to? Is she also going to be brought here? 

I just wanna know how she is doing and if she is alright. I turn around on my bunk bed and look down. Jay is still sleeping on his bed and the man is also still laying on his bed, to still. 

I decide to climb down, I don't know if it is allowed but I don't care, this man needs help. He is almost breathing normally again, it did him good what I did yesterday. After I bind the wounds of the man, he seems to breath more normally. 

I breath in relief, he isn't going to die. I am so glad and I know I even don't know him but he is a person with a life and he needs the opportunity to live that life. 

Then the light go on and on the exact same moment the light goes on, I climb back in my bed and pretend that I am just waking up. 

'Wake up! Diagram!' I hear the leader from the tent says, what does diagram mean? I see the all the other people climb out of bed and stand next to the lowest bed. I see Jay climbing down so I follow him and stand next to the side of the bed. 

I look at man I tended yesterday and see that he is awake, he stands next to me so I ask:' What is the diagram?' The man coughs and says weakly:' The diagram is that the guards are coming to pick the people who are going to work today' 

He coughs again at the same moment the tent opens. I stand as still as I can when the guards come into the tent. They walks through the bunk beds and then they stop next to a young woman, she is holding the hand of a young child. 

'Jy! Kom saam!' The guard points to the woman and I see her looking sad and scared and then the guards grab her roughly and force her out of the tent. The young child, who was holding her hand is crying. 

I see the guard bend over and then he says:' Is jy bang? Sy sal huis toe kom, miskien sonder 'n paar vingers!' The guards laugh and the child begins to cry again. 

The guard rolls with his eyes and then prepares to strike, he wants to kill the child! 

'No!' I scream and run towards the guards and the child and stand protective in front of the child. The guards look shocked but then they laugh. 

'Wie dink jy is jy, slaaf, weet jy wat? Jy kan werk toe gaan as gevolg van jou ongehoorsaamheid, dan kan jy haar weer sien' The guard grabs me roughly but then I see a hand coming from behind him, hitting his nose. 

Blood streams out of his nose from the hit and I look behind him. It is Jay! He has blood on his hands but says brave and anrgy:' This is for Lloyd, for hitting him yesterday' 

I look him into the eyes and want to say thank you but then a hand clamps my mouth. Someone also clamps his hands over Jay mouth and we get grabbed and forced outside. I see the child also getting grabbed, he is still crying. 

I want to help him but the guards are to strong and I am to weak. The guards with his nose bleeding says:' Julle sal hiervoor betaal! julle slawe!' He begins to walk next to me and we walk by the stronger people of the tent. 

I see Kai, Zane and Cole looking at us in fear, Jay cannot see them because his head is turned towards the other side. The guard says to the leader of the tent:' Dit is genoeg, hulle het moeilikheid gesoek so hulle sal streng hanteer word' 

The leader nods and meets my eyes, his eyes are not happy or whatever, just neutral. We get dragged outside the tent and put into a large group. 

Jay is out of my sight but then I see that the child is alone and the young woman is nowhere to be found. I walk towards the child and put out my hand. 

The child is still crying and grabs then trembling my hand. I smile at him and then someone, probably the guards scream:' Om te loop!' The people in front of us begin to walk and so do we. 

The child is still crying but now only a little, I feel him trembling from fear. We walk by a lot of other tents and stop for the other people from other tents to join us, then we walk further. 

\We walk by the place were the leader of this whole thing was and then we arrive at a large field. It is just dirt, nothing more but next to this field, is a other field. That field is full of weat, growing weat. 

'Werk! Nou!' The leader guard scream and everyone walks towards another tent and grabs stuff. I decide to also walk there and I get a shovel from the workers there. 

'Jy moet gate grawe, gaan!' They say but I don't understand them The child gets some seeds and we get forced to go at one side of the field. 

The sun is very hot, I am already sweating. I look at some other people and see them dig holes into the mud and then the other people put in the seeds. 

I begin to dig a hole but the ground is to hard, it is like I am digging in cement! I dig with all my strength a hole in the field and then the child slowly puts a seed into the hole. 

I am sweating really badly, my muscles are already screaming to stop but I need to continue. I look at the side and see the child looking at me, waiting for me to dig another hole. His eyes are full of sorrow, fear and hopelessness, that gives me strength to continue with digging. 

I begin to use the shovel again and while I am doing that, I look at the other people. They are also sweating badly and I see that they have done it already multiple times. They are breathing heavily and trying not to show that they are tired. 

Why? I don't know. 

I stop for some minutes to catch my breath but then I feel something hit my back and I fall over, into the hard dirt. 

'Jy mag nie rus as slaaf nie, gaan werk!' Screams the guard who has hit me in the back, he has a sweep in his hands. I stand up with my back hurting from the hit, it is burning and I am still sweating really hard from the sun. 

He keeps looking at me while I begin to dig a hole again in the dirt that is hard like cement, my back still hurts but I keep going. He is going to hit me again if I don't continue. 

'Ah!' I hear a man scream next to me, he falls on the ground and keep laying still. His back is full of burns and he isn't moving. 

'Swak slaaf, vat hom oond toe' Some guards appear behind him and grab him, he still isn't moving. And I know, he is death. 

I also see the child next to me looking but I quickly block of his sight of the death man in the arms of the guards. The guards drag him away and I bend over to say in the face of the young child:' Hey, everything is going to be okay' 

He begins to cry and I look around to see if no guards are looking. When I see that they aren't looking, I hug him and whisper:' Just don't think about it okay, you're going to be fine. Don't worry' 

He is still crying in my chest and I close my eyes. 

This place is the worst, we are going to take it down and save everyone.

Chapter 19: The Map That Refused to Burn

Kai pov

I wake up with an unease feeling, Jay and Lloyd are in this tent threated like slaves while me, Cole and Zane have sort of the king threatment here because we are 'strong'. 

I don't like it being the one here with the best stuff, seeing others with the worst stuff and threatment. I just want everyone to be safe and have a good life! 

'Up!' I hear the leader say and we climb out of bed and stand next to our bunkbed like all the other people. 'Wake up! Diagram!' He screams to the 'weak' people and then also stand up and stand next to their bunkbeds. 

Guards come into the tent and walk towards the 'weak' people and look at them, I see them shiver in fear. 'Jy! Kom saam!' I hear the leader of the guard say and not long after that, some guards drag a young woman outside the tent. 

I hear a child crying, I need to know what is happening there! 

'Is jy bang? Sy sal huis toe kom, miskien sonder 'n paar vingers!' I hear the guard say again and the guards begin to laugh but the child is still crying. 'No!' I hear a voice say that I know very well, Lloyd! I try to look and then see something green standing in front of a short person, Lloyd is protecting the child! 

'Wie dink jy is jy, slaaf, weet jy wat? Jy kan werk toe gaan as gevolg van jou ongehoorsaamheid, dan kan jy haar weer sien' Says the guard and then I see that the guard grabs Lloyd roughly but then I see the guard suddenly clutching his nose, his hands full of blood. 

'This is for Lloyd, for hitting him yesterday' I hear Jay say, but then I see both of them getting grabbed roughly, even the child! They are dragged towards us, I meet Lloyd his eyes who are full of terror, pain and exhaustion. 

'Julle sal hiervoor betaal! julle slawe!' I hear the guard say one more time before they dissapear outside the tent. The leader of the guards speak to out leader and says:'  Dit is genoeg, hulle het moeilikheid gesoek so hulle sal streng hanteer word' 

Our leader nods and then all the guards dissapear out of the tent, leaving us all alone. I breath in relief but then I see that all the people are standing still, the leader also stands still! What is going on here? 

Suddenly the valve from the tent opens again, standing in the valve are two guards. They walk in and also look for people, they stop by a I think a whole family. 

They grab the young man, the old woman and I think the father. 'No! Dad!' I hear the young daughter scream and I see the mother cry in her sons arms. I want to help them but I just can't, I am stuck here. 

The father, son and grandma are dragged outside and then the valve closes. The daughter is crying and the mother is crying in her other sons chest. 

You can't do this to people! 

This is torture! 

Philai said he was helping the weak people but the only thing he does is torturing them until they are death! 

All the people still stand unmoving, like I expected, the valve opens again and three guards step into the tent. When they are into the tent, walking next to the bunk beds, I move towards the valve and open it. 

I sense that Cole sees me and look behind me and see that he followed me. I look around the corner and see a group of people waiting to go further, waiting for some people in this tent to come with them. 

In front of this group is another group and in front of that group it the group where Lloyd and Jay are in. 

'Ek dink hierdie twee is genoeg' We hear someone say from behind us and then we feel hands grabbing us tight. 'Hey! Let us go!' I scream but it is no use. I look at Zane and he wants to walk towards us but then the leader stands in front of him and says:' Neem hulle saam met jou, maar ek wil hulle terug hê' 

The leader nods and we are dragged outside the tent, Cole dissapears into the group and I want to move but I get a hit in my chest from the guard who is holding me. 

My chest hurts and then the guard lets me go and the group begins to walk. I fast walk with them, ignoring the pain in my chest. We stand still by the next tent, by the tent after that tent and by the tent after the previous tent. 

Suddenly we turn to the rigth with the group, following a small path between two tents. I look around in the group and to my confusing there are all mans and womans who looks very strong. 

You're not meaning that we need to do hard work? My muscles aren't build for that, Cole's are! 

We arrive at a open field in the forest next to the camp. There are a lot of branches laying on a pile, next to us is standing a cart with horses in front of it to pull it forward. 

'Alle takke hier! Het jy my gehoor?! Begin werk!' Screams the leader and all the people walk towards the pile of branches and begins to lift it towards the cart and lays it on it. I also begin to do the same but those branches are heavy! 

My muscles aren't going to endure this for long. After I put three branches on the cart, I am breathing heavily but then I see Cole. He is also breathing heavily but still going, I walk towards him and help him with the branch. 

'Cole, where have you been? I lost you in the group!' I say a little mad but he says calm:' I also lost you and we should keep working because if you aren't working you're going to be....ah!' 

We get hit in our backs and fall onto the ground, the branch landing onto our backs. 

'Jy mag nie rus nie, werk!' Screams the guard that hit us and we stand up, lift the branch onto the cart and begin to grab another one. 

Zane pov

I want to follow Cole and Kai but then the leader stands in front of me and blocks my view. He says something in the weird language that is not in my database and then he steps away. But Cole and Kai are gone, I am alone. 

'Not great to lose your friends tin can?' I hear the woman say next to me on the bunk bed, next to her is a man with a scar through his left eye. 'It is great news for us, finally some rest while they do the hard work' 

Hard work? 

My interest has been aroused and I look up into the eyes of the woman with my cold blue eyes, I even see her flinch a bit. 'What hard work?' I ask and then man with the scar says:' Oh, lifting like a hundredth branches onto a cart in the forest. Luckily they don't have to do fieldwork like the other newbies need to' 

Fieldwork? Lloyd and Jay need to work on a field while the sun is this hot? That is not good, that is torture! 

'Humm, doesn't matter. We have a day free!' A other man says, a younger man next to the leader of the tent. 

'Shut it Pelle, we still need to get the weak to work' Says the leader and Pelle sighs and then the man with the scar says:' Can the newbie no do that? I am tired from looking at all those weak people, let me just have a moment with my love here' 

He looks at the woman who says:' Oh Cees, you don't have to do this romantic' He kisses her on her cheek and then the leader says:' Shut it Lot, Cees. We have better things to do' 

Cees rolls with his eyes and says annoyed:' Yes Luuc' Luuc looks around and says like a real leader:' Alright Pelle, you're with me. Lot, Cees and Zane, you do the back of the tent while Pelle and me do the front' 

They nod and begin to walk. I follow Cees and Lot, who are flirting a lot with each other, this is going to be a long day.

Here is the next chapter! The chapter will be longer because I haven't uploaded a week ago two times so this is my gift to you all for not uploading that long! The next will be also that long. Also, why I choose African to be the language that the guards are speaking, I am from the netherlands and African looks a lot like my own language.

Chapter 20: Ash in the Shape of Wings

Jay pov

We walk next to the place we arrived at and then I see a open field, in the hot sun. 'Werk! Nou!' Screams the leader and everyone begins to walk towards the tent to grab stuff. I don't know what to do and then I see Lloyd walking with the child we saved towards the tent. 

I try to follow him but then people appear in my sight and when they are gone, they are dissapeared in the crowd. 'Hey, look out!' Someone screams behind me and I turn around but it is already to late. 

A young woman bumps into me and I fall onto the ground, into the mud. The mud is in my clothes and then the woman reaches out her hand towards me and I take it. I am pulled up by the woman that looks guilty into my eyes. 

'Sorry, I didn't mean to bump into you. I just saw my little brother and I really need to help him right now....' I look at her belly and realize that she is pregnant! Wait, she is the same woman that hold the hand of the child in the tent. 

'Wait...' I begin but then two guards appear behind us and force us to walk towards the tent. 'Jy moet gate grawe, gaan!' Says a guard when I grab a shovel and I see that the woman that bumped into me got some seeds.

She walks towards the field and clutches her belly, being pregnant must hurt a lot! I walk towards her and ask:' Maybe we can work together?' She looks at me confused and then I point towards the other people who are working togther to plant the seeds for the weat. 

She nods, still clutching her belly and so we work together. I try to dig a hole but the earth is like it is maybe of cement! I can't dig through this! 

After a lot of digging, I finally created a hole. The young woman puts the seed into the hole and stares at me. I am sweating a lot because of the sun and breathing heavily because of the digging through cement! 

'What is your name actually?' I ask while beginning to dig into the cement-dirt and she says breathing heavily from being pregnant I think:' I am Cato and you?' 

I dig again and say also breathing heavily:' I am Jay and what is it going to be?' I point at the belly and I see her smile and say:' The same gender as you' 

She is a pity woman, I understand. Being here with only your little brother while your pregnant must be hard. 

After a while, we are finally done. I think we did like planting fifty seeds, so fifty times for me digging into cement-dirt. I am sweating a lot and I think I have a sunstroke because of all the sun and my muscles are screaming in pain from digging. 

Finally, we are walking back to our tent. I am helping Cato walk back to our tent and while we are walking, we slow down and then I bump into someone. I look behind me and say:' Sorry I didn't mean to... Lloyd!' 

It is Lloyd who is in the same condition as me, still clutching the childs hand. When the child sees Cato he lets go of Lloyd his hand and hugs the woman tight. 'Jelle!' 

Cato full of happiness and the child begins to cry. 'I thought I lost you' He says trembling and Cato says, her eyes also full of tears:' I am so happy that you are here. Thank you' 

Lloyd nods and then I ask:' So you also needed to dig through cement-dirt?' His eyes lit up and says:' Yes! It was so hard, like cement' I nod and we see the group almost overtaking us so we walk further as fast as we can. 

Cato is holding Jelle his hands and she is walking more confident now, she cares a lot for her younger brother. I am walking next to Lloyd, both breathing heavily and both our bodies are screaming in pain but we keep walking. We finally arrive at the tent, the valve opens and we see a lot of people crying. 

Cato and Jelle dissapear in the crowd while we stand still to watch what happens in the tent. A body is laying on the floor, the body of a young man. A woman and a man, most likely the parents are crying in his chest while a young girl is crying in a old woman her chest who is being hugged by a old man. 

A whole family just lost one of them, that is awful. 'He saved me, he didn't wanted me to do the dangerous work and that costed his life' Says the father crying but then suddenly we see the leader walking to us with his eyes full of fire. 

He grabs us by our collars adnd screams:' You two! What did you think you were doing in the morning?! Do you want us all killed?! One more move and I will give you something to remember' 

He lets go of our collars and we look at each other in fear, or better, I look at Lloyd in fear. Lloyd seems calm and then he steps forward:' We weren't doing something not good, we we're helping people! The people you are the leader of! Good leaders care for the people!' 

The leader turns around and comes closer to Lloyd his face. 'And how do you know how to be a leader?' He says threatening and Lloyd says:' Because I am the leader of the ninja from Ninjago, I know how to act like a leader like you doesn't do' 

Everyone sighs shocked and I hear people say in the back of the tent:' I know I knew him, he is the green ninja!' More buzz appears and I hear someone almost scream:' He is going to save us!' 

Everyone whispers in enthusiasm but then I see the leader getting angry. He makes a fist and tries to punch Lloyd in his face but Lloyd dodges. The leader keeps trying to hit Lloyd and now I see that Lloyd is also getting mad.

'You don't care for your people! You bastard!' He screams and also tries to punch the leader and succeeds to punch him in his face, his nose is bleeding but the leader isn't done. 

He jumps onto Lloyd and grabs a knife out of his pocket and stabs Lloyd in his shoulder. Lloyd screams in pain and punches the leader angry in his belly. 

Lloyd knocks the air out of his lungs and he lays onto the ground, his knife laying next to him, trying to breath again properly. Lloyd grabs the knife and wants finish him but then the valve opens. 

Guards appear and shoot a dart in Lloyd his side, Lloyd drops the knife and sinks to the ground, unconscious. I want to run towards him but the guards block me off and scream:' Julle twee kom saam met my, julle het die reëls oortree, julle slawe!' 

Two guards grab Lloyd and two other guards grab the leader who is still struggling to breath. The leader of the guards points towards a young man from the strong group and screams:' Jy! Jy is die nuwe leier!' 

Then he dissapears out of the tent, leaving us all shocked behind. I look around and meet Kai, Cole and Zane their eyes. 'You heard him! Everyone to bed!' 

I walk still, tired and shocked towards my bunk bed and climb in it. What is going to happen to Lloyd? Is he going to get hurt even more? I just wished he hadn't said that, then he wouldn't have gotten into any trouble. 

No. 

He said the right thing, it was all true what he said to the leader of the tent. I am going to find him and make sure he is alright. I turn around and look into the tent. 

I see Cato having trouble with getting into her bed, Jelle is trying to help her into bed and he succeeds but Cato is breathing heavily from the effort she needs to put into even getting on bed. Jelle lays next to Cato in their bed, they are so cute together. 

I also need to protect them, I need to protect everybody! I can't do that without the others, I will try but I don't think I can. I am not the best ninja there ever was, I am just a boy whose parents got powers. 

But I can try, I can always try to be a ninja. 

I can try to save everyone, also when it isn't enough. Because ninja never quit, maybe I am not a real ninja but I will never quit. 

Never.

Notes:

Here is the next chapter again! Some Jay angst, I hope it is good. Also the fight between Luuc and Lloyd wasn't planned, while writing this I thought it would make a good kind of action thing.

Chapter 21: Rooms the Moon Forgot

Morro pov

'Morro?!' I hear the voice of my old master say a little happy but overal shocked. I don't know how to react, it has been a long time since i've seen him. I think the last time we saw each other was when I died, when I gave Wu the realm crystal. 

He stands still in shock and so do I, I don't what to do and I see that he also doesn't know. 'How....?' That is the only thing he can bring out before I run towards him and hug him tight, I feel him hugging back. We hug for some seconds until I feel ashamed and back off from him, I look him into the eyes and those eyes say enough. 

'Nya, what happened?' A girl that looks like she is made of metal, maybe she is like that Zane dude. What was he again? Oh yeah, a nindroid. 

'We got to location where those criminals where and we separated. Me and Cole went to the old man that made the call but there never was a old man, it was a trap. We both got drugged and loaded into a truck, Lloyd woke up in the truck with us. He told us that Kai also was drugged but he didn't know where Zane and Jay where after they separated' 

Everyone looks stunned but I already knew all this, now she is going to tell about how she got locked up and all that stuff. 'When the truck stopped, we saw each other again. They where loaded in a other truck and now they also arrived. We needed to fall down in a pit and then we needed to walk a long way until we arrived at crossroad. We needed to split up, against out will. Cole and Kai together, Jay and Zane together and me and Lloyd, we also meet Morro in the cell we were in' She continues and they are still following her story. 

'After a day, the four where brought in and there powers got sucked out, without them even having powers!' Everyone looks confused and Vania says:' How did they lose their powers again? Their powers where already gone right?' Nya says:' I don't know but I know it hurt, they where almost screaming in pain but they where to stubborn to do it so they almost lost consciousness but then the worst part' 

Everyone stares in shock while I just roll with my eyes, this is so boring. 

'Their powers where taken by some sort of machine, that machine still holds the powers. They took Lloyd out of his cell, also put him at the machine and gave him back the powers' I feel Wu next to me scared, he knows. 

Nya looks to the ground and says:' After he got his golden powers back, they stole it right away. Again' Master Wu looks to the ground in guilt, he is hurting. I lay a hand on his shoulder and Nya continues:' After that, they where brought away, Lloyd still unconscious and the others very weak. They where brought with trucks towards a place called 'Camp Breesh' we don't know what it is and where it is' 

She looks to the ground again and then Pixal asks:' How did you two escape?' I step to the front and say:' We just knocked out the guard, fought the guards and stole the car' Everyone looks at me shocked and I say:' What?' Nya turns her head back to Wu and says:' That is not necessary right now! We need to get the other back!' 

I see Wu thinking and then we hear someone saying behind Wu annoyed:' Wu, what is going on here? What are you all talking about?' I look at the door and see Garmadon standing there, ohno not him. 

'Nya? Since when did you get here? Where is my son and his pajama friends?' All the girls sigh and then he sees me. 'Morro?! Didn't think I would see you here, you left right? Wu was crying when you left' 

I see Wu rolling with his eyes and then I say:' Garmadon, not with your master anymore? Not trying to take over the world?' He crosses his arms and says:' Not anymore and I see that you are also not, seeing that you are working together with the pajama friends now' 

I nod and think, this is why I liked him. He is different than all the heroes, he is just like me. A outsider.

'So where did you say the ninja went?' Garmadon asks to Nya, he has heard everything! How smart is he actually. Nya says also shocked:' Camp Breesh' Garmadon looks suspicious and asks:' What was the name of the leader of the place where you got locked up?' 

I say confident, having heard the name to much to count:'  Vreger' Garmadon crosses his arms and says:' I know that guy, he was friends with Master Chen' Skylor looks shocked and Wu asks shocked:' You have never told me about him!' 

Garmadon nods and says:' I told you about the three masked entertainments' Vania and Pixal look at each other and Pixal says:' They aren't in my database' Garmadon nods and says:' That's true because I made up that name myself, I am talking about three people who everyone thinks they help or entertain people but they are not, they are torturing them for fun or for their own good' 

Skylor steps to the front and says:' Who are you talking about? I know a guy named Philai that came by some time....' Garmadon disrupts her and says:' Thats the name! Vreger was always the one who had the masterplans' He looks at Skylor and says:' You obviously doesn't know him' 

Skylor rolls with her eyes and then Garmadon continues:' Vreger is also the one of the technology and machines. Chen is the one who loves to manipulate people and Philai has a darker past' Skylor nods and says:' He came by some time to get prisoners and take them somewhere else, I don't know where' 

Garmadon steps to the front and says:' I know where, the place you are talking about. That is the place where the pajama friends of my son are' Nya says confused:' So you are saying that Vreger and that Philai guy are working together and that the ninja are now in his camp?' 

He nods and crosses his arms again. 'If I say so, it is true' I roll with my eyes and say:' But there is another problem, Nya is still being hunted for her powers so while we are looking for the ninja, we also need to protect her'

 

Notes:

Here is the next chapter! Just a chapter to find out what is really happening also that Chen was with the group is just something I came up with. I wanted Garmadon to also have something to know because he is so funny to write. I am also going one a vacation for two weeks so I already wrote three chapters for all the books I am updating right now.... A lot of work but it was worth it so I don't have to think about this on my vacation, just rest and fun.

Chapter 22: The Hourglass Without Sand

Luuc pov

I wake up and see that I am in a cell, ohno not again. I am in the holding cells, I've been here before after I tried to stop a fight but then they thought I was the one who started the fight. 

I am going to get more scars after this and this time, I started the fight this time for real. I look around and then see that disgusting green ninja laying there. 

Ugh! Why did he need to be in the same cell as me, I hate him! He killed my parents by unleashing the first Serpentine, he killed my little sister! 

Flashback

My sister is coloring another drawing of the ninja, my father is going to bring me to school today because my mother is staying home with my sister. 

' Bye Rumi!' I say before I walk through the doorway and I hear her scream:' Bye brother!' I walk down the apartment we live in, get into the car and drive to school. I wave to my father before I walk into the school, meeting my friends adn going to a boring class. 

I lean on my arm when I am looked bored out of the window, suddenly I see something. I see some debris falling down from a building and not long after, a whole building! 

Beep! Beep! 

The alarm of the school goes and the teacher screams:' Everyone lay on the ground and stay calm and stay in the classroom!' Everyone stays in the classroom but doesn't lay on the ground, they walk to the windows and look outside what is going on. 

Suddenly we see a giant snake crawling over the street, it wraps itself around a building, a building I know. The building I live in! 

'Rumi!' I scream and run through the doors outside towards the building that is already falling apart. I try to reach it in time but the building already collapses and I collapse to the ground from the thump the building makes when it hits the ground. 

'Rumi!' I scream in fear, she cannot be death, she can't.... 

They can't..... 

Suddenly I feel a hand on my shoulder, it is a man. 'Hey kid, you lost?' He asks to happy and I immediately feel that this isn't right. I shake my head and want to walk away but then he grabs my collar and lifts me off my feet. 

'Let me go!' I scream but he doesn't let go. Suddenly a car stops next to us and the man in the front seat screams:' You got another? Great work, load him in' 

The man drags me into the back of the car and then closes the door leaving me behind in the back of the car. I begin to cry softly when the car departs, my whole family is probably death and now I am being kidnapped. 

'Hey, what is your name?' Someone asks next to me and then I see there are three more children in this car. A young woman who is curled up in a corner, a young man that is trying not to cry and a other young man who seems the most confident and asks me my name. 

'Luuc' I bring out trembling and he smiles and says:' I am Pelle, nice to meet you' I don't smile back and nod at him. After that, no one says a word to each other. Only when we arrive at the place they are kidnapping us. 

They drag us out of the car by our collars and are trowed into some kind of tent. Then it is silent, we are alone in this big tent without our families. Alone. After some hours of silence, I stand up and begin to look around the tent. 

'What are you doing?' The boy who tries not to cry says and I say:' Trying to look for a way out, I need to find my family'  The girl stands up and says:' We all want to find out family boy!' The boy that tries to be cool looks at her approving and asks:' What is your name girl?' 

The girl looks like she is about to cry but then she says confident:' Lot' The not so cool boy walks towards her and says:' I am Cees and lets get out of here togther' I roll with my eyes and think, why is he trying to make her his girlfriend in this situation! 

I look at Pelle and I see him crying and rubbing his back. I walk towards him and ask:' Hey you okay?' He nods absolutely in pain and without thinking I pull his t-shirt up and look at his back. 

There is a large slash at his back from a knife, I look at him shocked. He shakes his head and I know he is signing me to not tell the other. 

I look at them and see Cees showing Lot the scar on his face from most likely a pimple, how gross. 

' Let me help you' I say and want to have a better look at his wound but he shakes his head. 'I learned from my parents that you should never trust strangers and you are a stranger because I don't know you' I sigh and say:' Please, we are in this forever and if I don't tend it, you will possibly die!' 

He snaps at me a little sad but also angry:' I don't care! Then I will be with my family and not in this place!' I back off and think about what he said, that's true....

No, don't think like that right now. The people need you here, your family would want you to take care of them. Even if they are really death..... 

'I don't care, I am going to tend that wound if you want it or not. I am not letting you die in here' He looks at me trying to stay confident but then he suddenly sees like he is about to cry and then he nods. I look at his back and begin to tend his wound with some parts of my t-shirt. 

' So, how is your family like?' I ask and I smile and he begins to talk about his family:' Now, they are.....' 

Harumi pov

I sit on the trunk and look in front of me, hopeless. 

My parents are death. 

My parents are death. 

My parents are death. 

'Where are your parents child?' I hear the ones say who can help me but I don't replie. 'So, you are a quiet one' I hear them say again and then I look up, suddenly remembering my brother. 

'Where is my brother? His name is Luuc' I look at the nurse hopefully but then he shakes her head. 'We haven't found your brother, he must be death. I'm sorry' I shake my head but don't cry. 

I jump of the car and walk out of the half destructed building I ones lived in. Suddenly I see two formal clothed people walking towards me, they are wearing the clothes of a queen and king. 

'So, who are you child? Where is your family?' Says the woman and I begin to cry in her arms. I don't want to be alone, I want my brother. 

I want Luuc but he is gone, he is death. 

Death. 

Forever.

Chapter 23: Signed in Bone and Ink

Lloyd pov

I wake up with pain in my back, what happened? I look around and see that I am in a cell, great. I want to move around but I see that I am chained to the wall with vengestone, agh! I can't use my powers, I am doomed and then I see who is also in my cell. 

Luuc, the leader that doesn't care about his people, the one who attacked me and I hit back. He is the reason I am in here! 

'So, I see your awake Greenie' He says a little bit mean but then I say meaner:' Yes I am indeed and I've woken up here because some leader doesn't care for his people' He growls and says angry:' I care for them you green ninja!' 

I step to the front and scream:' Then why do you act like you don't!' He screams back:' Because I am scared to lose them and then they see that I am actually not a good leader and that I let my family die!' 

He collapses and I stare shocked at him, he got some serious problems. I kneel down next to him and lay a hand on his shoulder and say sympathetic:' Hey, this place is hard. You are doing your best' 

But he slaps my hand of his shoulder and growls:' I don't need your sympathy Greenie! Your the reason my sister died in the first place! You are the reason my family died! You are the reason that I lost everything that day and got stuck here! You are the reason for my doom!' 

I stare shocked at him having a breakdown, I want to say something but then he says:' I lived with my sister, Harumi and my parents in a apartment. We lived a happy life but then, the great devourer came and destroyed my home and killed my whole family while I was at school!' 

I look at him shocked, he is the brother of Harumi? 'Than I got kidnapped by that stupid Philai and brought here, to continue my life in a prison!' He stops and breaths heavily, I'm shocked. What a terrible life he got, even worse than the most people I know. 

'I know you don't like me but I know your sister and I am pretty sure she is alive' He looks at me shocked and happy at the same time. 'Really? You know Harumi?' I nod and decide to not tell him what his sister did. 'She is save in Ninjago-city, she got adopted by the royal family, that is how I know her' 

He breaths deep in relief and then asks:' Does she like you? Even after what you did?' 

I look to the ground and say shy:' It is a little more complicated than that, she even loved me first but she betrayed me and was after all that time the quiet one, the leader of the sons of garmadon who wanted to resurrect my father and they succeed. They took over the city, almost killed my friends or let me think that they died and then she died.... but came back to life! She got the overlord back and almost killed us again! After that she realized that the overlord was the one who made the great devourer and was the one who destroyed her home and her family and helped us defeat him. After that, she needed to be in prison for three years, where she still is right now' 

All the words the floaded out of my mouth and I am not surprised that he looks at me shocked, confused and still a little angry? I can't see what he is thinking right now, most likely a lot of things. 

'She did all this?!' He asks confused and I say:' Yes, she did' He wants to say something but then a person opens the cell and grabs me roughly by my chains. 

'The green one first' I am shocked by him talking my language but I can't do anything to break free because I am in vengestone chains. I look back to see Luuc staring at me still shocked from everything I told him. 

I am dragged through some hallways until we go into a room with a chair in the middle of it. The room is silent, the kind of silence that weighed on the skin like a second layer. 

Dim lights flicker above, casting long shadows across concrete walls stained with time and something darker. My wrists are tied behind his back, ropes digging into my raw skin. 

My ankles are bound to the legs of the chair, the cold metal seat biting through my torn pants. My nose is still full of blood that is slowly dripping down, still from the fight yesterday. 

My mouth tastes like iron. The man circles me like a vulture. Boots scraped slowly against the floor, deliberate, cruel. 

He doesn't speak yet. He doesn't need to. His presence alone is enough. Then comes the voice. Low. Mocking. 

'Not so golden now, are you?' I lift my head just a little. Every inch of my body protests. My jaw was clenched, scared what is coming next. It looks like I am in a torture chamber, is he going to torture me? 

'You are supposed to be the Green Ninja' The man continued, crouching in front of me. "The hero. The leader." He spats the word like it is filth.

 "You know what I see? A boy. A scared little brat pretending to be strong." He stands again, pacing behind me. "You think this world needs you? Please. They'd survive just fine without you. They always have." 

I say nothing. My silence only made the man angrier. Suddenly,

Crack! 

Pain explodes across my back. A metal rod slamms into my shoulder, drawing a strangled gasp from my throat. I bit down hard, refusing to scream. The man hits me again. Lower, across my ribs. A sickening snap follows. 

"Still nothing?" The man leaned in, whispering against my ear. "I could break every bone in your body and you'd still think you matter. You don't." 

Another blow. My vision blurries. "You led your friends into failure. Over and over again. How many times have they bled for your mistakes? How many times did they pay the price for your arrogance?" 

The rod clatters to the floor. The man's voice grows colder. "You were born into power, Lloyd. You never earned it. Your father was feared. You? You're a disappointment wearing a cape." 

Fingers curls around my hair, yanking my head back. "Say something," the man growled. "Admit it. You're weak. Say it." 

I cough. Blood dripping from the corner of my mouth. My voice is hoarse, barely above a whisper. 

"...Fuck you" 

Wrong answer. The man's fist crashes into my face. Then again. Over and over. 

My head jerks with each hit until everything is spinning. Blood pools down my chin. A tooth loosens. My chest heaved with every breath. Still, I didn't beg. 

"You don't get to act brave," the man hisses. "You're going to bleed in this chair, and no one's coming." 

Silence follows, heavier now. The man stands there, watching me. I tremble, not from fear, but from the pain flooding through my body, drowning my senses. 

I can't move. 

Can barely think. But in the haze of agony, my fingers twitches behind the chair. I need to stay strong, for myself and for the others.

If we ever get out of here.

 

Notes:

Here is the next chapter! The last scene is a little bit scary but next chapter it is going to be Luuc his turn. The other ninja will also come next chapter and maybe some of Vreger his point of view but I don't know for sure!

Chapter 24: The Door with No Handle

Luuc pov

I am waiting for Lloyd to return to his cell after the torturing session he just had to have, I haven't heard screaming, he must be tough. 

I sit down at the wall I did before, when we were just with the five of us. No responsibility, no other people just some kids trying to survive in this mess. 

Suddenly I hear loud footsteps coming my way, the door of the cell opens and a boy gets thrown in. A body that I know very well, Lloyd Montgomery Garmadon, the green ninja. I kneel down next to him when he doesn't wake up immediately and then I see his wounds. 

His nose is bleeding, he got a lot of blood on his face, stretch marks on his back, the same metal rod he used on me. If I wasn't locked up in a cell, I would have walked out of here and punched his jaw so hard it would break. 

'Lloyd, you need to wake up, Lloyd!' I scream and try to shake him awake but he is too hurt, where is he hurt? He isn't bleeding but maybe, I turn him on his belly and take a look at his back. Broken ribs, I see it immediately. That is bad, he needs surgery or he isn't going to survive much longer!

I begin to bang on the bars of the cell and scream:' Someone help me! He needs medical attention or he is going to die! Please!' I see two guards coming my way  and one says:' Stop banging at the bars or... or..' 

I roll with my eyes and ask:' Or what?' The guard looks at the other guard, who shrugs with his shoulder and the other rolls with his eyes. 'Doesn't matter right now, uhm, stop it or we will make you feel it!' The guard tries to say mean but the other begins laughing at him and gives him a hit on his shoulder to stop him from laughing. 

'Please, get Zane or he isn't going to survive this!' They look at me amusing and then the other guard says:' Why would we care?' I look at them and say:' I think you don't want to pick up a rotten and bleeding body don't you?' They look like their about to vomit thinking about it and on of them says:' Yes, uhm, we will get Zane as fast as we can' 

After that, they disappear and I sit down next to Lloyd again. His breathing is uneven, blood dripping out of his mouth and nose and not responding to anything at all. His condition is worse, critical like Zane, the nindroid, would say. 

Suddenly the cell door opens again and their is standing Axel, the one who tortures anyone and if you don't do what he says, he will hurt you even more. I think he did that with Lloyd, Lloyd must have been the stuborn person he is. 

'Your turn Luuc, your second turn indeed' He picks me up roughly and I scream trying to break free:' No! Lloyd needs help! Or he isn't going to survive what you did to him!' But his grip is to strong and he drags me towards his torture room. 

I can just hope Zane will come in time.... 

Kai pov

I wake up again from a awful sleep, Lloyd and Luuc are gone. I don't know where they are and in what condition, I just know that Zane got asked to come with two guards at Luuc his request after day of lifting branches again. 

Today, Cole and I can finally rest, I think Jay also can because he wasn't chose today. I sneak out of the strong group area with Cole and walk towards the place we've seen Jay walking to every day. We sneak through the bunk beds until we see him by a bunk bed with a girl and a young boy. 

'Hey just stay calm Jelle, I will clean this wound for you and also some good news, today we can rest!' I hear the woman laugh while the young boy, Jelle, seems scared because of the wound on his arm that is bleeding. We see Jay tear a piece of his gi off and put it onto the arm of the young boy who is crying a little. 

I walk towards Jay and Cole says:' I didn't know you where this good with children Jay' Jay looks up and sees us while the woman immediately puts her child behind her to protect it, she is a good mother. 'We don't mean any harm, we are just here to check on our friend' I say towards her and she nods and lets her child walk free again. 

Suddenly I get hugged tight, I look up and see Jay hugging me and Cole tight, crying a little. 'You don't know how happy I am to see you two again, it has been hard without Lloyd.... I am so glad you guys are here' He says trembling and then I remember how sensitive he is, the most sensitive of our team probably. 

'Hey bud, it is okay. You are doing great on your own and also don't talk that hard because you know, if they know we are here, we need to lift branches all day again and I don't have the muscles for that anymore' I say and Cole nods. 

'Yeah, I am absoluty done with lifting those branches, it is so heavy, even for me!' I look at Cole amusing and then Jay looks at the woman and young boy again. 'This are Cato and Jelle, they are brother and sister and need help because Cato is also pregnant' We stare at her with open mouth, she isn't his mother but his sister?! Shocking, like Zane would say. 

She says angry:' Don't look at me that shocked, it is nothing' I know she is just trying to stay strong but I know she is fragile from the inside. I lay a hand on her shoulder and say smiling:' We will protect you, your brother and your baby' She nods and Cole nods too. 

Jay extends his hand and says:' To burn this place down' I extend my hand too and put it on Jay his hand and say:' To burn this place down' Cole says the same and also lays his hand on ours and then we look at Cato and Jelle. 

Jelle lays his hand on ours and says smiling and determined:' To burn this place down!' We look at Cato and she also puts her hand on ours and says smiling and angry at this place:' Lets go burn this place down!'

Here is the next chapter! So, the group has been formed and now this place is going to burn! It reminds me of squid game, not that they will fail, no spoilers!

Chapter 25: The Crown That Whispers

Zane pov

I am escorted through the camp towards Lloyd and Luuc, Luuc said to them that he needed my help. Why would he need my help? He isn't my friend or something like that, maybe Lloyd asked for me, that could have been the reason. 

We arrive at some sort of small prison and the two guards walk me inside until they stop at a cell. In the cell is laying Lloyd, almost not breathing, bleeding and alone. The cell door opens and I run inside, not caring that the cell door closes behind me. 

I immediately kneel down to Lloyd and feel his pulse, too low, he is in critical condition. I look at him and see that the blood is only coming from his nose, that means that he must have a internal bleeding. 

I turn him around softly and see his back, broken rib. That is bad, I need to bandage it! I turn back to the guards who are staring at me, maybe they actually have a heart. 'I need bandages, go get them for me' They nod to my surprise and run away to get bandages. 

After some time, they come back and trow it inside the cell. I take it and put bandages on Lloyd his back so the rib grows back the good way, I hope he doesn't have a real internal bleeding. I don't think he has a internal bleeding because he must been here for some time, he would have already been dead. 

I hear the cell door opening and I turn around to see a young man getting thrown into the cell, Luuc. He seems to have some bleeding wounds but he doesn't seem to care because he immediately crawls towards Lloyd his side and asks worried:' Zane right? Is he okay? Will he make it?' 

Whatever happened in this cell must have helped their relationship, they seem to care about each other. Luuc cares for Lloyd while two days ago, he wanted him dead. But how did they get hurt this much? Both of them. 

'He will be fine, I will keep an eye out for me. How did he get hurt this bad?' I ask serious and I see him sigh in relief and he says suddenly shy:' It is because of Axel, he is the torturer here and if you don't keep your mouth shut, he will not go easy on you and you know how stubborn Lloyd is' I nod and lay a hand on his back as a sign I care about him. 

'That is awful, torture is awful without a mocking man at your side. Let me see your wounds' I say and he seems to be doubting he should or not. 'You can trust me Luuc' I say to let him stay calm so I can tend his wounds but then he turns around with hurt in his eyes and says shy:' That is not it' 

I look at him confused and then he says:' I am Harumi her brother, I already told Lloyd'

Dash pov

I stand in front of the cell and look scared at the boy on the floor with the metal man next to him, the other boy next to him too with bleeding wounds. I sign and walk away but then someone grabs my hand and I look up, it is Zack. 'You can't leave, we need to guard this cell' He says and I spit back:' I don't care, I need to go to Sem' 

I want to walk away but then he stands in front of me and says:' Dash please, you're father will kill you if you try to free Sem again' With my teeth clenched I say:' I don't care what happens to me, he doesn't deserve to be in here' I walk away, leaving him behind. 

I walk through all the tents in the awful camp of my father, if I can even call him my father. He doesn't do anything for me, I am just a guard! Nothing more, so I became friends with a prisoner like he calls it and he got mad and tortured me! I don't like him, he is mean at me most of the time because I care about people and he doesn't. 

You look to much like your mother. 

He says a lot of times and that makes me feel better about myself but not about my father, he hates my mother or hated her. I don't remember her and I don't know if she is dead or still alive. Maybe she is also a prisoner in this camp, it could be possible. 

I don't know the camp from inside and outside, only the places I need to guard so most of the time the prison. Everytime I needed to escort a bleeding body I didn't care but today, I cared about those two boys. They needed help and I was their to help them!

I did a right thing! 

Maybe I am not a mistake after all. I arrive at one of the tents where the weakest people are and sneak inside. Because I am a guard, most people would be scared of me but these people know me, because I bring them food, water and stuff to make people better. 

I do this every day if I can and the reason for this is that I want to help people but it is actually because of Sem. He is the boy who got captured abd stared at me with his eyes full of tears for a long time, that broke my heart. I was a kid back then but I was brave, so I went to him and became friends. 

We see each other every day until I met Zack, he is a new guard and I fell in love with him. That also made me realize that I don't like like Sem but that he my best friend and not my lover, Sem felt the same way luckily. I look at one of the girls and ask:' Where is Sem?' 

He always can't wait to see me again, nothing for him to hide for me. 'He is in his bed' The girl says trembling and I immediately know something is wrong. I run towards his bed and see him laying in bed, breathing heavily, surrounded by other womans in this tent. I already know what is wrong.

He is sick.

Chapter 26: In the Shadow of the Fifth Name

-A week later-

Kai pov

It has been a week since Zane got escorted out of the camp, it has been hard since he left. Cole and I needed to lift a lot of branches last week, Cole the most. Jay also had a hard week, he needed to work every day in the hot sun and in the rain we had yesterday. But he doesn't seem to care, he just continues with working every day. 

The best of it all is that we managed to let Cato and Jelle not work at all, they haven't worked all week and they are fine. They look fine, but Cato is almost going in labor so we really need Zane, now we just need to hope he comes back in time. 

It has been a lot of time since I've seen Lloyd and Luuc, maybe Zane is with them now, but why would Luuc call out Zane his help?

Was he hurt? 

Was Lloyd hurt bad? 

Was he dying? 

I shake the thoughts out of my head and stand up next to the bunkbed I've been sleeping on to long. I look to the right and look right into Jay his eyes, he is also awake. I give him the sign and he disappears. I wake up Cole that takes a lot of time because he is very tired and then we sneak behind our bunkbeds and sneak towards Cato and Jelle. 

'So, how are you three feeling today?' I ask happy but when I look at Jelle and Cato, they doesn't seem happy. 'What is wrong?' Cole asks, clearly seeing the sadness is their faces too. 'Because you are getting all the pain, you are caring for us, we feel guilty!' Cato says sad and guilty and we are confused but I understand. 

I lean closer to Cato and say understanding:' I know what it must feel like, but we are trying to keep you safe' She sits up and almost screams:' I know but....ah!' She suddenly screams in pain and clutches her belly in absolute pain. 

'Sis!' Jelle screams and I look at Cole in worry, she is in labor. 'Cato! You okay?' Jay says and leans down by her side and she says with clenched teeth:' I think the baby is coming' Ohno, we need Zane for this! We run towards the entrance and asks the new leader:' You need to help us! She is giving birth to a baby!' He stares at us shocked and confused at the same time but then the doors open. 

Four guards step in with between them, Lloyd, Zane and Luuc! 'Zane!' I scream immediately and he says calm:' Kai, Cole, it is good to see you...' But Cole disrupts him and scream:' Cato is giving birth to a child, you need to help her!' He immediately runs away with Cole behind him and then I look at Luuc and Lloyd. Luuc is helping Lloyd to stand up and he looks very pale. 'You okay? You are looking really pale' I ask and he smiles.

'Uhmm, I had a broken rib but it is healing very fast says Zane' He says shy and I scream out:' You had what!? Lloyd....' He holds his hand in the air and apologies:' Sorry, I couldn't do anything about it' I roll with my eyes and focus on Luuc and asks urgent:' What the hell happened to this idiot' 

He sighs and says:' He was tortured and was to stubborn to give in so he almost died but then I called Zane and I got tortured but I was smart enough to answer his questions normally' He looks at Lloyd and Lloyd rolls with his eyes, almost falling over but I catch him just in tired. 

'Lets get you to bed green bean' I say and help him further, Luuc going to his friends. While we walk through the bunkbeds, I ask:' So, first you hated him and now he is your new best friend?' He rolls with his eyes and says in pain:' No, that is not it' 

I look him in his eyes and asks:' Then why are you nice to him?' He sighs and says:' Because he is Harumi his brother' 

I am shocked and almost let Lloyd fall over but I catch him in time. 'What?' I ask not believing him and he nods also shocked. I need to let this sink and so we walk further. Harumi her brother, how is that even possible? 

When we arrive at Lloyd his bed, I lay him down but he asks immediately:' Can you take a look at Cato please? I need to know if she is.....' But he stops when we hear a scream in agony coming from the middle of the camp. I leave Lloyd and run towards the scream. 

I arrive at the bunkbed we started the resistance, the first thing I see a lot of blood. On the ground, on the bed, on Zane. Zane kneels next to a woman covered in blood, her belly not moving, baby crying in Jay his arms.

Zane lets his head hang down before he turns around and says:' I'm sorry, she is dead' My world seems to break, Cato is dead. 

The woman who cared so much for her little brother and baby and now she is dead. She is gone, her baby still here. I look at the baby in Jay his arms because it started crying but then I see another baby in Cole his hands, she got twins? 

'We know you did your best Zane' Cole says crying and then Jelle screams:' Sis! Nooo! Please don't leave me here! You promised we got out of here alive! Together! You lied! You lied.....' 

I lay a hand on his shoulder and look at the peaceful face of Cato. I think at her, the fierce woman who always continues living, she is one of the best womans I know. I see her smile and think a little happy in this sadness. 

She knew. 

Luckily she died peacfully.

I hope.

 

Notes:

Here is the next chapter! We are almost at the end of this story, I am sorry I did a week of timeskip but I want to end this story because I lost motivation for it and I have other ideas of stories in my mind. Don't worry, I will give this story a proper ending but I am not writing a sequel for it, sorry again.

Chapter 27: Thirteen Knocks After Midnight

Jay pov

She is died, she died, you couldn't protect her. I am crying, loud but I don't care. She cares, she cared! And now she is death! 

I look at Cato her bloody body and then look at the baby in my arms and the baby in Cole his arms. 

I promise I will protect you both, I promise with my life.

-Some hours later-

I look at the twins, they are moving in my bed. They can't lay with their mother so I layed with them to keep them warm. Zane is getting milk for the baby's so they will survive, Kai and Cole needed to work and Lloyd and Jelle are sitting in front of me, watching the baby's. 

'So, what could be their names?' I ask almost whispering and Jelle whispers slowly:' Mike, that is the name she would have wanted for a boy and Lily for the girl if she got one. She told me' I nod slowly and Lloyd lays a hand on his shoulder, comforting him. 

'Lily and Mike will be safe with us, we will care for them like they are ours' I say confident and Lloyd nods. He looks down with tears in his eyes again. 'Lets get you to bed' Lloyd says and he stands up, pain in his eyes but he continues. He helps Jelle in his bed above me and then sits down next to me again. 

'Where are you going to sleep?' I ask him and he smiles and says:' I think just here on the ground, this isn't much better than the bed' He smiles but I know he is clearly in pain and says:' Lay here, I can lay on the ground for one night or more' He nods, not going in discussion with me. 

He lays down and I hear him sigh in comfort, the baby's crawl against him and he falls in sleep immediately. I lay down on the floor and close my eyes.

Cato, if you are in heaven now.  You need to know that we will take care of you baby's, we will let them grow up and never forget their mother ever. I'm sorry Cato, I hope you find your peace wherever you are right now.

Cole pov

I walk in the tent again, back hurting, muscles hurting, everything hurting! But I don't care about the pain right now and we sneak behind the bunkbeds towards the bunkbed of Jay and Lloyd. 

We see Zane holding the baby's in his hands, feeding them milk slowly. Jelle is laying in Lloyd his bed, so Lloyd is laying in Jay his bed and Jay is sleeping on the ground. They seem peaceful, no need to wake them. 

I whisper:' Are they okay?' Zane looks up and says:' They will be fine, for now' We sigh in relief and then Zane says:' I suggest you two go to bed, you're bodies are also not in good condition' 

I sigh and nod without going in discussion with him, he is a nindroid! What he says is always true! Almost everything he says..... We walk back to our bunkbeds and I climb into my bed and lay down. 

Just giving in in the tiredness in my body and the pain, drifting into sleep.

Dash pov

I sit next to Sem his bed all day, I can't leave him right. I don't care what my father would do to me if I don't do my work, I need be with him because.... 

No don't Dash. 

Don't think like that! 

He is not going to die, he is just going to be fine, he is just sick. Really sick but he will get better. I begin to cry softly. I want him to get better and to survive this but I know when people get this sick, they don't survive at all. 

'Dash, can I..' The nurse asks and I move away but not much, I need to be here for Sem, I need to! I see her giving Sem something and him stiring a bit when she does so, maybe he will get better? She checks his vitals again but then I see her shocked. 'Help!' She screams and some other womans runs towards her and begin helping her. 

I also want to help but I get hold back by no other than Zack. 'Let me go! He is dying Zack!' I scream while trying to get free from his grib but it is no use. 'Do you know how to save someone from a sickness huh? No, so let them do their work' He says harsh and I sigh, I just need him to be okay. 

After 5 minutes the monitor they placed next to him begins to beep a lot until a long beep follows and doesn't stop. 

The sign the person is dead. 

I jump forward, breaking free of Zack his grib and kneel down next to Sem. I clutch his hand and cry in it softly. 'Please wake up, please' But then the beeping gets louder, the nurses walking away in defeat. 

He is dead. 

All of it seems like a blur, the person, the first person who offered me kindness and gave me a heart is gone. That person is laying on a stone bed in front of me, having to fight his whole life to survive and dying while trying to survive a sickness. 

A simple sickness! Why did he need to get it?! Why....? 

I feel his hand already becoming cold, almost not feeling the warm hand from Zack on my shoulder. Everything after that seems like a a blur to me, we lifted him up after what felt like 5 minutes that actually was three hours and buried him under the small cherry blossom three behind the house. 

'Sem was a gokd friend, a born leader and the kindness person I met' I hear the nurse say who had a good bond with Sem but my attention goes to a other group who is also lifting a corpe of a woman. They seem nice and sad by losing a person they love. 

Maybe they will understand....

Chapter 28: When Blades Remember

Jelle pov

It feels like a dream, a nightmare that Kai, Cole, Zane and Jay are lifting the body of my sister on their shoulder. We are walking towards the flowers where she brought me when I was younger, we are going to bury her. 

I am holding Mike in my arms while Lloyd, who was to weak to lift the corpse of my sister, is holding Lily. 

When we arrive at the flowers, Cole, Kai, Zane and Jay begin digging a hole for her, to bury her. My eyes are full of tears but I try not to let them go, don't you ever show you weakness to people you don't know. I hear Cato say again in my head, but these people I know and they care for us. 

Still I don't want to let them flow. 

The hole is done and they let her body fall into the hole and then Lloyd says:' We are here to remember Cato, she was a fierce woman and survived her whole life protecting her little brother and taking offcourse care of herself. She died giving birth to the next generation of people, she died protecting the little baby's in her belly and she knows we will promise to protect them at all cost. Goodbye Cato' 

They start fillling it up with mud, I have tears in my eyes from the speech, why did she need to die? She had a whole life in front of her, I need her! I feel someone approaching me, a young girl is suddenly standing next to me. 

'How did you know her?' She asks soft and I say trembling:' She i..was my sister' She says:' I'm sorry, I also lost someone today, my best friend' I look into her almost golden eyes and smile for once in a while. 

'Who are you...' I say dreamy and she says shy:' I am Dash and you?' I replie with:' I'm Jelle' She nods and says:' Nice name' Then we sit their for some time, the others also letting the sadness flooding over but then I hear Mike crying in my arms, like he knows his mother just got buried. 

'And who is that?' She asks and I say:' This is Mike, he is the son of her' She know exactly what I am talking about and let her head hang down in sadness. After some time, I hear the others leaving, I need to follow them. I want to walk away but then Dash grabs my arm and says:' Thank you, it was nice talking to you' 

I nod and then walk away, leaving her behind in her own sadness. Now the tears start to flow and it begins to rain suddenly. 

The sky is crying because of her death, maybe I am not the only one.....

Lloyd pov

We walk back towards our tent, the guards have followed us, trying to stay hidden but we are ninja, sneaking is our thing. Jelle is walking at the back of the group, he just lost his sister, I can't blame him. He has Mike in his hands while I have Lily, she is stubborn already. 

She wants to get out of my hands but I hold her close, I don't want her to get hurt or worse. I can't do that to Cato, she gave her life for these baby's and we will protect them. Mike is different than Lily, he is silent and already shy. He doesn't seem to care but he seems afraid, maybe he somehow knows his mother just died. 

'You okay bud?' I hear Kai asking behind me, he looks tired and sad. 'I should be the one asking you that, you look horrible' I say in pain, my rib is growing back and that is painful. 

He laughs not okay and says trying to hide it:' I am the one taking care of you green bean' I scream back:' No! Don't lie to me to make me feel better! You are not okay and I know it!' Lily immediately starts crying in my arms while Kai let his head hang down. But before he can answer, we hear a loud alarm through the camp. 

We all look up and then we see a lot of guards running towards the part where we met Philai, some guards also escorting all the people back in their tents. The guards also start escorting us back but I want to see what is happening and lay Lily in Kai his hands and run away. 

'Wha....Lloyd!' I hear Kai scream but I don't care, I run until I arrive at the open field where Philai and a lot of guards are right now. I feel someone touching my shoulder and see that it is Kai. I sign to stay silent and then the gate where we came out blows open with a loud bang. But before we can see why is blowed open, we get grabbed roughly from the back by our collar. 

'You shouldn't be here greenie' I know that voice, that is the one who almost tortured me to dead! I try to move but he holds me only richter, pushing me to the ground and standing on my back, exactly on my rib. 

Pain blows up in my back and I feel my breathing become fast, I can't breath! Kai is next to me onto the ground and he screams:' Lloyd! Stop this is you....!' But his face is smashed into the ground by the torturer and he laughs enjoying. 

'Oh this is so much more fun than torturing one of.....' But stops when we hear a loud bang and then a womab saying:' That is for hurting my brothers you piece of....' The torturer falls onto the ground and then the person behind him is in our view. 

A branch in her hands, she stands strong with a smile on her face. Before she can even finish her sentence with scolding, Kai and I scream:' Nya!'
