Chapter Text
Prolog
When I was young everybody was telling me to count on yourself.
And they were right.
I was alone and I will be forever.
My mother died recently. My first reaction was shock, but then I cried. I sat on the kitchen chair and ried. I was alone, everybody left me. The funeral was sad, but I barely remember what was happening there. I was on strong meds and diffrent things. I packed my belongings and moved to my uncle Johnny. He was only one which agreed to take me. He felt pity on me. He is brother of my mother. I don't even know how my own father looks like, I only know he have the same big green eyes like mine. So after all... I'm here like judhge told me.- I stood up and packed my notebook from the table. Psychiatryst looked at me without emotions.
-You need to go on real theraphy. I'm psychiatryst, you need to go to psychologist, but I filled your papers for judge.- She said it so calmy like she wasn't listening to Lynnette. Black haired girl handed her money, took presctiptions and went outside. Johnny was waiting in his car for Lynn. She went into the car. When Lynn closed the door Johnny quickly turned on the engine and he drove away with a screech of tires to the home.
-Wow... You driving so fast...- Lynn said looking at Johnny with some weak smile.
-Yeah kid, I can't drive slow because they gonna catch me. - Lynn didn't understand the meaning of his words but she just gently nodded her head and mind her own business. After some time johnny broke akward silence between them.- Lynn, I just want to remind you, to not make me some "father figure" or something like that. I'm not one and I can't be one.
-I don't understand... Why did you take me when you don;t want to raise me?- Lynn asked a little worried and out of guard. Her eyes were nervously looking behind the window.
-Because no one wanted you from our fucked up family. Look... I like you since you were a kid. I thought I can help you and I still think I will. - He said it a little frustrated which made Lynn a little uncomfortable.
-Thank you...- She said after less than a minute of another awkward silence. They got home in short period of time. Lynnette baggage was pretty heavy so Johnny helped her. When he opened the door she went inside and looked for some changes, but nothing changed since she was a child. Lynn gently smiled to herself at her memories when she was playing and having good time with Aisha and Johnny. In the living room was Boss, Shaundi and Pierce. Lynn looked at them shyly. She didn't know that she can talk to them. Johnny dispelled her doubts when he turned their attention on Lynn.
-Long time no see.- Shaundi said giving warm hug to stressed Lynn.
-Someone grown up a bit. -Pierce said chuckling looking at the alternative dressed girl. Lynn was having more gothic sense of style. Her hair were hip long jet black naturally. Right now she was wearing lacy black shirt with wider sleeves and black tennis skirt. Her combat shoes were matching perfectly to her outfit.
-It's been awhile...
