Summary:

What if Mythical Fruits were not what we expected, what if they were actually supposed to be Government's property, supposed to be obedient to the World's upper forces ?

Luffy was feeling weird ever since they escaped the Futuristic Island Egghead, the Strawhats and the Giant Pirates were currently going to Elbaf and he often went to his hammock to sleep, even during the day, even when it was time to eat.
Meanwhile standing in his private garden in Mary Geoise, Imu was looking at Luffy's poster. He did something to him.

I've been reading fics for quite a while now but since I'm not much of a writer I never wrote one myself. So this one will be my very first fic :'D Also english isn't my first language so please be kind, I try to reread myself as much as possible and correct some words using Google Traduction, but I'm willing to take any constructive criticism regarding the way I write.

Chapter 1: Wh-What the hell Luffy !

At Mary Geoise

The Five Elders (St. Saturn was replaced by the Holy Knight Figarland Garling) were reunited in the empty throne room. All of them were waiting for one individual, the one who stand on top of the world-

Imu.

Imu entered in silence, making his way slowly to the throne and then, he sat.

The Five Elders, their head still down, were ready to talk.

"Your Eminence" St. Mars was waiting for his response.

Every Elders were surprised when the empty throne's owner decided to change their plans suddently at the last meeting.

Two days ago, just after the Strawhats left Egghead :

"I think it is time to collect them." Imu talked, voice deep, almost robotic.

"If I may your Eminence, what do you wish to collect ?" One of the Elder asked politely

"I've always knew the true nature of Mythical Devil Fruits, but this property had to be kept a secret from everyone. Even you." His eyes were glaring straight at them, red like blood.

The Elders were silent but listening closely, they knew it was going to be something of great importance, something that will shake the world.

"Devil Fruits were born from people's desire for something...Mythical Devil Fruits were created when the most powerful people of ancient times wanted to reach God's Realm. They aren't as "free" as they decided to be. Everything has a purpose and theirs is to obey the King, the one who created them at the beginning." His eyes flickered "And, I now am this King."

What was happening ?

"The only freedom they have is to choose their vessel who will inevitably fall under our control. Sadly for now, only Monkey D. Luffy is known but it is a chance he's Nika."

"Your-Your Eminence you're saying that Mythical Fruits' users are supposed to be slaves to the Government ?" Sweat ran along his cheeks, he couldn't believe that all this time the Government's purpose wasn't to kill Mythical Fruits' users to get their devil fruits but to control them eventually, their threats were only a facade to hide their future plans.

"Do I need to repeat myself ?" Imu looked down on them as if they were dumb children who couldn't comprehend his words.

"Of course not your Eminence, we will go retrieve them." Figarland Garling responded sternly

"Good."

 

Then Imu dissapeared in the darkness

Back to the present.

 

"We know where the Giant Pirates' ship is going, they are currently trying to reach the Elbaf Island. This island is deeply connected to Nika the Sun God and we will retrieve Monkey D. Luffy tomorrow." St. Mars finished his report, the gears were turning

Imu stayed silent but he knew that soon Nika would be his.

"The World itself has already acted to mess with his mind, he can't resist the call."

 

...

 

"Figarland."

"I will bring the Emperor of the Sea to you tomorrow your Eminence." the Holy Knight responded, his mission was now settled.

All five elders then went out of the empty throne room and Figarland directly started heading towards his warship Monkey D. Luffy...You will come to Mary Geoise tomorrow

Luffy was sleeping again. His crew was starting to get worried about him, he wasn't like this usually. He was so happy to finally get to Elbaf, on the first day he partied all day with everyone and he was definitely ready to do the same the next day. However after his breakfast, he suddently fell face flat on the ground, unconscious.

"LUFFY !" Sanji yelled, he was right behind him when he came out of the kitchen since he was cleaning, and honestly the size of the kitchen made it quite the hard task to do.

His captain was completely out, eyes closed, peaceful. Sanji took him in his arms bridal style and ran as fast as he can, passing some giants while sprinting towards to the infirmary.

"HEY CHOPPER !" Sanji yelled sweating hard, he ran very fast but the boat is large, exhaustion was showing "Lu-Luffy, he fell unconscious suddently after eating."

Chopper was surprised but immediately went doctor mode, ready to do his best to heal his captain.

"Sanji ! Put Luffy on the bed, I will check his vitals. Go inform the others and all of you wait outside the room. I will call you."

"Imma be back." Sanji started running, slower than before but still quite fast.

Soon enough all Strawhats members and the Giants were just outside the door, waiting for Chopper to come out, and then it happened.

"Everyone come in, you-" he pointed at the Giants "stay outside for now, the vibrations of the floor would wake him up too suddently."
And thus all Strawhats members went inside the big infirmary, Luffy lied on top of a big cushion used as the bed, he looked peaceful...Dead almost.
"So, Luffy's vitals are all stable. I thought it was weird so I also did some additionnal tests but all of them came out as normal. I'm not sure but for now I can only say that the causes are some lingering effects of the use of his Gear 5, his body may have recovered but his mental state may still be weakened by it which could explain his sudden sleeping state."

"Hum...Luffy looked perfectly fine, It's weird" Zoro was certain something was wrong, he can feel it.

Everyone looked at Luffy's sleeping form, he was seriously more peaceful than normal which made the crew uncomfortable. Luffy what's goin on with you ?

...

Then out of nowhere, Luffy opened his eyes wide and immediately began to sit up slowly, even trying to get up, not caring about his crew at all. He looked lost and hazy.

"Idiot Captain you awake ?!" Sanji yelled surprise on his face

"Luffy you shouldn't get up for now, let me check you first !" Chopper asked him kindly

But Luffy didn't care. He continued his movements in getting up and when he was finally on his two feet, he walked nonchalantly towards the door, not even sparing them a glance. Something isn't right.

"Oi Luffy !" Zoro tried to call his Captain, put his hand on him to catch him "Where you going like that ? Stay here, we need to check you." Luffy pushed his hand out of his shoulder like some piece of dust and continued to walk away. This was the alarm for the Strawhats. Everyone plunged on Luffy, holding him down, he didn't act like himself at all like he was posessed by some kind of unknown entity. For some minutes Luffy didn't move-

 

"You're annoying."

 

An extremely powerful huge wave of haki went off and all members were thrown away from his body. Luffy stood there, his eyes barely visible behind his bangs, he didn't even have his hat since he left it on the cushion.

"Damn what's with you Luffy ?!" Ussop was bleeding from the impact

The Giants, who were just outside the door, felt the haki wave and directly opened the door. They were then standing face to face with a devastating scene : Luffy standing unmoving in the center of the room with all other Strawhats members barely hanging on, spread all around him meters away.

"What happened here ?" Dorry asked, he knew something was off about Luffy but what ?

"Hey little man you alright ?" Brogy tried to reach Luffy with his hand but another powerful wave of haki went off and many Giants dropped unconscious as well as some members, the only ones left who were still conscious were Zoro, Sanji, Robin, Brook, Dorry and Brogy.

"You are all annoying me." Luffy said on a dark tone looking straight in their eyes "I shall be free from your grasp, I have to join Master."

"Wh-What the hell Luffy !" Zoro coughed "This isn't you, explain what's going on !"

"...I am Luffy, but I am also Nika. And my duty is now not to be with you but out with the Master."

"You have no master ! You will become King of the Pirates, the freest man alive !" Sanji added struggling to keep his breath

"Yeeeah...You're right ! I had no master, I technically don't have one, but my mission was always to help him. It just came outta nowhere tho." Luffy started to feel more like himself, holding his chin as he spoke but keeping this weird aura around himself. "You know what ? Since we will be separating here, imma just tell you !" His iconic smile plastered on his face sent chills down everyone's spine "You see many Gods were born from people's wishes like me ! Nika the Sun God who make the world laugh in happiness. Yet we are bound in some ways. Destined to be kept, to be used by the one holding the most power in the world cause the first one to wish for us was that man, that weird powerful fellow whom every human respected and obeyed."

...

"Shishishi Well, now that I have awakened, I must go to the new King. See ya !" Luffy happily bounced his way to the door and left everyone speechless till darkness came for them.

Chapter 2: Welcome to the Holy Land of Marie Geoise

Luffy went out of the room and to his surprise Figarland was here on the boat waiting for him. It seems that while everyone was occupied by Luffy's strange behavior in the infirmary, the Holy Knight and his crew quietly made their ways to the ship.

"Oh hi !" Luffy waved at him "You're not here to stop me right ?"

"No, of course not Monkey D.Luffy. I am Figarland Garling, Elder Holy Knight merely here on your King's orders to come and retrieve you." Figarland responded calmly

"I see..That's cool ! Let's go then mister !" Luffy looked genuinely happy

As they marched side by side towards the ship Figarland asked "I didn't expect you to be awake, but the wave of haki told me otherwise."

"Yeah yeah, those guys were super annoying ya know ? They were so clingy on not letting me leave." His mouth forming in a tiny pout as he said that

"You did what was right don't worry, I'm sure the King will be pleased to see you."

"I hope so, I wonder who the new King is though."

"His Eminence is the greatest of them all don't you worry." Figarland looked proud for some reasons

"Okay imma believe you" Luffy was perplexed and then they both reached the ship. They were now on their way to Mary Geoise.

When Zoro woke up, a wave of hurt surprised him. It wasn't as intense as when he was recovering from his fight against King or Kaido, cuts were barely here, it was more subtile, deeper inside his body. In his heart probably.
Luffy's incredibly hostile behavior shocked everyone, Zoro first. While trying to pull himself up, part of his mind was still trying to process what just happened, Luffy having a Master ? Someone he calls 'King' ? Unthinkable. And who the hell could be worthy of that ? The highest authority in the world is the Gorosei and he literally just mopped the floor with one if not five on Egghead. Zoro pondered so much about all those questions that his head started to overheat.

The other Strawhats members as well as the Giants were also waking up. Chopper, although still confused by the previous event, took his medical tools and begun his treatment of everyone. Sanji was still out, surely due to the fatigue he experienced prior facing Luffy's haki force. Nami was already up, getting patched and all and she was seriously angry, or more precisely, frustrated.

"What happened to Luffy !" Her voice showing signs of distress "He was fine yesterday..." A sob escaped her mouth "His weird sleeping hours must have done something to his brain, cause why would he hurt US ! And go join whatever unknown 'Master' of his ?" Nami was on her knees, hands hiding her tears.

 

Did Luffy abandon us ?

 

Robin saw her distress right away and went to help her, Usopp was not long to follow her actions. Seeing his best-friend like this was also tearing him up. He couldn't believe what Luffy just did to all of them, he looked so... Glad to leave, no one ever saw their beloved captain like this.

Brook decided to speak "Don't worry Nami-san, I'm sure this wasn't truly Luffy. His behavior was abnormal and I could sense that he was subjected to something we have yet to know about." His hollow eyes narrowing a little "I'm sure Zoro-san felt it as well."

This gotten his attention back. "Hum. Luffy felt weird ever since he started sleeping more than usual but I can't exactly tell what's the problem and it irritates me." Zoro's voice was dark, he couldn't protect his captain from this unknown entity who dares steal him right in front of their eyes.

 

 

...

 

 

Silence issued right after, even an outsider could immediately tell how heavy the atmosphere was in the room. Robin looked around, arms reaching carefully around Nami's body form. As an archeologist, she was certain her captain's behavior was due to some mystery property of his godly powers. He was the only one affected by this phenomenon, other fruit-eaters were much luckier in that aspect, and since they recently learned through Dr. Vegapunk the true nature of his fruit as the embodiment of the Warrior of Liberation Nika, she was sure it was Nika speaking and not really Luffy. Afterall, Zoan devil fruit users' personality and actions can be greatly changed by their transformations.

The Giants were sad since their festivities were interrupted, and now they won't bring the Strawhats pirates to the Elbaf island anytime soon. Brody and Dorry were especially concerned about their human friend and bigger of the two decided to speak.

"I don't wanna add to the already heavy atmosphere you guys, but I heard some voices before falling out of consciousness and if what they said are what I'm thinking...Then something big is backing up Luffy's change of behavior."

"What, What did you hear ?" Zoro wanted to know more

A gulp descended his throat before continuing his story "I don't know how you will take it but Strawhat was speaking with someone on the ship's dock. And I heard his name clearly... Figarland Garling. He's a Holy Knight and one of the highest authority of the Government, I also heard he came here to retrieve him and bring him to this 'King', then Luffy followed him back to his ship. We must have failed to detect it because of Little Man's haki."

What did he just said ? Luffy was right now with the World Government ? UNTHINKABLE !

"Shit." His face was frowning angrily "WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING DAMMIT !" He punched to ground as hard as he can till his knuckles bled, it just kept getting worse.

Sanji woke up right after the announcement, and saw Zoro's angry punch.

"The hell marimo-" He took his breath "Can't even keep your calm ?" His voice barely audible, a bit of mockery in it.

 

"..."

 

His fists released themselves slowly and he straightened his back, his katanas were making tiny cling sounds in the silence. Somehow, Sanji's offensive comment helped him calm his anger.

"...Shut up stupid cook, Luffy's been taken by the Government, and apparently not just anyone."

"Wh-What ? Who ?" He sat up a bit on his elbows looking straight at Zoro with a concerned face

"The Holy Knights or maybe even the Gorosei itself." Jimbei added. He kept quiet all this time but still closely listened to everything that has been said.

Sanji's head sharply turned towards the fishman "The guys we fought on Egghead !? Why would they even want Luffy in the first place-, is it because he's an Emperor of the Sea now ?"

"We aren't sure, it may be possible but it clearly doesn't explain why Luffy would act like he did." His arms and legs were crossed, he pondered all possibilities.

 

...

 

"I believe almost eleven hours passed since he left. If the Government really took him, then they must be headed to either Marineford or the capital of the World Government, Marie Geoise. Those are the only two place I can think of where bringing him would be logical."

"Let's go then !" Nami suddenly said and heads turned. She stopped crying some time ago and was now more determined than ever to bring him back

"Nami is right, we must go and save him from them !" Usopp continued

Everyone looked at each other as if their minds were one, thinking the same thing. Their mission was now settled : Take their captain back !

2 days after

 

 

"Woooow !" Luffy's eyes were shining brightly, stars in them "This place is huuuuuge !" Happily bouncing on the clouds like a child

"Welcome to the Holy Land of Marie Geoise." Figarland's eyes turned to Luffy "Follow me." His voice was stern, maybe because they were approaching him.

Luffy didn't pay him much attention for now, he was too occupied playing around, getting further and further from where Figarland was guiding him. He looked around and his own eyes trailed toward the gigantic Pangaea Castle ahead.

"Zoro ! Zoro ! Look at the big thing !" He looked behind him, a hand pointing to the palace, he was expecting a response but nobody heard him. He put his body back straight, arms falling on the side, his head still turned to look behind. The young captain stayed silent a moment, eyes not blinking.

 

"..."

 

"...I forgot I left them earlier." Scratching his head "I left my crew behind, yeah I'm not coming back I need to go serve Master..." His head was now looking down and his voice wasn't cheerful anymore "Zoro can be captain. That's right ! He can. Surely. Or maybe not-"

 

I'm the captain

 

"I-I stopped being a pirate. Yeah I'm happy to finally join the Master...I'm happy..."

 

 

 

"Happy ?"

 

 

 

Luffy wasn't so sure of what he was saying, his hands unconsciously went up to cup the sides of his head, muffling his ears. "Ah-Aah, no...I-I'm Monkey D.Luffy and I want to become-" breathe "K̷̘͋ì̶̠̒ṋ̸̱̞̆ġ̸̱͝ ̷̥͊̿ō̵̦̮͙̒͘f̵̪̋̒̕ ̸̛͍͙̩͂t̴̮͚̃̈́h̴̢͚͗͛e̴͕̰̓̒̒ ̴͚̤̒͛͂P̸̼͝i̶̢͓̾ṟ̴͓̹̓a̸͚̯̯̾ṫ̵͖͓̭̇e̴̢̺͗̈́s."

 

It was erased

 

"No, NO ! He's his property and can't have a dream.

 

Now completely kneeling on the ground, head between his arms. "I-I don't understand-" what's happening ? "I should be with my crew."

 

Zoro, Sanji, Nami, Usopp, Brook, Chopper, Franky, Robin, Jimbei

 

"We were going to Elbaf with our Giants friends, I slept and-"

 

He couldn't believe it

 

"I-I don't remember." His eyes went wide in shock "I don't remember ! Where am I ?" He frankly looked around like some lost child "I'm not on the boat with everyone..." His eyes barely kept open he tried to reach for his beloved straw hat that should be hanging on his back, but nothing came in his hand, his eyes were now wet.

 

 

"Shanks..."

 

 

And his mind broke, he fell face flat where he was, tears showing in the corners of his closed eyes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"I̴'̸m̷ ̸s̶o̵r̷r̸y̵..."

 

 

 

 

 

 

Figarland long sensed that Luffy wasn't following him but seeing how he started talking to himself in distress, he decided to watch the event unraveling before him. He vaguely remembers his Eminence explaining that his 'call' may be disturbed at some occasions during the first days because the World needed time to completely erase past beliefs and potential corrupt memories. It was reshaping his mind to obey and only follow the current King.
Luffy was now lying on the ground. Figarland approached the scene and picked him up with an arm, Luffy's head taking its place on his left shoulder. His right hand was griping the upper part of his sword's handle, and the Holy Knight begun walking in direction of the Pangaea Castle, in direction of the Empty Throne room.

Notes:

I'm back ! And I'm trying to publish the first 5 chapters as fast as I can with around 3-4 days between each for now, and from the 6th chapter I think they will come every one to two weeks (I'm a student).
So yeah I hope you enjoyed this one too, I had fun writing Luffy's mental breakdown and the alien writing is super funny to use, it was exactly what I needed. I must say that I do not know much about how Marie Geoise is build so I'm just gonna bring the rest of the action inside the Pangaea Castle and not talk much about the Celestial Dragons or Nobles for now.

Chapter 3: Like an Offering

They were now inside the Pangaea Castle. The corridors were cold, dark, ominous as Figarland walked on its pristine white tiles. His heels were loud in the silence and the only other sounds were the two men's breathings as well as Luffy's occasional whimpers. His head was still carefully rested on the Holy Knight's left shoulder and they were both slowly advancing to the Throne Room.

After eight long minutes, they finally arrived. the massive doors creaked open, the Throne Room was colder than usual. As Figarland and Luffy's unconscious form took place in its center, shadows stretched around them, it was the Five Elders who just returned, and were patiently waiting for the arrival of their Eminence’s newest prize.

Their gazes could kill the young boy if it wasn't for the intangible orders given by him.

 

 

"So this is the infamous Nika." St. Jupiter started, scratching his bear.

"...Indeed it is. Monkey D. Luffy ate the Human Human fruit model Nika, he's now the vessel of the foolish God." Figarland carefully responded with a steady and calm voice.

St. Mars wasn't quite happy "Tsk-, to think we have to work alongside the heinous Joyboy from now on, he gave us enough troubles in the past, I would rather just kill the boy. He will obviously become a problem in the fut-"

 

 

"Enough."

 

 

Silence fell and all Elders turned toward where the dark voice came. Imu was there, head turned in their direction as sweat ran along St. Mars's forehead. It was barely visible. After some minutes, Imu began his ascension of the long stairs with countless swords enlightening his path until he stopped at the top. An indescribable aura surrounded the King and his throne as of it was waiting for his return; then he sat on it. His eyes pierced the Elders, they were all already on one knee, bowing down. Luffy has been put down right in front of them.

 

 

Like an offering.

 

 

“Your Eminence-" Mars muttered, voice trembling.

"Not you." Imu looked straight down at him.

St. Mars bowed deeper, he's now realized the meaning of his past words, how they were directly contradicting the Great Ruler's decisions and orders.

 

...

 

"Garling what do you have to say ?"

"...Your Eminence, we bring you Nika."

Imu leaned forward from the empty throne, a shadowy silhouette, impossible to read. His crimson eyes locked onto Luffy’s form.

"Why is he not awake to recognize his King right now ?" A wave of powerful haki showered the Gorosei but Figarland still dared to speak.

"Your words came true your Eminence. Monkey D. Luffy's memories and mind partially came back while we were heading towards the Pangaea Castle, he then fell unconscious. His mind must have broke."

 

"..."

"I see." He wasn't sitting on his throne anymore.

"Bring him to his room, when he wakes up he will come to me to present himself." And with those words, Imu headed to the shadows.

The Five Elders remained kneeling until their ruler completely disappeared in the void black. They then got up and Figarland took Luffy with his arm again, but this time the young captain hung on the side like a rug.

"I will take him to his room. Good day to you my fellow comrades."

With this, they all went their own way deep in the castle.

A day later

 

 

Luffy woke up with the biggest headache ever, he could vaguely remember what happened before he passed out. He knew he wasn't able to yell out his life long dream. His mind was very much awake but at the same time an uneasy feeling was lurking in it.

He was lying on a very large low bed surrounded by flowers, like a small garden, very much like Imu's. His room was pristine white just like the castle's tiles, it had nothing aside a bed and flowers and its shape was round like a cylinder put upright. There were no doors nor windows, only what looked like a golden build gate made just of greatly ornated bars, but the gate itself wasn't attached to the wall or open to the outside. the entire room resembled a very decorated cage with no issues.

When Luffy looked around, he was confused on where the hell he was. He remembers following the stranger old man to the gigantic castle he wanted to show Zoro. But then he also remembers his distress.

"How did I end up here anyway..." He was now serious, pondering deeply at the typhon of questions that was flooding his brain, legs crossed and arms on his head as if it would help think better.
But his face became redder and redder until fume came out of his ears.

"AAAAAH ! I can't think at all !" Luffy dropped on his back, lying star shaped on the bed and his eyes closed themselves.

Then he fell asleep again, his body was too tired for some reason.

Meanwhile on the Thousand Sunny

 

 

The crew was sailing at top speed, guided by Nami’s furious determination. The Thousand Sunny cut across the currents, yet the Giants’ ship didn't accompany them as it seems to have been damaged, however they would stay around and a simple snail call would suffice for them to come help right away !

"So where to next Nami !" Jimbei was asking the Strawhats navigator the direction to Marineford. The majority agreed on going there first. Maybe because they were scared of Ace's tragedy repeating itself. Since Luffy was captured by the World Government, it was logical to think this same government will pull up the same shit they did almost three years ago, but this time using Luffy, the brand new Emperor of the Sea and son of Monkey D. Dragon, as their poster person.

"Just go a bit South-West from now on ! We should be able to reach a small island, then another before reaching the base !" Nami yelled.

In this continuous fight to reach Luffy as fast as possible. The Strawhats were more than prepared to beat the Gorosei AND the whole World Government if it means saving their hero, their savior, their captain.

On the deck, Zoro sat silently sharpening his blades face darker than usual; Sanji lit another cigarette and was soon heading in the kitchen to prepare a good nourishing meal for everyone; Usopp clutched his slingshot even though there was no target in sight, he practiced some and started preparing bags full of powerful seeds; Chopper checked his herbs again and again, made sure he had EVERYTHING, as if he could already prepare medicine to cure something he didn’t understand; Franky decided to upgrade some parts of the ship, to give them a boost in case; Brook wasn't playing but he followed Zoro's action and sharpened his cane blade. Lastly Robin, who was seated on a chair with an old book, sighed loudly, breaking the silence. Then she spoke.

"I-I don't think we should head to Marineford."

Everyone froze. They turned their heads or picked up their ears to listen to what she was theorizing.

"He was brought to the higher Government, not to the Admirals, after all it wasn't marines who came to take him, but a Holy Knight." She closed her book and straightened her posture "But they won't kill him. The World Government is surely keeping Luffy alive and will not simply destroy or execute him. They need him for....Something tied to his fruit and his Gear 5 appearance resembling Nika." She continued calmly “They will break him, play with his mind, with his Zoan fruit personality. And if they succeed-" eyes closing "Luffy will become their greatest weapon."

“Over my dead body.” Zoro muttered, blades sparking cling as he slid them into place.

Brook put his cane aside and strummed his violin a bit. “Yohoho ! To think we're prepared to wage war against the very center of the world ! Luffy-san is indeed worthy of that !"

Nami pondered at Robin's words. Should they head to Marineford ? She thought deeply and after some minutes of frowning, she slammed both hands on the table.

"Okay Jimbei ! We're changing route ! Let's go directly Sabaody, Marie Geoise is just above right ? Above Red Line ?"

"Yes of course !" Jimbei stopped going South-West

"Go North ! We're already a whole foot in the dirt anyway, if we're gonna save Luffy let's just go all out directly to the problem !"

Everyone smiled a bit at those words. That's right, to save Luffy they can't be holding back and wasting time going somewhere else because of dumb tiny speculations, they just need to head directly to the siege of the higher World Government.

Sanji blew out the smoke and, like him, the rest of the crew looked up. The Sunny’s sails stretched to the wind, Mary Geoise now their destination.

And though no one said it aloud, they all felt it. This wasn’t just a rescue. This was the beginning of their captain’s darkest battle.

So as you've all seen, this is a One Piece fic ! I LOVE One Piece and I'm currently following the manga, however I've always wanted to see more of Imu and Luffy interactions so I had the twisted idea that Luffy should just fall under his service :) Not willingly of course, but also kinda, It's weird but I love it. I try to keep characters' personality as canon as possible. Luffy is entering his villain era lmao.
