[Pod] Tim Drake is Brother Shaped

Summary:
As Tim stood in the entryway of the Park Row Women and Children’s shelter with Mrs. Walker, Steph, and three other classmates, staring up as the fucking Red Hood prepared to give them a tour, he reflected on how he got here. His dad wouldn’t be in the country and paying attention to him for once if mom hadn’t died. And mom wouldn’t be dead if Tim hadn’t become Robin. And Tim wouldn’t be Robin if Bruce had handled his emotions like a goddamned adult after Jason died.
So really, it was Jason’s fault Tim was in his territory today.
Or: A few months after the events at Titan's Tower, Tim Drake and Jason Todd are forced to cooperate due to Tim's school assignment. As Jason begins to begrudgingly get to know his replacement, he grows concerned about the kid's home life. Had Bruce become an even worse father in his absence? Or was he missing something?
