(In the medbay, Stephen blocking Steve's path)
Steve : Dr. Stran-
Stephen: (Glaring with anger radiating off in waves) Do not even think about seeing him Rogers.
Steve: (With pleading eyes) But, we didn't kno-
Stephen: He told you! He told you that there was something wrong with the whole mission. He told you there must be a bigger danger than what appeared on surface.
Steve: But-
Stephen: (Roaring) No! He told you to be prepared with a stronger plan with more backup but you didn't listen. And now once again he is paying the price for your ignorance and foolishness.
Steve: Please Dr Strange, it was an acc-
Stephen: Accident? It would have been an accident if a man with more intelligence than all of you could gather in 100 lives hadn't warned you. It would have been an accident if you had listened to said man and waited for me and the rest of the team to return. It would have been an accident if your loyal dogs Wilson and Natasha hadn't left their post by Tony's side just because you ordered them to go to another area. It would have been an accident Rogers if it hadn't been unavoidable. But as we speak, Tony is lying in a hospital bed and you all and everybody in that village is safe.
Steve: (With pleading eyes) We really didn't mean to let this-
Stephen: What you meant to let happen or not doesn't matter here. The truth of the matter is that, Tony had warned you about something. Again. And you ignored him. Again. Do you believe in Tony only when a world ending threat arrives Rogers or only when you want to bring your friend back from ash?
Steve: (Flinching) No- I-
Stephen: (Eyes alight with fury) You wanted to be the team captain again Rogers and it cost my Tony broken ribs, blood loss and mortal injuries . Now you don't even have to even think about being a Captain of any team, Rogers because I will make sure you will not be even a part of a team.
Steve:(Eyes widening in horror) Strange, you are going too far-
Stephen: (Cutting in icily) You went too far Rogers and too many times and eveytime Tony has paid the price for that, has cleaned after your messes, has made sure people don't see you for who you are. But you have proven time and time again that Tony is disposable to you, that his survival is of no consequence to you while that man has put his life on line again and again and AGAIN! Not anymore. I won't allow it! Do not try to approach Tony. Do not dare to disturb his recovery with your foul presence. Do not try to grovel or fight your way into Tony's or the public's good graces because I am going to bury you and there is nothing you can do to save yourself.
Steve: (Staring horrified as Stephen turns and the cloak slams the door of the medbay)
