Chapter Text
Taro couldn't move.
He. Could. Not. Move.
He also couldn't see anything.
He almost couldn't tell if his eyes were covered or if the room he was in was just super dark, his eyes were definitely open right? No no, they are definitely open, must be an eye covering.
He also couldn't scream for help, there was some kind of gag preventing him from really making any sound.
His arms, legs, and torso were all bound to something, and based on the sitting position he was in, it was some kind of chair.
How did Taro get in this situation? Well… a girl confessed to him under the cherry tree, apparently she was the secret admirer leaving him gifts at his desk everyday. But after the last 2 and a half months of bad luck with girls, he honestly didn't feel like it was a good time to date anyone, and part of him thought he was bad luck. The girl insists he wasn't bad luck and even if he was it didn't change her feelings. While it did seem sweet it didn't change his answer.
Last thing he remembers? Walking home, he was about half way there when the whole world went dark.
Taro could take a guess on who kidnapped him, his admirer.
(…what was her name again? She didn't mention it when she confessed…)
Focus Taro! That's not important right now! What matters is getting out of where the hell he is
His first idea was trying to rock the chair onto the floor, he couldn't see it but he could feel his hands on the chair and it felt like wood. He thought if he could knock it over perhaps the chair would break, knock off his head covering, or at the very least loosen his restraints. But of course, the chair wouldn't budge, it was attached to the floor.
Which means either she had the kidnapping plan as a backup plan if he rejected…or the chair has been here much longer…
And given how… ruff this chair feels… oh god.
Where the fuck is he?!
…okayokayokay calm down. Theres gotta be someway he can-
[Creak]
Taro's train of thought paused when he heard a door creak open.
And then he heard footsteps
And then
???: Oh! You're awake!
That voice… he was right it is her! The admirer!
???: Apologies for the chair Senpai, I wanted to get you something more comfortable, but this was the best I could do on short notice. I'll try to get you something a bit more comfortable as soon as possible.
Taro tried to talk, trying to ask where he is, but he forgot about the mouth gag, so all that comes out is muffled gibberish
???: Oh you wanna talk?... I probably shouldn't take off your gag so soon, don't want you to scream or anything… [the admirer paused for a moment, thinking, and then said] but if you promise not to scream and yell I can take it off, eye coverings too.
Taro took a split second to process what she said, and became silent. Ayano took that as a sign that he would comply, and took off the eye coverings and mouth gag
The first thing Taro saw after his eyes adjusted, was her. The girl, looking just like she did when she confessed. Just with her hair down.

The second thing Taro saw was the room he was in, it was dark, no windows, and some boxes.
Taro: you- how… when did-
Taro wasn't even sure how to respond to what was happening right now, but before he could think up a response the admirer cut him off
???: Oh! Where are my matters! With all that happened I forgot to even give you my name. Ayano. Ayano Aishi. And this is my house- well the basement of it. Apologies again for the mess, and lack of light. Like I said I kinda did this on a whim. It will look nicer in the coming weeks I promise!
Okay so the girls name is Ayano Aishi… why does that name- wait. Did she say basement?!
Ayano: Well, it is quite late. But I'm sure it's been ages since you ate anything. Want me to make your favorite Sushi?
Taro thought of how to respond, one part of him wanted to scream, another to yell, another to get angry and curse her out, another wanted to beg for freedom, another… was honestly hungry…
But eventually he just… shaked his head to say no… what if the food is poisoned or drugged? Plus getting mad and defensive right now probably wouldn't be the best… given he's bound to a chair and everything.
Ayano: Oh of course! You're probably still a bit tired. Well I'll let you rest. I'll just make sure to make you a big breakfast tomorrow. Goodnight Senpai!
And then she just skipped away… back up the stairs…
Taro had no idea what was in store for him. But hopefully it ended with his escape, preferably unscathed…
Only time will tell…
And hopefully… time would be kind to him…
