I Can't Help but Blame Myself

Summary:

Sidney dealing with guilt over what happened to Hallie and Derek

Sidney couldn't help but blame herself for what happened to Hallie and Derek.

If she'd just ran away instead of going back to the car, Hallie would most likely have gotten out of that situation alive.

If she'd just trusted her boyfriend and helped him down, there's a good chance Derek would've survived too.

She knew it was partially just survivor's guilt, and she knew that they most likely wouldn't have solely blamed her for what happened, but it still ate away at her.

I should've done better...
