Chapter Text
The first time Harry Potter heard the term Dragel, he was eight years old. He had been running from Dudley's gang of friends. There had been a strange man on the street, who had plucked Harry up from where he was running.
The man had introduced himself as Albus Dumbledore. Albus had then proceeded to ask Harry questions that the little boy couldn't make sense of. Harry could remember Albus carrying him back to Privet Drive muttering about adults who refuse to properly care for dragel younglings.
That day was the day that changed everything for the little boy, even though he didn't know that quite then. The second time Harry had herd the term Dragel, was just a week later when Albus had shown up outside the Dursley residence for the second time. He had brought another male with him, one who looked severe. The man thankfully left after a few words passed between him and Aunt Petunia.
After Dumbledore had gotten a look at where Harry slept and kept all his belongings, Harry was promptly whisked away to Nevarah. The eight year old didn't know what to make of the strange location, all he truly knew was that he was safe. Perhaps for the first time since his parents passed away.
Nevarah was unlike anything Harry had ever seen before. Every where he looked there was something to hold his attention, people with wings, people flying, even magic. The colors were more vibrant and the air felt cleaner to Harry. He was glad to be away from Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon, but he was apprehensive of the people in this new place. He didn't know the rules or the punishments here.
Arriving at a large building Harry was quietly told by Dumbledore that as soon as there was someone to take Harry from him, Dumbledore would be leaving. Sighing slightly at that, Harry nodded his head and hoped he wouldn't be left with someone scary.
As soon as that though crossed Harry's mind, a lady with kind eyes approached. Dumbledore murmured something to the woman but Harry wasn't paying any attention to them, his focus was on the pretty colors in her hair. It was a mix of pink, green and red.
The woman, after Dumbledore left Harry with her, introduced herself as Elara Evanson. She had informed Harry that she'd be the one to walk Harry through registration and be the one to test for his third before he went to a healer.
