It was a great morning, the sun was shining down on the ship, the birds could be heard singing and sanji was in a good mood. He got up from his bed and made his way in the bathroom to wash up. After finishing in there he walked to the kitchen and started on breakfast, wasnt anything fancy, just some pancakes with fresh juice made with the tangerines from namis trees that she had so gracefully let him use.
He called everyone down for breakfast and watched his crewmates walk in with a smile, everyone greeted him like usual and sat down to eat. He didnt sit down just yet though, his eyes were glued on the green haired idiot who had barely even said "hello" as he walked in.
Sanji kept staring, waiting for something, but nothing came which just soured his mood instantly. Had the idiot forgotten it was valentines? Or maybe he remembered but didnt care to say something even though everyone knew sanji was into that romantic shit.
With a huff he sat down and also ate breakfast. Everyone chatted about what they were gonna do today since the ship had just landed on an island. This island had a small town in it but it was mostly forest all around. Sanji was obviously gonna go stock up, robin talked about visiting a library and the others talked about their own adventure.
Zoro assumed hed be going with the cook to stock up so he didnt really speak up and just ate his food in silence.
Breakfast quickly wrapped up and everyone got ready to go exploring. Luffy ran off without anyone else, which prompted nami to run after him, robin left with chopper, franky and usopp went their own way and brook was left on the ship with jimbei. Sanji also got off the ship, still annoyed thay zoro hadnt said anything, not even a happy valentines! Nothing! As he saw zoro following he quickly turned and jabbed a finger through his chest.
"Dont follow me! Go on your own way or something!" Sanji said to zoro with a deep frown on his face which prompted zoro to tilt his head in confusion.
"Whats up your ass today shitty cook?" Zoro asked sanji with a raised eyebrow and that just made sanjis frown deepen.
"Whats wrong with me!? I dont know! Maybe im mad my boyfriend didnt do anything for valentines! You know what? I dont care just buzz off!" Sanji shreaked and stormed off and thats when it clicked for zoro. Honestly he had fully forgotten today was valentines, not like he would have any plans either way but still.
He watched sanjis figure dissappear and thought of a way to make it up to him. Maybe going into town and getting some flowers and a gift would make it up to sanji? He didnt know but that seemed like the only option, so without another thought he started walking into town.
It took him around 30 minutes to just find his way, which, honestly normaly it would have been more. Though, looking around the stands he realised something, not a single flower was in sight. How could an island with such a dense forest, not have any flowers! He groaned and made his way to a stand to ask.
"Excuse me. Are there any flower shops here?" He asked in his usual monotone voice, though now a bit more annoyed.
The man at the stand looked surprised and a bit uneasy.
"Sorry sir, no one here has flowers. No one even dares to go into that forest to look for any." The man said in a low voice which confused zoro, what was so bad about that forest?
"Anyone whos gone in there, has never come back out.." the man continued which made zoro understand, so something dangerous was in the forest huh? Well challenge accepted.
With a hand on his swords he turned and made his way inside of the forest. He didnt know what hed find in there but its not like it scared him. Hed come close to death way too many times to fear some forest creature.
He didnt know where he was going but he only had one objective in his mind, find some flowers for the curly brow and apologise. Simple right? Well it would be simple if this stupid place had any! All he was finding was bugs, giant trees and dirt, thats it! He kept wandering around, trying to find some damn flowers.
While looking around he heard some soft whimpers. He stopped in his tracks and looked around trying to figure out where those little sounds were coming from.
He finally found where the sounds were coming from. On a bush, something was shining and glittering but also making the noises. Zoro walked over and found..a small human? A fairy? He didnt know. It was very small, had human features but also had wings so yea probably a fairy. It was caught up in the bush and zoro decided to help it. He reached in the bush and gently pulled the fairy out.It looked up at zoro, a confused but also grateful look on its face.
"Thank you for helping! But can i ask what a human is doing here?" The little fairy asked, its voice soft and high pitched.
"Im uh..looking for flowers.." zoro said a bit embarrased that hes just wandering in the forest for something as stupid as flowers. The fairy looked up at him and smiled
"I can help you! Since you helped me." It said with a soft smile. Zoro blinked a bit and let it lead the way. It took longer than it should have since zoro kept getting lost but finally they made it, he had been wondering for so long the sun had long gone down but at least they made it.
Zoros eye widened a bit and his expression softenend. Before his eyes was a huge field with blue magical looking flowers. There was a soft glow on them and the moon was hitting the petals.
"Careful. They have thorns" the fairy said but zoro didnt care. He walked over and started picking some flowers as carefully a a brute like him could. The thorns pierced his hands and blood covered the stem of the flowers. It hurt but he didnt care
He held the bouquet on his hands, they were pretty, zoro thought. He grabbed the bandana off his bicep and wrapped it around the flowers as a makeshift bow. His palms were bloody which made him annoyed but at least he got the flowers. He knew sanji valued his hands so he carefuly removed some of the thorns so they would be okay.
"Thanks for your help." Zoro said to the fairy who had a worried expression on its face and made his way out the forest. It had gotten pretty late but he didnt care. He felt a bit happy as he made his way back to the ship. He climbed up the sunny and he saw sanji on the deck.
"Cook." Zoro called out softly to get sanjis attention. Sanji turned around immediately as he heard his voice
"Where the hell were y-" he started scolding but stopped when he saw zoro standing there, looking away embarrased but also a bit proud and holding the blood covered flowers towards sanji
"Happy valentines.." zoro muttered shyly as sanji stared at him his mouth slightly opened.
"Y- where did you find these? This town doesnt have any flowers?" The cook questioned zoro who rubbed the back on his neck, not even bothering to wipe his bloody palm.
"I found them in the forest." Zoro replied sheepishly which made sanjis expression soften.
"You idiot...look at your hand." Sanji sighed and dragged zoro in the aquarium bar and shoved him onto the couch. He made his way to the sick bay and grabbed the medkit before going back to the aquarium bar. He found zoro sitting on the couch where he left him. Sanji sat next to zoro and started bandaging his palms.
"...did you like the flowers?" Zoro asked sanji softly which made sanji look up at his face. He sat silently before chuckling softly
"Yes marimo, i love them" the cook said and before he could do anything zoro leaned over and kissed him. Sanji was stunned for a second but quickly melted into the kiss and returned it with the same force as zoro. His hands went to zoros waist before exploting all over his torso.
His tongue found his way inside zoros slightly parted lips which made zoro let out a slight whimper. Sanji smirked and pulled away before gently pushing zoro down on the couch and crawling on top of him. Zoro looked up at him with his eye half lidded and his face red which made sanji bite his lip.
He leaned down to kiss and suck at zoros neck which earned him som groans and whimpers from the moss head. His hands wandered under zoros shirt to touch and grope zoros chest before just pulling zoros shirt off and tossing it off somewhere on the floor
His mouth moved down, from zoros neck to his collarbone and to his hard nipple. Zoro moaned as sanji sucked and bit down on his body, his hands gripping the couch beneath him. Sanji quickly took off zoros shoes and also his pants, throwing them off where zoros shirt was. Zoros hands reached up, fumbling over sanjis buttons as he tried taking his shirt off. Sanji chuckled and helped zoro, taking his own shirt off and quickly removing his pants and boxers as well.
Zoro stared at sanjis body, taking in everything which made sanji smirk. He looked down and noticed zoros bulge against his boxers. He pulled the boxers down and zoros hard length sprung free, resting against zoros stomach.
"Such a big dick yet no usage for it" sanji purred and zoro looked away embarrased.
"Eyes on me mossy" sanji said grabbing sanjis chin and pulled his face to look him in the eye. He smirked and put two fingers on zoros plump lip. Zoro got the message and put the finger in his mouth, sucking them and covering them with spit. Sanji bit his lip as he kept eye contact with zoro while his fingers were being sucked.
After a bit he pulled them out and moved them dowk to zoros hole. The moss spread his thighs and waited for sanjis fingers to enter him. The cook slowly pushed both fingers inside zoro and started scissoring them. Zoro groaned as he watched sanjis expression.
"Fuck me already." Zoro said trying to sound annoyed but it just came out as a whine. Sanjis nose already started bleeding from the view in front of his eyes.

"Lets go take a bath." Sanji said and zoro nodded as both of them made their way to the bathroom.

Next morning, zoro woke up and found himself alone in the mens room. He felt really sore from yesterday's activities. He sighed and got up before making his way to the kitchen where he could hear the chatter and laughter of his crew. He walked in and sat down on his seat.
"Good thing you came now, luffy almost ate your breakfast." Nami said and luffy giggled.
"Zoro would let me eat it!" Luffy said and zoro rolled his eyes
"No the hell i wouldn't." Zoro said and heard luffys laughter which made him smile. He turned his head and looked at sanji who gave him a soft smile as he ate. He felt warm inside from the smile and turned to look at the counter on the kitchen. There, inside a vase was the bouquet of flowers zoro had gotten him, the bandana removed and resting on the counter besides the vaste.
Zoro smiled and just kept eating, happy that the cook liked them.
