Jally
Before they were dating Dally would always take Johnny out to eat so he knew he was fed but always told him "don't tell the gang or else they'll want me to get them something. Only for you, cakes".
Johnny patches Dally up every time he gets into a fight with a soc
Buck knew that they liked each other before they even go together. He thought Johnny was good for him and when he noticed the bruises on Johnny he pulled Dally aside and told him that Johnny could stay there permanently if he wanted. (He took the offer immediately)
Prior to Johnny living with Dally, every time it would get cold in the lot or his parents would beat him he would head over to bucks
One time Dally begged Johnny never to go back there again, he even had tears in his eyes.
At the Curtis' boys house their always allowed on the couch
When they started getting serious Dally gave Johnny his St Christopher necklace to him without Johnny ever asking.
He just said, "don't lose it, doll."
Johnny kicked his feet and giggled for months
When Johnny is stressed he plays with Dally' rings, but in public Dallas just ends up giving him the ring to not look soft.
In public they aren’t touchy because Dallas needs to keep up his tuff greaser act but when they are alone he’s clingy.
Sometimes he’ll put his hand in the back pocket of Johnnys jeans.
Always shares his cancer sticks with Johnny.
If he notices Johnny not having a good time at a party he’ll either take him outside for some fresh air or dip with him.
Johnny is always sweet with Dal knowing that nobody really shows him affection.
Dal only allows Johnny to call him nicknames but he doesn’t like it when he does it in public because it makes him look soft.
Johnny plays with Dallys hair a lot and he is very proud he’s the only one allowed to do it.
Once Ponyboy turned to Johnny and said, “you get away with so much shit with Dally. If we all did half the shit you pull with him, we’d be 6 feet under”.
The entire gang agreed, Johnny just rolled his eyes and said no.
Dally leaned up near him and whispered, “you know it’s true, babycakes”.
Dallas only calls Johnny by nicknames
Its expected that Johnny will sit on Dallas lap on long car rides or just in general as the others just use the excuse ‘Cade is a twig’
Johnny gets called ‘Johnny Winston’ by the gang as a joke (Dally then always jokes that he’s his husband)
Dally can never find any of his jackets or shirts because Johnny has stolen them
When Ponyboy and Johnny were on the run Dally was going crazy with worry
He gave them all the cash he had when they came to Bucks before they left
He sent Ponyboy to go have a shower so he could hold Johnny one last time and was telling him how much he loved him and that he was going to be okay as Johnny was freaking the fuck out
Gave Johnny his favourite blade to protect himself with
Dallas offered to take the blame for it as he didn’t want Johnnys future to be ruined over one mistake. Johnny turned it down and made him promise not to turn himself in (which it the only reason why he never went to the police and tried gaslighting them it was him).
The passenger seat in T-bird is reserved for Johnny only and Dally will fucking flip his shit if someone else tries to make Johnny sit in the back
After the fire, Dallas made sure to always be there for his physical therapy and was Johnnys anchor
They buy a house together
Some soc’ made fun of Johnny for being wheelchair bound when he had to learn how to walk again, Dallas ended up being locked up for it since how bad their injuries was
He admitted that he would do it again
Johnny always comes visits Dally, so does the rest of the gang but every time Dally ends up staring at Cade the entire time as they update him on life
Cant lie to each other or hide secrets so they usually just gossip about everything
Dally will jab anyone who talks bad about his man and doesn’t take disrespect well
Johnny will slash sometimes tires or key their car
They have a dog
For their 5th year anniversary they got matching tattoos and got each others name on their forearm
Their not secret but they are private with their relationship other than the gang
