The sky is blue when Ranboo arrives at Radium Beach. Not like the sky isn’t always blue. Or navy, or some color of sunrise. But it feels like it should be something else. Something more thematic. Like purple.Instead, the sky is a light blue bordering on grey that makes him feel like he’s walking into a tragedy or a horror movie where the real monster is some guy with a knife and a horribly outdated stereotype of a motive that alienates half the audience, oh my! He’d be the killer, probably. Or maybe the weird guy who the protagonists suspect, but is found dead in the bathroom thirty minutes in.
Ranboo really needs to stop watching old horror movies. But he won’t.
