    “It’s London, Pen. I can’t find myself here.”

    It was almost like watching a crack start in slow motion, the clock breaking. It grew and splintered, threatening the foundations. His mouth was forming words, words once spoken, couldn’t be taken back. An alarm in the back of his mind, the slamming of his heart warning him of the danger in proceeding. He knew but ignored what he’d always known, continuing.

    “What could possibly be here? I don’t have anything here for me.”

    Summary
