“Yes sir!” Midoriya yelped, taking the escape that his teacher had given him and sprinting out of the gym at perhaps a higher speed than he had ever reached on the treadmill.
He took the stairs in a vain hope to wring as much energy out of himself before he reached his bedroom.
Alternatively: Izuku can't sleep. Aizawa actually does like his students, even if he pretends not to. And the rest of the class just want Izuku to get some rest, but they're teenagers about it.
