This event will be, of course, all about the pairing kenfetti/jangobi! This will be a moderated event, with community suggested prompts.

Kenfetti Week 2022 Prompts to be announced March 12th

Kenfetti Week 2021 Prompts

Day 1 - Close Quarters
Whether forced to share a bed, handcuffed together, or in close proximity for another reason of your choosing, this one is all about drawing these two close together.

Day 2 - Swap the Story
Role Swap was easily the single most requested prompt we received. Change things up! Reverse a trope, have Mandalorian!Obi-Wan and Jedi!Jango, or find another significant way to flip the story on its head.

Day 3 - Sabers, Blasters, and Armour
Obi-Wan and Jango are both incredibly skilled warriors, and each carry weapons and/or armor that are very significant to them. Create something that reflects that.

Day 4 - Dark and Shadow
A Mandalorian Empire, Sith!Obi-Wan, a darker Jedi Order, a killer (or killers) stalking the night, a quiet moment hidden in the shadows. Whatever route you choose, take a moment to revel in the dark.

Day 5 - Found Family
A classic trope, put your own spin on connections and bonds forged by choice rather than by birth.

Day 6 - Fate and Force
The Force is mysterious and powerful. And fate is a beast of its own. From soulmarks, to reincarnation, to Hanahaki, and beyond. What cosmic forces might have tangled these two together?

Day 7 - Not a Galaxy Far Far Away
In another world (or galaxy, as the case may be), what might this pair look like?

We hope you’re all as excited to participate as we are to see what you come up with! We did our best to make these as broad as possible so creators of all stripes would have something for every day.

1) All works submitted will be reviewed and approved by moderators before the reveals.

2) Fanfics and fanart of all ratings and archive warnings will be allowed.

3) All fanfics must be tagged fully and accurately or use the choose not to warn archive warning. If a mod asks you to add a tag you must do so even if you don’t personally think the tag is necessary.
3a) Works submitted with intentionally wrong tags (such as an enthusiastic consent tag on a noncon fic) will not be accepted and the creator will be banned from future events.
3b) If you wish to use choose not to warn please keep to the spirit of it and use it for twists and surprises. If you use choose not to warn and warn for some triggers but not others a mod may ask you to add further tags.

4) Works designed to harass other writers will not be accepted and creators may be banned from future events at mod discretion. No spitefic.

5) Works that are obviously meant to incite or denigrate specific groups of fans will not be allowed and creators may be banned from future events at mod discretion. Bashing of specific characters e.g. Qui-Gon Jinn is allowed.
5a) Since this is a Kenfetti event works bashing Obi-Wan Kenobi or Jango Fett will not be allowed.

6) Works of all archive warnings are allowed but please keep all participants in explicit underage content above the age of 14. Non-explicit implied/referenced underage at earlier ages is allowed.

7) Late submissions will be allowed at mod discretion. If you submit a 50k fic the day before it’s reveal is due it will likely not be accepted.

8) You can post to the collection by either going to the collection page Kenfetti Week and clicking “Post to Collection” or by adding kenfetti_week in the collection field on a new work.
