.Third and second POV are fine. First POV is only accepted if it's from the point of view of the love interest, not the reader.
.All age ratings are fine, just make sure you give appropriate warnings. If there's non-con/rape, make sure you say so, instead of putting 'choose not to say'.
.Try your best to keep your non-reader characters in character. It's hard to get invested in a story if a well known tsundere starts acting like a love-struck puppy.
