Welcome to the Klaroline Speakeasy's Secret Santa Gift Exchange.
Wishing Happy Holidays to everyone joining as we hope to share the Joy and cheer of the Holidays Klaroline Style <33.

This is a Gift Exchange Event for the Holiday Season.

General Rules:

1. This exchange is anonymous until gifters are revealed. Please do not reveal yourself to your giftee until after the exchange is over.

2. Choose more than one type of gift that you are willing to receive in the gift request form.

4.Please be sure to limit yourself to your giftee's ratings/tags specified in their Gift Request forms and stay within the general parameters of their request/prompts for the content you create.

5. Please take note of the Timeline for the Gift Exchange mentioned below. If you feel you cannot adhere to the timeline and are unable to submit your gift accordingly, please contact Me on discord so that I can pinch hit (or assign someone to pinch hit) for you.

6. When you turn in your gift contact me on discord privately [ping me once] so that I am aware of this and can allow your gift to be added to the collection as this a moderated event.

7. You can post your works on tumblr after the gifters are revealed. Make sure to Tag me [@certifiedceraunophile] and tag it #Speakeasy Secret Santa so that I can track it and reblog it on tumblr.

Timeline/Important Dates for the Secret Santa Gift Exchange:

Sign-ups end: 11-11-2021 [11 November 2021]
Assignments Out: 12-11-2021 [12 November 2021]
Assignments Due: 22-12-2021 [22 December 2021] by 11:59pm PST/3:00am EST
Gifts Revealed: 23-12-2021 [23 December 2021] 10:00 am PST/1:00 pm EST

Guidelines for Gifts:

1. Drabbles:

◆ The minimum word count is a thousand words, but writing more is highly encouraged.
◆ All drabbles should be new. In other words, no continuing previous works that you’ve posted before (that will reveal your secret identity and require your giftee to go back and read old stuff you’ve done to enjoy their gift). You are, of course, allowed to add to the piece after it’s been posted if you want to.
◆Asking a beta or friend to look over your work is totally fine, just make sure you swear them to secrecy so that your giftee can be surprised ;)

2. Gif Sets:

◆Gifsets should include four gifs at minimum.
◆If you wish, you can include a caption such as a mini-drabble, line of dialogue, or small description. You can also add a full drabble if you want. I doubt anyone will complain :)

3. Graphics, Manips, Aesthetics, and Moodboards:

◆Two images minimum for graphics and manips.
◆Eight panel minimum for aesthetics and moodboards.
◆Must include a caption, such as a mini-drabble, line of dialogue, or small description.
◆You can also add a full drabble if you want. I doubt anyone will complain :)

4. Videos:

◆Length should be a minimum of one minute.
◆Upload it to YouTube or another video website of your choice and upload it to Ao3. ◆Please also send me the link so that I can queue it up for reveals.

5. Playlists:

◆Minimum of eight songs.
◆Must include a cover, but it doesn’t have to be detailed Art™. Just make sure to have the title.
◆Do not use someone else’s art as your cover without permission.
◆Upload to 8tracks, do a shared Spotify playlist, or make a YouTube video playlist with the songs to link.

6. Original Fanart (drawings, paintings, etc.):

You are a very talented and rare superhuman and I just wanted to make note of that.
