I honestly can't believe ava even said that to beatrice. Did she do it on purpose to put some distance so beatrice can move on? Either way, a really fucked up thing to do. Also, now i'm kind of wondering if beatrice's parents killed ava.
Oof, right? That line hits like a punch in the chest and yeah, Ava’s words definitely weren’t without weight. Whether it was self-preservation, mercy, or something else.
And Beatrice’s parents?? Now that’s a theory I didn’t see coming, I love how your brain just skipped right past heartbreak and landed squarely in murder mystery territory. 😂 Keep those theories coming; they’re giving me life (and maybe a few ideas).
I've only trusted beatrice's parents...I think in maybe four fics? I wouldn't mind this being a fifth, but in reality, they hate ava, or at least the mom does. The dad seems like he's just trying really hard to keep things together - from what I see so far, at least, the mom pulls the strings.
