I don't really agree with this. I don't think it is a good idea. The word 'Relationship' your normally associate with monogamy or love.
Look at what wiki says about "Relationships":
"Humans have a universal need to belong and to love which is satisfied when an intimate relationship is formed.[2] Intimate relationships consist of the people that we are attracted to, whom we like and love, romantic and sexual relationships, and those whom we marry and provide and receive emotional and personal support from."
If you are writing a non-con stories I think the word 'relationship' between the two characters is a bit wrong.
I see your point, but I don't think "Pairings" is any better when considering non-con stories. In general, the term "pairings" is actually misleading when you're identifying 'ships with three or more characters. I support the change.
