i love, i just love the way you describe action sequences, especially if it’s mixed with injury/sick fic vibes. the puncture of the glass felt so visceral, i adore the way you described all of the reactions to such an injury. neil seemed so in control of the situation, ordering commands here and there. he came across as very strong and dependable in such a high-stress situation. it was really sweet to see how he took care of aaron.
also this line was a real stand out for me: “Andrew was always so firm, so fierce, a great big mountain looming over them all.” - i felt it really communicated the type of presence andrew has even without him being there at the time.
after he arrives, i loved his presence. you describe him really well. the protective dynamic around aaron is so satisfying. this is definitely your specialty. such wonderful work all around!! kudos, and a million kudos to you!!
