Hey there. Sorry I haven't commented in a while. I discovered a new ship and sort of fell hard into it, super hard. I've got a backlog of fics to feast upon, as happens when you discover new pairing. So that's been taking up a lot of any free time I have between work and life with kids. I still really like this fic, knowing how young you were when your wrote this I see that sort of over the top drama that comes with well being that age. BUT I totally don't care haha. I feel like comics are still that way, and I still love those angsty/hurt sort of gut wrenching teen drama plots, they are still a guilty pleasure for me. I do feel as we spoke about the Remender run on Uncanny just kind of wrapped this ship up with a beautiful bow though. So very pleased with what's canon for them. I'll keep checking back in. I'm sorry I'm not ghosting you purposefully! Your Psylocke/Angel fics will always hold a special place in my heart, as being some of the first fics I EVER read and also the first ones I fell in love with, and my first OTP. :)
Oh, no worries at all! I love the feeling of a new ship -- I usually load my ereader in a frenzy and then look at the zillion stories I've committed to and gamely jump in feet first. Best feeling. And yeah, I can see my age reflected in these early fics. Basically, I just keep marveling how dramatic everything was, but I also remember that I was having crazy fun writing my heart out. Also Marvel never gave me all the Angel/Psylocke content I wanted, so I had to do it myself. :) All that to say, thanks for this comment -- it's such a blast from the past, and it really is incredible that basically 20 years after I wrote it, we're having a conversation about it. It's awesome. Thanks again!
