Oh my god, Orochimaru is such a troll, and brutal, I mean he told Kakashi Chikara is a clumsy shit in front of the snake, talk about vicious burn. I loved the line where Sakumo just said whatever and gave up protesting Orochimaru's claim that Kakashi is their son. The only thing that would make it better would be if Sakumo and Orochimaru got together and Kakashi actually became their son. Though I am kind of worried now, the Ame mission is when things started to go downhill, what with the Sannin splitting up and everything, if I am remembering correctly. I just really want everyone to make it out of this fic okay.

They're like, acquaintance-friends, but they're both Kakashi's parent. Sakumo and Orochimaru only really interact at Jounin HQ at 3 AM when the coffee machine's ran out and someone has put like five bottles of alcohol on the counter to substitute (LOOKING AT YOU, TSUNADE). So they're both like really sleep-deprived and they just talk about whatever because Jounin HQ is ripe with gossip. And sleep-deprived shinobi. And sleep-deprived me, if you look closely.
