    No, Ego didn't try to terraform Cybertron, and he was completely unaware that Unicron was Earth. And if he did, he knew that he was no match for the Chaos Bringer.

      Not too sure if Ego is able to morph himself into a Cybertronian.
      I doubt Ego would care if he isn't a match against the Chaos Bringer although I think Ego's biomass could've kill the Chaos Bringer if he terraformed Earth.

      Did Ego ever visited Cybertron?

        No he can’t morph into one. Also Ego is dead in my Transformers/Avengers crossover story. And he never did visit Cybertron.
