I certainly am. :D My Saturday night activity yesterday was hanging out with my dog and re-reading some of my favorite fan fiction -- your stuff featured heavily. I'm really thankful for KMAS -- I made some friends there that I still have today. So thanks for that. :)
I made three of my best friends for life from KMAS and I had dinner with one of them tonight. :D A lot of people contributed to KMAS being as awesome as it was (not the titular subject either, heh). I hope the fanfic was a comfort, I know you are having a very hard time right now!
My very best friend in the world (aside from Miryam, z"l) is Nancy, who I met in KMAS, and I'm so glad I did. And I think it's wonderful you and I reconnected on FB!

I reconnected with Nancy on FB too after many years out of touch (some people, like Lyndita, I saw regularly over the years, while others, like Cara Chapel, came and went as we had fandoms in common and then did not). The writers and artists formerly hosted at loveboatfanfic are all dear RL friends, though some of them I talk to much more often than others.
