Really pleased about this result. OTW was always, from the beginning, meant to offer support and resources for all transformative fanworks, doing its best not to pander to particular factions/fandoms or types of fanwork.
Meta is a really important part of the fannish discussion and transformation of canon, and deserves its place alongside the fictional and artistic works which are speaking about the same issues.
While a working definition, updating the TOS, tagging and searching, and server loads are important issues, difficulties in resolving them are not good reasons to exclude this (or any) important genre of transformative fanwork from the AO3.
