         For this fic, how exactly Lilo and Haley met isn't really gonna be important, given the events I'm basing this story on being more on the Ten Rings side of things. For now, I'm just gonna say that they met because of the whole concept of a foreign exchange program and became pen pals to still remain in each other's lives.
