    this...truly made my heart pump with excitement just reading this after getting the notification. off topic side note before i begin on my own word vomit: love that its almost like 5 am for both of us currently. 👊

    please do not apologize for word vomiting. i love comments like these and i appreciate anyone that puts this much thought and time to it, giving me their perceptions about my story is so so valuable, seriously, thank you!!!! i just love how you've described bkdk. its exactly what i was going for. i feel like this specific portrayal of deku is a bit more repressed and complex and kind of hiding a huge part of himself out of fear of losing someone else, especially considering its post war.. it felt so right to give kacchan the reigns with beginning the sparks of their relationship, because if he did not lend that inch then izuku would have cowered away. i think katsuki felt like he didnt have a choice either, it was either risking everything and dying feeling the love and attention he so desperately needs after years of withdrawals or not risking anything and dying anyway. i LOOVEEDD having izuku saying i love you again and again and katsuki just not getting tired of it at all!! theyre both making up for lost time!!! and katsuki just needs that reassurance, yknow? im glad you liked this too.
