No, they are equivalent. Alex's position was outgoing anyway, as well as Antonius's; Natalia's is the only new vacancy. The election is uncontested, but the 3 candidates with the highest number of priority votes will have a spot to serve a full term (3 years) while the candidates with less votes will serve the remainder of partial terms (approx 2 years), provided that no more candidates or current chairs resign in the meantime.
