It appears that the Twitter feed on the front page goes to @OTW_status, which is currently an empty account. I assume the move to Cloudflare has something to do with this? I believe it went to @AO3_status prior to the move.

Prior to that it linked to https://twitter.com/ao3_status. I'm assuming it was an oversight that hasn't been fixed or noticed yet, considering the recent site upheaval.
Nope. Its been @otw_status since at least 5/5/2023. I had asked a question about it to support then and this was the response I got:

We do control the @otw_status account - it's used to generate the "Tweets" link and module on the AO3's front page. We have to use a separate account to group together all the OTW Twitter accounts due to some design choices made by Twitter (prior to Musk's reign).
