Gosh, every time someone comments that they like Amiel, I have to fight off the urge to squeal into a pillow and kick my feet. So, SO glad he's not getting a bad wrap just for being an OC.
Usually, I'd say something cheeky and refuse to answer, but some of what you're asking is background stuff, so I'll clarify that.
I don't think the Sins have "business meetings" so often, with modern tech being a thing. But, should something big happen, something that requires the King's presence, Amiel COULD potentially step in. He is still the Prince of Hell. That does come with a degree of political power, though I don't think he'd exercise it that much. Who knows, might add a scene like that, if the plot allows it. It'd give me an excuse to write more Ozzie, and that was probably the most fun I've had in months.
Amiel's angellic powers, I'm still not 100% certain on. I have plenty of ideas, but we'll see which of their parents' abilities the siblings inherited. I headcanon Holy Light as being very versatile, usable for both offense (Think Adam in the last episode), defense, healing or more mundane stuff as well.
As for everything else... well, I can't spill ALL my secrets. Buuuuut... I think Amiel's interactions with Al will be entertaining.

On the subject of fanart... First things first. Wow! I'm... flattered. Really. If you want to potentially KILL me with happiness, sure, I can provide a detailed description of Amiel, and some references as well if it would make things easier, either in another comment or somewhere else, if you'd prefer that.
But really, just the fact someone offered to draw fanart of Ami, of something I wrote... it made my day. Thank you.
Sooooo sorry to reply so late. First day of a new year at university was... whoo boy.
Bear in mind, I've never described a character for something like this, so if I completely fail to give you what you need, do tell.
For child Ami, I think he looks a fair bit like Charlie did in that one flashback in Episode 5, only more... Lilith-y. Hair probably reaching mid back, usually loose, but if you have any cute hairstyles, I definitely don't mind. Hell, I might add them to the fic, I'm terrible with coming up with outfits and hairstyles anyway. Canon only has those weirdly lit portraits to go by, but I think Lilith's hair is a shade or two darker than Charlie and Lucifer's, and Amiel inherited that, just like he did her purple eyes. Oh, and keep in mind this is just a general idea for the style. I think the shirt and shorts would be simpler. The only thing that I think is a must have are gloves. Those gentlemanly, leather ones. Despite us all being firm subscribers to the Lilith hating agenda, she DID make our precious boi stylish.)
For adult Amiel (Adultiel? Lol) physical features I think would be mostly the same, even down to having big, childlike eyes, but with some notable exceptions. The wings should be bigger (he has only two, not six like Luci), his hair is longer (about the same lenght as Lilith, though Amiel's doesn't sway in a nonexistant breeze, unless he's either BIG mad or BIG sad), and also dyed black. I want him to have similar bangs to Charlie, but I haven't settled on anything yet, so anything and everything is free game. His main outfit I want to make special (the outfit will probably be described in the next chapter, so this counts as a spoiler, but oh well). I'm thinking Amiel would definitely take some inspiration from Lucifer's dress style. He'd probably borrow his color scheme, with some minor tweaks. The outfit would be slightly less zany. For the colors, I'm thinking white offset with pink, just like Luci, but a different shade of it. Maybe something like Angel's gloves? If you're feeling fancy, maybe add some golden trimming to his clothes. Amiel to me feels like he'd go for practicality. A white dress jacket (Luci's coat would feel too ostentatious to him), a pink (if that color Angel's gloves are is even a shade of pink) vest with matching gloves, and a dress shirt under that. White pants, probably rolled up a bit (I think it gives him a bit of youthful energy, which contrasts nicely with the rest of his outfit, which paints him as more serious or even closed off), and some simple loafers. I don't think he'd be big on jewelry. I also SOOO want to give him rolled up sleeves, but I have no idea how that would look with a dress jacket. Oh, and can't forget the Vivziepop special—a bowtie. Black, like his Dad's, unless you think some other color would suit him better. I have no idea how this would look in practice, but I think it'd be nice if his bowtie had a vaguely winglike shape language. Again, good with outfits I am not. If this sounds bad, feel free to dress him up or style him however you'd like. It would probably look better than what I'm cooking up anyway.
For expressions, I think he'd mostly be pretty neutral. Blank stares or anxious faces feel like they'd be his go to. Crying is also an option, if you want to hurt the precious boi, which I can't imagine anyone would (except Lilith, but screw Lilith). Ami also definitely has a beautiful smile. The truly genuine ones are rare, but that's what makes them radiant.
One important thing to note, Amiel does not have the cheekmarks that Luci and Charlie have. For the most part, he's a shorter (five foot and some pocket change), winged version of Lilith before she became a demon. He looks remarkably human.

Someone actually offering to draw fanart of something I wrote has been a dream of mine for years, way before I ever decided to post. There's something about that that just makes you feel like you've made it in the fanfic writer world. So, thank you. Hopefully my comment is helpful if/when you do decide to draw Amiel.
