            rex was definitely not 18 when he lost his virginity

            + it ties in with the idea of Melia being 100 at the time of origin’s restart and thus the reason for the special fireworks ceremony, gives glimmer and mio a chance to be 11 (though personally I believe so long as a person was anywhere between ages 10-20 they got conscripted into origin), and the monado boys from xc1/2 a chance to appear solidly 30 in future redeemed

            linka being 18 but not having a baby pic alongside rex and co. i believe is because she was a liberator and might have been like 5 at the time of the origin incident, likely the same with panacea

            like i said though this is a personal headcanon
            everything defined rigidly in the base trilogy is kept as canon-compliant as possible though; im just filling in the gaps where i need to :)
