I'm very eager to know more about this story. The consequences of hunger, sensory deprivation and thirst are so detailed and feel so real... poor Gi-hun. And still he has the will to live, to fight for dignity, to fight against the Front Man. Is the Pink Guard becoming an ally or is it a trick destined to make Gi-hun feel comfort just to break him more by training him to trust the guards? I wonder since Sangwoo is implied to be the Pink Guard in question if it will be real or if Gi-hun will perceive him as an hallucination. One could imagine the guard has been asked to look like him just for Gi-hun to think he is his once best friend... I can't wait to find out. Thank you so much for writing!
Wow, thank you so much for the thoughtful comment! I’m really glad you’re feeling the weight of Gi-hun’s situation. The hunger and sensory deprivation was really something I wanted to dive into. As for the Pink Guard… hmm, who knows what’s going on there? You’re definitely onto something with the possibility of it being a mind game. Is he really becoming an ally or is it just a trap to break him further? You’ll have to wait and see! I’m excited to keep you guessing and can’t wait to see where this goes. Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy the rest!
