If she really cared that much, she would consider actually waiting to marry Sly first before screwing him over--literally--like that. Or does she hate that idea too?

Forever. And for the record... they were already corrupt when they took this profession and she had already lost her job the moment she chose Sly over Interpol.

However, there can be a spin-off based on my arc where Sly and Ray learn about each other. They can have a foolish sibling, responsible sibling dynamic in which Ray--despite being a few minutes younger than Sly--is the responsible twin and Sly is the foolish one.
