Well, if Naruto and Sasuke stay together then Naruto should've decide when Hiashi tries to coax him into a relationship with Hinata. And although probably Naruto would've decided to come out public with Sasuke, they would have some terrible scenario before that could've resulted in ugly fights. But yes, that would be another K-drama and there wouldn't be any NaruKaka in it. :)
