I read Part I of this fic and it was great. I had always had it in my mind that Molly was the older sister to Gideon and Fabian, but I loved this take on it. I started this fic and hope you don't mind me pointing out some errors that I am having a lot of trouble continuing to read. I know you update constantly and just thought this might help you out. Professor McGonagall is Headmistress, not Headmaster. Professor Flitwick is Deputy Headmaster, not Assistant Headmaster. It is the Hall of Profecy, but not the Hall of Mysteries - it's the Department of Mysteries. Victoire Weasley was born on May 2, 2000, not 1999. The other couple things I have are not errors, per se, but just things that from reading canon and pottermore, that I think might be out of canon. Being out of canon is fine - fics are sometimes not canon, but you mentioned at the beginning of Part I to let you know if anything is out of canon so here goes. I don't think that the person who is Head of the Department of Mysteries has any power to prosecute/pardon what went on there - that would rest with the Minister of Magic and Wizengamot. I think Ron and Hermione would be *almost* just as highly regarded as Harry and I cannot imagine them not getting some type of Order of Merlin or the wizarding community not being VERY interested in their wedding too. These are of course just my opinions. You may have addressed some of this in your notes, I don't know. This is a good fic and I want to see what happens with the escaped Death Eaters that tried to take Kingsley's daughter.

Yes, I became aware I had the year wrong for Victoire, but it was after I had these books posted, and it was too fully integrated to remove easily. If I do a major rewrite, I’ll do what I can to move it from Seeker to Chaser, but there are so many scenes I’m going to miss.
No, the Directors don’t have the power to grant pardons, but they can make recommendations to the Minister, which is, if I’m not mistaken, all I’m suggesting. Prosecution, however, may be within their jurisdiction.
The Order of Merlin choices came from a list I saw, that was either canonical, or near it, based on JKR’s notes. I’ve been thinking that Hermione and Ron might get medals after she becomes Minister, or after she leaves the Ministry.
I did leave the Death Eaters in the dust, didn’t I? I can include something on that, which can add to what happens to Hermione.
Harry is internationally famous. Hermione and Ron, probably not so much. It wouldn’t be until the administrator’s fictionalized books came out that the extent of their involvement would become known. Even in Hermione’s account of her activities, she talks about Harry more than herself.

Well, humph. Now I can’t find the list that I saw previously. The lists I can find, in the Lexicon and Fandom Wiki, both list McGonagall and Lupin, but not Harry or Neville. There are user comments on the Lexicon page suggesting Harry and Neville should get one, so that’s non-canon reasons.
The other changes have been posted, I even included a little bit from McGonagall where she explains that she wants to be referred to as Headmaster.
Rereading with the new changes (I love reading my own writing,) and I’ve found 2 references to the ‘Hall of Mysteries.’ In these cases, they mean the physical part of the Ministry building, including the Hall of Prophecy and Hall of Time, and whatever those other rooms were called. Is that a lazy way of not posting another update right now? Yes, but there is a tad of justification as well.
