      One of the plotholes from issues in the leadup to Endgame was Robotnik knowing the location of Knothole (after all, he put Angel Island right over it), and not doing anything about it. While there will be plans for evacuation, they won't be used until the last minute. To them, Knothole isn't just a village - it's the last line of defense against everything Robotnik stands for, and they may be too preoccupied with other predicaments in the not-so-distant future... I'll just leave it at that for now.

            A few more questions

            * #1. Will the retelling of events for the game adaptation comics happen within the Main FFF Continuity (Mobius Prime)?

            * #2. When the Extra-dimensional Doctor Robotnik enters Mobius Prime to take the place of his prime counterpart after his death, will he start out as Robo-Robotnik or will he already take the form of “Eggman?”

            * #3. After worlds collide, will the series end or there will be an epilogue? Also, will the world still be rebooted?

              #1: Indeed they will, won't cover *every* game because it won't work for logistical reasons (sorry Sonic Labyrinth fans). They'll be adapted and changed slightly to fit the Archie Universe (roughly to the extent that SA1 was changed, that's kind of the bar that I'm using).

              #2: He'll start out as Robo-Robotnik masquerading as the original Robotnik before his eventual defeat and upload to the new 'Eggman' body. Most changes for that whole scene will be in the action and dialogue, the original is one of the best scenes in Archie Sonic from that time period.

              #3: Not really that familiar with the Mega Man franchise, so I'm not entirely sure if there'll be a Worlds Collide adaptation. At the moment, the plan is to finish the Endangered Species and Mecha Sally arcs, have a bit of downtime, and set-up the finale of the comic, which will be a 20-part Forces adaptation that fundamentally completely overhauls the story. The initial Genesis Wave that resets the world after Sally's killed will still happen, but the Super Genesis Wave doesn't, so it won't be rebooted - this is a conclusion for the original timeline.
