I will respond to the part that will not arrive later... Basically, the Potters' will was read and announce that Sirius was not the secret keeper (thanks to Harry). Veritaserum did the rest ! Sirius has gone as far as Hogsmeade but Dumbledore refused him access of the castle ground ! So no checking on Harry (but go see chapter 3 for that part...) The rest we will see, we will see ;)
