(This is a story set in a universe that's less of an AU and more of a complete reimagination of most everything about Transformers -- Except that they're still transforming robots -- so it's hard to summarize it. Reading the info-dump prologue of this is pretty much mandatory or else nothing is going to make any sense whatsoever.)
