Thrown together in the dungeon of BaSingSe, Katara convinces Zuko to teach Aang firebending. But the battle ends badly: Hakoda injured, Iroh behind bars. With limited time before the eclipse, and an Earth Kingdom army ready to tear the Fire Nation to shreds, Zuko begs Aang to spare his father's life. Yet things are not as they seem. Katara suspects Iroh knows more than he lets on.

 

Complete overhaul of Book 3, ZuTara style, starting at the Book 2 finale Crossroads of Destiny. (with some minor pairings here and there)

Hoping to keep everyone in-character and rid the story of plot holes and inconsistencies that pissed me off as a kid. XD Expect lots of elemental bending, because im a huge fan of martial arts.

 

Also this is gonna get quite brutal, heads are going to roll. (They're at war, not having afternoon tea.) And it's gonna get absurd (like journey through the Spirit World absurd, though hopefully not Korra-levels of absurd XD). You have been warned. haha

 

Probably going to remain at a Teen-rating. The main characters are all teens.... And while i do have some adult characters in here, like the parents, they aren't the focus of this story. And im also not very keen on writing what Hakoda and Bato get up to inside their igloo, XD so you can picture that for yourself lol.
