Following a shrill, hissing sound that seems to call for him, fifteen-year-old Albus Potter finds a large veil waiting for him in the room he doesn't require. He ends up being sucked into a different timeline of another universe yet similar to his own where he meets a teenage version of his dad.(Note: Personally, I don’t care for the plot of Cursed Child, nor do I consider it to be canon, but this could still be read as a canon divergent of it.)

Summary
After Sirius fell through the veil, he popped out of another one only to find himself in a far off future where he never survived the Battle of the Department of Mysteries.
(Note 1: basically a Sirius POV from "You think you know someone" since I feel like I haven't done him and adult Harry justice. This was originally supposed to be a one shot, but oh well.)
(Note 2: If you want Harry's point of view of the first and second chapters, I suggest you read chapters 3 (the second half), 5, and 7 of the first part of "Family Across Dimension")
