Summary
Alex Burgess is the first criminal in the City to be sentenced not to be punished, but forgiven. Over the next few years, he is to be slowly remade in New London's first and only thought-correction prison, with the "help" of a team of psychologists.
Start of a series of very short stories I plan to write focusing on the City under each of the eight radical factions. This one focuses on the Technocrats.
