  Summary

  Meiyok always knew the fire nation and all its citizens were evil. She knew it from the moment they invaded her village, burned it to the ground, and killed her mother along with every other earthbender in it.

  So why didn't that girl, dressed in that horrifying black and red armor like a dangerous spirit turn her in the moment she saw her bending? Why did she stop her fellow soldiers from terrorizing the people of this village? And why did Meiyok want to stare at her every chance she could?
