“Can I talk to you?” He asked, feeling more like the young boy desperately searching for his missing friend than he did the teen who’d found, and then lost in another way entirely, said friend.
“Of course,” Nancy responded. She flashed him a small, tight smile, moving over to make room for him on her bed. He walked over and climbed next to her.
“You— Vecna, he— he showed you something, right?”
The question was halting, Mike trying to find the right words in the depths of his tangled up mind.
Nancy set aside her notebook. “Yes. He did.”

After being shown some shit by Vecna, Mike goes to the last person either of them expected about it: his own sister. Their conversation turns out to be the push he needs to tell one Will Byers a few things about feelings and the psychological torture methods of a hell-dimension corrupted man/monster
