Summary
These are dark times. Lord Cutler Beckett has now gained the heart of Davy Jones and controls the Flying Dutchman who he sends to destroy pirates and one of the few people brave enough to go up against them, captain Jack Sparrow now faces eternal damnation in Davy Jones' locker
It's ultimately up to Catherine Norrington née Swann, her sister Elizabeth, her almost brother-in-law Will and the entire crew of the Black Pearl led by a resurrected Hector Barbossa to find a way to save him and stop Beckett and Jones before it's too late and the age of piracy has ended forever.
It also doesn't help that Catherine has found out that she has some kind of mental connection with the very mysterious priestess Tia Dalma that she has to figure out all by herself and that the path is filled with betrayal, even from those closest to her who she thought she could always trust.
Meanwhile, James Norrington has sacrificed his freedom to work for Beckett in order to protect his wife. Being forced to kill the people that he knows Catherine now belongs to, he can only pray for her forgiveness and hope she isn't on any of the ships they attack as he asks himself one thing:
Will he ever see her again?
