    Negan and Maggie met each other in college and got married in the summer right before the outbreak. They were in Atlanta, finishing up their last year of school at the University of Georgia, when Maggie learned Annette was sick. By then, things were already starting to get weird in the city, and all their classes were being canceled. They managed to make it back to Hershel's farm before things got really bad, and they've been living there ever since.

    Basically me rewriting TWD with Maggie/Negan relationship soap opera drama.
