  Summary

  September of 1998 was the beginning, the start of a new age of warfare. Raccoon City fell to the dead, but Eugene Choi crawled out from under.

  Starts during RE Outbreak, and goes through RC Incident. Plans to go through whole series, will likely be slower to update (in college).
