   Summary

   “Green Lantern started making drug deals. They encroach on Wuyong's territory, but Wuyong isn’t doing anything to stop them. Something is preventing them from doing so. Coincidentally, people from the poorest neighborhoods started disappearing. Something is going on, and I want to know what.”
